Three barbital-based alkaline earth metal complexes, [Ca(Barb)2]?·?3H2O (1), [Ba2H(Barb)5] (2) and [Mg(Barb)2]?·?2H2O (3) (Barb?=?5,5-diethyl barbiturate sodium salt), were synthesized and characterized with elemental analysis, thermal analysis, and infrared, Raman, ultraviolet, and NMR (1H and 13C) spectroscopies. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction studies reveal that 2 is a dimer. Each barium(II) is surrounded by an O7N2 donor set in an approximate monocapped square antiprism with Ba–O distances ranging from 2.6512(14) to 2.9168(15)?Å and Ba–N distances of 2.7601(15) and 3.2558(17)?Å. The complex forms polymeric networks in the solid state with different coordinating abilities of O and N donors and N–H···O hydrogen bonds. The antimicrobial activities of 13 were observed against different gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria, yeast, and molds. Variable antimicrobial activity against the different bacteria strains was observed and compared with that of standard antibiotics; minimum inhibitory concentration values ranged from 22 to 170?µg?mL?1 for bacteria.  相似文献

The tetraaquabis(methylisonicotinate)zinc(II) disaccharinate [hereafter, [Zn(mein)2(H2O)4]·(sac)2], complex has been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic IR, EPR and X-ray diffraction technique. The octahedral Zn(II) ion, which rides on a crystallographic centre of symmetry, is coordinated by two monodentate mein ligands through the ring nitrogen and four aqua ligands to form discrete [Zn(mein)2(H2O)4] unit, which captures two saccharinate ions in up and down positions, each through intermolecular hydrogen bonds. The magnetic environments of Cu2+ doped [Zn(mein)2(H2O)4]·(sac)2 complex have been identified by electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) technique. EPR spectra of Cu2+ doped [Zn(mein)2(H2O)4]·(sac)2 single crystals have been studied between 113 and 300 K in three mutually perpendicular planes. The calculated results of the Cu2+ doped [Zn(mein)2(H2O)4]·(sac)2 indicate that Cu2+ ion contains two different complexes and each complexes are located in different chemical environments and each environment contains two magnetically inequivalent Cu2+ sites in distinct orientations occupying substitutional positions in the lattice. The vibrational spectra of this compound were discussed in relation to other compounds containing methyl isonicotinate and saccharinate complexes. The assignments of the observed bands were discussed.  相似文献

The mononuclear silver(I) complex [AgL(HL)·DMF] (I) (HL = C6H13O2N2Br) has been prepared and characterized by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods, single crystal X-ray diffraction, cyclic voltammetry, and antibacterial activity tests. The complex crystallized in the triclinic system, and each Ag(I) is six-coordinate with a distorted octahedral geometry. The ligands chelate the metal center with N, O, and Br atoms from two different Schiff base ligands. O–H···O intermolecular hydrogen bonds connect adjacent complex molecules to form zigzag one-dimensional linear chains along the b axis. Cyclic voltammetry showed that the complex displays an irreversible reduction process at −0.41 V. The data from antibacterial activity tests indicate that the complex inhibits the growth of Staphyloccus aureus and Bacillus subtilis Cohn.  相似文献

Crystals of [Mo(η5-C5H5)2(NH3)(SC6H5)][PF6] · (CH3)2CO solvate are monoclinic, space group P21/n, a 9.777(1), b 11.6343(2), c 19.656(4) Å, β 93.60(1)°, V 2231-46 Å3, ZDc 1.617 g cm−3, μ(Mo-Kα) 7.21 cm−1. The structure was solved by Patterson and difference Fourier electron density synthesis and refined to R (F)  0.047 and Rw(F)  0.057 for 3293 observed reflections. The molybdenum atom has the usual distorted tetrahedral geometry comprising the two MoCp (Cp  η5-C5H5) ring normals (MoCp 1.988(13), 1.989(15) Å), one Mo-NH3 (MoN 2.226(12) Å), and one MoSc6H5 (MoS 2.465(5) Å). Extended HMO and steric energy calculations were made in order to account for the geometry adopted by the thiolato ligand in this complex.  相似文献

[UO2CrO4(C5NH5COO)] · 0.25H2O crystals have been synthesized and studied by X-ray diffraction and IR spectroscopy. The compound crystallizes in monoclinic system with the unit cell parameters a = 7.2362(3) ?, b = 13.8847(6) ?, c = 10.7204(5) ?, ?? = 90.037(2)°, space group P21/n, Z = 4, R = 0.0236. The structure consists of [UO2CrO4(C5NH5COO)] chains, which run in the direction [100] and correspond to the AT3B01 crystallochemical formula, where A = UO 2 2+ , T3 = CrO 4 2? , and B01 is nicotinic acid molecules in the form of zwitter ions. The results of analyzing nonbonded interactions in the crystal structure by the method of molecular Voronoi-Dirichlet polyhedra (MMVDP) are presented.  相似文献

Synthesis and characterization of new complexes of 6-methylpyridine-2-carbaldehydethiosemicarbazone (Hmpytsc) and 6-methylpyridine-2-carbaldehyde-N(4)-phenylthiosemicarbazone (Hmpyptsc) with [VO2L], [Zn(HL)Cl2], [Ru(PPh3)2L2], and [MLCl] (M(II)?=?Pd, Pt; HL?=?Hmpytsc, Hmpyptsc) are reported. Their structures are discussed on the basis of IR, Raman, UV–vis, NMR (1H, 13C, and 31P), and mass spectroscopic data, as well as elemental analysis and molar conductivity. In the X-ray crystal structure of the square-planar [Pd(mpyptsc)Cl]·DMSO, mpyptsc? is coordinated to Pd(II) in a tridentate manner through pyridyl N, azomethine N, and thiol S, and the fourth coordination site is occupied by a chloride. A theoretical study on [Pd(mpyptsc)Cl]·DMSO was undertaken through DFT conformational analysis. The in vitro cytotoxic activity has been evaluated against human colon cancer (HCT116) and prostate cancer (DU145) cell lines. Hmpyptsc and [Zn(Hmpyptsc)Cl2] were most active with mean IC50 values of 3.32 and 2.60 (HCT116), and 3.60 and 3.10 (DU145)?μM, respectively.  相似文献

Cd(ΙΙ) and Cu(II) complexes of an acyclic pentadentate Schiff base were prepared by template condensation of two equivalents of 2-acetylpyridine with one equivalent of bis(3-aminopropyl)amine in methanol. The resulting complexes [CdL(NO3)]ClO4 (1) and [CuL](ClO4)2 · CH3CN (2) were characterized by X-ray crystallography, elemental analysis, IR and mass spectrometry in both cases and by NMR in the case of 1. The X-ray crystallographic structure determination of these complexes revealed six-coordinate distorted octahedral geometry for 1, with the sixth coordination by nitrate and five-coordinate for 2 with trigonal-bipyramidal Cu(II).  相似文献

Two supramolecular complexes, {{Ni(H2O)(phen)2[Au(CN)2]}[Au(CN)2]?·?1.5H2O} n (1) (phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline) and [H2teta][Au2(CN)4]?·?2H2O (2) (teta?=?5,7,7,12,14,14-hexamethyl-1,4,8,11-tetra-azacyocloteradeca-4,11-diene) have been synthesized and structurally characterized. Complex 1 was a one-dimensional infinite chain constructed by [Au(CN)2]? building blocks. In complex 2, there are one cation, one anion, and two water molecules in the asymmetric unit. The two complexes are interconnected through a combination of aurophilic attractions and hydrogen bonds and formed into 3D supramolecular structures. The aqueous solutions of 1 and 2 display interesting luminescence at room temperature.  相似文献

The tetradentate [OSSO]-type bis(phenol) ligands, [{2,2′-(HOC6H2-4,6-R2)2CH2SCH2CH2SCH2}] (R = tBu, 2; Br, 3) react with MBz4 (M = Zr, Hf) to yield the corresponding dibenzyl complexes, [M{2,2′-(OC6H2-4,6-R2)2CH2SCH2CH2SCH2}Bz2] (R = Br, M = Zr, 4Br; Hf, 5Br; R = tBu, M = Hf, 5) in a good to very good yield. Zirconium diamido complexes, [Zr{2,2′-(OC6H2-4,6-R2)2CH2SCH2CH2SCH2}(NMe2)2] (R = tBu, 6; Br, 6Br) were prepared in a reaction of the corresponding disodium salt of 2 or 3 generated in situ with ZrCl2(NMe2)2(THF)2. Heating of 6 with TMSCl at 35 °C afforded zirconium dichloro complex, [Zr{2,2′-(OC6H2-4,6-tBu2)2CH2SCH2CH2SCH2}Cl2] (7), whereas the titanium analog 8 was prepared in a direct reaction with TiCl4. While for complexes 4Br, 5, 5Br, 6, 6Br and 7 single C2-symmetric isomers were observed in solution at room temperature, as revealed by the NMR spectroscopic data, titanium complex 8 formed as a mixture of cis-α (8a) and cis-β (8b) isomers in a ratio of approx. 20:80% (measured in CD2Cl2). The VT NMR studies revealed a reversible conversion of 8a into 8b above 60 °C. The X-ray crystal structure determination of complexes 4Br, 5Br and 7 confirmed their C2-symmetrical configuration in the solid state with cis-arranged benzyl/chloro groups and the trans-coordination of two bulky phenolato moieties. The zirconium dibenzyl complexes exhibit good catalytic activities in homopolymerization of 1-hexene (atactic poly(1-hexene), PDI = 1.5-1.7) and vinylcyclohexane (isotactic poly(vinylcyclohexane), PDI = 1.2-1.8) upon activation with a co-catalyst. In both polymerizations no increase of activity was observed for the complex 4Br with electron-withdrawing substituents on phenolate rings. Moreover, polymerization of liquid propylene catalyzed by the titanium dichloro isomeric mixture 8 afforded at 5 °C ultrahigh molecular weight atactic/isotactic polypropylene mixtures.  相似文献

The two complexes [Ni(oxen)Cu(L)2](ClO4)2.xH2O (L=2,2'-bipyridyl(bpy), 1,10-phenanthroline(phen)) have been synthesized, where oxen is N,N'-bis(2-aminoethyl)oxamido di-anion. The crystal structure of [Ni(oxen)Cu(bpy)2](ClO4)2.CH3OH has been determined by X-ray diffraction method. The crystal is triclinic system, space group P1 with a=12.179(1),b=12.298(2), c=11.476(2) A, a=97.57(1), B=97.52(1), 7=80.29(2), V=1669.04(67) A3, Z=2, Dcalcd=1.667 g/cm3. The structure has been refined to final R of 0.076 and Rw of 0.080, respectively. The complexes have an extended oxamido-bridged structure and consist of Ni(Ⅱ) ion in a square planar environment and Cu(Ⅱ) ion in a distorted octahedral environment.  相似文献

The crystal structure of [Co(NH3)5NO2](NO3)2·0.25H2O has been determined. Co1N8O8.25H15.5, a=7.582(3), c=10.331(3) Å, V=593.9(5) Å3, dcalc=1.782 g/cm3 for Z=2, space group I 4mm (C 4v 9 , No. 107). The structure is of the island type. Complex (distorted octahedral) cations are bonded to the NO 3 ? anions by electrostatic forces. Crystallization water is located in the vicinity of the labile NO2 group.  相似文献

At room temperature, dibenzoyl peroxide undergoes oxidative addition reaction with metallic copper powder and pyridine N-oxide (triphenylphosphine oxide or 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthrolin) which affords the last products as binuclear copper(II) complexes, [Cu(C5H5NO)-(C6H5COO)2]2(1), [Cu(OPPh3)(C6H5COO)2]2(2) and [Cu(C6H5COO)(C26H2oN2)](3, C26H2oN2 is 2,9-dimethyl-4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthrolin). The structure of the complexes were characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, TG-DTA and magnetic property. Crystals(1) are triclinic, space group P1,a=0.92617(36),b=1.06973(17), c=1.08813(29) nm, a=59.60(2)°, β=74.83(3)°,γ=72.80(2)°, V=0.880 nm3, Dc=1.520 g/cm3, Z=1, R=0.044, Rw=0.048, Mr=805.78, 3477 reflections with I > 3σ(I). Each copper(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated by two bridging bidentate benzoate ligands and one pyridine N-oxide or triphenylphosphine oxide to form dimeric binuclear molecules. The structure of the compound(1) shows a clear centre of symmetry.  相似文献

Summary The tetramethyldisiloxane-bridged hafnocene complex [HfCl2{-(5-C5H4)SiMe2OSiMe2(2-C5H4)}] (1) has been prepared by the reaction of HfCl4 with the dilithiatedbis(cyclopentadienyl)disiloxane (LiC5H4SiMe2)2O in a molar ratio of 1:2. The new compound was characterized by spectroscopic and X-ray diffraction methods. The crystals are monoclinic of space groupP21/c and isostructural with the corresponding complexes of titanium and zirconium. The unit cell dimensions area=13.51(1) Å,b=8.672(7) Å,c=15.41(1) Å, =97.15(2)°, andZ=4.

Zusammenfassung Der tetramethyldisiloxan-überbrückte Hafnocenkomplex [HfCl2{-(5-C5H4)-SiMe2OSiMe2(2-C5H4)}] (1) wurde durch Umsetzung von HfCl4 mit dem lithiiertenBis(cyclopentadienyl)disiloxan (LiC5H4SiMe2)2O im Molverhältnis 1:2 dargestellt. Die neue Verbindung wurde spektroskopisch und röntgenographisch charakterisiert. Sie kristallisiert in der monoklinen RaumgruppeP21/c und ist isostrukturell mit den entsprechenden Titan-und Zirkoniumkomplexen. Die Dimensionen der Einheitszelle sinda=13.51(1) Å,b=8.672(7) Å,c=15.41(1) Å, =97.15(2)° undZ=4.

N,N′-Diphenylamidines, PhNC(R)NHPh (R=H, Me, Et, Ph), and 1,3-diaryltriazenes, ArNNNHAr (Ar=p-C6H4X, X=H, Cl, Me, OMe) react with ruthenium(II) complexes, [RuCl2(C7H8)]n, [RuCl2(CO)2]n and [RuCl2(Me2SO)4] in the presence of a base (NEt3 or Na2CO3) to afford a selection of bis(chelate) products [Ru{PhNC(R)NPh}2L2] and [Ru(ArNNNAr)2L2] (L=CO, Me2SO; L2=C7H8). In contrast one particular combination — [RuCl2(Me2SO)4]/PhNC(H)NHPh/NEt3 — in refluxing dimethylformamide yields a novel amidine fragmentation product [RuCl(NH2Ph){PhNC(H)NPh}(Me2SO)2] which has been characterised by X-ray diffraction methods.  相似文献

Two new Cu(II)–hydrazone complexes, [Cu(L)(Hbpe)ClO4]·ClO4·[Cu(L)Cl] (1) and [Cu(HL)2]·1.5ClO4·0.5OH (2) (where HL?=?(E)-N′-(1-(pyridine-2-yl)ethylidene)benzohydrazide and bpe = trans-1-(2-pyridyl)-2-(4-pyridyl)ethylene), have been synthesized and characterized by physicochemical methods. The structures of the complexes have been established by single-crystal X-ray diffraction direct methods, which reveal that the metal ions have distorted square-pyramidal and square-planar geometries in 1, and a distorted octahedral geometry in 2. DNA binding of HL, 1, and 2, performed by UV–vis titration in tris-buffer medium, yielded binding constants, which are 9.5 × 103, 1.88 × 104, and 4.66 × 104 M?1, respectively. Viscosity measurements suggest a surface or groove-binding mode of interaction between CT-DNA with HL, 1, and 2.  相似文献

A novel hydrated cobalt tetraborate complex NH4[Co(NH3)5(H2O)][B4O5(OH)4]2·6H2O, was synthesized by the reaction of NH4‐borate aqueous with CoCl2 and its structure was determined by single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The crystal system of this complex is orthorhombic, the space group is Pnma, and the unit cell parameters are a=1.2901(2) nm, b=1.6817(3) nm, c=1.1368(2) nm, α=β=γ=90°, V=2.4742(8) nm3, and Z=4. This compound contains infinite borate layers constructed from [B4O5(OH)4]2? units via hydrogen bonds. The adjacent polyborate anion layers are further linked together with the octahedral [Co(NH3)5(H2O)]3+ groups through hydrogen bonds to form 3D framework. The groups and guest water molecules are deposited in the empty space of this framework and interact with the layers by extensive hydrogen bonds. Infrared and Raman spectra (4000–400 cm?1) of NH4[Co(NH3)5(H2O)][B4O5(OH)4]2·6H2O were recorded at room temperature and analyzed. Fundamental vibrational modes were identified and band assignments were made. The middle band observed at 575 cm?1 in Raman spectrum is the pulse vibration of [B4O5(OH)4]2?.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reaction of N-methyl-iminobis(methylenephosphonic acid), CH3N(CH2PO3H2)2, (H4L) with copper(II) acetate afforded a new layered Cu(II) amino diphosphonate, Cu3(H2O)2(HL)2?·?2H2O (1). Compound 1 was studied by IR spectroscopy, TGA/DTA data, and X-ray diffraction (XRD) techniques. The XRD patterns are the same for the hydrated and the dehydrated complexes. A single-crystal X-ray crystallographic determination reveals copper in two different coordination environments. Cu1 has a distorted elongated tetragonal octahedral geometry, whereas Cu2 has a square-pyramidal distorted geometry. The HL trianion is a pentadentate ligand with a deprotonated nitrogen atom and two oxygen atoms of each phosphonate binding to copper. Hydrogen bonds between lattice water molecules in interlayer spaces and the non-coordinated phosphonate oxygen atoms as well as water ligands leads to a 3-D supramolecular network structure.  相似文献

Abstract

O, O’-Dialkyl and alkylene dithiophosphatogold (III)dichloride complexes of the type [(RO)2PS2]AuCl2 and [S2POGO]AuCl2, where R?=?Et, nPr, iPr, iBu, Ph, cyclohexyl and cyclopentyl, where G?=?CMe2CMe2-, have been synthesized in 80-90% yields by reaction of the corresponding acid or sodium salts of the appropriate dithiophosphoric acids in 1:1 ratio with gold (III) chloride in dry dichloromethane at room temperature. The compounds have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR and (1H, l3C, and 31P) NMR. The crystal structure of [S2POCMe2CMe2O]AuCl2, was determined. These new complexes have shown their growth inhibiting potential against various bacterial strains with moderate to good activity.  相似文献
