By slow evaporation of solutions containing UO2(ClO4)2 and an excess of HClO4, single crystals of [UO2(ClO4)2(H2O)3] ( 1 ) and [UO2(H2O)5](ClO4)2 ( 2 ) were obtained and their structures were determined. From similar solutions prepared from stoichiometric amounts of UO3 and perchloric acid, crystals of [UO2(H2O)5](ClO4)2·2H2O ( 3 ) were obtained. The trihydrate (monoclinic, P21/c, a = 545.44(1) pm, b = 1811.09(5) pm, c = 1032.46(2) pm, β = 90.016(1)°) consists of uranyl ions, which are coordinated by two monodentate perchlorate ions and three water molecules. The pentahydrate (monoclinic, P21/n, a = 529.35(2) pm, b = 1645.43(6) pm, c = 1480.18(6) pm, β = 99.847(1)°) contains uranyl ions coordinated by five water molecules. The same structural unit can be found in the heptahydrate, whose structure was re‐determined (orthorhombic, Pbcn, a = 920.9(3) pm, b = 1067.9(3) pm, c = 1445.7(3) pm). In this structure, two molecules of water of crystallization are present.  相似文献

Hydrothermal reactions of Nd(ClO4)3·6H2O, Gd(ClO4)3·6H2O and Er2O3 with H3NTA (nitrilotriacetic acid) afford three new lanthanide coordination polymers, {[Nd(NTA)(H2O)]· 2H2O} n (1), {[Gd(NTA)(H2O)]·2H2O} n (2) and {[Er(NTA)(H2O)]·H2O} n (3), characterized by elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. X-ray single crystal structural analyses showed that 1 and 2 are an isomorphous 2D-layered framework containing the nine-coordinated Nd(III) (or Gd(III)), and woven into a 3D suprastructure by interlayer hydrogen bonding while 3 is a 3D structure with eight-coordinate Er(III).  相似文献

A new metal-organic coordination polymer [Zn2(C2O4)2(C3N2H4)2] n (1) has been hydrothermally synthesized with ZnCl2·2H2O, oxalic acid and imidazole. The compound has a 2D network, consisting of infinite zinc(II) oxalate chains connected to each other by three-coordinate oxygen atoms. Within the chains, the zinc atoms are each octahedrally coordinated by one nitrogen atom from imidazole and five oxygen atoms from oxalate groups. Furthermore, there are two coordination modes of oxalate to zinc ions: chelate bis-bidentate and chelate/bridging bis-bidentate in compound 1, and the latter is rare among related compounds. Two new compounds of disphosphopentamolybdate (VI), (C6H18N2)2[H2P2Mo5O23]?·?2(H2O) (1) and (C6H18N2)4.5H3[P2Mo5O23]2?·?6(H2O) (2), have been synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a?=?11.0863(9)?Å, b?=?11.9562(9)?Å, c?=?14.2291(19)?Å, α?=?103.0410(10)°, β?=?100.3530(10)°, γ?=?103.7390(10)°, V?=?1729.8(2)?Å3, Z?=?2; compound 2 crystallizes in the triclinic space group P 1 with a?=?14.6440(13)?Å, b?=?15.9168(13)?Å, c?=?17.9795(13)?Å, α?=?80.4270(10)°, β?=?86.1180(10)°, γ?=?64.1890(10)°, V?=?3720.1(5)?Å3, Z?=?2. Characterizations by elemental analysis, infrared analysis, and thermal analysis are also given. Hydrothermal reactions of cadmium(II) chloride with three amino-diphosphonic acids, C6H5CH2N(CH2PO3H2)2 (H4L1), C6H5CH2CH2N(CH2PO3H2)2 (H4L2) and 4-CH3-C6H4CH2N (CH2PO3H2)2) (H4L3) resulted in three new metal amino-diphosphonates, namely, Cd(H3L1)2, 1 Cd(H3L2)2·2H2O 2 and Cd(H3L3)23. In all three complexes, the Cd(II) ion is octahedrally coordinated by six phosphonate oxygen atoms from six ligands. Complexes 1 and 3 have a similar structure in which the CdO6 octahedra are cross-linked by bridging ligands into a double chain along the c-axis, such double chains are further interlinked via hydrogen bonds between non-coordinated phosphonate oxygen atoms to form 〈100〉 and 〈200〉 layers with the phenyl groups of the ligands orientated toward the interlayer space. The structure of complex 2 features a 〈100〉 cadmium(II) diphosphonate layer. The effects of the substitute groups attached to the amine groups on the structures of the metal phosphonates are also discussed.  相似文献

A two-dimensional bi-layered supramolecular compound [Cu2(C7H8N4O)4](ClO4)2 has been synthesized by the solvothermal method, and characterized via IR and CHN elemental analysis. The single crystal X-ray data of this compound reveal the complex to be dimeric as a result of terminal –NH2 group of the semicarbazone moiety bridging, which is relatively rare. On this bi-copper(I) complex, another remarkably structural feature is that each Cu atom adopts an unsymmetrical T-shaped geometry comprised of three N atoms from three pyridine-3-carbaldehyde semicarbazone ligands. The molecules are linked into a two-dimensional bi-layered framework by intermolecular N–H?···?O hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

金属磷酸盐材料在吸附、离子交换、离子传导和催化剂方面有潜在的应用前景[1~5]. 近年来, 通过水热反应合成了一些A-V-P-O化合物. 在这些化合物中, A一般为碱金属或有机阳离子, 如层状结构的[H2N(C4H8)2NH2][(VO)4(OH)4(PO4)2][6] 和[H2N(C2H4)3NH2][(VO)8(HPO4)3(PO4)4*(OH)2]*2H2O[6], 一维链状结构的 [H2NCH2CH2NH3(VO)(PO4)][7], 手性双螺旋结构的 [(CH3)2NH2]K4[(VO)10(H2O)2(OH)4(PO4)7]*H2O[8]以及具有三维骨架结构的化合物 [H3N(CH2)3NH3K(VO)3(PO4)3][9], [H3N(CH2)3NH3]2[V(H2O)2(VO)6(OH)2(HPO4)3(PO4)5]*3H2O[10]和[H3N(CH2)2NH3][(VO)3(H2O)2(PO4)2(HPO4)4][11].  相似文献

Three new metal complexes, Cu(4-Hcba)2(4-cba)2(Py)2 (4-Hcba=4-cyanobenzoic acid) 1 and M[H(4-cba)2]2(Py)2 (M=Ni 2, Co 3), have been prepared by the treatment of 4-Hcba with the respective metal nitrate M(NO3)2 (M=Cu, Ni, Co) in the presence of pyridine (Py). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses (3 is isostructural to 2) show that the obtained complexes are of isolated mononuclear and the metal atoms have distorted octahedral coordination environment. Two different types of intramolecular hydrogen bonds exist: asymmetrical O–HO for 1 and symmetrical OHO for 2 and 3. The crystal packing between the molecular complexes is controlled mainly by T-shaped C–Hπ interactions between pyridine and phenyl rings. Preliminary discussions on IR, UV–VIS and fluorescent spectra have also been carried out.  相似文献

The selenites, Na2Be3(SeO3)4 · H2O and Cs2[Mg(H2O)6]3(SeO3)4, were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. The crystal structures of Na2Be3(SeO3)4 · H2O and Cs2[Mg(H2O)6]3(SeO3)4 were determined by single‐crystal X‐ray diffractions. Na2Be3(SeO3)4 · H2O crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 (no. 2) with unit cell parameters a = 4.8493(9), b = 12.013(2), c = 12.077(2) Å, and Z = 2, whereas Cs2[Mg(H2O)6]3(SeO3)4 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m (no. 12) with lattice cell parameters a = 12.596(6), b = 7.297(4), c = 16.914(8) Å, and Z = 2. Na2Be3(SeO3)4 · H2O features a three‐dimensional open framework structure formed by BeO4 tetrahedra and SeO3 trigonal pyramids. Na cations and H2O molecules are located in different tunnels. Cs2[Mg(H2O)6]3(SeO3)4 has a structure composed of isolated [Mg(H2O)6] octahedra and SeO3 trigonal pyramids interacted by hydrogen bonds, and Cs cations are resided in‐between. Both compounds were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and FT‐IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

在水热条件下, 合成了2个含柔性配体柠檬酸和酒石酸的二价铅配位聚合物[Pb6(H2O)2(cit)4]·3H2O(1)(H3cit=citric acid)及Pb(tar)(H2O)2(2)(tar=tartaric acid). 用红外光谱、差热-热重、元素分析、粉末X射线衍射及单晶X射线衍射等手段对化合物进行了表征. 化合物1属三斜晶系, P1空间群, a=0.97053(19) nm, b=0.9764(2) nm, c=1.0955(2) nm, α=109.016(3)°, β=98.380(3)°, γ=92.136(3)°, V=0.9671(3) nm3, Z=2, R1=0.0420, wR2=0.1049, GOF=1.064. 在化合物1的不对称结构单元中, 有3个铅离子以及2个柠檬酸阴离子和2个游离的水分子. 铅离子分别以4, 5, 7配位与柠檬酸配合形成了中性的三维骨架结构. 化合物2属于正交晶系, Pbca空间群, a=1.39739(6) nm, b=0.64922(2) nm, c=1.80354(10) nm, V=1.63620(13) nm3, Z=8, R1=0.0283, wR2=0.0649, GOF=1.014. 在化合物2的不对称结构单元中, 有1个铅离子、1个酒石酸分子和1个水分子, 六配位的铅和酒石酸形成了一维外消旋的无限长链, 链与链之间通过氢键连接成一个三维超分子结构. 在化合物1和2中, 两种配体均出现了α羟基和α羧基螯合的配位模式, 铅的6s孤电子对均显示了立体化学活性, 使配位键分布于半球区域.  相似文献

Four new lanthanide complexes, [Nd(4-Pyta)3(H2O)2] n (1), [Ce(4-Pyta)3(H2O)2] n (2), [Eu(4-Pyta)3(H2O)2] n (3) and [Gd(4-Pyta)3(H2O)2] n (4), have been obtained from reaction of lanthanide(III) nitrate with 4-Pyta (4-pyridylthioacetate) in water. Their structures were characterized by elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystals belong to triclinic, space group P 1 and all complexes exhibit one-dimensional chains that arrange to form a three-dimensional supramolecular architecture by hydrogen bonds between the chains.  相似文献

Three novel polymers, {[Cd(m-bdc)(L)]·H2O}n (1), [Co(m-bdc)(L)0.5(H2O)]n (2) and [Zn5(L)2(p-bdc)5(H2O)]n (3) based on 1,1′-bis(pyridin-3-ylmethyl)-2,2′-biimidazole (L) ligand and benzenedicarboxylate isomers, have been prepared and structurally characterized. Compound 1 exhibits a 2D architecture with (42·6)(42·67·8) topology, which is synthesized by L and 1,3-benzenedicarboxylate (m-bdc) ligands. Compound 2 is constructed from 1D chains that are linked by L ligands extending a 2D (4,4) grid. Compound 3 is a 3D framework with (43)(46·618·84) topology, which is composed of trinuclear clusters and five-coordinated metal centers joined through 1,4-benzenedicarboxylate (p-bdc) and L ligands. Moreover, the fluorescent properties of L ligand, compounds 1 and 3 are also determined.  相似文献

Yellowish crystals of K2[(UO2)As2O7] ( 1 ) have been synthesized by solid‐state reactions method. The structure of 1 [orthorhombic, Pmmn, a = 12.601(2), b = 13.242(2), c = 5.621(1) Å, V = 937.9(3) Å3, Z = 4] has been solved by direct methods and refined to R1 = 0.049, wR2 = 0.1060 for 1059 observed reflections. The structure of 1 is based upon [(UO2)As2O7]2? sheets formed by corner sharing between [UO6]6? distorted octahedra and [As2O7]4? polyarsenate groups. The K+ cations are either in eightfold or tenfold coordination and are located between the sheets. The topology of the uranyl arsenate sheet is related to silicate minerals of the melilite group and related synthetic silicate, aluminate and germanate compounds.  相似文献

This article reports the hydrothermal synthesis and characterization of two new phosphonate compounds NaCo[O3PCH(OH)CO2] (1) and NaMn[O3PCH(OH)CO2] (2) based on 2-hydroxyphosphonoacetic acid (H3L). Their structures have been characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction as well as with elemental analysis, infrared spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. The two isomorphous compounds crystalline in the orthorhombic, space group Pbca: Crystal data for 1: a?=?10.1827(8)?Å, b?=?9.6673(8)?Å, c?=?10.7853(9)?Å, V?=?1061.70(15)?Å3, Z?=?8, R 1?=?0.0252, wR 2?=?0.0577; Crystal data for 2: a?=?10.4309(18)?Å, b?=?9.7913(17)?Å, c?=?10.9012(19)?Å, V?=?1113.4(3)?Å3, Z?=?8, R 1?=?0.0194, wR 2?=?0.0536. In the two compounds, the metal atoms are octahedrally coordinated; all oxygen atoms from the H3L ligand are involved in coordination. The overall structures can be described as a 3D open framework with channels running along the a axis and the charge-compensating Na+ cations being located at the intersections of these channels.  相似文献

Two complexes [Ln2(hfga)2(phen)4(H2O)6] · hfga · 2H2O (H2hfga = hexafluoroglutaric acid, phen = 1, 10-phenanthroline, Ln=Tb, 1; Eu, 2) were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions and their structures determined by X-ray crystallography. The complexes consist of dinuclear units with an inversion center. Each Ln(III) is nine-coordinate with two carboxylate oxygens from two hfga ligands, three oxygens from water and four nitrogens from two phen molecules. Two carboxylate groups of one hfga adopt monodentate coordination to Ln(III) as a long bidentate bridge linking two Ln(III) ions to form a dimer. Ln(III) ··· Ln(III) distances of 9.027(3) Å for 1 and 9.043(3) Å for 2 were observed. Both complexes emit strong fluorescence and show characteristic emission of Tb(III) and Eu(III) ions, respectively.  相似文献

A new ammonium vanadium tellurate, (NH4)4{(VO2)2[Te2O8(OH)2]}·2H2O ( 1 ) was hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectrum, TG analysis, and single crystal X–ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n, a = 7.3843(15) Å, b = 17.111(3) Å, c = 7.3916(15) Å, β = 118.88(3)°, V = 817.9(3) Å3, Z = 2, R1 (I>2σ(I)) = 0.0235, wR2 (all data) = 0.0462. The structure of 1 consists of infinite anionic chains, {(VO2)2[Te2O8(OH)2]}4? which contain octahedral VO6 and TeO5OH units. Each octahedral VO6 and TeO5OH unit is connected by sharing an edge to form V2O10 and Te2O8(OH)2 binuclear units. The V2O10 and Te2O8(OH)2 binuclear units are alternatively connected to one another, creating complete infinite {(VO2)2[Te2O8(OH)2]}4? chains along the c direction. The anionic chains are separated by ammonium cations and water molecules that link the chains through a network of hydrogen bonds. In addition, the structure contains an extended network of O–H·····O hydrogen bonds between the chains.  相似文献
