Fourteen new 1-acyl-5-aryl biurets were synthesized by the reaction of aryl ureas with acylisocynantes. The latter was obtained from acyl chloride and lead cyanate in dichloromethane, using pyridine as catalyst. The structures of compounds 3a-n were confirmed by IR,1H NMR and MS spectra.  相似文献

Two new chiral pyridine prolinol derivatives have been synthesized from N-alkylation of (S)-α,α-diphenyl-2-pyrrolidinemethanol with 2-bromomethylpyridine and 2, 6-dibromo-methyl-pyridine. The catalytic asymmetric borane reduction of prochiral ketones and the asymmetric addition ofdiethylzinc to benzaldehyde were investigated.  相似文献

A series organosoluble and heterocyclic poly(ether-amide)s (PEA)s were synthesized from a new diamine containing pyridine moiety and four aliphatic-aromatic dicarboxylic acids by direct polycondensation reactions. Dicarboxilic acids 4a-4d containing ether groups were synthesized in two step reactions. At first, dialdehydes 3a-3d were synthesized from four dibromo alkanes la-ld and 4-hydroxybenzaldehyde 2, then dicarboxilic acids 4a-4d were synthesized from dialdehydes 3a-3d and malonic acid in a solvent free reaction. On the other hand, the new diamine 8 containing pyridine ring was synthesized in two step reactions. The structures of synthesized monomers and polymers were proven by FTIR, NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. Also all of the above polymers were fully characterized by inherent viscosity, solubility tests, gel permeation chromatography (GPC), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The resulted PEAs have shown good inherent viscosities, solubility and thermal properties.  相似文献

A new monomer diacid, 1,2-dihydro-2-(4-carboxylphenyl)-4-[4-(4-carboxylphenoxy)-3-methylphenyl]phtha-lazin-1-one (3), was synthesized through the aromatic nucleophilic substitution reaction of a readily available unsymmetrical phthalazinone 1 bisphenol-like with p-chlorobenzonitrile in the presence of potassium carbonate in N,N-dimethylacetamide and alkaline hydrolysis. The diacid could be directly polymerized with various aromatic diamines 4a-4e using triphenyl phosphite and pyridine as condensing agents to give five new aromatic poly(ether amide)s 5a-5e containing the kink non-coplanar heterocyclic units with inherent viscosities of 1.30-1.54 dL/g.The polymers were readily soluble in a variety of solvents such as N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF), N,N-dimethyl-acetamide (DMA), dimethylsulfoxide (DMSO), N-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone (NMP), and even in m-cresol and pyridine (Py). The transparent, flexible and tough films could be formed by solution casting. The glass transition tem-peratures Tg were in the range of 286-317℃.  相似文献

Some new pyridazinone derivatives(3) were synthesized through addition of antipyrin to β-aroylacrylic acids (1) followed by cyclization of the adducts. Reactions of 3 with ethyl bromoacetate,benzenesulfonyl chloride, benzoyl chloride and POCl_3 give N-substituted products and monochlorosub-stituted pyridazines (4), respectively. The reactions of the latter with thiourea give unexpected dithio-derivatives(5), which react with phenylhydrazine to give pyrazolopyridazino pyridazine derivatives (6).Reactions of 2 with NH_2OH in ethanol and pyridine afford oxime and oxazinone derivatives 7 and 8,tespectively. The antibacterial activities of several compounds were screened.  相似文献

Chemical reactions between poly (vinyl pyridine)s and 1, 4-butanediol diglycidyl ether and other epoxy compounds were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and other techniques. The epoxy group was found to react with the pyridine side group of poly (4-vinyl pyridine), forming crosslinked networks which contain cyclic amide structures. The reaction was also observed in the interracial region of poly(vinyl pyridine) and γ-glycidoxy propyl trimethoxysilane hydrolyzate (γ-GPS) coatings on PET fiber substrates. Poly(2-vinyi pyridine) does not show the same reaction.  相似文献

Six dicarboxylic acids 3a-3f were synthesized by the reaction of 3,3’,4,4’-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride 1 with L-aminoacids 2a-2f in a solution of glacial acetic acid/pyridine(Py) at refluxing temperature.Then six new poly(amide-imide)s PAIs were synthesized from the direct polycondensation reaction of[N,N’-(4,4’- carbonyldiphtaloyl)-bis-L-amino diacid]s with 1,5-bis(4-aminophenyl)penta-1,4-dien-3-one(APPD).The polymerization reactions produced a series of new optically active PAIs with high yield and good inherent viscosity.Also these PAIs are optically active and soluble in various organic solvents.These resulting new polymers can be used in column chromatography for the separation of enantiomeric mixtures.The resulted polymers were fully characterized by means of FTIR and ~1H-NMR spectroscopy,elemental analyses,inherent viscosity measurements,solubility tests and thermogravimetric analysis(TGA).  相似文献

Two zinc complexes, [Zn(MPIP)Cl2](1) and [Zn(EPIP)Cl2](2), where MPIP = 1-(methoxymethyl)-3-(pyridin-2-yl)imidazo[1,5-a]pyridine and EPIP = 1-(ethoxymethyl)-3-(pyridin-2-yl)imidazo[1,5-a]pyridine, were synthesized under solvothermal conditions. The etheric ligand MPIP was formed in situ via metal ligand reaction between(3-(pyridin-2-yl)imidazo[1,5-a]pyridin-1-yl)methanol(HPIPM) and methanol solvent. Similarly, the ligand EPIP was generated in situ from the reaction of HPIPM with ethanol solvent. The structures of 1 and 2 were characterized by X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis. They are four-coordinated mononuclear complexes, and the ZnII ion of 1 and 2 displays distorted tetrahedral geometry. The photoluminescent properties of 1 and 2 were investigated. Strong emissions were observed for both 1 and 2, which were ascribed as the intraligand(π-π*) fluorescent transitions. This paper provides a simple and efficient method for the synthesis of etheric compounds.  相似文献

Abstract

The reactions of 2-cyanomethyl-1-methyl-1H-imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine with isothiocyanates, nitroso compounds, acid chlorides, and thioglycolic acid were investigated. New imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine derivatives with various substituents in 2-position and derivatives of the new pyrrolo[2′,1′:2,3]imidazo[4,5-b]pyridine ring system were synthesized. Four new tetradentate 2,6-disubstituted pyridine and tridentate 2-substituted pyridine ligands were synthesized. Two of these compounds possessed a metal ion binding subunit in the form of a 2,6-disubstituted-4-N,N'-dimethylamine pyridine moiety. Cu(2+)-complexes of these ligands incorporated in cetyltrimethylammonium bromide (CTABr) micelles speeded the cleavage of p-nitrophenyldiphenyl phosphate and p-nitrophenyl hexanoate at pH 7.6. On the basis of a kinetic version of Job plot analysis, a 1:1 ligand/Cu(2+) stoichiometry was found to be the most active species. In CTABr micelles, the pK(a) values for the Cu(2+)-coordinated hydroxyl or pendant -CH(2)OH in these ligands were between 7.8 and 7.9. The metallomicellar systems displayed catalytic (turnover) behavior in the presence of excess substrates.  相似文献

The versatile multifunctional unreported pyridine‐2,6‐bis(2‐cyano‐N‐phenyl‐3‐oxopropanethioamide) ( 3 ) was prepared starting from pyridine‐2,6‐bis‐(3‐oxopropanenitrile) ( 1 ). Several new series of polysubstituted thiophenes and 1,3,4‐thiadiazoles incorporating 2,6‐pyridine moiety were efficiently synthesized. The newly synthesized compounds were evaluated for their in vitro anticancer activity against human cancer cell lines: hepatocellular liver carcinoma (HEPG2) and Caucasian breast adenocarcinoma (MCF‐7). Some of the newly synthesized compounds exhibited better activity than doxorubicin as a reference drug.  相似文献

Some new amidophosphoric acid esters containing substituted pyridine moieties were synthesized by the reaction of O-aryl, O-ethyl phosphoryl chlorides with 3-(aminomethyl)pyridine and 5-(aminomethyl)-2-chloropyridine. Characterization was done by 1H NMR, 31P{1H} NMR, IR, MS, and elemental analyses. The results of preliminary bioassay showed that the new compounds possess good insecticidal activity against aphides.  相似文献

As a part of ongoing studies in developing new potent antioxidant agents, 2‐amino‐4‐(furan‐2‐yl)‐5,6‐dimethylnicotinonitrile 4 was utilized as a key intermediate for the synthesis of some new pyrimidines 5 and 11 , form (acet)amide 6 , 7 , urea and thiourea 9 , 10 , 1,8‐naphthyridines 12 , 13 , and 14 . Moreover, condensation of 4 with 5,5‐dimethyl‐1,3‐cyclohexanedione and cyclohexanone in ethanol furnished the pyridine derivatives 16 and 17 , respectively. Furthermore, refluxing of 4 with ethylenediamine in carbon disulfide afforded the 4,5‐dihydro‐1H‐imidazol‐2‐yl pyridine derivative 19 . In addition, refluxing of 4 with carbon disulfide and concentrated sulfuric acid furnished the pyridine derivatives 20 and 21 , respectively. The reaction of 4 with phenacyl chloride and ethyl chloroacetate in dimethylformamide in the presence of catalytic amount of triethylamine afforded the pyridine derivatives 22 and 23 , respectively. Finally, heating of 4 with 1‐phenyl‐3‐(piperidin‐1‐yl)propan‐1‐one hydrochloride in glacial acetic acid afforded phenylpropylamino pyridine derivative 24 . The structures of the newly synthesized compounds were confirmed by elemental analysis, IR, 1H‐NMR, and mass spectral data. Representative compounds of the synthesized products were evaluated as antioxidant agents. Compounds 8 , 19 , and 22 are promising compounds.  相似文献

Several new air-stable, convenient to handle and easily synthesized Pd based PEPPSI (Pyridine Enhanced Precatalyst Preparation, Stabilization and Initiation) type precatalysts supported over N/O-functionalized N-heterocyclic carbenes (NHC) namely, trans-[1-(benzyl)-3-(N-t-butylacetamido)imidazol-2-ylidene]Pd(pyridine)Cl2 (), trans-[1-(2-hydroxy-cyclohexyl)-3-(benzyl)imidazol-2-ylidene]Pd(pyridine)Cl2 () and trans-[1-(o-methoxybenzyl)-3-(t-butyl)imidazol-2-ylidene]Pd(pyridine)Br2 (), have been designed. Specifically, the Pd-NHC complexes, , and , were conveniently synthesized from their respective imidazolium halide salts by the reaction with PdCl2 in pyridine in presence of K2CO3 as a base. A new imidazolium chloride salt, 1-(benzyl)-3-(N-t-butylacetamido)imidazolium chloride () was synthesized by the alkylation reaction of benzyl imidazole with N-t-butyl-2-chloroacetamide. The molecular structures of the imidazolium chloride salt, , and the Pd-NHC complexes, , and , have been determined by X-ray diffraction studies. The density functional theory studies of the , and complexes were carried out to in order to gain insight about their structure, bonding and the electronic properties. The nature of the NHC-metal bond in these complexes was examined using Charge Decomposition Analysis (CDA), which revealed that the N-heterocyclic carbene ligands are effective sigma-donors. In addition, the catalysis studies revealed that the Pd-NHC complexes, , and , are effective catalysts for the Suzuki-Miyaura type C-C cross-coupling reactions.  相似文献

The first lithiation of 4-(1H-1-pyrrolyl)pyridine has been realized. The use of BuLi-containing lithium aggregates induced the selective pyridine ring functionalization by taking advantage of the electron-donor effect of the pyrrole nucleus. Opportune substituents were introduced alpha to the pyridine nitrogen leading to new electron-enriched pyridylphosphine, bipyridine, and terpyridine ligands.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] A new method for synthesizing the 2-spiro-boraadamantane pyridine complex (2) from 1-ethynylcyclohexylmethyl ether has been developed. The chemistry has been applied to the synthesis of bis-2-spiro-1-boraadamantane.pyridine (1) from trans-1,4-diethynyl-1,4-dimethoxycyclohexane (8).
