A metal-organic hybrid compound, Cu[(pyc)2(4,4′-bipy)] ·?H2O (pyc =?pyridine-2-carboxylate, 4,4′-bipy =?4,4′-bipyridine), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by X-ray determination, IR and elemental analysis. The compound crystallizes in tetragonal, space group I41/acd with a =?24.797(2) Å, b =?24.797(2) Å, c =?14.811(2) Å, β =?90°, V =?9106.7(18) Å3, C22 H18N4O5Cu, Mr =?481.94, Dc =?1.406 g cm?3, μ(Mo-Kα) =?0.999 mm?3, F(000) =?3952, Z =?16, the final R =?0.0712 and wR =?0.1886 for 21727 observed reflections (I >?2σ). Compound 1 exhibits a three-dimensional interpenetrating network induced by weak Cu ··· N noncovalent interaction, C–H ··· π?and π–π interactions. Based on crystal data, quantum chemistry calculation at the DFT/B3LPY level was used to reveal the electronic structure of 1.  相似文献

A new salt, [NO2BzDMAP]3[Cu2Cl7]?·?H2O (1), has been synthesized, where [NO2BzDMAP]+ is 1-(4′-nitrobenzyl)-4-dimethylaminopyridinium. Herein, the synthesis, spectral and structural characterization, and magnetic behavior of 1 are reported. It is orthorhombic, with space group Pca21, and a?=?26.639(2)?Å, b?=?9.638(1)?Å, and c?=?20.011(2)?Å with V?=?5137.5(7)?Å3 for Z?=?4. The anion shows a chloride-bridged binuclear structure with Cu?···?Cu distance of 3.872?Å; the two Cu(II) ions have a tetrahedral geometry. The cations stack through p?···?π and π?···?π interactions, and a complicated hydrogen-bonding network structure is formed through C–H?···?Cl and C–H?···?O hydrogen bonds. The variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements reveal that 1 exhibits strong antiferromagnetic interaction with J?=??193.0?cm?1.  相似文献

A hybrid inorganic-organic assembly, NaH3(C6H5NO2)4[GeW12O40] ·?7H2O (1), has been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV, 1H NMR and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Crystal data: orthorhombic, P212121, a =?12.819(2) Å, b =?19.326(3) Å, c =?24.164(4) Å, V =?5986.4(18) Å3, Z =?4, R 1 =?0.0541 (I >?2σ). The structure of 1 is based on a 1D zigzag infinite chain assembled by alternating [GeW12O40]4? and sodium-pyridine-2-carboxylic complex [Na(C6H5NO2)3(H2O)2]+ via W–Od–Na–Od–W.  相似文献

A heteropolyoxotungstate, [Cu(en)2]2H8[Gd(PW11O39)2] ·?(H2en)0.5 ·?3H2O (1), has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR, XPS, TGA and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P 1, with a =?12.651(2) Å3, b =?20.559(3) Å3, c =?21.729(3) Å3, α =?71.379(2), β =?82.829(2), γ =?75.532(2)°, V =?5179.5(14) Å3, Z =?2, R 1 =?0.0702 and ωR 2 =?0.1479. The heteropolyanion is composed of two monovacant [α-PW11O39]7? Keggin moieties linked via a Gd atom leading to a sandwich-type structure. The Gd center is in a distorted square antiprismatic coordination environment with eight oxygen atoms, four from each of the two [α-PW11O39]7?moieties.  相似文献

Five mononuclear metal (Mn, Co, Ni, Cu, Zn) complexes have been prepared using a monoanionic tridentate ligand N-acetyl-9-hydroxyl-fluorene-9-hydrazidate (ahfhz?) and characterized by elemental analysis, ESI-MS, IR, UV, 1H NMR and 13C NMR. Antibacterial screening data showed that the cobalt and copper complexes and Hahfhz have moderate antimicrobial activity. The five metal complexes have some antagonistic effect against the ligand to Gram+ bacteria Staphylococcus aureus and Bacillus subtilis. The decrease in the efficiency of metal complexes may be assigned to the zero charge of the central core. [Co(ahfhz)2] ·?2CH3OH (3) crystallizes in monoclinic system with space group P21 /n, a =?13.1379(7) Å, b =?17.7809(10) Å, c =?14.7403(8) Å, β =?110.0580(10)°; in the crystal structure packing N–H ··· O, O–H ··· O and C–H ··· π?hydrogen bonding interactions lead to a supramolecular structure.  相似文献

The linear chain {Ag2[S2P(OC2H5)2]2(bix)} n 1 was obtained from reaction of Ag[S2P(OC2H5)2] with bix (bix =?1,4-bis(imidazole-l-ylmethyl)benzene). Compound 1 consists of a dinuclear module with intramolecular Ag ··· Ag interactions (2.9842(5) Å). This interaction shows a profound influence on the observed multiple luminescence emissions for 1. A new ion-pair complex, [TTF][Pd(mnt)2] (1), where TTF+ =?tetrathiafulvalene and mnt2??=?maleonitriledithiolate, was synthesized and characterized structurally. Compound 1 crystallizes in triclinic space group P-1, with a?=?8.008(5)?Å, b?=?11.333(8)?Å, c?=?11.373(6)?Å, α?=?108.112(7)°, β?=?91.550(5)°, γ?=?95.232(5)°, and V?=?975.2(11)?Å3. The [TTF]+ cations (C) and [Pd(mnt)2]? anions (A) form mixed stacks in …AACCAACC… fashion, and the neighboring mixed stacks are held together via van der Waals forces in the crystal. Compound 1 shows weak Curie/Weiss-type magnetic behavior from 2 to 370?K; theoretical investigation disclosed the existence of strongly antiferromagnetic coupling in both [Pd(mnt)2]2 2? and [TTF]2 2+ dimer pairs via frontier orbitals overlap mechanism and weakly ferromagnetic coupling between the face-to-face overlapped [TTF]+ and [Pd(mnt)2]? via spin polarization mechanism within a mixed stack. The powdered pellet electrical conductivity measurement indicated that 1 shows semiconductor character with activation energy of 1.1(3)?eV.  相似文献

Two cobalt complexes [NaCoII(nta)(H2O)] n (H3nta?=?nitrilotriacetic acid) (1) and NH4[CoIII(ida)2]?·?2H2O (H2ida?=?iminodiacetic acid) (2) have been synthesized and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. Compound 1 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a?=?7.9770(12)?Å, b?=?9.7613(15)?Å, c?=?12.1945(18)?Å, V?=?949.5(2)?Å3, Z?=?4, and R 1?=?0.0705 for 1597 observed reflections. Compound 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2(1)/c with a?=?5.1801(3)?Å, b?=?11.2073(6)?Å, c?=?12.2891(7)?Å, V?=?707.09(7)?Å3, Z?=?2, and R 1?=?0.0349 for 1143 observed reflections. In compound 1, the Co is coordinated by a nitrogen and five oxygen atoms in a distorted octahedral geometry {CoNO5}, and the Na is coordinated by one water molecule and four carboxyl oxygen atoms in slightly distorted square pyramidal geometry. The entire structure shows a three-dimensional network. In compound 2, Co atom is equatorially coordinated by two ida ligands in a distorted octahedral geometry {CoN2O4}. The discrete [Co(ida)2]2? anions are linked by hydrogen bonding to a three-dimensional supramolecular network.  相似文献

A ternary copper(II) complex, [Cu(phen)(L-Gly)(H2O)] ·?NO3 ·?1.5H2O (phen =?1,10-phenanthroline, L-Gly =?L-glycine), has been synthesized and structurally characterized. The complex crystallized in a monoclinic system with space group C2/c, a =?20.572(3) Å, b =?6.9987(10) Å, c =?23.561(3) Å, β?= 98.776(5)°. The five-coordinate copper(II) center is a distorted square pyramid. Absorption spectra, fluorescence spectra and viscosity measurements showed interaction between the copper complex and DNA through an intercalative mode. The complex exhibited efficient DNA cleavage activity at micromolar concentration in the presence of ascorbate with hydroxyl radicals as the active species.  相似文献

Some carboxylato-bridged praseodymium(III) complexes (15) having tp [hydrotris(pyrazol-1-yl)borate] and sodium p-X-benzoate (where X =?H, F, Cl, NO2) have been synthesized and characterized by different techniques including X-ray crystallography. The X-ray studies demonstrated that 1, 3 and 5 crystallized in triclinic space group P 1 with cell dimensions a =?11.761(13) Å, b =?12.536(13) Å, c =?17.726(19) Å for 1, a =?9.309(8) Å, b =?12.667(11) Å, c =?14.421(12) Å for 3, a =?11.5688(9) Å, b =?12.0055(9) Å, c =?12.3005(10) Å for 5. In 14 the coordination number of praseodymium is seven, whereas in 5 it is eight. IR suggested that the benzoate groups in 15 are bidentate bridging. The photophysical properties of these complexes have been studied in solution at room temperature. Thermogravimetric analysis showed that these complexes undergo complete decomposition with formation of praseodymium oxide.  相似文献

A new 1-D alternating copper(II) polymer, [Cu2(L)(OAc)4]n (1) (L = 5-chloro-2-(pyridine-2-yl)benzo[d]thiazole), has been isolated and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, and magnetic susceptibility. The complex crystallized in the triclinic space group P-1, a = 8.2277(16) Å, b = 9.4233(19) Å, c = 15.831(3) Å, α = 103.38(3)°, β = 99.95(3)°, γ = 92.70(3)°, V = 1171.3(4) Å3, and comprises a 1-D polymer linked by three kinds of acetate-bridging modes in an alternating manner. UV–visible and fluorescence spectra revealed that 1 is bound to CT-DNA in a partial intercalation mode. Through gel electrophoresis assays, 1 displayed an efficient oxidative cleavage activity on supercoiled plasmid DNA (pUC19) in the presence of H2O2. Magnetic measurements were performed from 2 to 300 K, and the experimental results were satisfactorily reproduced with J1 = –160 ± 20 cm?1, J2 = 5.8 ± 0.2 cm?1, zJ′ = 0.381 ± 0.005 cm?1 and g = 2.1, showing antiferromagnetic coupling between Cu1 and Cu1i, ferromagnetic exchange between Cu2 and Cu2ii, and a weak ferromagnetic molecular field correction accounting for all interspecies interactions.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer, [Ni(pydc)(H2O)2]?·?H2O (1) (H2pydc?=?pyridine-3,4-dicarboxylic acid), have been synthesized by treating Ni(II) nitrate with 3,4-pyridinedicarboxylic acid under hydrothermal conditions. The single-crystal X-ray structure reveals that 1 is a 2D bi-layered coordination polymer. Single-crystals are triclinic, space group P 1 , with a?=?7.065(3), b?=?7.812(4), c?=?9.031(4)?Å, α?=?75.568(8), β?=?68.970(8), γ?=?75.927(8)°, V?=?444.0(3)?Å3, Z?=?2. Two metal–organic coordination polymers, [Ag2(imdt)3(OAc)2] n (1) (imdt = 1,3-imidazolidine-2-thione, OAc = CH3COO?) and [Ag(imdt)Cl] n (2), were synthesized under similar conditions by using Et3N (triethylamine) as buffering agent. X-ray diffraction shows that 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, C2 /c space group, a = 13.822(5) Å, b = 9.082(3) Å, c = 16.965(6) Å, V = 2114.2(14) Å3, Z = 8, D c = 2.012 g cm?3. Compound 2 crystallizes in the orthorhombic system, P212121 space group, a = 7.993(6) Å, b = 7.993(6) Å, c = 10.548(7) Å, V = 673.9(7) Å3, Z = 4, D c = 2.419 g cm?3. Both 1 and 2 exhibit different architectures due to their different anions. Compound 1 shows a 2-D graphite-like network structure and 2 shows a 3-D diamond-like network structure.  相似文献

A new inorganic–organic hybrid material, [EtdiPy][Co(NCS)4] (1) ([EtdiPy]2+?=?1,1′-ethylene-2,2′-dipyridinium), was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectrum, UV-Vis spectrum, ESI-MS, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 1 is monoclinic, space group P21/n, with a?=?21.691(5)?Å, b?=?8.639(2)?Å, c?=?21.748(5)?Å, β?=?90.124(3)°, V?=?4075.1(16)?Å3, D c?=?1.550?g cm?3, Z?=?8, F(000)?=?1928, and R 1?=?0.0435. The C–H···S hydrogen bond, short S···C, S···N interactions, p···π, and π···π interactions observed in the solid state of 1 give a 3-D structure. A Cu(II) complex with 2-(2′-pyridyl)benzimidazole and l-arginine has been synthesized and investigated by elemental analysis, molar conductivity, IR, UV/vis, and X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P1 with six molecules in a unit cell of dimensions a?=?10.6397(5)?Å, b?=?19.2178(8)?Å, c?=?20.0387(9)?Å, α?=?75.3670(10)°, β?=?79.4670(10)°, γ?=?87.4470(10)°, V?=?3897.6(3)?Å3, R 1?=?0.0408, and wR 2?=?0.0502. The complex contains six crystallographically independent complexes, Cu1, Cu2, Cu3, Cu4, Cu5, and Cu6, which have a distorted square-pyramidal geometry. The complex was screened for its in vitro antibacterial activities against two Gram-positive (Bacillus subtilis and Staphylococcus aureus) and two Gram-negative (Escherichia coli and Salmonella) micro-organisms. The complex exhibited good antibacterial activities against the micro-organisms compared with HPB and Cu(ClO4)2. Interaction of the complex with DNA was studied by electronic absorption spectroscopy, fluorescence spectroscopy, circular dichroic spectroscopy, viscosity measurements, and agarose gel electrophoresis. Results suggest that the complex could bind to CT-DNA via partial intercalation, and cleave the plasmid DNA with involvement of hydroxyl radicals, and probably singlet oxygen-like copper-oxo species in the presence of ascorbate.  相似文献

Three new triphosphonate compounds, [Zn(APTPH4)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)]?·?2H2O (1), [Cd(APTPH4)(2,2′-bipy)(H2O)]?·?2H2O (2), and [Zn(APTPH4)(phen)2]?·?phen?·?4H2O (3) (APTPH6?=?1-aminopropane-1,1,3-triphosphonic acid, 2,2′-bipy?=?2,2′-bipyridine, phen?=?1,10-phenanthroline), are synthesized by a low-temperature hydrothermal method. Compounds 1 and 2 are isomorphous, both one-dimensional (1D) coordination polymers expanded into three-dimensional (3D) supramolecular structures by hydrogen bonds and π–π stacking interactions. Compound 3 is a molecular complex and forms a 3D network through an S-shaped water hexamer. Two new binuclear complexes, [Mn2(μ-dmpo)2(SCN)4(H2O)2] (1) (where dmpo?=?3,5-dimethylpyridine N-oxide), [Mn2(μ-po)2(H2O)6I2]I2 (2) (where po?=?pyridine N-oxide), have been synthesized and their crystal structures determined by X-ray crystallography. Complexes 1 and 2 crystallize in monoclinic, space group P21/c, with unit cell dimensions a?=?8.8836(18)?Å, b?=?15.450(3)?Å, c?=?15.484(3)?Å, β?=?91.020(3)° for 1, and a?=?8.8352(13)?Å, b?=?17.927(3)?Å, c?=?8.3338(12)?Å, β?=?103.765(2)° for 2. In each binuclear complex two Mn(II) were bridged by two 3,5-dimethylpyridine N-oxides or by two pyridine N-oxides and the distances between the bridged Mn(II) ions are 3.599?Å for 1 and 3.552?Å for 2. Variable temperature (4–300?K) magnetic measurements were performed for 1 and the susceptibility data were fitted by using a binuclear Mn(II) magnetic coupling formula producing the 2J?=??2.17?cm?1.  相似文献

Abstract

X-ray crystallographic investigation of the tertiary structure of simple 1-methylimidazolium (1-Meim) salts reveals that cation—cation face-to-face π—stacking with interplanar separations in the range typically seen for molecule—molecule and molecule—cation interactions are possible. Two salts are reported. 1-Meim-CF3SO3, 1, exists as a centrosymmetric dimer with an interplanar separation of only 3.16 Å. The two imidazolium rings are slipped to the extent that the interaction can be regarded as a manifestation of C—H…C—H dipole interactions. 1-Meim-NO3 exists as a one-dimensional (1-D) polymer with interplanar separations of 3.65 Å. The cations are not as severely slipped as for 1 and the interactions can be regarded as the result of cation—cation and anion—anion complementary electrostatics. Semi-empirical calculations are used to rationalize the π-π stacking in both 1 and 2. Crystal data: 1-Meim-CF3SO3, 1, triclinic, P1, a=6.416(3) Å, b=7.617(4) Å, c=9.569(4) Å, α=85.36(4)°, β=86.08(3)°, γ=85.18(4)°, V=463.6(4) Å,3 Z=2, Dc =1.66 g cm?3, μ=3.7 cm?1, T=17°C, R=0.054 and R w=0.076 for 1241 reflections; 1-Meim-NO3, 2, monoclinic, P21/c, a=9.009(7) Å, b=9.988(6) Å, c=7.308(5) Å, β=94.93(6)°, V=655.2(8) Å,3 Z=4, Dc =1.47 g cm?3, μ=1.2 cm?1, T=17°C, R=0.060 and R w=0.068 for 483 reflections.  相似文献
