采用水热合成方法得到了三种Mn(II)配位超分子: Mn(2,5-dcp)2(H2O)2 (1), Mn(INA)2(H2O)4 (2)和Mn(phen)2Cl2 (3) (2,5-dcp=pyridine-2,5-dicarboxylic acid, INA=iso-nicotinic acid, phen=1,10-phenanthroline). 通过X射线单晶衍射、红外光谱(IR)、紫外光谱(UV-Vis)及表面光电压光谱(SPS)等方法对化合物进行了表征. 三种化合物中均存在大量的氢键, 使化合物晶体构成了无限延伸的三维网络结构. 表面光电压谱显示了化合物13在300~600 nm范围内呈现出正的光伏响应带, 具有P-型半导体的特征. 讨论了氢键在超分子构建中的作用以及不同配位环境对于配合物表面光电压的影响.  相似文献

Three new compounds, namely [Mn(phen)2(L)2] · EtOH (1), [Zn(phen)2(H2O)2]2L · 6H2O (2) and [Cd(phen)2(H2O)2]2L · 6H2O (3), where HL = 4-methylbenzenesulfonic acid and phen = o-phenanthroline, have been synthesized, and their crystal structures determined by X-ray diffraction. In the complexes the metal atoms have two different coordination environments. Complex (1) consists of neutral molecules, [Mn(phen)2(L)2], in which MnII is six-coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from two o-phenanthroline molecules and two oxygen atoms from two sulfonate ions. Complexes (2) and (3) are isomorphous, each consisting of cationic species [M(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ [M = Zn (2), Cd (3)], in which MII is six-coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from two o-phenanthroline molecules and two water molecules. The electrochemical behavior and FT-IR of these compounds were also studied in detail.  相似文献

Two new complexes, [Zn(phen)2(H2O)2]2L·H2O (1) and [Cu(phen)(L)(H2O)2]L·3H2O (2), where HL?= 4-aminobenzenesulfonic acid and phen = o-phenanthroline, have been synthesized and their crystal structures determined by X-ray diffraction. In the complexes the Cu(II) and Zn(II) atoms revealed two different coordination environments. Complex 1 consists of a cation [Zn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+, in which Zn(II) is six-coordinated by four nitrogen atoms from two o-phenanthroline molecules and by two water molecules. Complex 2 has two crystallographically unique Cu(II) ions, where Cu(II) ion is five-coordinate with two nitrogen atoms of o-phenanthroline, two water molecules and one sulfonate oxygen atom. The electrochemical behavior and FT-IR of the two compounds have also been studied in detail.  相似文献

The title compound, [Mn(C12H8N2)2(H2O)2](C4H4O4S)·[Mn(C4H4O4S)(C12H8N2)2]·13H2O, contains one dianion of thio­diglycolic acid (tdga2−) and two independent man­ganese(II) moieties, viz. [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ and [Mn(tdga)(phen)2], where phen is 1,10‐phenanthroline. The MnII atoms are octahedrally coordinated by four N atoms of two bidentate phen ligands [Mn—N = 2.240 (2)–2.3222 (19) Å] and either two water O atoms or two tdga carboxyl O atoms [Mn—O = 2.1214 (17)–2.1512 (17) Å]. The tdga ligand chelates as an O,O′‐bidentate ligand, forming an eight‐membered ring with one Mn atom. The free tdga2− dianion is hydrogen bonded to an [Mn(phen)2(H2O)2]2+ ion, with O⋯O distances of 2.606 (2) and 2.649 (2) Å. The crystal structure is further stabilized by an extensive network of hydrogen bonds involving 13 water mol­ecules.  相似文献

Three coordination polymers, {[Co(C10H5N3O5)(H2O)2]·H2O}n (1), {[Mn3(C10H5N3O5)2Cl2(H2O)6]·2H2O}n (2), and {[Cu3(C10H4N3O5)2(H2O)3]·4H2O}n (3), based on a T-shaped tripodal ligand 4-(4,5-dicarboxy-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine 1-oxide (H3DCImPyO), were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The polymers showed diverse coordination modes, being characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy, and single-crystal X-ray structure analysis. In 1, the HDCImPyO2? generated a 1-D chain by adopting a μ2-kN, O : kN′, O′ coordination mode to bridge two Co(II) ions in two bis-N,O-chelating modes. In 2, the HDCImPyO2? adopted a μ3-kN, O : kO′, O′′ : O′′′ coordination mode to bridge two crystallographically independent Mn(II) ions, forming a 2-D hcb network with {63} topology. In 3, by adopting μ4-kN, O : kO′, O′′ : kN′′, O′′′ : O′′′′ coordination, DCImPyO3? bridged three crystallographically independent Cu(II) ions to form a 3-D framework having the stb topology.  相似文献

Four azido-bridged dinuclear Mn(II) complexes, [Mn2(phen)4 μ-1,1-N3)2][FeIII(bpmb)(CN)2]2·H2O (1), [Mn2(phen)4(μ-1,1-N3)2][FeIII(bpClb)(CN)2]2·H2O (2), and [Mn2(phen)4(μ-1,1-N3)2][MIII(bpdmb)(CN)2]2·3H2O [M = Fe (3) or Cr (4); phen = 1,10-phenanthroline, bpmb2– = 1,2-bis(pyridine-2-carboxamido)-4-methyl-benzenate, bpClb2– = 1,2-bis(pyridine-2-carboxamido) 4-chloro-benzenate, bpdmb2– = 1,2-bis(pyridine-2-carboxamido)-4,5-dimethyl-benzenate], have been synthesized using the synthetic strategy of large anion inducement. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that all four complexes are doubly end-on (EO) azido-bridged binuclear Mn(II) complexes with two large [M(L)(CN)2] (L = bpmb2?, bpClb2?, or bpdmb2?) building blocks acting as charge-compensating anions. The magnetic properties of the complexes have been investigated, and the results indicate that the magnetic coupling between two Mn(II) centers through the EO azide bridges is ferromagnetic, with J = 0.64(1) cm?1 for 1, 0.43(1) cm?1 for 2, 0.50(1) cm?1 for 3, and 0.66(2) cm?1 for 4. The magneto-structural relationships of EO azido-bridged Mn(II) systems are discussed.  相似文献

Three metal-organic frameworks, [Eu(C10H6N3O5)3(H2O)2]?·?H2O (1), [Tb(C10H6N3O5)3(H2O)2]?·?H2O (2), and [Cd(C10H6N3O5)2Cl2] (3) based on T-shaped tripodal ligands 3-(4,5-dicarboxy-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine-1-oxide and 4-(4,5-dicarboxy-1H-imidazol-2-yl)pyridine-1-oxide (H3DCImPyO), have been synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, and single-crystal X-ray structure analysis. The diverse coordination modes of H3DCImPyO ligands have afforded the three compounds. Complexes 1 and 2 are isomers and the Ln (Ln?=?Eu or Tb) atoms have coordination number eight with a distorted square prism geometry. The partly deprotonated H2DCImPyO? ligands display three different coordination modes to link Ln (Ln?=?Tb or Eu) into 1-D double chains. In 3, Cd(II) lies on an inversion center and displays a slightly distorted octahedral coordination. All three compounds exhibit strong fluorescent emissions in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Mn(II), Fe(III), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II) complexes of multifunctional triaminoxime have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV–Vis spectra, magnetic moments, 1H- and 13C-NMR spectra for ligand and its Ni(II) complex, mass spectra, molar conductances, thermal analyses (DTA, DTG and TG) and ESR measurements. The IR spectral data show that the ligand is bi-basic or tri-basic tetradentate towards the metals. Molar conductances in DMF indicate that the complexes are non-electrolytes. The ESR spectra of solid copper(II) complexes [(HL)(Cu)2(Cl)2] · 2H2O (2) and [(L)(Cu)3(OH)3(H2O)6] · 7H2O (6) show axial symmetry of a d x²???y 2 ground state; however, [(HL)(Co)] (4) shows an axial type with d Z 2 ground state and manganese(II) complex [(L)(Mn)3(OH)3(H2O)6] · 4H2O (10) shows an isotropic type. The biological activity of the ligand and its metal complexes are discussed.  相似文献

Three new copper(II) complexes with isonicotinic acid N-oxide (HL) and 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) as ligands, [Cu(L)(phen)(H2O)]2(NO3)2···2H2O (1), [Cu(L)(phen)(H2O)]2(ClO4)2···2H2O (2), and [Cu(L)(phen)Br]2- [Cu(L)(phen)(H2O)]2Br2···6H2O (3) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. The structures of all three complexes feature a Cu2 dimer formed by two Cu(II) ions interconnected by two bridging ligands. Each copper(II) ion has a distorted square pyramidal coordination geometry with elongated axial coordination by an aqua ligand or halogen anion. The isonicotinic acid N-oxide anion is bidentate, being coordinated to two Cu(II) ions through its N-O oxygen and one of its carboxylate oxygen atoms. Magnetic susceptibility measurements show a Curie–Weiss paramagnetic behavior characteristic of one unpaired electron for a copper(II) ion for all three complexes.  相似文献

A novel polymeric complex, [Mn(phen)(pdc)] (phen=1,10-phenanthroline, H2pdc=2,5-pyridinedicarboxylic acid) has been synthesized from the hydrothermal reaction system of H2pdc, phen, MnO2, and H2O. [Mn(phen)(pdc)] is characteristic of an edge-sharing dinuclear MnII structure unit bridged by pdc, leading to a 2-D framework whose stacking is based on weak H-bond interaction. The temperature dependence of the magnetic susceptibility for [Mn(phen)(pdc)] indicates antiferromagnetic coupling [J = −2.76(4) cm−1] between the adjacent paramagnetic MnII ions.  相似文献

New bi- and trihomonuclear Mn(II), Co(II), Ni(II), and Zn(II) complexes with sulfa-guanidine Schiff bases have been synthesized for potential chemotherapeutic use. The complexes are characterized using elemental and thermal (TGA) analyses, mass spectra (MS), molar conductance, IR, 1H-NMR, UV-Vis, and electron spin resonance (ESR) spectra as well as magnetic moment measurements. The low molar conductance values denote non-electrolytes. The thermal behavior of these chelates shows that the hydrated complexes lose water of hydration in the first step followed by loss of coordinated water followed immediately by decomposition of the anions and ligands in subsequent steps. IR and 1H-NMR data reveal that ligands are coordinated to the metal ions by two or three bidentate centers via the enol form of the carbonyl C=O group, enolic sulfonamide S(O)OH, and the nitrogen of azomethine. The UV-Vis and ESR spectra as well as magnetic moment data reveal that formation of octahedral [Mn2L1(AcO)2(H2O)6] (1), [Co2(L1)2(H2O)8] (2), [Ni2L1(AcO)2(H2O)6] (3), [Mn3L2(AcO)3(H2O)9] (5), [Co3L2(AcO)3(H2O)9] · 4H2O (6), [Ni3L2(AcO)3(H2O)9] · 7H2O (7), [Mn3L3(AcO)3(H2O)6] (9), [Co2(HL3)2(H2O)8] · 4H2O (10), [Ni3L3(AcO)3(H2O)9] (11), [Mn3L4(AcO)3(H2O)9] · H2O (13), [Co2(HL4)2(H2O)8] · 5H2O (14), and [Ni3L4(AcO)3(H2O)9] (15) while [Zn2L1(AcO)2(H2O)2] (4), [Zn3L2(AcO)3(H2O)3] · 2H2O (8), [Zn3L3(AcO)3(H2O)3] · 3H2O (12), and [Zn3L4(AcO)3(H2O)3] · 2H2O (16) are tetrahedral. The electron spray ionization (ESI) MS of the complexes showed isotope ion peaks of [M]+ and fragments supporting the formulation.  相似文献

Two pyridinecarboxylato-bridged coordination polymers [Mn(pbc)2] n (1) and [Mn(pbc)2(H2O)2] n (2) (Hpbc = 3-pyrid-3-ylbenzoic acid) have been synthesized by the hydrothermal method and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectra and single crystal X-ray diffraction. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that pbc? adopts two coordination modes: μ 2-N, O, O and μ 3-N, O, O in 1 and as diconnectors linking two Mn(II) centers through μ 2-N, O in 2. Three new complexes, {[Mn(dtb)(bpe)·2H2O]·H2O} n (1), {[Mn(dtb)(bpa)·2H2O]·H2O} n (2), and {[Mn(dtb)(phen)]} n (3) [H2dtb?=?5,5′-dithiobis(2-nitrobenzoic acid), bpe?=?1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethene, bpa?=?1,2-bi(4-pyridyl)ethane, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline], have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions with Mn(OAc)2·4H2O, dtb, and different N-donor ligands. X-ray structure analyses of 1 and 2 reveal analogous structures with 1D helical chains and 2D 44 chiral layers. The structure of 3 shows a 1D chain which is outwardly decorated with phen ligands. These neutral polymeric complexes exhibit structural diversity due to the different coordination modes of the flexible dtb ligand and the N-donor ligands. The thermogravimetric analyses and X-ray powder diffractions of 1–3 are also presented.  相似文献

Reactions between [Mn(CO)5Br] and dpkbh in low boiling solvents in air gave fac-[MnI(CO)32-Npy,Nim-dpkbh)Br]·H2O, [MnIIBr23-Npy,Nim,O-dpkbh)], and [MnII3-Npy,Nim,O-dpkbh-H)2]·0.5H2O (Nim = imine nitrogen and Npy = pyridyl nitrogen). Crystallization of fac-[MnI(CO)32-Npy,Nim-dpkbh)Br]·H2O from dmso or CH3CN produced dark red crystals of [MnII3-Npy,Nim,O-dpkbh-H)2]·nX (X = dmso, n = 1 and X = H2O, n = 0.22). This is in contrast to the reaction of [Re(CO)5Cl] with dpkbh in refluxing toluene to form fac-[ReI(CO)32-,Npy,Npy-dpkbh)Cl] which can be crystallized from CH3CN, dmso or dmf to form fac-[ReI(CO)32-,Npy,Npy-dpkbh)Cl]·nX (X = CH3CN, n = 0 and solvate = dmso or dmf, n = 1). Infrared spectral measurements are consistent with keto coordination of dpkbh to Mn(I) in fac-[MnI(CO)32-Npy,Nim-dpkbh)Br]·H2O and Mn(II) in [MnIIBr23-Npy,Nim,O-dpkbh)] plus enol coordination of the amide-deprotonated dpkbh, to the Mn(II) center in [MnII3-Npy,Nim,O-dpkbh-H)2]·0.5H2O. Electronic absorption spectral measurements in non-aqueous solvents indicate sensitivity of fac-[MnI(CO)32-Npy,Nim-dpkbh)Br]·H2O and [MnII3-Npy,Nim,O-dpkbh-H)2]·0.5H2O to changes in their outer-shell environments. X-ray crystallographic analyses elucidated the identities of [MnIIBr23-Npy,Nim,O-dpkbh)] and [MnII3-Npy,Nim,O-dpkbh-H)2]·nX and divulged weaker coordination of [dpkbh] to Mn(II) in [MnIIBr23-Npy,Nim,O-dpkbh)] and stronger coordination of [dpkbh-H]? to Mn(II) in [MnII3-Npy,Nim,O-dpkbh-H)2]·0.22H2O. Low-temperature X-ray structural analyses were employed to account for the disorder in the structure of [MnII3-Npy,Nim,O-dpkbh-H)2] and the short NH bond distance observed in the structure of [MnIIBr23-Npy,Nim,O-dpkbh)]. A PLATON Squeeze treatment was invoked to account for the fractional occupancy of lattice water in the structure of [MnII3-Npy,Nim,O-dpkbh-H)2].  相似文献

Two new tetranuclear chalcocyanide cluster complexes, [{Mn(saloph)H2O}4Re4Q4(CN)12]?4 CH3OH? 8 H2O (saloph=N,N′o‐phenylenebis(salicylidenaminato), Q=Se ( 1 ‐Se), Te ( 2 ‐Te)), have been synthesized by the diffusion of a methanolic solution of [PPh4]4[Re4Q4(CN)12] into a methanolic solution of [Mn(saloph)]+. The structure of 2 ‐Te has been determined by X‐ray crystallography. These rhenium cluster‐supported [MnIII(saloph)] complexes have been found to efficiently catalyze a wide range of olefin epoxidations under mild experimental conditions in the presence of meta‐chloroperbenzoic acid (mCPBA). Olefin epoxidation by these catalysts is proposed to involve the multiple active oxidants MnV?O, MnIV?O, and MnIII? OOC(O)R. Evidence in support of this interpretation has been derived from reactivity and Hammett studies, H218O‐exchange experiments, and the use of peroxyphenylacetic acid as a mechanistic probe. Moreover, it has been observed that the participation of MnV?O, MnIV?O, and MnIII? OOC(O)R can be controlled by changing the substrate concentration. This mechanism provides the greatest congruity with related oxidation reactions that employ certain Mn complexes as catalysts.  相似文献

Two novel manganese(II) complexes, [Mn(phen)2N3·H2O]ClO4·H2O and Mn(phen)2(N3)2 have been synthesized by the reaction of Mn(ClO4)2·6H2O and Mn(CH3CO2)2·4H2O with NaN3 and phen in EtOH/H2O solution, respectively (where phen = 1,10-phenanthroline). Their crystal structures have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Both complex molecules have distorted octahedral geometry and two 1,10-phenanthroline molecules chelate to a Mn(II) atom with a cis-configuration. To [Mn(phen)2N3·H2O]ClO4·H2O, one nitrogen atom from an azide anion and one oxygen atom from a water molecule cis-coordinate to the Mn(II) atom while two nitrogen atoms occupy cis positions in Mn(phen)2(N3)2. These complexes are versatile precursors for the design of heteropolymetallic systems.  相似文献

Two structurally similar centrosymmetric phenoxo-bridged dinuclear manganese(III) complexes, [Mn2(L1)2(N3)2] (1) and [Mn2(L2)2(NCS)2] (2), were prepared from the tetradentate bis-Schiff base ligands, N,N’-bis(salicylidene)propane-1,2-diamine (H2L1) and N,N’-bis(salicylidene)ethane-1,2-diamine (H2L2), respectively, in the presence of pseudohalides. The complexes have been characterized by FTIR, elemental analyses, and molar conductivity. Structures of the complexes have been confirmed by single-crystal X-ray determination. The bis-Schiff base ligands coordinate with Mn through their phenolate oxygen and imino nitrogen. Each Mn is an octahedral. The complexes showed that they exhibit high activity in catalytic olefin oxidation.  相似文献

Manganese(IV) complexes [MnIV(npah)(H2O)2] (1) and [MnIV(npah)(A)2]?·?nH2O (where A?=?py (2), 2-pic (3), 3-pic (4), 4-pic (5)) and MnIV(npah)(NN)] (NN?=?bpy (6) and phen (7)) have been synthesized from bis(2-hydroxy-1-naphthaldehyde)adipoyldihydrazone in methanol. The composition of the complexes has been established by elemental analyses. Complex 3 has been characterized by mass spectral data also. Structural assessment of the complexes has been based on data from molar conductance, magnetic moment, electronic, electron paramagnetic resonance, and infrared (IR) spectral studies. Molar conductances of the complexes in DMSO suggest non-electrolytes. Magnetic moment and EPR studies suggest +4 oxidation state for manganese in these complexes. Electronic spectral studies suggest six-coordinate octahedral geometry around the metal ions. IR spectra reveal that H4npah coordinates to the metal in enol form. Reaction of the complexes with benzyl alcohol and SO2 has been investigated. Cyclic voltammetric studies of the complexes have also been carried out.  相似文献

Seven new transition metal complexes formulated as [M2(1,4-tpbd)(diimine)2(H2O)2]4+ [M = Zn, Co, Ni, Cd; 1,4-tpbd = N,N,N′,N′-tetrakis(2-pyridylmethyl)benzene-1,4-diamine; diimine is a N,N-donor heterocyclic base like 1,10-phenanthroline (phen), 2,2′-bipyridine (bpy), 4,5-diazafluoren-9-one (dafo)] have been synthesized and structurally characterized by X-ray crystallography: [Zn2(1,4-tpbd)(phen)2(H2O)2]4+ (1), [Zn2(1,4-tpbd)(bpy)2(H2O)2]4+ (2), [Co2(1,4-tpbd)(phen)2(H2O)2]4+ (3), [Ni2(1,4-tpbd)(phen)2(H2O)2]4+ (4), [Ni2(1,4-tpbd)(bpy)2(H2O)2]4+ (5), [Ni2(1,4-tpbd)(dafo)2(H2O)2]4+ (6) and [Cd2(1,4-tpbd)(phen)2(H2O)2]4+ (7). Single crystal diffraction reveals that the metals in the complexes are all in a distorted octahedral geometry. The interactions of the seven complexes with calf thymus DNA (CT-DNA) have been investigated by UV absorption, fluorescence, circular dichroism spectroscopy and viscosity measurements. The apparent binding constants (Kapp) are calculated to be 5.2?×?105 M?1 for 1, 1.05?×?105 M?1 for 2, 5.76?×?105 M?1 for 3, 4.57?×?105 M?1 for 4, 1.29?×?105 M?1 for 5, 1.7?×?105 M?1 for 6, 2.53?×?105 M?1 for 7, the binding propensity to the calf thymus DNA in the order: 3 (Co-phen) > 1 (Zn-phen) > 4 (Ni-phen) > 7 (Cd-phen) > 6 (Ni-dafo) > 5 (Ni-bpy) > 2 (Zn-bpy). Furthermore, these complexes display efficient oxidative cleavage of supercoiled DNA; the Zn(II)/H2O2 and Cd(II)/H2O2 systems efficiently cleave DNA attributed to the peroxide ion coordinated to the Zn(II) and Cd(II), which enhanced their nucleophilicity, this is rare.  相似文献

四氯合铂酸钾分别与邻、间、对磺基苯甲酸在乙腈和水中利用水热合成获得了3个铂的N-(1-亚氨基乙基)乙脒配合物:[Pt(NIA)_2]·(2-sb)·2H_2O(1),[Pt(NIA)_2]·(3-sb)·3H_2O(2)和[Pt(NIA)_2]·(1,4-dsb)·2H_2O(3)(NIA=N-(1-亚氨基乙基)乙脒,2-sb~2-=2-磺基苯甲酸二价阴离子、3-sb~2-=3-磺基苯甲酸二价阴离子、1,4-dsb~2-=1,4-二磺基苯二价阴离子)。合成过程中发生了乙氰三聚以及4-sb~2-转变为1,4-dsb~2-的反应。对配合物进行了元素分析、红外、紫外、荧光、热重和粉末X射线衍射表征,并利用单晶X射线衍射测定了配合物的晶体结构。3个配合物为阳离子-阴离子物种,阳离子为[Pt(NIA)_2]~(2+),中心金属离子四配位平面构型;阴离子与阳离子、水形成氢键,组成一个三维网络结构,但3个配合物的氢键模式不同。配合物在热稳定性、荧光性质上有一定差异。  相似文献
