The 1H and 13C NMR resonances of twenty‐seven 2,2‐dimethyl‐5‐(2‐nitrophenyl‐5‐substituted)‐2,3‐dihydro‐1,3,4‐thiadiazoles, and twenty‐seven 3‐acyl‐5‐(2‐amino‐5‐substituted)‐2,2‐dimethyl‐2,3‐dihydro‐1,3,4‐thiadiazoles were assigned completely using the concerted application of one‐dimensional and two‐dimensional experiments (DEPT, HMQC and HMBC). NOESY experiments, X‐ray crystallography and conformational analysis confirm the preferred conformation of these compounds. Copyright © 2012 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.  相似文献

Nucleophilic addition of alkyl- and benzylthiols to benzoquinone diimine (1) gave the corresponding 3-alkylthio- or 3-benzylthio-1,4-phenylenediamines (2-5). However, addition of aryl- or heteroarylthiols to 1 formed 2-arylthio- or 2-heteroarylthio-1,4-phenylenediamines (6-14). The structures of 2-14, obtained in 55-91% yields, were confirmed in CDCl3 or DMSO-d6 solution using 1D (NOE difference, coupled 13C NMR spectra, APT and DEPT) and 2D NMR techniques [DQCOSY, NOESY, HETCOR and heteronuclear multiple bond coherence (HMBC)] that resulted in unambiguous proton and carbon NMR resonance assignments. The substituent-induced 13C NMR chemical shift differences were calculated in 2-14 relative to carbon atoms in the model compound N1-(1,3-dimethylbutyl)-N4-phenyl-1,4-phenylenediamine (DMBPPD) (15) (a reduced form of benzoquinone diimine).  相似文献

The 1H and 13C NMR resonances of thirty 2-functionalized 5-(methylsulfonyl)-1-phenyl-1H-indoles were assigned completely and unequivocally using the concerted application of one- and two-dimensional experiments (DEPT, gs-HMQC and gs-HMBC). Finally, the influence of the 2-substituent of 5-(methylsufonyl)-1-phenyl-1H-indoles on the carbon atoms of the indole moiety was estimated.  相似文献

A phytotoxic root exudate from Acroptilon repens was identified as 7,8‐benzoflavone, an inhibitor of cytochrome P450 1A2 and activator of cytochrome P450 3A4. The synthetic 5,6‐benzoflavone also is a potent phytotoxin. Six 7,8‐benzoflavones and eight 5,6‐benzoflavones were synthesized in this study. The NMR data for a few of these compounds have been previously reported; however, the NMR data for most of them have not been reported. NMR spectroscopic studies are undertaken with derivatives of 2‐pyrazinecarboxylic acid. Complete and unambiguous assignment of chemical shifts (1H, 13C, 15N) and coupling constants (1H,1H; 13C,1H; 15N,1H) is achieved by combined application of various 1D and 2D NMR spectroscopic techniques. Unequivocal mapping of 13C,1H spin coupling constants is accomplished by 2D (δ,J) long‐range INEPT spectra with selective excitation. Regioselective synthesis of 2-[1-(2-oxo-2-phenylethyl)-1H-[1,2,3]triazol-4-ylmethoxy]-benzaldehyde derivatives was achieved by [3 + 2] cycloaddition reaction of 2-(prop)-2-ynyloxy-benzaldehyde derivatives with phenacyl azide. The regiochemistry and the spectral assignments of the synthesized triazole derivatives were studied using both 1D and 2D NMR spectral techniques in solution.  相似文献

The major protonation sites of six cardiotonic isomeric 2-aryl-n-methoxy-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]- and -[4,5-c]-pyridines (n = 4–7) were determined by 1H and 13C NMR methods. All the 1H-imidazo[4,5-c]pyridines and the 7-methoxy derivative of sulmazole were found to protonate at the pyridyl nitrogen. Protonation occurred at the imidazo nitrogen, however, for the 5- and 6-methoxy derivatives of sulmazole.  相似文献

Diastereomeric mixtures of tricyclic 3-styrylpyrazolines have been prepared by the reaction of 3-cynnamylidenechroman-4-ones and their 1-thio analogs with hydrazine in hot acetic acid or propionic acid solutions. The diastereomeric mixtures were separated by column chromatography to obtain the pure diastereomers. The elucidation of their structure and stereochemistry and complete (1)H and (13)C assignments have been performed by a combination of various one- and two-dimensional NMR experiments.  相似文献

Various [5,6]pyrano[2,3‐c]pyrazol‐4(1H)‐thiones were synthesized in high yields by treatment of the corresponding [5,6]pyrano[2,3‐c]pyrazol‐4(1H)‐ones with Lawesson's reagent. Detailed NMR spectroscopic studies were undertaken of the title compounds. Neferine and isoliensinine are the two major compositions of the Chinese medicine lotus plumule. They have extensive cardiovascular activity, such as antiarrhythmic, antithrombic and antihypertensive. In order to confirm the structures reported in the literature by explicit 1H and 13C assignments, we used a series of NMR experiments including 1H, 1H-COSY, HSQC and HMBC. The absolute configuration of neferine (C-1 and C-1') was determined as R and S and that of isoliensinine (C-1 and C-1') was determined as R and R.  相似文献

Adamantylation of dihydroxynaphthalenes with the hydroxyl groups on the same or different rings leads to compounds that are convenient starting materials in target‐oriented organic synthesis. Here, we report the 1H and 13C NMR assignments of eight 1‐adamantyl substituted derivatives of 1,4‐; 1,6‐ and 1,7‐dihydroxynaphthalenes. The data acquired and peculiarities of their molecular structure are useful for extrapolation for prompt characterization of compounds containing adamantane, dihydroxynaphthalenes or naphthoquinone units. 2‐Styrylchromones, although scarce in nature, constitute a group of oxygen heterocyclic compounds which have shown significant biological activities. New nitro‐2‐styrylchromones have been synthesised by the Baker–Venkataraman method, and the structure elucidation was accomplished using extensive 1D (1H, 13C) and 2D NMR spectroscopic studies (COSY, HSQC and HMBC experiments). Complete assignment of 1H and 13C NMR chemical shifts and J(1H/1H and 1H/19F) coupling constants for 22 1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles' derivates were performed using the concerted application of 1H 1D and 1H, 13C 2D gs‐HSQC and gs‐HMBC experiments. All 1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles' derivatives were synthesized as described by Finar and co‐workers. The formylated 1‐phenyl‐1H‐pyrazoles' derivatives were performed under Duff's conditions.
