Abstract

The reaction of trans-RuCl2(dppe)2 (1), with AgBF4 in tetrahydrofuran leads to abstraction of one of the halide ligands to produce the trigonal-bipyrimidal complex, [RuCl(dppe)2]BF4 (2). Both products are characterized by 31P NMR spectroscopy and their crystal structures determined. For the coordinatively unsaturated trigonal-bipyramidal complex (2), we found no evidence for the presence of more than one species or fluxional behaviour at room temperature in the 31P NMR spectrum. This complex was found to possess a trigonal-bipyramidal geometry in the solid state. Crystals of 1 are monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 23.713(4)Å, b=11.156(1)Å, c = 17.595(2)Å, β=103.23(1) and v=4531(1)Å3. Convergence to conventional R values of R=0.043 and Rw = 0.042 was obtained for 416 variable parameters and 2746 reflections with I>3σ(I). Compound 2 in triclinic, P1, a=12.482(3)Å, b=12.543(3)Å, c=17.582(3)Å, α = 87.52(2)°, β= 72.70(2)° γ = 74.35(2)° and V= 2529(1)Å3. Values of R = 0.072 and Rw = 0.097 were obtained for 487 variable parameters and 3242 reflections with I>3σ(I)  相似文献

The reaction of MX2 (M = Co(II), Ni(II); X = Cl, Br) with 2-aminopyrimidine in aqueous acid yields compounds [(2-apmH)2MX4], (2-apmH)2[MX4], or (2-apmH2) [MX2(H2O)4]X2 (2-apmH = 2-aminopyrimidinium; 2-apmH2 = 2-aminopyrimidinium(2+)). All compounds have been characterized by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compounds [(2-apmH)2MX4] with M = Co, X = Cl (1); M = Ni, X = Cl (3); and M = Ni, X = Br (4) are isomorphous and crystallize as nearly square planar MX4 units with the 2-apmH cations coordinated in the axial sites through the unprotonated ring nitrogen. (2-ApmH)2[CoBr4] (2) crystallizes as the salt with a nearly tetrahedral CuBr4 2- anion. (2-ApmH2)[NiBr2(H2O)4]Br2 (5) forms as a cocrystal of the neutral, six-coordinate nickel complex and (2-ampH2)Br2, stabilized by extensive hydrogen bonding. To examine the ability of 3-amino-2,4,4-tricyanobicyclo[4,4,0]deca-2,10-dienes (I) to form dimeric associates, we have investigated molecular and crystal structure of three derivatives of (I): 5-phenyl (II), 5-m-nitrophenyl (III), and 5-spirocyclopentano (IV). Hydrogen bonding via the aminonitrile fragment leads to formation of centrosymmetric dimeric associates in compounds (II, III) and a chain structure in (IV). Crystal data for (II): space group P21/c, a=8.726(3), b=15.879(5), c=15.597(5) Å, α=γ=90, β=105.13(2)0, V=2086.2 Å3, Z=4, R=0.093; for (III): space group C2/c, a=24.725(8), b=9.004(5), c=24.391(8) Å, α=γ=90, β=125.36(2)0, V=4428.2Å3, Z=8, R=0.080; for (IV): space group C2/c, a=24.443(8), b=10.240(5), c=16.645(6) Å, α=γ=90, β=108.89(2)0, V=3941.8 Å3, Z=8, R=0.089.  相似文献

Carbamoyl complexes, (CO)4Re(NH2R)(CONHR)(R = ethyl, 1; R = allyl, 2; R = isopropyl, 3) were prepared by reactions of (CO)5ReBr (or (CO)5ReCH2SiMe3) with appropriate amines. Complexes 1, 2 and 3 reacted with CH3CH2COCl to give Re(CO)5(NH2R)+Cl? (R = ethyl, 4; R = allyl, 5; R - isopropyl, 6). Complex 5 undergoes nucleophilic attack by KOMe to give the alkoxycarbonyl complexes (CO)4Re(NH2-Allyl)(COOMe), 7. Complexes 4, 5, 6 and 7 were transformed to the corresponding carbamoyl complexes by reacting with appropriate amines. The reactions between the carbamoyl complexes and R″OH/CHCl3 in air at room temperature gave the proposed products [(CO)4Re(NH2R)]2O (R = allyl, 8; R = isopropyl, 9), respectively. Complex 8 can also be prepared by heating 7 in CDCl3 at 63–68°C for several days. The structure of 1 was confirmed by a X-ray crystallographic study. Synthesis, Structure, and Reactions of Vanadium Acid Esters VO(OR)3: Transesterification and Reaction with Oxalic Acid The reaction of tert.‐Butyl Vanadate VO(O‐tert.Bu)3 ( 1 ) with H2C2O4 in the primary alcohols ethanol and propanol results in the formation of (ROH)(RO)2OVV(C2O4)VVO(OR)2(HOR) (with R = C2H5 2 and R = C3H7 3 ). Compounds 2 and 3 are the first structurally characterized neutral, binuclear oxo‐oxalato‐complexes with pentavalent vanadium. The two vanadium atoms are connected by a bisbidentate oxalate group. The {VO6} coordination at each vanadium site is completed by a terminal oxo group, an alcohol ligand and two alcoxide groups. The binuclear molecules are connected to chains by hydrogen bonding. In the case of 2 a reversible isomorphic phase transition in the temperature range of –90 °C to –130 °C is observed. From methanolic solution the polymeric Methyl Vanadate [VO(OMe)3] ( 4 ) was obtained by transesterification. Abstract

Chemical preparations, crystal structures, thermal analyses, and IR spectroscopic studies are given for two new hydrogen phosphates templated by 4-amino-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine: (C9H22N2)2·(H2PO4)·(HPO4)·(F)·H2O (I) and (C9H22N2)·(H2PO4)2(II). The structures are determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. Both compounds crystallize in the P21/c (N°14) monoclinic space group with the unit cell parameters: a = 14.856 (1) Å, b = 14.092 (2) Å, c = 14.7166 (9) Å, β = 118.434 (7)°, V = 2709.2 (4) Å 3, and Z = 4 for (I) and a = 9.803 (2) Å, c = 0.466 (2) Å, c = 15.640 (8) Å, β = 94.990 (4), V = 1598.68 (7) Å3, and Z = 4 for (II).

The structure of I, refined to R = 0.042 and Rw = 0.067 for 6009 reflections (I ≥ 2σ (I)), exhibits infinite inorganic chains ((H2PO4)·(HPO4)·(F)·H2O)4? linked together through weak hydrogen bonds to form layers onto which the diprotonated [C9H22N2]2 + amine molecules are anchored.

The structure of II, refined to R = 0.060 and Rw = 0.086 for 1435 reflections (I ≥ 2σ (I)), consists of (H2PO4)? (100) layers between which [C9H22N2]2+ cations are inserted. A network of hydrogen bonds connects the different components. IR spectra of I and II show the characteristic bands of amine groups and phosphate anions.  相似文献

Interaction of copper(II) chloride with 2, 4, 6‐triallyloxy‐1, 3, 5‐triazine leads to formation of copper(II) complex [CuCl2·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] ( I ). Electrochemical reduction of I produces the mixed‐valence CuI, II π, σ‐complex of [Cu7Cl8·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] ( II ). Final reduction produces [Cu8Cl8·2C3N3(OC3H5)3]·2C2H5OH copper(I) π‐complex ( III ). Low‐temperature X‐ray structure investigation of all three compounds has been performed: I : space group P1¯, a = 8.9565(6), b = 9.0114(6), c = 9.7291(7) Å, α = 64.873(7), β = 80.661(6), γ = 89.131(6)°, V = 700.2(2) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0302 for 2893 reflections. II : space group P1¯, a = 11.698(2), b = 11.162(1), c = 8.106(1) Å, α = 93.635(9), β = 84.24(1), γ = 89.395(8)°, V = 962.0(5) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0465 for 6111 reflections. III : space group P1¯, a = 8.7853(9), b = 10.3602(9), c = 12.851(1) Å, α = 99.351(8), β = 105.516(9), γ = 89.395(8), V = 1111.4(4) Å3, Z = 1, R = 0.0454 for 4470 reflections. Structure of I contains isolated [CuCl2·2C3N3(OC3H5)3] units. The isolated fragment of I fulfils in the structure of II bridging function connecting two hexagonal prismatic‐like cores Cu6Cl6, whereas isolated Cu6Cl6(CuCl)2 prismatic derivative appears in III . Coordination behaviour of the 2, 4, 6‐triallyloxy‐1, 3, 5‐triazine moiety is different in all the compounds. In I ligand moiety binds to the only copper(II) atom through the nitrogen atom of the triazine ring. In II ligand is coordinated to the CuII‐atom through the N atom and to two CuI ones through the two allylic groups. In III all allylic groups and nitrogen atom are coordinated by four metal centers. The presence of three allyl arms promotes an acting in II and III structures the bridging function of the ligand moiety. On the other hand, space separation of allyl groups enables a formation of large complicated inorganic clusters.  相似文献

The monomeric octa-aza bis-α-diimine macrocyclic complex [CoII(C10H20N8)(H2O)](ClO4)2 I, undergoes various reactions on the macrocyclic ligand. Reaction of complex I with triethylamine in double molar proportions, followed by slow aerial oxidation, produces a molecular dimeric complex [CoII(C10H14N8)]2, III, and a novel Co(I) complex [CoI(C10H19N8)], IV. Complex III is a staggered cofacial dimer with a cobalt-cobalt bond length 2.86(1) Å. The macrocyclic ligand of the complex contains an a-diimine function in each five-membered chelate ring, and a three-atom N-C-N? delocalized system in each six-membered chelate ring. Complex IV has the 5-5-6-6 chelate arrangement because one α-diimine moiety is rearranged to a syn-anti configuration. In the structure, the two fused six-membered chelate rings are fully conjugated and the two fused five-membered rings are saturated. However, when complex I reacts with excess triethylamine under the similar conditions, a dimeric complex of another type, [CoII(C10Hl6N8)]2, II, was generated, in which one N-N bond of the macrocyclic ligand is broken. Complex IV can be isolated also from the reaction of complex I with excess hydrazine, followed by slow aerial oxidation. When hydrazine in double molar proportions was used, complex [CoI(C10H17N8)(NHNH)] V, which contains a coordinated diazene ligand, was obtained. The red complex trans-Mo2(O2CCH3)2(μ-dppa)2(BF4)2, 1 , was prepared by reaction of [Mo2(O2CCH3)2(CH3CN)6][BF4]2 with dppa (dppa = Ph2PN(H)PPh2) in THF. The reactions of Mo2(O2C(CH2)nCH3)4 with dppa and (CH3)3SiX (X = Cl or Br) afforded the complexes trans-Mo2X2(O2C(CH2)nCH3)2(μ-dppa)2 (X = Cl, n = 2, 2; X = Br, n = 2, 3; X = Cl, n = 10, 4 ; X = Cl, n = 12, 5 ). Their UV-vis, IR and 31P{1H}-NMR spectra have been recorded and the structures of 1, 2 and 3 have been determined. 2,2′-Sulfinyl-bis(4-methyl phenol) 3 and it's thio derivative have been synthesized in this work. The reduction process of sulfoxide 3 to its thio derivative 5 was accomplished in the presence of Zn/AcOH/SiO2, under microwave irradiation. The structures have been confirmed by spectroscopic (IR, 1HNMR, 13CNMR) and single crystal x-ray diffraction methods. 2,2′-Sulfinyl-bis(4-methyl phenol) 3 crystallizes in the space group Cc of the monoclinic system with four molecules in the unit cell of dimensions a = 11.425(2) Å, b = 13.530(2) Å, c = 9.5215(17) Å, β = 117.289(4) Å, and 2,2′-thio-bis(4-methyl phenol) 5 crystallizes in the space group P 212121 of the orthorhombic system with four molecules in the unit cell of dimensions a = 9.021(1) Å, b = 10.523(2) Å, c = 13.607(2) Å, α = 90. The structures have been refined to final values for the crystallographic R factor of 0.0189(3) and 0.0248(5) based on 2999 and 3720 observed independent reflections respectively.  相似文献

Abstract

Reaction of Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O with 1,3,5-triazine in 95% ethanol resulted in partial hydrolysis of the triazine ring and isolation of bis(1,3,5-triaza-1,4-pentadieno) copper(II) perchlorate, (1). Compound 1 crystallizes as violet needles. Crystal data for Cu(HN = CHNHCH = NH)2(ClO4)2 are: monoclinic, space group: C2/c, a = 13.342(3), b = 11.186(2), c = 18.045(4) Å, β = 99.09(3)°, V = 2659.3(10) Å3, Z = 8, Dcalc = 2.021 Mg/m3, μ = 2.096 mm?1, F(000) = 1624, MoKα (γ = 0.71069Å), R = 0.063 for 1597 unique observed [≥Fα3σ(F)] reflections and 196 parameters. The bis-chelated copper(II) ion contains a planar coordination geometry with Cu-N(ave) = 1.97Å and the perchlorate ions weakly coordinated (Cu - 0 = 2.84Å) in the axial positions.  相似文献
