Summary Four new trinuclear copper(II) complexes, [Cu(phen)-(NBzIm)] (ClO4) (1), [Cu(bpy)(NBzIm)](ClO4) (2), [Cu-(Me2-bpy)(NBzIm)](Ac)·1/2H2O (3) and [Cu(Me2-bpy)-(Im)](ClO4)·1/2H2O (4) (phen = 1, 10-phenanthroline, bpy = 2,2-bipyridine, NBzIm = 6-nitrobenzimidazolate ion, Im=imidazolate ion) have been prepared and characterized by variable temperature magnetic susceptibility measurements. A weak antiferromagnetic spin exchange interaction operates between copper(II) ions, exchange integrals evaluated as J =-23.82 cm-1 for (1); and J=-21.91 cm-1 for (2).  相似文献

Paramagnetic copper(II) complexes with N-(3-hydroximino-2-methylbutan-2-yl)methylamine (HL), namely, Cu(HL)Cl2(I), Cu(HL)(SO4) · 2H2O (II), and Cu(HL)(NO3)2(III), were obtained. The crystal structures of I and II were determined. The blue crystals of these compounds are monoclinic. For I(C6H14Cl2CuN2O): a = 8.820(1) Å, b = 6.511(1) Å, c = 18.255(2) Å, = 92.86(1)° V = 1047.0(2) Å3, space group P21/c, calcd = 1.679 g/cm3, Z = 4 for R 1 = 0.0250; for II(C6H18CuN2O7S): a = 9.999(2) Å, b = 9.927(2) Å, c = 12.963(3) Å, = 106.37(3)°, V = 1234.5(4) Å3, space group P21/c, calcd = 1.753 g/cm3, Z = 4 for R 1 = 0.0324. Crystals of I have a molecular structure. The Cu coordination polyhedron is a square bipyramid (2N + 2Cl + Cl + Cl) due to additional contacts with two Cl atoms from the neighboring molecules. Structure II is built from polymeric chains. The environment of the Cu atom is a distorted cis-octahedron (2N + 2O(H2O) + 2O(SO4)). Summary Several penta-and tetracyanooxomolybdenum(IV) anions have been synthesized containing different numbers of H2O molecules, either coordinated or present as crystallisation molecules. The influence of these molecules on the reactivity of the complex, especially towards O2, is discussed. Three compounds were characterized by x-ray structure determination. [Mo(O)(CN)5(H2O)2(MeCN)2][PPh4]4Cl belongs to triclinic space group P-1 witha=13.146(3) Å,b=16.944(5) Å,c=21.761(6) Å, =84.72(2)°, =87.15(2)° and =85.25(2)°. The volume of the unit cell is 4678(6)Å3 withz=2. The structure was refined to R=6.5%. [Mo(O)(CN)4(H2O)·6H2O][PPh4]2 belongs to monoclinic space group P21/n witha=15.313(2)Å,b=19.983(3)Å,c=17.006(2)Å, =100.51(2)°. The volume of the unit cell is 5117(3)Å3 withz=4. The structure was refined to R=8.7%. [Mo(O)(CN)4(MeCN)](PH3)2N]2 belongs to triclinic space group P-1 witha=13.770(4)Å,b=16.292(5)Å,c=16.889(5)Å, =73.23(2)°, =72.02(2)° and =71.57(2)°. The volume of the unit cell is 3342(3)Å3 withz=2. The structure was refined to R=7.2%.  相似文献

Silver (I) complexes [Ag2(tptz)(dppm)2(DMF)](BF4)2·2DMF (1), [Ag(tptz)(dppe)]n(BF4)n·2nH2nMeOH (2), [Ag2(tptz)2(dppp)2](BF4)2 (3) and [Ag2(tptz)2(dppb)](BF4)2 (4) were obtained from the reactions of AgBF4 and diphosphine Ph2P(CH2) nPPh2 (Lpp, n=1–4) in the presence of 2,4,6-tris(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine (tptz) in MeOH–DMF. Single crystal analyses showed that the closed metallocyclic unit [Ag2(Lpp)2]2+ with double Lpp bridges was obtained in (1) and (3) with an odd number of n, while an open metallochain (Ag2Lpp)2+ with a single bridge formed in (2) and (4) with n being even. Coordination modes for the diphosphines are directly related to the rigid tptz ligand with a large -system.  相似文献

NiII mixed-ligand complexes of compositions [Ni(pmdien)(ttcH)] (1), [Ni(baphen)2(ttcH)] · 4H2O (2), [Ni-(dpa)(ttcH)(H2O)] (3), [Ni(cyclam)(ttcH)] · 2H2O (4), [Ni(hexaa)](ttcH) (5) and [Ni(hexab)(ttcH)] · 2H2O (6), (baphen = 4,7-diphenyl-1,10-phenanthroline, dpa = 2,2-dipyridylamine, cyclam = 1,4,8,11-tetraazacyclotetradecane, hexaa = 1,3,6,9,11,14-hexaazatricyclo[12.2.1.16,9]-octadecane, hexab = 1,8-dimethyl-1,3,6,8,10,13-hexaazacyclotetradecane) have been prepared and characterized by means of i.r., u.v.–vis. spectroscopies and magnetochemical measurements. The redox properties of the complexes were studied by cyclic voltammetry. The crystal and molecular structure of [Ni(pmdien)(ttcH)] was determined. The nickel atom is penta-coordinated by three N atoms of pmdien, and by S and N atoms of trithiocyanurate(2–) anion.  相似文献

Crystals of PbCu3(OH)(NO3)(SeO3)3·1/2H2O [a=7.761(3)Å,b=9.478(4)Å,c=9.514(4)Å, =66.94(2)°, =69.83(2)°, =81.83(2)°, space group P ,Z=2] and Pb2Cu3O2(NO3)2(SeO3)2 [a=5.884(2)Å,b=12.186(3)Å,c=19.371(4)Å, space group Cmc21,Z=4] were synthesized under hydrothermal conditions. Their crystal structures were refined with three-dimensional X-ray data toR w=0.033 resp. 0.055. In PbCu3(OH)(NO3)(SeO3)3·1/2H2O the Cu atoms are [4+1] and [4+2] coordinated and via SeO3 groups a three-dimensional atomic arrangement is built up. In Pb2Cu3O2(NO3)2(SeO3)2 there are sheets, which are connected only via Pb-O bonds ranging from 2.98 Å to 3.16 Å.

The crystal structures of the two clathrates with the composition [M(4-MePy)4(NCS)2]·0.67(4-McPy)·0.33 H2O (M=Cu(II), Mn(II); 4-MePy=4-methylpyridine) have been determined. These compounds are trigonal, with the [M(4-MePy)4(NCS)2] host molecules being centrosymmetric. The parameters of the unit cells area = 27.365(7) and 27.738(6),c = 11.303(9) and 11.250(8) Å,V = 7325(2) and 7493(2) Å3, space group R , R = 0.053 and 0.109 for M = Cu(II) and Mn(II), respectively. ForZ = 9d calcd is equal to 1.271 and 1.225 g/cm3, andd measd is equal to 1.252(2) and 1.213(2) g/cm3 for the Cu and Mn clathrates, respectively. The coordination environment of the metal atoms in these compounds is an irregular octahedron, while in the Mn compound these distortions are rather small (Mn-NMePy 2.30, 2.34 Å, Mn-NNCS 2.18 Å, and Cu-NMePy 2.06 Å, Cu-NNCS 1.98 Å and Cu-NMePy 2.50 Å).The molecular packing in the structures is such that the channels of variable diameter are formed along the short cell dimension (the maximum diameter is 10 Å, the minimum being 6 Å) where the guest 4-MePy and H2O molecules are placed.  相似文献

Palladium clusters Pd4(SEt)4(OAc)4(I) and Pd6(SEt)12(II) were synthesized and studied. Their structure was determined by X-ray diffraction analysis. For I, a= 9.774(2) Å, b= 10.821(2) Å, c= 13.061(3) Å, = 92.88(3)°, V= 1379.6(5) Å3, (calcd.) = 2.182 g/cm3, space group P21/n, Z= 4, N ref= 1558, and R= 0.031; for II, a= 10.581(1) Å, b= 10.584(2) Å, c= 11.478(2) Å, = 101.62(1)°, = 104.95(1)°, = 106.74(1)°, V= 1135.2(4) Å3, (calcd) = 2.007 g/cm3, space group P1, Z= 1, N ref= 2828, and R= 0.022. In cluster I, four Pd atoms form a planar cycle. The neighboring palladium atoms are bound by two acetate or by two mercaptide bridges, the Pd···Pd distances being 3.036–3.195 Å. In cluster II, Pd atoms form a planar six-membered cycle with Pd···Pd distances of 3.083–3.127 Å. The neighboring palladium atoms are bound by two mercaptide bridges. The formation of analogous clusters in solution was confirmed by IR spectroscopy.  相似文献

A facile procedure for synthesizing the mono(hydroxo)tris(carboxylato)platinum(IV) species has been achieved. The reaction of [PtII(OH)2(dmpda)] (dmpda=2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine) with a 30% aqueous solution of H2O2 in the presence of a carboxylic acid produces a stable [PtIV(OOCR)3(OH)(dmpda)] (R=Me, Et) complex in high yield. The crystal structures of [PtIV(OOCMe)3(OH)(dmpda)] . H2O (triclinic P1 bar, a=8.761(2) Å, b=9.245(3) Å, c=10.659(2) Å, =106.25(2)°, =93.90(2)°, =98.92(2)°, V=813.1(3) Å3, Z=2, R= 0.0474) and [PtIV(OOCEt)3(OH)(dmpda)] (monoclinic P21/c, a=12.777(4) Å, b=10.514(2) Å, c=14.971(3) Å, =107.40(2)°, V=1919.2(8) Å3, Z=4, R=0.0611) show that the hydroxyl group has been selectively positioned at an axial site. The intramolecular hydrogen bond between the OH and C=O moiety exists (O(H)...=C, 2.83 Å for [PtIV(OOCMe)3(OH)(dmpda)] · H2O; 2.72 Å for [PtIV(OOCEt)3(OH)(dmpda)]. Formation of the axial-mono(hydroxo)tris(carboxylato)platinum(IV) species may be ascribed to a combination of `reactive-equatorial effects' with `cis-addition' in the carboxylic acid.  相似文献

Crystals of [Cu(DAF)(H2O)]BF4(I) and [Cu(DAF)(ClO4)] (II) (DAF is diallyl formamide) were synthesized by an alternate-current electrochemical method, and their structures were determined (MoK radiation, 1247 and 859 independent reflections with I 2(I), R= 0.043 and 0.032 for Iand II, respectively). The complexes crystallize in space group P21/n, Z= 4. For I, a= 10.782(3) Å, b= 12.096(5) Å, c= 9.185(3) Å, = 103.62(3)°, and V= 1164.2(7) Å3; for II, a= 10.064(3) Å, b= 10.753(6) Å, c= 10.002(3) Å, = 87.52(4)°, and V= 1081.4(8) Å3. The copper atom in structures Iand IIcoordinates both C=C bonds in one DAF molecule and oxygen atom of the amide group of another DAF molecule, as well as an oxygen atom of H2O (in I) or ClO4(in II) in the axial position. The uncommon behavior of the anions in structures Iand IIis explained by their different values of Pierson hardness.  相似文献

Summary Reactions of bis(1-oxopyridine-2-thione) NiII or CuII with 2,2-bipyridine (bipy) or 1,10-phenanthroline (phen) yield complexes of stoichiometry: Ni(C5H4NOS)2L {L = bipy, two isomers: (1) and (2), L = phen, one isomer (3)} and Cu(C5H4NOS)2(phen)·0.75CHCl3 (4). The spectroscopy (i.r., u.v.-vis., e.s.r.) and magnetism studies of the above complexes are described. On the basis of conductivity, the CuII-phen complex has been formulated as [Cu(C5H4NOS)(phen)2][Cu(C5H4NOS)3]·1.5CHCl3 (4). The vis. absorption spectra support similar octahedral structures for the minor bipy isomer (2) and for the NiII-phen complex [(3)], whereas the major isomer [(1)] has a different structure. The e.s.r. spectrum of the CuII-phen complex (4) is commensurate with an elongated octahedral structure. New methods for the preparation and spectroscopy of M(C5H4NOS)2 (M = Mn, Ni, Cu or Zn) compounds have been investigated.  相似文献

Crystals of anionic complexes of the composition M[CuCl2(HOCH2CCCH2OH)], where M = NH4 + (I), K+ (II), were isolated from concentrated aqueous solutions of CuCl and MCl (M = NH4 +, K+) in the presence of 2-butyne-1,4-diol. Their structures were studied by X-ray diffraction analysis. Isostructural crystals I and II are orthorhombic; Z = 8, space group Ibam; a = 6.735(1) and 6.666(2) Å, b = 17.206(3) and 16.874(6) Å, c = 15.172(3) and 15.032(4) Å, V = 1758(1) and 1691(1) Å3, respectively. The compounds are built of individual [CuCl2(HOCH2CCCH2OH)] anions; the NH4 + (I) or K+ (II) cations are arranged in the voids between the anions. The -coordinated Cu(I) atoms have trigonal-planar environment of two chlorine atoms and CC bond of the 2-butyne-1,4-diol molecule. The Cu–(CC) distances in the -core are 1.892(4) and 1.887(6) Å, CC are 1.233(5) and 1.228(5) Å in I and II, respectively. In complex I, additional hydrogen bonds Cl···H–NH3 (Cl···H 2.43(4) Å) and O···H–NH3 (O···H 1.97(3) Å) stabilize the structure.  相似文献

Hydrogen peroxide oxidation of platinum(II) compounds containing labile groups such as Cl, OH, and alkene moieties has been carried out and the products characterized. The reactions of [PtII (X)2 (N–N)] (X = Cl, OH, X2 = isopropylidenemalorate (ipm); N–N 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine [(dmpda), N-isopropyl-1,3-propanediamine (ippda)] with hydrogen peroxide in an appropriate solvent at room temperature affords [PtIV (OH)(Y)(X)2(N–N)] (Y = OH, OCH3). The crystal structures of [PtIV(OH)(OCH3)(Cl)2(dmpda)]·2H2O (P-1 bar, a = 6.339(2) Å , b = 9.861(1) Å, c = 11.561(1) Å, a = 92.078(9)°, β = 104.78(1)°, γ=100.54(1)°, V = 684.3(2) Å3, Z = 2R = 0.0503) and [PtIV(OH)2(ipm)(ippda)]·3H2O (C 2/c, a = 27.275(6) Å, b=6.954(2) Å, c = 22.331(4) Å, β = 118.30(2)°, V = 3729(2) Å3, Z = 8, R = 0.0345) have been solved and refined. The local geometry around the platinum(IV) atom approximates to a typical octahedral arrangement with two added groups (OH and OCH3; OH and OH) in a transposition. The platinum(IV) compounds with potential labile moieties may be important intermediate species for further reactions.  相似文献

Crystal structures of [Co(MH)2(Thio)2][BF4] · H2O (I) and [Co(DH)2(NH3)2][BF4] (II), where MH is H3C–C(NOH)–C(NO)–H and DH is H3C–C(NOH)–C(NO)–CH3, were determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystals are monoclinic, space group C2/c, unit cell parameters (for I and II, respectively): a = 22.018(2) Å, b = 7.943(1) Å, c = 11.681(1) Å, = 92.68(1)° and a = 21.436(2) Å, b = 6.400(2) Å, c = 12.389(2) Å, = 113.13(1)°. In both cases, the Co(III) coordination polyhedron is a centrosymmetrical trans-octahedron, N4S2 for I and N6 for II. In the crystals of I and II, the complex cations and the outer-sphere [BF4] anions (and the crystal water molecules in I) form elaborate hydrogen bonding system.  相似文献

Two novel cyano-bridged lanthanide-transition-metal complexes, K[Fe(bipy)(CN)4 2Tb(H2O)4]·3H2O (1) and [Fe(bipy)(CN)4Sm(phen)(NO2)(H2O)2]·H2O (2) (bipy = 2.2-bipyridine; phen = 1, 10-phenanthroline), have been prepared and structurally characterized. Complex (1) possesses a cyano-bridged two-dimensional (2D) honeycomb-like structure with centrosymmetric [FeII(bipy)(CN)4 2TbIII(H2O)4] anions, potassium cations, and water of crystallization molecules. Complex (2) consists of a cyano-bridged one-dimensional (1D) ladder structure with neutral [FeII(bipy)(CN)4SmIII(phen)(NO2)(H2O)2] and water of crystallization molecules. The magnetic properties of (1) have been investigated in the 2.0–300 K range. The data for (1) reveal that magnetic interactions between Tb3+ ions through the low-spin Fe2+ ions are negligible.  相似文献

The crystals are triclinic, P¯1, witha = 10.945(5),b = 8.703(5),c = 8.495(5) Å, = 103.86(3)°, = 105.73(3)°, = 85.77(3)°, V = 756 Å3 Dc = 1.65 g cm–3 for Z = 1. The copper(II) atoms are 5-coordinate and square-pyramidal. Selected bond distances are: Cu-N, 1.91 Å (mean); Cu-O(base) = 1.90(1) and 1.91(1) Å; Cu-O(apical) = 2.47(1) Å; There are O(water)-H ... F interionic hydrogen bonds in the structure. The Cu .. Cu distance is 2.847 Å.  相似文献

The X-ray crystal structures of two ciprofloxacin compounds, viz. [Cu(cfH)2(Cl)2] · 2MeOH · 6H2O (2) and [Cu(cfH)(phen)Cl]BF4 · 4H2O (3) are reported. Complex (2) has a distorted octahedral geometry, whereas for the nitrogen adduct (3) a distorted square–pyramidal geometry is seen. Significant enhancement in the antimycobacterial activity of the copper conjugates correlates with their copper redox couples (Cu2+ /Cu+) probably due to its relevance to intracellular accumulations and subsequent role in generating oxidative stress.  相似文献

Summary Crystal structures have been determined for two nickel complexes of the monodentate S-donating ligand 1-methyl imidazoline-2(3H)-thione (mimtH). The parainagnetic trans-octahedral complex, [Ni(mimtH)4Cl2], crystallises in an orthorhombic unit cell (a=12.459(1),b=13.078(1),c=15.406(1)Å, V=2510.24Å3,Z=4, space group Pbca). Final conventional R from 1848 observed data [F>4(F)] is 0.0273. The Ni–Cl distance is. 2.537(1) Å and the mean Ni–S distance is 2.479 Å.The diamagnetic complex, [Ni(mimtH)4](BF4)2, contains a distorted square-planar cation which is H-bonded. to [BF4] anions. The complex crystallises in an orthorhombic unit cell [a=9.810(1),b=14.585(1),c=20.120(2)Å, V=2878.8Å3,Z=4, space group Pbcn]. Final conventional R from 1756 observed data [F>4(F)] is 0.0629. The average Ni–S distance is 2.216Å.  相似文献

Crystals of the HAmp[Cu9Cl8(CCCH2OH)2] cluster compound (HAmp is the 4-aminopyridinium cation (NH2–C5H4NH)+) were obtained through ac electrochemical synthesis and their structure was determined using X-ray diffraction analysis (DARCh autodiffractometer, /2 scan mode, 3435 independent reflections with F 4(F), R = 0.047). The crystals are triclinic: space group P , a = 12.547(5) Å, b = 12.502(4) Å, c = 8.201(2) Å, = 75.93(2)°, = 82.21(3)°, = 76.05(3)°, V = 1207(2) Å3, Z = 2. Two crystallographically independent moieties (CCCH2OH) were detected in the complex structure. Each moiety acts as a double bridging ,-ligand and binds four or five Cu(I) atoms, thus forming the [Cu4(CCCH2OH)] and [Cu8(CCCH2OH)2] clusters. The shortest Cu···Cu distance is equal to 2.337(4) Å.  相似文献

Novel [CrIII(amp)(bipy)(Cl)] (1) (H2amp = N-(hydroxyphenyl)salicyldimine; bipy = 2,2-bipyridyl) and [CrIII(app)(bipy)(Cl)]+ (2) (H2app = N-(hydroxyphenyl)pyridine-2-carboxaldimine; bipy = 2,2-bipyridyl) complexes have been synthesized and characterized by physico-chemical methods. Complexes 1 and 2 have been employed as catalysts in the oxidation of both saturated and unsaturated hydrocarbons using tert-butylhydroperoxide (t-BuOOH). The significance of the results with respect to oxo-functionalization of C-H bonds both in unsaturated and saturated hydrocarbons is noted.  相似文献
