Three new coordination complexes, [Cd2(ppt)2(cpba)]?·?(H2O)2 (1), [Zn(ppt)2]?·?(H2O) (2), and [Zn(MoO4)(Hppt)] (3) (H2cpba: 3-(2′-carboxy-phenoxy)-benzoic acid; Hppt: 3-(pyridin-3′-yl)-5-(pyridin-2′′-yl)-1,2,4-triazole), were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Their structures have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, and thermogravimetric analyses. X-ray diffraction analyses revealed that Cd(II) ions are linked by ppt? to form a ladder-shaped structure along the a-axis and further displays a 2-D supramolecular architecture with cpba2? along the c-axis. In 2, each Zn(ppt)2 fragment is linked by the nitrogen of pyridin-3′-yl from the neighboring Zn(ppt)2 forming a V-shaped chain. Compound 3 consists of a ladder structure, in which each {MoO4} unit is a bridge linking three Zn(Hppt)2+ fragments.  相似文献

The title compound, N′-(4-methoxybenzylidene)-2-(1 H -1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)acetohydrazide, was synthesized and its structure was confirmed by means of IR, MS, 1H NMR and elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of the title compound was determined by X-ray diffraction. The preliminary biological test shows that the synthesized compound has a low antifungal activity.  相似文献

Two new copper(II) complexes, [CuL(HL)]·ClO4 (1) and [Cu2Br2L2]·0.85H2O (2), where L is the monoanionic form of 4-tert-butyl-N′-(1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylidene)benzohydrazide (HL), have been prepared. The complexes were characterized by infrared and UV–vis spectra, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is a mononuclear copper(II) species and 2 is a bromido-bridged dinuclear copper(II) species. The Cu ion in 1 is in an octahedral coordination mode and that in 2 is trigonal-bipyramidal. The Jack bean urease inhibitory assay indicated that 2 is active, with IC50 value of 20.6 ± 2.3 μmol L?1, while 1 is inactive. Molecular docking of 2 with Jack bean urease was studied.  相似文献

Three new complexes, {[Mn(Hbpma)2(pm)(H2O)2]·8H2O}n, {[Co(Hbpma)2(pm)(H2O)2]·8H2O}n and {[Zn(Hbpma)2(pm)(H2O)2]·8H2O}n (bpma = N,N′-bis(3-pyridylmethyl)amine and H4pm = pyromellitic acid) were synthesized and structurally characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. All three complexes are isomorphous consisting of one-dimensional coordination polymers bridged by rigid pm ligands, while the flexible dipyridyl bpma only acts as a terminal ligand. The bpma ligand adopts the trans–trans conformation in all three complexes. The magnetic properties of the Mn(II) and Co(II) complexes show the occurrence of antiferromagnetic interactions between adjacent metal atoms. The Zn(II) complex exhibits fluorescent emission in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

A tridentate hydrazone precursor, N′-[1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylidene]acetohydrazide (L) (1:1 refluxed product of acetichydrazide and 2-acetylpyridine), produced two octahedral CuII and NiII derivatives, [CuL2]·NO3 (1) and [NiL2]·ClO4·H2O (2). Both are subjected to X-ray diffraction system, and structural investigation shows that the central metal atom (CuII or NiII) adopts a distorted octahedral geometry with N4O2 donor sets by coordination of a pair of independent hydrazone precursors. Besides X-ray study, IR and UV-vis spectra, thermal analysis and room temperature magnetic moments are utilized for establishing significant characteristics of both complexes. It is apparent that the M-Npyridine bonds are slightly longer than the M-Nimino bonds, Cu1-N1 and Cu1-N4 [2.300(2) and 2.038(2) ?] for 1 and Ni1-N1 and Ni1-N4 [2.075(2) and 2.084(1) ?] for 2, Cu1-N2 and Cu1-N5 [2.062(1) and 1.932(1) ?] for 1 and Ni1-N2 and Ni1-N5 [2.008(2) and 1.975(2) ?] for 2, respectively. As per our observation, the effective magnetic moment value (μeff) is found to be 1.77 B.M. for 1 and 3.06 BM for 2, respectively.  相似文献

Bimetallic complexes 3ae of 1,1′-bisacetylacetoferrocene (2) were prepared by reactions of transition metal acetates M(OAc)2 (M?=?Co2+, Mn2+, Cu2+, Ni2+, Zn2+) with the 2 in refluxing methanol. The X-ray structures of the cobalt and manganese complexes were determined showing very similar centrosymmetric macrocyclic dimeric frameworks constituted by linkage of two Co2+ or Mn2+ ions and two 1,1′-diacetoacetylferrocene units with two additional methanols as bridges dividing this macrocyclic framework into two small cyclic subunits. Two allomeric helical coordination polymers, {[Zn(4,4′-dps)2(HSSA)(H2O)2] · 3(H2O)} n (1) and {[Cd(4,4′-dps)2(HSSA)(H2O)2] · 3(H2O)} n (2) (4,4′-dps = 4,4′-dipyridylsulfide, H3SSA = 5-sulfosalicylic acid), have been synthesized by similar experimental methods and characterized by elemental analysis, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and fluorescence spectra. Both crystallize in monoclinic system, space group P21/n, with a = 11.7947(13) Å, b = 13.7475(15) Å, c = 20.183(2) Å, and Z = 4 for 1 and a = 11.940(7) Å, b = 14.068(8) Å, c = 20.323(12) Å, and Z = 4 for 2. In both complexes, the metal (ZnII for 1 and CdII for 2) are six-coordinate with a N3O3 donor set in a distorted octahedron. Half of the 4,4′-dps are μ 2-bridging, linking adjacent metal centers and forming P21/n dimensional helical structures along the b-axis. Fluorescence measurements show that 1 and 2 have medium fluorescent emission at 402 and 405 nm, respectively.  相似文献

A simple synthetic approach to racemic N-tert-butyloxycarbonyl-2-methyl-3-(1H-1,2,4-triazol-1-yl)alanine (5) in four steps and 68% overall yield starting from oxazoline derivative 1 is reported. This synthesis involves the alkylation of 1H-1,2,4-triazole with an O-tosyloxazoline derivative, followed by an oxazoline ring-opening reaction and oxidation of the N-protected β?aminoalcohol by potassium permanganate.  相似文献

Interaction between hydroxyoxo(5,10,15,20-tetraphenylporphyrinato)molybdenum(V) and 2′-(pyridin-4-yl)-5′-(pyridin-2-yl)-1′-(pyridin-2-yl)methylpyrrolidinyl[60]fullerene in toluene has been studied by means of spectrophotometry. The reaction proceeds via two stages: rapidly established equilibrium between the reactants and their molecular complex 1: 1 [K = (1.97 ± 0.52) × 104 L/mol] followed by slow irreversible displacement of hydroxy group into the second coordination sphere to form cationic outer sphere complex (k = 0.26 L s?1 mol?1). The complexes [NO2BzPz]2[Ni(mnt)2] (1) and [BrBzPz]2[Pd(mnt)2] (2) have been prepared by reaction of Na2mnt, NiCl2·6H2O or PdCl2, and the corresponding 1-(R-benzyl)pyrazinium bromide salt (R = 4′-nitro, R = 4′-bromo). Crystallographic data for 1: monoclinic, P21/n, a = 7.3494(15), b = 15.223(3), c = 15.054(3)?Å, β = 102.42(3)°, V = 1644.8(6)?Å3, Z = 2. Data for 2: monoclinic, P21/n, a = 7.399(2), b = 19.024(4), c = 12.224(2)?Å, β = 94.62(3)°, V = 1715.0(7)?Å3, Z = 4. In both complexes, the [M(mnt)2]2? anion has a centre of symmetry at the metal atom and two cations are related to each other by the symmetry centre. The [M(mnt)2]2? anion exhibits a quasi-planar structure in both complexes, which show similar crystal packing.  相似文献

An amide-type acyclic polyether, N,N′-bis(p-methoxyphenyl)-3-oxapentanediamide (L), and its three lanthanide coordination compounds, [Ln(NO3)(L)2(H2O)2]?·?(NO3)2 [Ln?=?Pr (1), Nd (2), and Dy (3)], have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and X-ray diffraction. Single crystal X-ray structure analyses reveal that 1 and 2 have the same structure and crystallize in the monoclinic crystal system with C2/c space group. The coordination geometry around the central atom is a distorted bicapped square antiprism. Extensive intermolecular hydrogen bonds in 1 and 2 result in 3-D supramolecular networks. Complex 3 exhibits luminescence in the visible region upon excitation with UV-rays.  相似文献

Three copper(II), zinc(II), and vanadium(V) complexes, [CuL(HL)]ClO4 (1), [ZnL2] (2) and [VO2L] (3), where L is the anionic form of 3-methyl-N′-(1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylidene)benzohydrazide (HL), were prepared and characterized by IR, UV–vis and single-crystal X-ray determination. X-ray analysis indicates that the complexes are mononuclear species, with the Cu and Zn ions in 1 and 2 in octahedral coordination, and with the V ion in 3 in trigonal bipyramidal coordination. The hydrazone compound and the three complexes were evaluated for antibacterial activities. The copper complex has effective activities.  相似文献

Two cyano-bridged copper(II)–copper(I) mixed-valence assemblies, Cu(EAM)2[Cu(CN)2]2 1 (EAM?=?ethanolamine) and Cu(DETA)[Cu(CN)2]2·0.5H2O 2 (DETA?=?diethylenetriamine), have been prepared and structurally and magnetically characterized. IR spectra indicate the presence of bridging cyano groups in both 1 and 2, confirmed by structure analyses; Cu(I)–CN–Cu(II), Cu(I)–CN–Cu(I) and Cu(I)–Cu(I) metal bond linkages are evident. In the lattice, a 3D network is formed by two [Cu(CN)2]?? units and one [Cu(EAM)2]2+unit for 1. Variable temperature magnetic susceptibilities, measured in the 5–300?K range, indicate weak antiferromagnetic exchange interactions in complex 1.  相似文献

The crystal of I is monoclinic: space group P21/n, a = 8.208(2), b = 14.528(3), c = 16.418(3) ?, ?? = 97.887(3)°, V = 1939.3(7) ?3, Z = 2. The crystal of II is triclinic: space group P $P\bar 1$ a = 8.334(2), b = 10.236(2), c = 11.337(2) ?, ?? = 80.91(3)°, ?? = 75.41(3)°, ?? = 75.63(3)°, V = 902.0(3) ?3, Z = 2. Complex I is a methoxide-bridged dimeric oxovanadium(V) complex, and complex II is a mononuclear oxovanadium(V) complex. The V atom in I is in an octahedral coordination, and that in II is in a square pyramidal coordination.  相似文献

Methods were developed for the synthesis of complexes of CoII, NiII, and CuII nitrates and chlorides with N-(1-phenylethylidene)-N-(4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)amine (L1) and N′-(4H-1,2,4-triazol-4-yl)benzamidine (L2). The CoII and NiII complexes have a linear trinuclear structure. The CuII complexes are polynuclear. Both ligands are coordinated to the metal ions in a bidentate-bridging mode through the N(1) and N(2) atoms of the heterocycle. In all compounds, the coordination polyhedron can be described as a distorted octahedron. The molecular and crystal structure of the [Ni3(L1)6(EtOH)2(H2O)4](NO3)6·2EtOH·4H2O complex was established.  相似文献

The two new nickel(II) complexes, [Ni(HL)(L)](NO3)?H2O (1) and [Ni(L)2] (2) (where HL/L = N′-[(E)-phenyl(pyridin-2-yl)methylidene]benzohydrazide), have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopic, magnetic susceptibility, and cyclic voltammetric measurements. Single-crystal X-ray analysis of [Ni(HL)(L)](NO3)?H2O (1) and [Ni(L)2] (2) has revealed the presence of a distorted octahedral geometry around nickel(II). The X-ray and spectral characterizations have confirmed the existence of the keto-enol form of the ligands in the complexes. The electronic structures and spectral properties of the ligands and the complexes have been explained by DFT and TDDFT calculations. Superoxide dismutase activity of these complexes has also been measured.  相似文献
