Up to now the chirality is seldom studied in the diluted spin glass although many investigations have been performed on the site-ordered Edwards-Anderson model. By simulation, we investigate the dynamicaJ properties of both the spin-glass and the chiral-glass phases in a diluted dipolar system, which was manifested to have a spin-glass transition by recent numerical study. By scaling we find that both phases have the same aging behavior and closer aging parameterμ. Similarly, the domains grow in the same way and both phases have a closer barrier exponent g2. It means that both the spins and the chirality have the same dynamical properties and they may freeze at the same temperature.  相似文献

A Green function formalism is employed to investigate the effect of magnetocrystalline anisotropy on surface spin waves in semi-infinite Heisenberg ferromagnets at low temperatures T << Tc. The dispersion relations are investigated in detail. The density of states (DOS) of surface spin waves and layered magnetizations are also derived.  相似文献

Instanton configurations of (1+1)-dimensions in an antiferromagnetic biaxial-anisotropy-spin-chain are obtained explicitly in the strong anisotropy limit, which interpolate between degenerate equilibrium orientations of the Néel vector along easy axis and are seen to be responsible for quantum tunneling. Macroscopic quantum coherence of the domain walls is demonstrated in terms of the instantons.  相似文献

Using the nonequilibrium Green's function technique, we investigate the Kondo effect in the quantum dot with perpendicular magnetic fields, in which one is the Zeeman splitting lies in the z-direction and the other is the spin flip points at the x-direction. It is found whatever one or two magnetic fields are applied, the local density of states (LDOS) will split into two peaks. The positions of two Kondo resonance peaks are determined by Zeeman energy △ when J = 0, and by √△^2+J^2 when J≠0.  相似文献

Recent progresses in magnetic tunnel junctions with perpendicular magnetic anisotropy(PMA) are reviewed and summarized. At first, the concept and source of perpendicular magnetic anisotropy(PMA) are introduced. Next, a historical overview of PMA materials as magnetic electrodes, such as the RE–TM alloys TbFeCo and GdFeCo, novel tetragonal manganese alloys Mn–Ga, L10-ordered(Co, Fe)/Pt alloy, multilayer film [Co, Fe, CoFe/Pt, Pd, Ni, Au]N, and ultra-thin magnetic metal/oxidized barrier is offered. The other part of the article focuses on the optimization and fabrication of CoFeB/MgO/CoFeB p-MTJs, which is thought to have high potential to meet the main demands for non-volatile magnetic random access memory.  相似文献

The entanglement resonance in anisotropic spin-1/2 Heisenberg chains of different couplings is investigated when the nearest neighbor coupling is periodically modulated with external magnetic field. When the modulation frequency equals twice of the magnetic field, the entanglement resonance is larger than that at other modulation frequencies and decreases as the number of spins in the chain increases. When the modulation frequency equals the
magnetic field, the entanglement resonance can be reduced to a quite low value by varying the coupling along z axis.  相似文献

Within the framework of an effective field approximation, the effects of single-ion anisotropy and different trimodal transverse fields of two sublattices on the critical properties of the mixed spin-1/2 and spin-1 Ising system are investigated on the simple cubic lattice. A smaller single-ion anisotropy can magnify magnetic ordering phases and a larger one can depress magnetic ordering phase for T-Ω1/2 space at low temperatures, while a smaller single-ion anisotropy can hardly change the value of critical transverse field for T-Ω1 space. On the other hand, influences of two different trimodal transverse fields concentrations on tricritical points and magnetic ordering phases take on some interesting results in T-D space. The main reason comes from the common action of single-ion anisotropy, different transverse fields and two trimodal distributions.  相似文献

We consider the one-dimensional planar rotator and classical Heisenberg models with a ferromagnetic Kac potential J (r)=J(yr), J with compact support. Below the Lebowitz-Penrose critical temperature the limit (mean-field) theory exhibits a phase transition with a continuum of equilibrium states, indexed by the magnetization vectors m s, s any unit vector and m the Curie–Weiss spontaneous magnetization. We prove a large-deviation principle for the associated Gibbs measures. Then we study the system in the limit 0 below the above critical temperature. We prove that the norm of the empirical spin average in blocks of order –1 converges to m , uniformly in intervals of order p , for any p 1. We also give a lower bound to the scale on which the change of phase occurs, by showing that the empirical spin average is approximately constant on intervals having length of order -1-with (0,1) small enough.  相似文献

The realization of perpendicular magnetization and perpendicular exchange bias(PEB)in magnetic multilayers is important for the spintronic applications.NiO(t)/[Ni(4 nm)/Pt(1 nm)]2multilayers with varying the NiO layer thickness t have been epitaxially deposited on SrTiO;(001)substrates.Perpendicular magnetization can be achieved when t<25 nm.Perpendicular magnetization originates from strong perpendicular magnetic anisotropy(PMA),mainly resulting from interfacial strain induced by the lattice mismatch between the Ni and Pt layers.The PMA energy constant decreases monotonically with increasing t,due to the weakening of Ni(001)orientation and a little degradation of the Ni–Pt interface.Furthermore,significant PEB can be observed though NiO layer has spin compensated(001)crystalline plane.The PEB field increases monotonically with increasing t,which is considered to result from the thickness dependent anisotropy of the NiO layer.  相似文献

By making use of the effective field theory and a cutting approximation, thedetailed phase diagrams are described and some interesting results are found under trimodal random transverse fielddistribution. A smallsingle-ion anisotropy can magnify magnetic ordering region at low temperatures and existence ofa large transverse field can assist the occurrence of reentrant phenomena. With increasing disorder, second-order phasetransitions are shown to change into first-order phase transitions. The trajectory of the tricritical point in the phasespace as a function of disorder is presented. 具有垂直磁各向异性的磁性纳米结构是自旋转移力矩器件的重要研究内容, 本文采用反常霍尔效应系统地研究了磁控溅射法制备的[CoFeB/Pt]n多层膜的垂直磁各向异性. 当CoFeB的厚度小于0.6 nm时, 可以在[CoFeB/Pt]n多层膜中观察到清晰的垂直磁各向异性, 其垂直磁各向异性强烈依赖于CoFeB和Pt层厚度及多层膜周期数. 当多层膜周期数n ≥ 5时, 出现零剩磁现象. 另外, [CoFeB/Pt]n多层膜的矫顽力均小于2 kA·m-1, 有望作为垂直自由层的重要侯选材料应用于垂直磁纳米结构中.  相似文献

采用直流磁控溅射法在玻璃基片上制备了Pt底层的Co/Ni多层膜样品, 对影响样品垂直磁各向异性的各因素进行了调制, 通过样品的反常霍尔效应系统的研究了Co/Ni多层膜的垂直磁各向异性. 结果表明, 多层膜中各层的厚度及周期数对样品的反常霍尔效应和磁性有重要的影响. 通过对多层膜各个参数的调制优化, 最终获得了具有良好的垂直磁各向异性的Co/Ni多层膜最佳样品Pt(2.0)/Co(0.2)/Ni(0.4)/Co(0.2)/Pt(2.0), 经计算, 该样品的各向异性常数Keff 达到了3.6×105 J/m3, 说明样品具备良好的垂直磁各向异性. 最佳样品磁性层厚度仅为0.8 nm, 样品总厚度在5 nm以内, 可更为深入的研究其与元件的集成性.  相似文献

The transmission of quantum states in the anisotropic Heisenberg XXZ chain model with three-spin exchange interaction is studied. The average fidelity is used to evaluate the state transfer. It is found that quantum communication can be enhanced by the anisotropic coupling and multiple spin interaction. Such spin model can reduce the time required for the perfect state transmission where the fidelity is unity. The maximally entangled Bell states can be generated and separated from the whole quantum systems.  相似文献

For our proposed composite parity-conserved matrix product state(MPS), if only a spin block length is larger than 1, any two such spin blocks have correlation including classical correlation and quantum correlation. Both the total correlation and the classical correlation become larger than that in any subcomponent; while the quantum correlations of the two nearest-neighbor spin blocks and the two next-nearest-neighbor spin blocks become smaller and for other conditions the quantum correlation becomes larger, i.e., the increase or the production of the long-range quantum correlation is at the cost of reducing the short-range quantum correlation, which deserves to be investigated in the future; and the ration of the quantum correlation to the total correlation monotonically decreases to a steady value as the spacing spin length increasing.  相似文献
