Reactions of singly-bonded dinuclear complexes [(η5-CH3O2CC5H4)2M2(CO)6] (I, M?=?Mo; II, M?=?W) with the diarenylditelluride [4-CH3C6H4Te]2 in refluxing toluene for 4–6?h afforded dinuclear complexes 1 and 2 trans/ae-[(η5-RC5H4)2M2(CO)4(μ-ArTe)2] (Ar?=?4-CH3C6H4Te). Complexes 1 and 2 were also synthesized by reactions of triply-bonded dinuclear complexes [(η5-CH3O2CC5H4)2M2(CO)4] (III, M?=?Mo; IV, M?=?W) with [4-CH3C6H4Te]2 in refluxing toluene for 1?h. Both complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and IR spectroscopy and X-ray diffraction. Preliminary low-temperature NMR experiments on complexes 1 and 2 have revealed that in solution each complex goes through a rapid inversion of the butterfly four-membered ring M2Te2.  相似文献

Two lead complexes [Pb(2,2′-bipy)2(H2O)2(tcm)]2·(tcm)2·2H2O, 1, and [Pb(phen)2(tcm)2], 2, have been prepared by reacting Pb(NO3)2, potassium tricyanomethanide (Ktcm) and 2,2-bipyridine or 10-phenanthroline, respectively. X-ray crystallography studies show that 1 is a dimer formed by two eight-coordinate [Pb(bipy)2(H2O)2] units bridged by tricyanomethanide while 2 is a mononuclear six-coordinate compound with the lead atom surrounded by two phen ligands and two tricyanomethanide ions.  相似文献

Six new alkaline-earth metal compounds derived from dinitropyridone ligands (3,5-dinitropyrid-2-one, 2HDNP; 3,5-dinitropyrid-4-one, 4HDNP and 3,5-dinitropyrid-4-one-N-hydroxide, 4HDNPO) were synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, FT-IR and partly by powder XRD, TG-DSC and X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. The structural determination revealed that one molecule of both magnesium salts (Mg(2DNP)2 ·?8H2O, (1), and Mg(4DNP)2 ·?6H2O (4)) comprise one cation [Mg(H2O)6]2+ and two anions displaying centro-symmetry with the Mg atom located at the center. Two anions (and crystalline water molecules) are joined by hydrogen bonds. The barium salt Ba(4DNP)2 ·?4H2O (5), is a centro-symmetric dimer with each Ba(II) being coordinated by one monodentate ligand anion, two bidentate ligand anions (different coordination pattern) and five water molecules. Another barium salt, Ba(4DNPO)2 ·?6H2O (6), is a coordination polymer, the ten-coordinate (BaO10) barium environment comprising four water molecules, a pair of 4DNPOs via the pyridine-N-oxide oxygen, and one 4DNPOs from an adjacent metal atom offering chelating nitro group oxygen, bridging adjacent bariums. Abundant intermolecular hydrogen bonds link the molecules of each complex into multi-dimensional chains. The X-ray powder diffraction analysis confirmed the phase homogeneity of the polycrystalline samples. The TG-DSC results revealed that Mg(2DNP)2 ·?8H2O and Ba(4DNP)2 ·?6H2O each has three main weight-loss stages. The first step is the loss of all water molecules and the last step is the loss of the nitro groups and/or decomposition of the pyridine rings with the release of heat.  相似文献

Two new dioxomolybdenum(VI) complexes, [MoO2L1(CH3OH)] (1) and [MoO2L2(H2O)] (2), where L1 and L2 are dianionic form of N′-(2-hydroxy-3-methoxybenzylidene)-4methoxybenzohydrazide and N′-(2-hydroxy-3methoxybenzylidene)-2-hydroxybenzohydrazide, respectively, have been synthesized and structurally characterized by spectroscopic methods and single-crystal X-ray determination. The complexes are mononuclear molybdenum(VI) compounds. Mo in each complex is octahedral. The difference in the substituent groups in the benzohydrazides leads to coordination of different solvent molecules. Crystals of the complexes are stabilized by hydrogen bonds. The complexes are effective catalysts for sulfoxidation.  相似文献

Modified 6-amino-6-methylperhydro-1,4-diazepinetetraacetic acid (AAZTA) ligands with a hydroxyl arm have been synthesized and characterized. The crystal structures of its lanthanide complexes, determined by single crystal X-ray crystallography, show centrosymmetric nonacoordinated dimeric M2L2 forms where one carboxylate group from each ligand forms a bridge between two metal centers. Each metal center is coordinated with one inner sphere water molecule. The hydroxyl arm does not interfere in the coordination environment of the metal and therefore acts as a good anchor for attaching other functional motifs.  相似文献

Two ligands, bis(benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl) aniline (bba) and bis(N-methyl-benzimidazol-2-ylmethyl) aniline (Mebba), and their transition metal complexes [Zn(bba)(Br)2]·2DMF (1) and [Cu(Mebba)(Br)2]·2DMF (2) have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductivities, UV–vis spectra, IR spectra, NMR spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. The structure around Zn(II) can be described as distorted tetrahedral. Complex 2 can be described as distorted trigonal bipyramidal. Cyclic voltammograms of 2 indicate a quasireversible Cu2+/Cu+ couple. Additionally, the antioxidant activities of the free ligands and their complexes were determined by the superoxide and hydroxyl radical scavenging methods in vitro. Complexes 1 and 2 possess potent hydroxyl radical scavenging activity and better than standard antioxidants such as vitamin C and mannitol. Complex 2 possesses excellent superoxide radical activity.  相似文献

Compounds M(η3-C3H5)(CO)2(NCCH3)2(NCBH3) and [N(CH3)4]2[M(η3-C3H5)(CO)2(NCBH3)3] (M = Mo, W) were prepared and structurally characterized. In the solid state, the allyl group orients its open face to the two carbonyl groups producing an endo form in the above compounds. In solution, an exo form coexists with an endo form in compound Mo(η3-C3H5)(CO)2(NCCH3)2(NCBH3). The cyanotrihydroborate ligand bonds to the metal through a nitrogen atom. Both of the IR and the 11B NMR spectroscopic data suggest the negative charge of the cyanotrihydroborate ligand on the complex is almost localized on the BH3 and this negative charge only has small effect on the metal-nitrogen interaction.  相似文献

By refluxing a mixture of CuCl2 and 3-methyl-6-phenyl-[1,2,4]-triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole (TRTZ) with addition of acetic acid and KSCN, respectively, the complexes [Cu(TRTZ)2(OAc)2(H2O)]?·?1.5H2O (1) and [Cu(TRTZ)2(SCN)2(H2O)2]?·?2DMF (2) were obtained. Single-crystal structure of both complexes was determined and their thermal behaviour and IR spectra examined.  相似文献

Four new fpa-metal complexes, [Co(fpa)2(H2O)2] (1), [Cu(fpa)2(H2O)] (2), [Zn2(fpa)4(bpp)2] n (3), and {[Zn(bpy)(H2O)4]?·?2(fpa)} n (4), have been synthesized and fully characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectroscopy, single-crystal X-ray diffraction, and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), (Hfpa?=?2,2-difluoro-2-(pyridine-2-yl)acetate, bpp?=?1,3-bis(4-pyridyl)propane, bpy?=?4,4′-bipyridine). X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that 1 and 2 with 0-D structures are both extended into 3-D supramolecular networks through hydrogen bonds and π···π interactions. Complex 3 with chiral centers possesses a 1-D structure constructed by two kinds of bpp molecules and four kinds of fpa? molecules with different conformations, with bbp and fpa? bridging and capped ligands, respectively. In 4, bpy links [Zn(H2O)4]2+ into a 1-D polymeric cationic chain and uncoordinated fpa? compensates the framework charge. The results of TGA reveal that fpa? decomposes through two processes. Both 3 and 4 show strong fluorescence in the solid state at room temperature.  相似文献

Three new metal complexes, Cu(4-Hcba)2(4-cba)2(Py)2 (4-Hcba=4-cyanobenzoic acid) 1 and M[H(4-cba)2]2(Py)2 (M=Ni 2, Co 3), have been prepared by the treatment of 4-Hcba with the respective metal nitrate M(NO3)2 (M=Cu, Ni, Co) in the presence of pyridine (Py). Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses (3 is isostructural to 2) show that the obtained complexes are of isolated mononuclear and the metal atoms have distorted octahedral coordination environment. Two different types of intramolecular hydrogen bonds exist: asymmetrical O–HO for 1 and symmetrical OHO for 2 and 3. The crystal packing between the molecular complexes is controlled mainly by T-shaped C–Hπ interactions between pyridine and phenyl rings. Preliminary discussions on IR, UV–VIS and fluorescent spectra have also been carried out.  相似文献

[Ni3(C13H9N2O)5(CH3OH)2] (1) and [Cd(C12H8N3)3] (2) were synthesized in methanol and characterized by elemental analyses, IR spectra, and X-ray diffraction. Complex 1 is trinuclear with three unsymmetric Ni(II)'s having different coordinated environments bridged by four oxygen atoms from five ligands. Intermolecular antiferromagnetic interactions were observed in 1. Complex 2 is mononuclear with Cd(II) six-coordinate by six nitrogen atoms from three bidentate HPBM anions. The reaction of VO(acac)2 with 2-benzoylpyridine substituted aroylhydrazones is studied. Oxovanadium(IV) and (V) complexes are obtained, indicating the binding of ligands to the metal ion through the imine nitrogen, enolate oxygen and pyridyl nitrogen. The oxovanadium(IV) compound [VOL1(OCH3)] · 0.14H2O (1a) gets oxidized to dioxovanadium(V) species [VO2L1] (1b) upon crystal formation. The crystal structures of the ligand and the two vanadium complexes are reported. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies of the compound [VO(HL2)(μ2-O)]2 (2) revealed a centrosymmetric dimer.  相似文献

Three coordination complexes with N-donor ligands, Ag2(L1)1.5(NO3)2 (1), Ag3(L2)2(NO3)3 (2), and Ag(L1)2NO3 (3) {L1?=?1,4-bis(pyrazole-1-ylmethyl)benzene, L2 = 4,4′-bis(pyrazole-1-ylmethyl)biphenyl}, have been synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TGA, and X-ray single crystal diffraction. Complex 1 shows a 3-D fsh-3,4-P21/c structure with brevity code {83}2{85·10}. Complex 2 has a 3-D framework with a 2-D layer penetrated by an infinite 1-D zigzag chain. Complex 3 exhibits a (4,4)-net racemizing layer structure with nitrate anions filling the cavity. The results indicate that L1 and L2 can adopt varied conformations in formation of the complexes, and the length of the ligands plays a key role in configuring and directing the corresponding structure of the complexes.  相似文献

Two unsymmetric bis-aroyl-hydrazines, N′-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)isonicotinohydrazide (L1) and N′-(2-hydroxybenzoyl)nicotinohydrazide (L2), were synthesized through reactions of salicyl hydrazide with isonicotinoyl chloride and nicotinoyl chloride, respectively. Reactions of metal salts with L1 or L2 gave three new complexes, [Cd(L1)2(SCN)2] n (1), [Zn(L1)2Cl2]?·?H2O (2), and [Zn(L2)2Cl2] (3). Complex 1 features a 1-D double-chain structure built by SCN bridging six-coordinate CdII centers while 2 and 3 are mononuclear ZnII complexes. In 13, isomeric ligands L1 and L2 coordinate with metal ions in a terminal coordination mode. Ligands L1 and L2 through O–H···N and N–H···O hydrogen-bonding interactions in 13 are crucial for the structure extension into 3-D supramolecular structures of 1 and 2, or 2-D sheet of 3. Complexes 13 emit interesting blue-green luminescence. Thermal behaviors of 13 as well as the specific rotation of 2 were also investigated.  相似文献

Two copper complexes {[Cu(phen)(azpy)(H2O)(ClO4)](ClO4)}n1 (phen=1,10-phenthroline, azpy=4,4′-azobispyridine) and {[Cu(phen)(bpe)(H2O)(ClO4)](ClO4)}n2 (bpe=trans-1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethylene), have been synthesized and characterized. The X-ray analysis reveals that copper ion has distorted square pyramidal coordination environments in the complexes 1 and 2. The copper is coordinated by two N atoms of phen, two N atoms from two bridging ligand azpy in 1 and from two bridging ligand bpe in 2, one O atom of coordinated water. Due to Jahn Teller distortion the sixth site in 1 and 2 is occupied by one O atom from one perchlorate anion. Copper ions are linked to each other through bridging ligand azpy in 1 and bridging ligand bpe in 2 to form one-dimensional chain. Variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility studies show that there is a weak antiferromagnetic interaction between the Copper ions in 1 and 2.  相似文献

Two luminescent zinc coordination complexes [Zn2(2-NBS-gly)4(H2O)4]?·?2H2O (1), and Zn(Im)2(2-NBS-gly)2 (2), (2-NBS-glyH?=?N-2-nitrobenzenesulfonyl-glycine acid, Im?=?imidazole) have been synthesized and their crystal structures determined by X-ray crystallography. The Zn(II) in 1 is a five-coordinate geometry and can be described as a slightly distorted square-pyramid; complex 2 is four-coordinate, forming a distorted tetrahedron. Through hydrogen bonding, complex 1 forms a 2-D network and complex 2 forms a zigzag chain. Fluorescent analyses show that both 1 and 2 exhibit photoluminescence in the solid state and may be potential candidates for photoactive materials.  相似文献
