Chlorodibenzyltin (IV) complex with dithiomorpholinocarbamate ligand was synthesized by the reaction of dibenzyltin dichloride with dithiomorpholinocarbamate in 1:1 stoichiometry. The complex was characterized by elementary analysis, UV, BR and 1H NMR spectra. The crystal structure was determined by X‐ray single crystal diffraction study. The crystallographic data are as follows: triclinic, space group P1 , a = 0.8723 (2) ran, b = 1.099 (2) nm, c = 1.1036 (3) nm, α = 86.498 (4)°, β = 89.697 (5)°, γ = 82.807 (5)°, Z = 2, V = 1.0479 (4) nm3, Dc= 1.580 g/cm?3, μ = 1.553 mm?1, F (000) = 500, R1 = 0.0442, wR2 = 0.0974. The crystal consists of discrete molecules containing five‐coordinate tin atoms in a distorted tigonal bipyramidal configuration. The molecules are packed in the unit cell in one‐dimensional chain structure through a weak interaction between the chlorine atom and sulfur atom, the sulfur atom and one of the sulfurs of an adjacent molecule.  相似文献

A Schiff base ligand(H2CSF,C13H11NO4,1) derived from 3-carboxylsalicylaldehyde and furfurylamine,and its trinuclear complex [Ni3(CSF)2(CH3COO)2(DMF)2(H2O)2](2) were synthesized.Compound 1 was characterized by elemental analysis,1H NMR,IR,MS and X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal of 1 belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21/c with a = 8.472(2),b = 19.743(5),c = 7.2300(18) ,β = 110.278(4)°,V = 1134.4(5) 3,Z = 4,Mr = 245.23,Dc = 1.436 g·cm-3,μ = 0.108 mm-1,F(000) = 512,λ = 0.71073 ,the final R = 0.0440 and wR = 0.1199 for 1426 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)).In the crystal of 1,there exist intramolecular hydrogen bonds and weak intermolecular C-H···O hydrogen bonds.Compound 2 was characterized by elemental analysis,IR,TG and X-ray diffraction analysis.The crystal of 2 is of triclinic system,space group P1 with a = 10.1237(17),b = 10.4086(18),c = 10.4884(18) ,α = 82.528(2),β = 67.339(2),γ = 83.010(2)°,V = 1008.1(3) 3,Z = 1,Mr = 962.87,Dc = 1.586 g·cm-3,μ = 1.463 mm-1,F(000) = 498,λ = 0.71073 ,the final R = 0.0517 and wR = 0.0805 for 2065 observed reflections(I 2σ(I)).The geometry of the trinuclear molecule is centrosymmetric,in which every Ni(Ⅱ) ion is coordinated in a slightly distorted octahedron.The three Ni(Ⅱ) ions are arranged in a straight line.The two CSF2-ions act as NOO tridentate ligands with the phenolate and carboxylate oxygen as bridging atoms.The coordination atoms of CSF2-anions and water molecules are coordinated on the equatorial plane,while the two bridging acetate ions and two DMF are trans-coordinated on the apical sites.  相似文献

A fluorescent Ni(II) complex 1, [Ni(OH-H2Bdc)(Bibimp)]n·nH2O, constructed with 5-hydroxyisophthalic acid(OH-H2Bdc) and 2,6-bis(2-benzimidazolyl)pyridine)(Bibimp) has been synthesized by hydrothermal methods and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, TG/DTG, fluorescence spectrum and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The title complex crystallizes in triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 10.187(2), b = 10.273(2), c = 13.401(3), α = 69.65(3), β = 69.66(3), γ = 70.61(3)o, V = 1196.8(4) 3, and Z = 2. The adjacent chains of complex 1 are stacked offset with respect to each other in an ABAB fashion by van der Waals interactions, and only a weak interlayer nonclassical C–H···O hydrogen bond has been observed. Complex 1 displays strong blue fluorescent emissions at 483 nm in the solid state upon photo-excitation at 365 nm at room temperature.  相似文献

A dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex,[Cu2(HL)2(H2O)6] 1(H3L = 2,4,6-tri(3-carboxy-phenylthio)-1,3,5-triazine),was synthesized hydrothermally and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction,IR and thermal analysis.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction reveals that complex 1 is a dinuclear copper(Ⅱ) complex,which is further extended to a 3D network by weak interactions such as O…H-O hydrogen bonds and noncovalent S...S interactions.The crystal of compound 1 belongs to monoclinic,space group C2/c,with a = 50.15(2),b = 6.789(3),c =15.667(8) ,β = 90.588(9)o,V = 5334(4) 3,Z = 4,C48H38Cu2N6O18S6,Mr = 1306.28,Dc = 1.627 g/cm3,F(000) = 2664,Rint = 0.0631,T = 293(2) K,μ = 1.112 mm-1,the final R = 0.0661 and wR = 0.1850 for 3782 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I).  相似文献

Treatment of complex [(μ-SCH 2) 2 NCH 2 Ph]Fe 2 (CO) 6 with PPh 3 in the presence of decarbonylating agent Me 3 NO·2H 2 O afforded the title complex [(μ-SCH 2) 2 NCH 2 Ph]Fe 2 (CO) 5 (PPh 3) in 70% yield.The new complex was characterized by elemental analysis,IR,and 1 H (31 P,13 C) NMR spectroscopic techniques as well as by X-ray crystallography.It crystallizes in triclinic,space group P 1 with a=9.3016(19),b=12.698(3),c=13.904(3),V=1519.8(7)3,Z=2,C 32 H 26 Fe 2 NO 5 PS 2,M r=711.33,D c=1.554 g/cm 3,μ(MoKα)=1.187 mm-1,F(000)=728,T=113(2) K,the final R=0.0288 and wR=0.0680 for 3982 observed reflections (I > 2σ(I)).The PPh 3 ligand resides in an axial position of the square-pyramidal geometry of the neighboring Fe atom and trans to the benzene ring in order to minimize the steric repulsion between PPh 3 and the benzene ring.  相似文献

<正>The complex Cu(phon)(NO3)2(CH3CN) (phon = 1,10-phenanthroline-5,6-dione) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, infrared and UV-Vis spectra. X-ray diffraction analysis at room temperature indicates that the complex crystallizes in orthorhombic system, space group P212121 with a = 8.353(1), b = 11.299(2), c = 17.764(2) A, V= 1676.5(4) A3, Z = 4, C14H9CuN5O8, Mr = 438.8, Dc = 1.739 g/cm3, F(000) = 884 and μ(MoKα) = 1.361 mm-1. The final R and wR factors for the observed reflections with I > 2σ(I) are 0.0353 and 0.0855, respectively. R = 0.0432 and wR = 0.0899 for all data. The structure of the title complex consists of a neutral mononuclear entity. The central Cu (II) atom is five-coordinated by two nitrogen donors of one ligand, two unidentate NO3- ions and one CH3CN molecule. The coordination geometry of Cu (II) can be considered as a distorted trigonal bipyramidal configuration. A new trinuclear nickel complex,[Ni3(pdc)3(2,2'-bipy)3(H2O)2]·2H2O(H2pdc = pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic acid,2,2'-bipy = 2,2'-bipyridine) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by IR,elemental analysis and X-ray diffraction methods.Crystal data for this complex:monoclinic,space group P21/n,a = 21.206(4),b = 10.002(2),c = 28.066(6),β = 108.18(3)°,C51H41N9Ni3O16,Mr = 1212.06,V = 5.656(2) nm3,Dc = 1.423 g·cm-3,μ(MoKα) = 1.062 mm-1,Z = 4,F(000) = 2488,GOOF = 1.034,the final R = 0.0543 and wR = 0.1237 for 6149 observed reflections with Ⅰ 2σ(Ⅰ).In the complex,three nickel(Ⅱ) ions are bridged by the pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic acid groups,and all nickel(Ⅱ) ions are seven-coordinated by nitrogen atoms of 2,2'-bipyridine and pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic acid and oxygen atoms from pyridine 2,6-dicarboxylic and water to adopt a severely distorted pentagonal bipyramidal geometry.The emission and excitation peaks of the complex in ethanol solutions are located at 336 and 316 nm,respectively.  相似文献

A Cu(II) complex of tetra(3,5-diphenyl pyrazole) [Cu(C15H12N2)2Cl2]2 (1) was synthesized, and its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction and further characterized by elemental analysis, NMR and IR. 1 belongs to the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 13.3780(5), b = 15.1392(6), c = 15.5923(6) , β = 124.522(2)°, Z = 2 and V = 2601.86(17) 3. In 1, each Cu2+ ion is coordinated with two N atoms from two tetra(3,5-diphenyl pyrazole) ligands and three Cl- anions to give a distorted square-pyramidal geometry, which is further linked through edge-sharing bridging by Cl- anions to form a centrosymmetric dinuclear structure.  相似文献

A new one-dimensional polymeric complex [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]L (L = N,N′-bis(furan- 2-ylmethylene)hydrazine) has been synthesized and characterized by IR, UV spectra, TG-DTA technique and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, pace group P1^- with a = 5.9268(8), b = 10.8678(15), c = 13.3671(19) A, α = 109.295(2), β = 95.092(2), γ = 97.8580(10)°, V = 796.70(19)A^3, Z = 2, C12H10CdN4O3S2, Mr = 434.76, μ = 1.648 mm^-1, Dc = 1.812 g/cm^3, F(000) = 428, R = 0.0308 and wR = 0.0769. The crystal structure reveals that the structure of [Cd(SCN)2(H2O)]n features di-μ-1,3-thiocyante bridges and 1D chains. The octahedrally coordinated Cd atom is surrounded by one oxygen atom from water molecule, three S atoms and two N atoms from five di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges. The Cd atoms are connected by two di-μ-1,3 thiocyanato bridges with the Cd(1)…Cd(1A) separation of 4.239(1) A and Cd(1)...Cd(1B) of 5.852(1)/~. In addition, the one-dimensional straight chain structure is further connected by multiform intermolecular N-H…O hydrogen bonds and π-π interactions to form a three-dimensional supramolecular structure.  相似文献

<正>A novel dinuclear zinc(Ⅱ)complex[Zn_2L(μ-OAc)](PF_6)_2(CH_3OH)has been synthesized from a new symmetrical compartmental ligand HL in which the pendant arms,bearing pyridyl groups,are bridged by 1,3-diaminopropan-2-ol.X-ray crystal structure shows that the two zinc atoms reside within the adjacent ligand compartments and are bridged by the endogenous alkoxo-O from ligand and one exogenous carboxylate from acetate with a syn-syn mode.The coordination geometry of two zinc atoms is a distorted trigonal bipyramid with the pyridyl-N atoms and bridging alkoxo-O atom providing the equatorial donor set.Such coordination geometry observed in this complex is similar to that found in the dinuclear unit of phospholipase C.  相似文献

Crystallographic data: C88H58La2N12O20, Mr = 1881.28, triclinic P1, a = 7.518(3), b = 17.033(6), c = 17.551(6)A, α = 115.333(4), β = 92.9910(10), γ = 99.366(5)°, V = 1985.3(12)A^3, Z = 1, Dc = 1.574 g/cm^3, F(000) = 944 μ = 1.145 mm^–1, the final R = 0.0281 and wR = 0.0686 for 6708 reflections with Ⅰ 〉 2σ(I). In 1, two nine-coordinated La(Ⅲ) ions are connected by two 4-cba ligands in a syn-syn bidentate coordination mode, and the other six 4-cba ligands terminate the La(Ⅲ) ions, resulting in an isolated dinuclear structure. Two different types of intramolecular hydrogen bonds, asymmetrical O-H…O and symmetrical O…H…O, exist in the crystal. The title complex molecules are connected through hydrogen bonds and weak π-π stacking interactions to generate a 2-D layered network. A new nickel(Ⅱ) complex, C34H38N8NiO4, has been prepared and characterized by X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/c with a = 11.715(5), b = 12.328(5), c =11.113(5)A, β= 92.589(5)°, Z = 2, Dc = 1.411 g/cm^3,μ = 0.658 mml, the final R = 0.0427 and wR = 0.1099 for 2229 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The complex is a centrosymmetric plane in which nickel(Ⅱ) is coordinated in a regular octahedron to the ligand phenytoin through the nitrogen atoms of ethylenediamine, imine and amine. The complex was valued for its antimicrobial activity against bacterial strands using the agar diffusion method, and found to be active against the four test bacterial organisms. Preliminary screening for antimicrobial activities showed that the title complex is quite active against standard strains of Salmonella species, Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus pumilus and Eschierichia coli.  相似文献
