The dimeric η(6)-hexamethylbenzene ruthenium(II) triazole compounds of formulation [{(η(6)-C(6)Me(6))Ru(N(3)C(2)(CO(2)R)(2))}(2)(μC(2)O(4))] have been synthesized by 1,3-diploar cycloadditions of coordinated azido compound [{(η(6)-C(6)Me(6))Ru(L(1))N(3)}] (1) with substituted acetylene, RO(2)CC(2)CO(2)R via unexpected oxidation of the coordinated ligand to oxalate (where; L(1) = 5-hydroxy-2-(hydroxymethyl)-4-pyrone; R = Me, 3 or Et, 4). In contrast, a similar 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition reaction of [{(η(6)-C(6)Me(6))Ru(L(2))N(3)}] (2) (where; L(2) = tropolone) with acetylene yielded the monomeric triazole compound [(η(6)-C(6)Me(6))Ru(L(2)){N(3)C(2)(CO(2)R)(2)}] (where; R = Me, 5; Et, 6). The compounds were characterized by spectroscopy and the structures of representative compounds 4 and 6 have been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. The two ruthenium centres in the compound 4, are linked by a tetra-dentate oxalate group. Both compounds, 4 and 6, crystallized in a triclinic space group P-1.  相似文献

Neutral trinuclear metallomacrocycles, [Cp*RhCl(μ-4-PyS)]3 (3) and [Cp*IrCl(μ-4-PyS)]3 (4) [Cp* = pentamethylcyclopentadienyl, 4-PyS = 4-pyridinethiolate], have been synthesized by self-assembly reactions of [Cp*RhCl2]2 (1) and [Cp*IrCl2]2 (2) with lithium 4-pyridinethiolate, respectively. In situ reaction of complex 3 with three equivalent of lithium 4-pyridinethiolate resulted in [Cp*Rh(μ-4-PyS)(4-PyS)]3 (5) containing both skeleton and pendent 4-PyS groups. Chelating coordination of 2-pyridinethiolate broke down the triangular skeleton to give mononuclear metalloligands Cp*Rh(2-PyS)(4-PyS) (6) and Cp*Ir(2-PyS)(4-PyS) (7) [2-PyS = 2-pyridinethiolate], which could also be synthesized from Cp*RhCl(2-PyS) (10) and Cp*IrCl(2-PyS) (11) with lithium 4-pyridinethiolate. The coordination reactions of 6 with complexes 1 and 2 gave dinuclear complexes [Cp*Rh(2-PyS)(μ-4-PyS)][Cp*RhCl2] (8) and [Cp*Rh(2-PyS)(μ-4-PyS)][Cp*IrCl2] (9), respectively. Molecular structures of 3, 4, 6 and 11 were determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis. All the complexes have been well characterized by elemental analysis, NMR and IR spectra.  相似文献

Reactions of [Cp*M(μ-Cl)Cl]2 (M = Ir, Rh; Cp* = η5-pentamethylcyclopentadienyl) with bi- or tri-dentate organochalcogen ligands Mbit (L1), Mbpit (L2), Mbbit (L3) and [TmMe] (L4) (Mbit = 1,1′-methylenebis(3-methyl-imidazole-2-thione); Mbpit = 1,1′-methylene bis (3-iso-propyl-imidazole-2-thione), Mbbit = 1,1′-methylene bis (3-tert-butyl-imidazole-2-thione)) and [TmMe] (TmMe = tris (2-mercapto-1-methylimidazolyl) borate) result in the formation of the 18-electron half-sandwich complexes [Cp*M(Mbit)Cl]Cl (M = Ir, 1a; M = Rh, 1b), [Cp*M(Mbpit)Cl]Cl (M = Ir, 2a; M = Rh, 2b), [Cp*M(Mbbit)Cl]Cl (M = Ir, 3a; M = Rh, 3b) and [Cp*M(TmMe)]Cl (M = Ir, 4a; M = Rh, 4b), respectively. All complexes have been characterized by elemental analysis, NMR and IR spectra. The molecular structures of 1a, 2b and 4a have been determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Treatment of [M(Buppy)2Cl]2 (M=Ir (1), Rh (2); BuppyH=2-(4-tert-butylphenyl)pyridine) with Na(Et2NCS2), K[S2P(OMe)2], and K[N(Ph2PS)2]2 afforded monomeric [Ir(Buppy)2(SS)] (SS=Et2NCS2 (3), S2P(OMe)2 (4), N(PPh2S)2 (5)) and [Rh(Buppy)2(SS)] (SS=Et2NCS2 (6), S2P(OMe)2 (7), N(PPh2S)2 (8)), respectively. Reaction of 1 with Na[N(PPh2Se)2] gave [Ir(Buppy)2{N(PPh2Se)2}] (9). The crystal structures of 3, 4, 7, and 8 have been determined. Treatment of 1 or 2 with AgOTf (OTf=triflate) followed by reaction with KSCN gave dinuclear [{M(Buppy)2}2(μ-SCN)2] (M=Ir (10), Rh (11)), in which the SCN ligands bind to the two metal centers in a μ-S,N fashion. Interaction of 1 and 2 with [Et4N]2[WQ4] gave trinuclear heterometallic complexes [{Ir(Buppy)2}2(μ-WQ4)] (Q=S (12), Se (13)) and [{Rh(Buppy)2}2{(μ-WQ)4}] (Q=S (14), Se (15)), respectively. Hydrolysis of 12 led to formation of [{Ir(Buppy)2}2{W(O)(μ-S)23-S)}] (16) that has been characterized by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

The extraction of rhodium and iridium with 4-(non-5-yl)pyridine (NP) was investigated. The rate of rhodium extraction increases with increasing concentration of NP and chloride ions. Spectroscopic studies indicate that the extracted species is an ion pair, RhCl3?6 3HNP+. Under the conditions of optimum Rh extraction ([Cl?]=3.7 M, [NP]=0.3 M, [H]=0.08 M), iridium is also extracted by NP with similar efficiency in the form of IrCl3?6 3HNP+. The use of hypophosphorous acid to labilize rhodium results in a better extraction of rhodium without significantly changing the extraction of iridium. The efficiency and kinetics of the rhodium extraction improve with increasing chloride concentration. For [Cl?] ? 3.7 M, [H3PO2]=2.5 M, [NP]=0.3 M and Ph ≈ 1.6, 82% of rhodium is extracted in 4 min and 95% in 30 min.  相似文献

Reactions of [(η6-arene)RuCl2]2 (1) (η6-arene=p-cymene (1a), 1,3,5-Me3C6H3 (1b), 1,2,3-Me3C6H3 (1c) 1,2,3,4-Me4C6H2(1d), 1,2,3,5-Me4C6H2 (1e) and C6Me6 (1f)) or [Cp*MCl2]2 (M=Rh (2), Ir (3); Cp*=C5Me5) with 4-isocyanoazobenzene (RNC) and 4,4′-diisocyanoazobenzene (CN–R–NC) gave mononuclear and dinuclear complexes, [(η6-arene)Ru(CNC6H4N=NC6H5)Cl2] (4a–f), [Cp*M(CNC6H4N=NC6H5)Cl2] (5: M=Rh; 6: M=Ir), [{(η6-arene)RuCl2}2{μ-CNC6H4N=NC6H4NC}] (8a–f) and [(Cp*MCl2)2(μ-CNC6H4N=NC6H4NC)}] (9: M=Rh; 10: M=Ir), respectively. It was confirmed by X-ray analyses of 4a and 5 that these complexes have trans-forms for the ---N=N--- moieties. Reaction of [Cp*Rh(dppf)(MeCN)](PF6)2 (dppf=1,1′-bis (diphenylphosphino)ferrocene) with 4-isocyanoazobenzene gave [Cp*Rh(dppf)(CNC6H4N=NC6H5)](PF6)2 (7), confirmed by X-ray analysis. Complex 8b reacted with Ag(CF3SO3), giving a rectangular tetranuclear complex 11b, [{(η6-1,3,5-Me3C6H3)Ru(μ-Cl}4(μ-CNC6H4N=NC6H4NC)2](CF3SO3)4 bridged by four Cl atoms and two μ-diisocyanoazobenzene ligands. Photochemical reactions of the ruthenium complexes (4 and 8) led to the decomposition of the complexes, whereas those of 5, 7, 9 and 10 underwent a trans-to-cis isomerization. In the electrochemical reactions the reductive waves about −1.50 V for 4 and −1.44 V for 8 are due to the reduction of azo group, [---N=N---]→[---N=N---]2−. The irreversible oxidative waves at ca. 0.87 V for the 4 and at ca. 0.85 V for 8 came from the oxidation of Ru(II)→Ru(III).  相似文献

Summary The TLC behaviour of Rh(III), Ir(III) and Ir(IV) has been investigated in the two systems consisting of DEAE-cellulose or ECTEOLA-cellulose and 5 M HCl media containing H2O2. These systems, especially in combination with a simple chemical pretreatment of samples (with LiCl, HCl and H2O2), can effectively be applied to the complete separation of mixtures of Rh(III) and Ir(III) or Ir(IV) in a wide range of ratios and amounts (Rh: Ir=1100 to 1001).

Poly(vinyldiethylenetriamine) chelating resin was synthesized from macroporous poly(vinyl chloride) and used for the enrichment-separation of rhodium and iridium. The efficiency, rate and equilibrium constant adsorption of rhodium and iridium on the resin were determined and real samples were analysed. The mechanism of rhodium and iridium enrichment is discussed.  相似文献

[Ir(COD)(PMe3)3]Cl, 1, reacts with amino acids in water to yield cationic hydride amino acid complexes, [Ir(aa)(H)(PMe3)3]Cl, 2. In general, complexes 2 display octahedral geometry with a meridional arrangement of the PMe3 ligands, with the amino acid chelating through O and N and with hydride trans to N. Disubstituted amino acids on the other hand favor the formation of octahedral complexes with a facial arrangement of PMe3 ligands. The crystal structure of the valine complex, 2c, was obtained and, in addition to confirming the structure of the complex, showed a helical extended lattice structure due to intermolecular N-H-O bonding.  相似文献

The synthesis, crystal structure, and biological activity of new bis‐cyclometalated compounds [M(ptpy)2(4‐chloro‐2‐methyl‐1,8‐naphthyridine)]PF6 [M = Rh ( 1 ); M = Ir ( 2 ); ptpy = 2‐(p‐tolyl)pyridinato] and [M(ptpy)2(2‐methyl‐1,8‐naphthyridine)]PF6 [M = Rh ( 3 ); M = Ir ( 4 )] are described. The new compounds were prepared by the reaction of [{M(μ‐Cl)(ptpy)2}2] (M = Rh, Ir) with the corresponding naphthyridine ligands. The molecular structures of compounds 1 , 3 , and 4 were confirmed by single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction studies.  相似文献

It was shown that the action of heat on rhodium(III) trifluoroacetate with norbornadiene (NBD) leads to its reduction and the formation of red crystals of [Rh(CF3COO)NBD]2. The formation of the complex was confirmed by elemental analysis and IR, electronic, and x-ray photoelectron spectra. The reaction shows that Rh-Rh compounds can disproportionate under the influence of NBD with the formation of Rh(I) and Rh(III).Institute of Chemical Physics at Chernogolovka, Russian Academy of Sciences, 142432 Chernogolovka. Reaction of Ph2PNHCH2-C4H3S with [Ru(η6-p-cymene)(μ-Cl)Cl]2, [Ru(η6-benzene)(μ-Cl)Cl]2, [Rh(μ-Cl)(cod)]2 and [Ir(η5-C5Me5)(μ-Cl)Cl]2 yields complexes [Ru(Ph2PNHCH2-C4H3S)(η6-p-cymene)Cl2], 1, [Ru(Ph2PNHCH2-C4H3S)(η6-benzene)Cl2], 2, [Rh(Ph2PNHCH2-C4H3S)(cod)Cl], 3 and [Ir(Ph2PNHCH2-C4H3S)(η5-C5Me5)Cl2], 4, respectively. All complexes were isolated from the reaction solution and fully characterized by analytical and spectroscopic methods. The structure of [Ru(Ph2PNHCH2-C4H3S)(η6-benzene)Cl2], 2 was also determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. 1-4 are suitable precursors forming highly active catalyst in the transfer hydrogenation of a variety of simple ketones. Notably, the catalysts obtained by using the ruthenium complexes [Ru(Ph2PNHCH2-C4H3S)(η6-p-cymene)Cl2], 1 and [Ru(Ph2PNHCH2-C4H3S)(η6-benzene)Cl2], 2 are much more active in the transfer hydrogenation converting the carbonyls to the corresponding alcohols in 98-99% yields (TOF ≤ 200 h−1) in comparison to analogous rhodium and iridium complexes.  相似文献

C60 derivatives bearing either terminal alkyne or azide functional groups have been prepared and used as building blocks under the copper mediated Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition conditions. In general, the reactivity of C60 toward azides does not significantly compete with the cycloaddition leading to the desired 1,2,3-triazole derivatives and good yields can be obtained when fullerene derivatives with reasonable solubility are used as starting materials. The electrochemical properties of the new fullerene derivatives have also been investigated by cyclic voltammetry (CV) and Osteryoung Square Wave Voltammetry (OSWV).  相似文献

A new chloride-dimethylsulfoxide-ruthenium(III) complex with nicotine trans-[RuIIICl4(DMSO)[H-(Nicotine)]] (1) and three related iridium(III) complexes; [H-(Nicotine)]trans-[IrIIICl4(DMSO)2] (2), trans-[IrIIICl4(DMSO)[H-(Nicotine)]] (3) and mer-[IrIIICl3(DMSO)(Nicotine)2] (4) have been synthesized and characterized by spectroscopic techniques and by single crystal X-ray diffraction (1, 2, and 4). Protonated nicotine at pyrrolidine nitrogen is present in complexes 1 and 3 while two neutral nicotine ligands are observed in 4. In these three inner-sphere complexes coordination occurs through the pyridine nitrogen. Moreover, in the outer-sphere complex 2, an electrostatic interaction is observed between a cationic protonated nicotine at the pyrrolidine nitrogen and the anionic trans-[IrIIICl4(DMSO)2]¯ complex.  相似文献

The dinuclear dichloro complexes [(η6-arene)2Ru2(μ-Cl)2Cl2] and [(η5-C5Me5)2M2(μ-Cl)2Cl2] react with 2-(pyridine-2-yl)thiazole (pyTz) to afford the cationic complexes [(η6-arene)Ru(pyTz)Cl]+ (arene = C6H61, p-iPrC6H4Me 2 or C6Me63) and [(η5-C5Me5)M(pyTz)Cl]+ (M = Rh 4 or Ir 5), isolated as the chloride salts. The reaction of 2 and 3 with SnCl2 leads to the dinuclear heterometallic trichlorostannyl derivatives [(η6-p-iPrC6H4Me)Ru(pyTz)(SnCl3)]+ (6) and [(η6-C6Me6)Ru(pyTz)(SnCl3)]+ (7), respectively, also isolated as the chloride salts. The molecular structures of 4, 5 and 7 have been established by single-crystal X-ray structure analyses of the corresponding hexafluorophosphate salts. The in vitro anticancer activities of the metal complexes on human ovarian cancer cell lines A2780 and A2780cisR (cisplatin-resistant), as well as their interactions with plasmid DNA and the model protein ubiquitin, have been investigated.  相似文献

Cationic half-sandwich complexes containing the [(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))M(Diphos*)] moiety (M=Rh, Ir; Diphos*=chiral diphosphine ligand) catalyze the cycloaddition of the nitrone 3,4-dihydroisoquinoline N-oxide (A) to methacrylonitrile (B) with excellent regio and endo selectivity and low-to-moderate enantioselectivity. The most active and selective catalyst, (S(Rh),R(C))-[(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))Rh{(R)-Prophos)} (NC(Me)C==CH(2))](SbF(6))(2), has been isolated and fully characterized including the determination of the molecular structure by X-ray diffraction. The R-at-metal epimers of the complexes [(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))M{(R)-Prophos)}(NC(Me)C==CH(2))](SbF(6))(2) (M=Rh, Ir) isomerize to the corresponding S-at-metal diastereomers. The stoichiometric cycloaddition of A with B is catalyzed by diastereopure (S(M),R(C))-[(eta(5)-C(5)Me(5))M{(R)-Prophos)}(NC(Me)C==CH(2))](SbF(6))(2) with perfect regio and endo selectivity and very good (up to 95 %) ee. The catalyst can be recycled up to nine times without significant loss of either activity or selectivity.  相似文献

The most severe interferences in atomic absorption spectrometry are caused by the presence of anions when they are in different concentrations in the samples and in the calibration solutions. The analyte addition technique or matrix matching calibration can be employed to minimize or compensate the non-spectral interferences, but they are time consuming or difficult to be carried out. The use of chemical modifiers usually allows higher pyrolysis temperatures and consequently the removal of components of the sample matrix, equalizing the analyte signal in the sample and in the calibration solution. In this work, a mixture of Ir and Rh is proposed as permanent modifier to determine As, Cd and Pb in diluted hydrochloric, sulfuric and phosphoric acids and in ethanol and methanol by electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry (ET AAS) with calibration against 1% v/v nitric acid aqueous solutions. The performance of the proposed permanent modifier was compared to that of Pd plus Mg nitrates in solution. Better recoveries, low background levels and faster analysis were obtained with the permanent modifier. The permanent modifier was also successfully employed for the determination of As, Cd and Pb in different concentrations of sulfuric and hydrochloric acids. For the phosphoric acid, the proposed modifier was only efficient for acid concentrations up to 2% v/v for As and up to 5% v/v for Cd and Pb. The precision, expressed as the relative standard deviation (n=3), was lower than 10%, for all samples, including ethanol and methanol.  相似文献
