A three‐dimensional (3D) 3d‐4f complex, [Cu(en)2][Sm2(C5O5)(C2O4)3(H2O)2] · 8H2O ( 1 ) (en = ethylenediamine, C5O52– = dianion of 4,5‐dihydroxycyclopent‐4‐ene‐1,2,3‐trione), were prepared via the in‐situ ring‐opening oxidation reaction of croconate in the presence of the template‐directed complex, [Cu(en)2]2+ cation. The structural characterization determined by X‐ray diffraction determination reveals that the 3D anionic coordination polymer of [Sm2(C2O4)3(C5O5)(H2O)2]2– in 1 can be describe in terms of in‐plane 2D honeycomb‐like [Sm2(C2O4)3] layered frameworks bridged by oxalate with bis‐chelating mode, being mutually interlinked via the bridge of μ1,2,3,4‐croconate ligands with bis‐chelating coordination mode to complete the 3D open framework, which gives rise to 1D channels with pore size of 14.023 × 11.893 Å (longest atom–atom contact distances) along the b axis. The structure‐directing complex, [Cu(en)2]2+, and solvated water molecules are resided into these honeycomb‐type hexagonal channels. The thermal stability of 1 was further studied by TGA and in‐situ powder X‐ray diffraction measurement.  相似文献

Triorganoantimony and Triorganobismuth Derivatives of 2-Pyridinecarboxylic Acid and 2-Pyridylacetic Acid. Crystal and Molecular Structures of (C6H5)3Sb(O2C-2-C5H4N)2 and (CH3)3Sb(O2CCH2-2-C5H4N)2 Triorganoantimony and triorganobismuth dicarboxylates R3M(O2C-2-C5H4N)2 (M = Sb, R = CH3, C6H5, 4-CH3OC6H4; M = Bi, R = C6H5, 4-CH3C6H4) and (CH3)3Sb(O2CCH2-2-C5H4N)2 have been prepared from (CH3)3Sb(OH)2, R3SbO (R = C6H5, 4-CH3OC6H4), or R3BiCO3 (R = C6H5, 4-CH3C6H4) and the appropriate heterocyclic carboxylic acid. Vibrational spectroscopic data indicate a trigonal bipyramidal environment of M the O(? The zinc alkoxide molecules in di‐μ3‐ethanolato‐diethyltetrakis(μ2‐2‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐3‐olato‐κ3O3,O4:O3)tetrazinc(II), [Zn4(C2H5)2(C2H5O)2(C6H5O3)4], (I), and bis(μ3‐2‐ethoxyphenolato‐κ4O1,O2:O1:O1)bis(μ2‐2‐ethoxyphenolato‐κ3O1,O2:O1)bis(μ2‐2‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐3‐olato‐κ3O3,O4:O3)bis(2‐methyl‐4‐oxo‐4H‐pyran‐3‐olato‐κ2O3,O4)tetrazinc(II) toluene disolvate, [Zn4(C6H5O3)4(C8H9O2)4]·2C7H8, (II), lie on crystallographic centres of inversion. The asymmetric units of (I) and (II) contain half of the tetrameric unit and additionally one molecule of toluene for (II). The ZnII atoms are four‐ and six‐coordinated in distorted tetrahedral and octahedral geometries for (I), and six‐coordinated in a distorted octahedral environment for (II). The ZnII atoms in both compounds are arranged in a defect dicubane Zn4O6 core structure composed of two EtZnO3 tetrahedra and ZnO6 octahedra for (I), and of four ZnO6 octahedra for (II), sharing common corners. The maltolate ligands exist mostly in a μ2‐bridging mode, while the guetholate ligands prefer a higher coordination mode and act as μ3‐ and μ2‐bridges.  相似文献

Reactions of singly-bonded dinuclear complexes [(η5-CH3O2CC5H4)2M2(CO)6] (I, M?=?Mo; II, M?=?W) with the diarenylditelluride [4-CH3C6H4Te]2 in refluxing toluene for 4–6?h afforded dinuclear complexes 1 and 2 trans/ae-[(η5-RC5H4)2M2(CO)4(μ-ArTe)2] (Ar?=?4-CH3C6H4Te). Complexes 1 and 2 were also synthesized by reactions of triply-bonded dinuclear complexes [(η5-CH3O2CC5H4)2M2(CO)4] (III, M?=?Mo; IV, M?=?W) with [4-CH3C6H4Te]2 in refluxing toluene for 1?h. Both complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Preliminary low-temperature NMR experiments on complexes 1 and 2 have revealed that in solution each complex goes through a rapid inversion of the butterfly four-membered ring M2Te2.  相似文献

Reactions of 1,10‐phenanthroline monohydrate, Na2C4H4O4 · 6 H2O and MnSO4 · H2O in CH3OH/H2O yielded a mixture of [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] · 2 H2O ( 1 ) and [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2][Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)](C4H4O4) · 7 H2O ( 2 ). The crystal structure of 1 (P1 (no. 2), a = 8.257(1) Å, b = 8.395(1) Å, c = 12.879(2) Å, α = 95.33(1)°, β = 104.56(1)°, γ = 106.76(1)°, V = 814.1(2) Å3, Z = 1) consists of the dinuclear [Mn2(H2O)4(phen)2(C4H4O4)2] molecules and hydrogen bonded H2O molecules. The centrosymmetric dinuclear molecules, in which the Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by two N atoms of one phen ligand and four O atoms from two H2O molecules and two bis‐monodentate succinato ligands, are assembled via π‐π stacking interactions into 2 D supramolecular layers parallel to (101) (d(Mn–O) = 2.123–2.265 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.307 Å). The crystal structure of 2 (P1 (no. 2), a = 14.289(2) Å, b = 15.182(2) Å, c = 15.913(2) Å, α = 67.108(7)°, β = 87.27(1)°, γ = 68.216(8)°, V = 2934.2(7) Å3, Z = 2) is composed of the [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ cations, [Mn(phen)2(C4H4O4)] complex molecules, (C4H4O4)2– anions, and H2O molecules. The (C4H4O4)2– anions and H2O molecules form 3 D hydrogen bonded network and the cations and complex molecules in the tunnels along [001] and [011], respectively, are assembled via the π‐π stacking interactions into 1 D supramolecular chains. The Mn atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate chelating phen ligands and two water O atoms or two carboxyl O atoms (d(Mn–O) = 2.088–2.129 Å, d(Mn–N) = 2.277–2.355 Å). Interestingly, the succinato ligands in the complex molecules assume gauche conformation bidentately to chelate the Mn atoms into seven‐membered rings.  相似文献

Triorganoantimony and Triorganobismuth Disulfonates. Crystal and Molecular Structure of (C6H5)3M(O3SC6H5)2(M = Sb, Bi) Triorganoantimony disulfonates R3Sb(O3SR′)2 [R = CH3 = Me, C6H5 = Ph; R′ = Me, CH2CH2OH, Ph, 4-CH3C6H4. R = Ph; R′ = 2,4-(NO2)2C6H3], Me3Sb(O3SCF3)2 · 2 H2O and triphenylbismuth disulfonates Ph3Bi(O3SR′)2 [R = Me, CF3, CH2CH2OH, Ph, 4-CH3C6H4, 2,4-(NO2)2C6H3] have been prepared by reaction of Me3Sb(OH)2, (Ph3SbO)2, and Ph3BiCO3, respectively, with the appropriate sulfonic acids. From vibrational data an ionic structure is inferred for Me3Sb(O3SCF3)2 · 2 H2O and Me3Sb(O3SCH2CH2OH)2, and a covalent structure for the other compounds with a penta-coordinated central atom with trigonal bipyramidal surrounding (Ph or Me in equatorial, unidentate sulfonate ligands in apical positions). Ph3M(O3SPh)2 (M = Sb, Bi) crystallize monoclinic [space group P21/c; M = Sb/Bi: a = 1 611.5(8)/1 557.4(9), b = 987.5(6)/1 072,5(8), c = 1 859.9(9)/1 696.5(9) pm, β = 105.71(5)/96.62(5)°; Z = 4; d(calc.) 1.556/1.781 Mg · m?3; Vcell = 2 849.2 · 106/2 814.8 · 106 pm3; structure determination from 3 438/3 078 independent reflexions (I ≥ 3σ(I)), R(unweighted) = 0.030/0.029]. M is bonding to three Ph groups in the equational plane [mean distances Sb/Bi? C:210.1(4)/219.1(7) pm] and two sulfonate ligands with O in apical positions [distances Sb? O: 210.6(3), 212.8(2); Bi? O: 227.6(5), 228.0(4) pm]. Weak interaction of M with a second O atom of one sulfonate ligand is inferred from a rather short M? O contact distance [Sb? O: 327.4(4), Bi? O: 312.9(5) pm], and from the distortion of equatorial angles [C? Sb? C: 128.4(2), 119.2(2), 112.2(2); C? Bi? C: 135.9(3), 117.8(3), 106.3(3)°]  相似文献

The preparation of the η4-4-2,3,5,6-tetramethyl-1,4-benzoquinonecomplex [CO(C5Me5)(C10H12O2)] (I) is reported. Complex I undergoesreversible protonation to yield the 2-6-η-4-hydroxy-1-oxo-2,3,5,6-tetramethylcyclohexadienyl complex [Co(C5Me5)(C10H13O2)BF4 (II) and diprotonation to yield the η6-6-1,4-dihydroxy-2,3,5,6-tetramethylbenzene complex [Co(C5Me5)(C10H14O2)] (BF4)2 (III). Methylation of complex I with MeI/AgPF6 gives the 2---6-η-4-methoxy-1-oxo-2,3,5,6-tetramethylcyclohexadienyl complex [Co(C5Me5)(C11H15O2])PF6 (IV). The coordination sphere around each metal atom, whether Co2+, Cu2+, Mn2+ or Ni2+, can be described as distorted octahedral. The Ni?M distances are 2.9988 (5) Å in (I), 2.9872 (5) Å in (II) and 3.0624 (8) Å in (III).  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structure of the complex containing cobalt-carbon and iron-sulfur cluster cores, (μ-p-CH3C6H4C2S) (μ-n-C3H7S)Fe2(CO)6Co2(CO)6, has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystals are triclinic, space group P&1bar;, with a — 9.139(2), b=9.610(1), c-17.183(2) Å, α = 84.36(1), β-89.45(1), γ=88.15(1)°, V-1501.0 Å3; Z=2, Dc=1.74 g/cm3. R=0.072, Rw=0.081. The results of the structure determination show a cobalt-carbon cluster core formed through the reaction of (μ-p-CH3C6H4C2S)(μ-n-C3H7S)Fe2(CO)6 with Co2(CO)8. In the cobalt-carbon cluster core, the bond length of the original C≡C lengthened to 1.324 Å which is close to the typical value of carbon-carbon double bond. The groups connecting the carbons of the cluster core are in cis position and lie on the opposite side of cobalt atoms. In this complex, the conformation of —SC3H7 is e-type, while that of —SC2C6H4CH3 is a-type.  相似文献

A novel organically templated copper pentaborate, [Cu(C3N2H4)4][Cu(CH3COO)2(C3N2H4)2(H2O)2]‐ [B5O6(OH)4]2, was synthesized by hydrothermal reaction and characterized by elemental analysis, single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction, FT‐IR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy and TGA. The crystal structure of this compound consists of two copper‐centered polyhedra and two discrete [B5O6(OH)4]? pentaborate anions, which are linked together through intensive hydrogen bonding interactions, forming a 3D framework with large channels along c axis. The discrete pentaborate anions form infinite layers by hydrogen bonds. Moreover, the two crystallographically different octahedral coppers are connected by common oxygen atom to form an infinite chain.  相似文献

The reaction of Cr(η6-CH3C6H5)2 with dbcpH?NO2 (dbcpH?NO2 = 1-benzoyl-3-nitro-6-hydroxy-6-phenyl fulvene) proceeds with the evolution of dihydrogen and formation of the ionic derivative [Cr(η6-CH3C6H5)2][dbcp?NO2] (dbcp?NO2 = 1,2-dibenzoyl-4-nitro-cyclopentadienyl anion) which was characterized by X-ray diffraction, electrochemical and EPR techniques. The cation [Cr(η6-CH3C6H5)2]+, which in the solid state presents an unprecedented cis-eclipsed arrangement of the arene rings, undergoes a chemically reversible, one-electron reduction to the corresponding neutral derivative.  相似文献

Reaction of the flexible phenolic carboxylate ligand 2‐(3,5‐dicarboxylbenzyloxy)benzoic acid (H3L) with nickel salts in the presence of 1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethylene (bpe) leads to the generation of a mixture of the two complexes under solvolthermal conditions, namely poly[[aqua[μ‐1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethylene‐κ2N:N′]{μ‐5‐[(2‐carboxyphenoxy)methyl]benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ3O1,O1′:O3}nickel(II)] dimethylformamide hemisolvate monohydrate], {[Ni(C16H10O7)(C12H10N2)(H2O)]·0.5C3H7NO·H2O}n or {[Ni(HL)(bpe)(H2O)]·0.5DMF·H2O}n, 1 , and poly[[diaquatris[μ‐1,2‐bis(pyridin‐4‐yl)ethylene‐κ2N:N′]bis{μ‐5‐[(2‐carboxyphenoxy)methyl]benzene‐1,3‐dicarboxylato‐κ2O1:O5}nickel(II)] dimethylformamide disolvate hexahydrate], {[Ni2(C16H10O7)2(C12H10N2)3(H2O)2]·2C3H7NO·6H2O}n or {[Ni2(HL)2(bpe)3(H2O)2]·2DMF·6H2O}n, 2 . In complex 1 , the NiII centres are connected by the carboxylate and bpe ligands to form two‐dimensional (2D) 4‐connected (4,4) layers, which are extended into a 2D+2D→3D (3D is three‐dimensional) supramolecular framework. In complex 2 , bpe ligands connect to NiII centres to form 2D layers with Ni6(bpe)6 metallmacrocycles. Interestingly, 2D+2D→3D inclined polycatenation was observed between these layers. The final 5‐connected 3D self‐penetrating structure was generated through further connection of Ni–carboxylate chains with these inclined motifs. Both complexes were fully characterized by single‐crystal analysis, powder X‐ray diffraction analysis, FT–IR spectra, elemental analyses, thermal analysis and UV–Vis spectra. Notably, an interesting metal/ligand‐induced crystal‐to‐crystal transformation was observed between the two complexes.  相似文献

Synthesis and Dynamic Behaviour of [Rh2(μ-H)3H2(PiPr3)4]+. Contributions to the Reactivity of the Tetrahydridodirhodium Complex [Rh2H4(PiPr3)4] An improved synthesis of [Rh2H4(PiPr3)4] ( 2 ) from [Rh(η3-C3H5)(PiPr3)2] ( 1 ) or [Rh(η3-CH2C6H5)(PiPr3)2] ( 3 ) and H2 is described. Compound 2 reacts with CO or CH3OH to give trans-[RhH(CO)(PiPr3)2] ( 4 ) and with ethene/acetone to yield a mixture of 4 and trans-[RhCH3(CO)(PiPr3)2] ( 5 ). The carbonyl(methyl) complex 5 has also been prepared from trans-[RhCl(CO)(PiPr3)2] ( 6 ) and CH3MgI. Whereas the reaction of 2 with two parts of CF3CO2H leads to [RhH22-O2CCF3) · (PiPr3)2] ( 8 ), treatment of 2 with one equivalent of CF3CO2H in presence of NH4PF6 gives the dinuclear compound [Rh2H5(PiPr3)4]PF6 ( 9a ). The reactions of 2 with HBF4 and [NO]BF4 afford the complexes [Rh2H5(PiPr3)4]BF4 ( 9b ) and trans-[RhF(NO)(PiPr3)2]BF4 ( 11 ), respectively. In solution, the cation [Rh2(μ-H)3H2(PiPr3)4]+ of the compounds 9a and 9b undergoes an intramolecular rearrangement in which the bridging hydrido and the phosphane ligands are involved.  相似文献

57Fe Mössbauer emission spectra of the 57Co labeled complex compound [57Co(2-CH3-phen)3] (ClO4)2·2H2O have been measured as a function of temperature between 293 and 4.6 K. The spectra exclusively show high-spin iron(II) resonances beside a small fraction of an high-spin iron(II) species, whereas the corresponding iron(II) compound is known to exhibit thermally induced high-spin 5T2g(Oh) ? low spin 1A1g(Oh) transition. The electronic nature of the anomalous spin state has been found to be 5A1(D3) by a theoretical treatment of the temperature dependence of the quadrupole splitting. The results are in good agreement with those obtained from Mössbauer absorption measurements on [57Fe0.01Co0.99(2-CH3-(phen)3] (ClO4)2·2H2O.  相似文献

For the first time, direct oxidation of elemental platinum by a mineral acid to its tetravalent state was observed in course of the reaction of platinum with oleum (65 % SO3) in the presence of barium carbonate. The reaction has been carried out in torch‐sealed glass ampoules at 160 °C and gave yellow single crystals of Ba[Pt(S2O7)3](H2SO4)0.5(H2S2O7)0.5 (triclinic, P$\bar 1$ , Z=2, a=992.05(2), b=1069.07(3), c=1114.22(3) pm, α=69.49(7), β=72.96(2), γ=72.93(1)°, V=1033.95(5) Å3). The structure of Ba[Pt(S2O7)3](H2SO4)0.5(H2S2O7)0.5 exhibits the unique tris‐(disulfato)‐platinate anion [Pt(S2O7)3]2? with three chelating disulfate groups coordinated to the platinum atom. Charge balance is achieved by the Ba2+ ions, which are coordinated by (S2O7)2? groups from the platinate complex and by disordered sulfuric acids and disulfuric acid molecules. Thermal decomposition of the bulk material revealed elemental platinum and barium sulfate as decomposition residual.  相似文献
