Crystals of [Cr3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3][UO2(CH3COO)3]·3H2O (I) were synthesized for the first time and studied by X-ray crystallography. The crystals of I are orthorhombic: a = 8.3561(3) ?, b = 16.8421(5) ?, c = 25.7448(9) ?, V = 3623.2(2) ?3, space group P212121, Z = 4, R = 0.0409. The structure is composed of trinuclear [Cr3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]+ complexes and mononuclear [UO2(CH3COO)3]? complexes classified with crystal-chemical groups A3M3B 6 2 M 3 1 (A = Cr3+, M3 = O2?, B2 = CH3COO?, M1 = H2O) and AB 3 01 (A = UO 2 2+ , B01 = CH3COO?), respectively. The complexes are bound to each other by electrostatic interactions and hydrogen bonds involving outer-sphere water molecules. The results of IR spectroscopic study of I are in good agreement with the structural data for the crystal.  相似文献

A homodinuclear complex (NH3CH2CH2CH2NH3)2 {Na2[(C6H4O2)2] (C6H4O2H)2} (1) has been synthesized by a solution-based self-assembly route. It crystallized in monoclinic system with space group P21/c. Every sodium ion coordinates in a tetragonal prism fashion with two O atoms of a terminal chelating catecholate ligand and three O atoms from two bridging catecholate ligands. Two neighboring NaO5 tetragonal prisms are edge-shared and centrosymmetric with regard to the inversion center to form a binuclear cluster {Na2[(C6H4O2)2](C6H4OOH)2}^4- anion. The complex anions were aligned parallelly by n-n interaction and linked with the protonated 1,3-propylenediamine through hydrogen bonds which were assembled into a multi-lamellar structure with channels. The crystal exhibits rectangular geometry with an interior triangle hollow structure under optical microscopy. And the scanning electron microscopy (SEM) indicates that the wall of the tubes shows multi-lamella morphologies. Further, the transmission electron microscopy (TEM) reveals that the crystal is composed of multi-lamellar nano-tubes with diameters less than 100 nm. The molecular structure of the complex was compared with that of its isomer complex 2.  相似文献

The heteronuclear-oxoacetate with the composition [Fe2NiO(CH2COO)6(H2O)3]·2H2O decomposed on heating, forming nickel ferrite NiFe2O4 and (depending on the decomposition conditions) in part other solid phases. H2O, CH3COOH, acetone and CO2 were also formed in the decomposition. A reaction scheme is given for the decomposition. The products were porous powders with grain diameters between 3 and 10m. On increase of the temperature of decomposition from 300 to 800 C, the BET surface area and the surface area of the pores decreased, but only a small alteration in grain size was observed. As a result of thermal treatment in the temperature region abone 800C, larger aggregates of grains were formed in sintering processes.
Zusammenfassung Heteronukleare-Oxoazetate der Zusammensetzung [Fe2NiO(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]·2H2O werden durch Erhitzen zersetzt, wobei Nickelferrite NiFe2O4 und — in AbhÄngigkeit von den Bedingungen der Zersetzung — mit einem Teil anderer fester Phasen gebildet wird. In der Zersetzungsreaktion werden auch H2O, CH3COOH, Azeton und CO2 gebildet. Es wird ein Reaktionsschema für die Zersetzung angegeben. Die Produkte sind poröse Pulver mit einem Korndurchmesser zwischen 3 und 10 m. Wird die Zersetzungstemperatur von 300 auf 800C erhöht, nimmt die BET-OberflÄche und die PorenoberflÄche ab, wobei sich die Korngrö\e aber nur wenig verÄndert. Im Ergebnis der WÄrmebehandlung im Temperaturbereich oberhalb 800C werden durch Sinterprozesse grö\ere Partikelaggregate gebildet.

The supramolecular complex [Zn{NH(CH2)4O}{S2CN(C2H5)2}2]2 · CH2N(CH2)4O}2 (I) has been synthesized and studied by X-ray crystallography and thermal analysis. The noncentrosymmetric complex is composed of two structurally nonequivalent molecules of the adduct of bis(diethyldithiocarbamato)zinc with morpholine, which are linked with the outer-sphere N,N’-dimorpholinomethane molecule through two hydrogen bonds N-H?O. The major differences between the adduct molecules are related to the strength of Zn-N bonds, spatial orientation of the coordinated morpholine heterocyclic rings, and the proportion between the contributions of the trigonal bipyramidal (TBP) and tetragonal pyramidal (TP) components to the geometry of zinc polyhedra. Calculations show that the geometry of the zinc polyhedra is almost halfway between TBP and TP. The thermal destruction of supramolecular compound I is accompanied by desorption of the outer-sphere and coordinated organic molecules. At the final stage, defragmentation of the “dithiocarbamate part” of the complex leads to the formation of ZnS.  相似文献

Results of X-ray structural analysis, IR spectroscopy, and quantum chemical study of the [Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]NO3·4H2O complex are reported. The crystal belongs to the monoclinic system with a=15.688(3), b=11.767(2), c=15.318(4) Å, γ=92.54(3)o, space group P21/a, R=0.078. The molecule has a trinuclear structure: three iron atoms occupy the vertices of an equilateral, triangle with an Fe−Fe distance of 3.29 Å and are bonded by the μ3-oxo and μ-CH3COO (O,O′) ligands. To each iron atom, one water molecule is coordinated. Using the obtained values of populations on 3d AO of Fe (d xy 1.34 ; d xz 1.39 ; d yz 1.46 ; ; ) and charges on oxygen atoms (O c −0.5 ; O ac −0.31 ; O w −0.31 ), we estimated the values of isomeric shift and quadrupole splitting (0.75 and 0.70 mm/sec, respectively; these are close to the experimental values of 0.75 and 0.58 mm/sec, (300 K)). The redox characteristics of the ternary clathrate compound{C6H5CH2SSCH2C6H5}was studied by electrochemical measurement and quantum-chemical calculations.The cyclic voltammogram of this ternary clathrate compound in 0.1M KC1O4-DMF with a platinum electride had 2.pairs of redox peak.Both the electrochemical parameters derived from the voltammogram and the results of EHMO calculations indicate that the pair of redox peak at relatively positive potentials corresponds to the redox reaction of "Fe(Ⅲ)/Fe(Ⅱ) which is irreversible in nature,while the pair of redox peak at more negative potentials corresponds to the redox reaction of Mo(Ⅴ)/ Mo(Ⅱ) which is semi-reversible.The calculations from experiment measurements are fairly agreement with the theoretical calculations.  相似文献

A novel Ni-capped complex H4{[Ni(H2O)3]2[CeMo12O42]}·13.5H2O has been synthe- sized, which is the first Silverton-type anion capped with two Ni units via three terminal oxygen atoms. Crystallographic data for the title compound: Trigonal, space group R-3, a = 13.0950(19), b = 13.0950(19), c = 33.029(7)(A), α=β=γ= 58.727(17)°, V = 4905.1(14)(A)3, Z = 3, Mr = 2437.17, Dc = 2.475 g/cm3, F(000) = 3462, T = 293(2) K, μ(MoKα) = 3.564 mm-1, R1 = 0.0369, wR2 = 0.0905 and GOF = 1.079 for 151 parameters and 1963 reflections with I > 2σ(I) in the range of 1.85≤θ≤25.50°.  相似文献

Iron acetate of composition [Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3][AuCl4]·6H2O (I) was synthesized and investigated by X-ray diffraction analysis and Mössbauer spectroscopy. The [Fe3O(CH3COO)6(H2O)3]+ complex cation has a structure typical for 3-O bridged trinuclear ferric compounds with iron atoms lying at the vertices of a regular triangle with an oxygen atom at the center. The iron atoms are each coordinated by 4 oxygen atoms of the four bridging carboxylic groups, the 3-O bridging atom, and the coordinated water molecule in the trans-position to the latter. In the trinuclear cation, the Fe(III) ions are coupled by antiferromagnetic exchange interactions with the exchange parameter J = -29.0 cm –1 (HDVV model for D 3h symmetry). The specific role of the solvate water molecules in structure formation is discussed.  相似文献

The coordination compounds [Cd(CH3COO-κO 1,O 2)2(phenanthroline-kN 1 N 2)(H2O)] · H2O (1) and [Cd{μ-(CH3CH2COO-κO 1,O 2)}2(phenanthroline-κN 1,N 2)]2 · 2CH3CH2COOH (2) were synthesized and characterized by elemental and thermal analysis and IR spectroscopy. Crystal and molecular structures of both compounds were determined. The complexes are air stable and fairly soluble in water. In both compounds the cadmium is seven-coordinate and contains chelating phenanthroline and two chelating carboxylate groups in the inner coordination sphere. The seventh coordinating oxygen belongs to water in 1 and to bridging carboxylate in 2. All carboxylate groups are bonded unsymmetrically to the central atom. The coordination polyhedra can be described as distorted pentagonal bipyramid (compound 1) and distorted capped tetragonal bipyramid (compound 2). In the structure of 1 intermolecular O(water)–H ··· O (water/carboxylate) hydrogen bonds create a two-dimensional net along the crystallographic a0c plane. Each molecule of 2 is connected to two propionic acid molecules via hydrogen bonds. In both compounds exist π-stacking interactions.  相似文献

The title compound has been synthesized by the reaction of HgI2 and [(CH3)3- NCH2CH2N(CH3)3]I2 with pH = 7.5 at room temperature, and its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 8.3075(8), b =15.8084(19), c =15.390(2)(°A), β = 95.192(4)o, V = 2012.9(4)(°A)3, Z = 2, Dc = 2.824 g/cm3, F(000) = 1502, C14H39N4O2Hg2I8, Mr = 1711.87, μ(MoKα) = 13.768 mm-1, the final R = 0.0465 and wR = 0.1293 for 3046 observed reflections with I > 2(I). The title compound consists of cations ([C8H22N2]2+) and anion (HgI42-), which are combined by static attracting forces to form the so-called organic-inorganic hybrid material.  相似文献

Cs3[UO2(CH3COO)3]2[UO2(CH3COO)(NCS)2(H2O)] (I) and Cs5[UO2(CH3COO)3]3[UO2 (NCS)4(H2O)] · 2H2O (II) have been synthesized via the reaction between uranyl acetate and cesium thiocyanate in aqueous solution. According to single-crystal X-ray diffraction data, both compounds crystallize in monoclinic system with the unit cell parameters a = 18.7036(5) Å, b = 16.7787(3) Å, c = 12.9636(3) Å, β = 92.532(1)°, space group C2/c, Z = 4, R = 0.0434 (I); and a = 21.7843(3) Å, b = 24.6436(5) Å, c = 13.1942(2) Å, β = 126.482(1)°, space group Cc, Z = 4, R = 0.0273 (II). Uranium-containing structural units of compound (I) are mononuclear [UO2(CH3COO)3]? and [UO2(CH3COO)(NCS)2(H2O)]? moieties, which correspond to the AB 3 01 and AB01M 3 1 crystallochemical groups (A = UO 2 2+ , B01 = CH3COO?, M1 = NCS? and H2O). The structure of compound II is built of [UO2(CH3COO)3]? and [UO2(NCS)4(H2O)]2? complexes, which belong to the AB 3 01 and AM 5 1 crystallochemical groups, respectively. Uranium-containing complexes in both structures are linked into a framework by hydrogen bonds and electrostatic interactions with cesium cations. The IR spectra of compounds I and II agree well with X-ray diffraction data.  相似文献

合成了希土高氯酸盐开环冠醚二缩乙二醇(EO2)晶体,(Ln=Nd,Ho),测定了结构,文内以Nd-L的数据为主要研究对象(方括号内是Ho-L的数据)。晶体属单斜晶系,P21/n空间群,化学式[Ln(EO2)3](ClO4)3·3H2O,晶胞参数为:a=14.124(1)[14.087],b=13.990(1)[14.039],c=15.265(1)[15.014];β=95.78(1)[95.64]°;V=3001.1(6)[2955]3;Mr=815.01[835.70];Z=4;Dc=1.804[1.865]g/cm3;石墨单色器,μ(MoKα)=2.09[3.07]mm-1,最终偏离因子R=0.055[0.074],RW=0.071[0.109]。研究结果表明晶体具有相同的结构,配位多面体为九配位三帽三棱柱。发现EO2醚链有绕C-C键呈STTS分布的规律。弱配体高氯酸根不参加配位。  相似文献

标题配合物M=1892.01,单斜晶系,空间群P21/c,a=1.2975(3)nm,b=2.6591(9)nm,c=1.2118(3)nm,β=96.95(1)°,Z=2,Dc=1.577g/cm3,T=293(2)K。最终的偏离因子R=0.0583。该配合物以二聚体形式存在,通过其中的桥联羧基形成了双核分子。该分子中羧基具有桥联双齿、桥联三齿和单齿三种配位模式,Eu-Eu之间的距离为0.4019(1)nm。在77K下测得配合物中Eu(Ⅲ)离子仅有一种格位。5D0→7FJ(J=0~2)跃迁光谱说明Eu(Ⅲ)离子格位具有C2对称性。  相似文献

用常规合成方法制备了基于Anderson结构阴离子的二维层状化合物[(C6H5NO2)2Pr(H2O)4](CrMo6O24H6)·2.5H2O,通过红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射对其进行了表征.结果表明,该化合物属于单斜晶系,C2/c空间群.a=2.3442(9)nm,b=1.3291(5)nm,c=2.458(1)nm,β=103.08(1)°,V=7.460(5)nm3,R1=0.0727,wR2=0.1903.结构分析表明,[CrMo6O24H6]3-阴离子通过端氧担载一个配位的Pr3+离子形成中性的(C6H5NO2)Pr(H2O)4(CrMo6O24H6)基团,相邻的中性基团在Ot—Pr—Ot桥联下形成一维链,链与链又通过异烟酸的桥联形成二维层状结构.  相似文献

Reaction of (Me 2 SnBr) 2 w -(CH 2 ) 3 with 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) in benzene affords, in the presence of small amounts of water, crystals of the novel composite [Sn 2 (H 2 O) 2 Br 2 Me 4 { w -(CH 2 ) 3 }2bpy] ( 1 ). The crystal structure of 1 consists of alternating layers of either organotin bromide or bipyridine molecules, each bpy molecule being configured cis oid and linked with the organotin layer via one O-H > N hydrogen bond. The mutual disposal of the molecules in the bpy bilayer differs from that known for pure, crystalline bpy. Cell parameters: a 24.3499(1), b 6.5112(1), c 23.3262(1) Å; g 119.557(1). Monoclinic, space group C 2/ c , D calc =1.750 g/cm 3 , Z =4; final R 1: 0.0529; wR 2=0.1374 for 3638 unique reflections [ R (int)=0.0676; I >2 ( I )].  相似文献

三羟甲基氨基甲烷与苦味酸Pic铜在乙醇水混合液中反应,制得少见的不对称氢键连接的超分子化合物{Cu[H2NC(CH2OH)3]2}{Pic}2·2H2O.晶体属三斜晶系,空间群为P ī,晶胞参数为a = 6.894(1),b = 8.219(1),c = 13.543(3) ', α = 79.290(1),β = 8 3.36(2), γ = 84.590(1)°,化学式为C20H30CuN8O22,V = 746.9(2) '3,Z = 1,Dc = 1.774 g/cm3,F000 = 411,μ = 0.844 mm-1,R = 0.0334,Rw = 0.0863.在配合物的结构单元中, Cu2+位于对称中心,分别与2个四齿配体三羟甲基氨基甲烷中的2个-OH,1个-NH2,三齿配位,呈笼状螯合.而另一个-OH,因配体和中心离子构型的限制,不参与配位.  相似文献
