数值计算具有自发辐射诱导相干性的开放V型三能级原子系统密度矩阵运动方程,分析无反转激光(LWI)增益的瞬态演化.结果表明:无论是否存在非相干抽运,探测场和驱动场间的相对位相(Ф)对增益的瞬态演化都有显著的影响;通过选择的取值可以获得更大的瞬态和稳定增益;不存在非相干抽运时,系统达到瞬态增益最大值及获得增益稳定值所需要的时间更长,演化过程中振荡幅度更大,获得的增益更大;原子退出速率r0(原子注入速率比S)的变化将使增益瞬态演化的具体过程发生改变,在r0(S)的一定取值范围内,瞬态和稳定增益随S(r0)的增大而增大.  相似文献

In this paper, we discuss and analyze theoretically probe absorption-amplification response in a four-level coherent atomic system with vacuum-induced coherence via changing the sign of the parameter f, with f denoting the ratio of a pair of dipole moments associated with a doublet of closely upper hyperfine sublevels. We find that the amplitude of the probe amplification for the case f=-1 can be about one order of magnitude larger than that achievable for the case f=1. In addition, with respect to the case f=-1 the probe amplification can be maintained all the time with weak incoherent pumping for a wide range of the probe detuning.  相似文献

A four-level system driven by two coherent fields is considered. It is shown that in the presence of an incoherent pump, the probe gain at a short wavelength can be achieved due to the quantum interference. Our density matrix calculation provides the conditions for probe amplification from different origins, including gain without population inversion on any state basis, gain with population inversion on the dressed-state basis, and gain with population inversion on the bare-state basis. Also, by controlling the Rabi frequency of the coupling field a total change from non-inversion to inversion can be achieved which does not depend on the intensity of the incoherent pump.  相似文献

研究了非旋波近似下频率随时间变化的相干态光场与二能级原子的相互作用,主要讨论了光场频率随时间作正弦和方波变化两种典型情况下,原子布居数反转随时间的演化特性. 当光场频率随时间作正弦变化时,原子布居数反转的崩塌-回复过程和由虚光子过程引起的快速振荡均会受到影响. 当光场频率随时间以方波形式变化时,脉冲调制不仅在原子布居数反转随时间演化过程中诱导出新的崩塌-回复过程,而且可以引起虚光子快速振荡的突变. 关键词: Jaynes-Cummings模型 非旋波近似 原子布居数反转  相似文献

We propose a new four-level atomic model for achieving light amplification at a short wavelength, where direct incoherent pumping into the top level is avoided by the advantage of coherent pumping. In this model, the lower level of the probe transition is an excited state but not the usual ground state. By analytical as well as numerical calculations, we find that the probe gain, either with or without population inversion, which depends on the relation between spontaneous decay rates $\g_{42}$ and $\g_{21}$, can be achieved with proper parameters. We note that the Raman scattering gain always plays an important role in achieving the probe amplification.  相似文献

研究了三能级原子与多模光场相互作用的量子系统,从系统的密度矩阵运动方程出发讨论了无粒子数反转探测场的增益条件,发现当驱动场拉比频率取5,探测场拉比频率取1,非相干抽运取3,驱动场失谐量取3时,系统可以在偏离共振的两端获得粒子数无反转而相应的探测场获得了增益,即实现了无粒子数反转激光,其在光通信方面具有重要的应用价值。  相似文献

Stimulated Raman gain (SRG) spectroscopy using infrared pump pulses with narrow linewidth and a low-noise cw probe infrared laser was proposed. High-resolution Raman spectra of solutions were obtained. The SRG spectra of crystal GaP, benzene, and toluene were measured to confirm the spectral resolution and sensitivity over the terahertz (THz) region. We discuss the polarization dependence of the spectral measurement of carbon tetrachloride. Our system can detect organic molecules in aqueous solutions.  相似文献

研究了频率随时间变化的压缩态光场与二能级原子的相互作用,主要讨论了光场频率随时间作正弦调制和脉冲调制两种典型情况下原子布居数反转随时间的演化特性.当光场频率随时间作正弦调制时,不仅光场频率调制,而且压缩态的压缩系数和压缩相位均对原子布居数反转的崩塌-回复过程有影响.当光场频率随时间作脉冲调制时,脉冲调制的突变使各拉比振荡之间的相干性发生改变,并在原子布居数反转随时间演化过程中诱导出新的崩塌-回复过程,尤其在脉冲出现的区间内,原子布居数反转表现出持续的小幅快速振荡,这与压缩态的压缩系数无关. 关键词: Jaynes-Cummings模型 压缩态 原子布居数反转  相似文献

研究了外加微波场作用下三能级原子系统的无粒子数反转放大特性. 通过求解系统的密度矩阵方程得到其探测吸收谱. 结果表明, 介质对探测场的吸收呈现多峰结构, 并且在强微波驱动场的作用下, 特定范围内出现了明显的负吸收(即光放大). 进一步定量分析各能级粒子数布居随作用场强度的变化, 揭示出该三能级原子系统呈现无粒子数反转光放大的规律. 最后, 采用缀饰态理论对探测吸收特性做出了准确的解释.  相似文献

利用数值计算结果, 研究了具有自发辐射诱导相干的开放V 型三能级原子系统中的传播效应. 研究表明: 改变探测场和驱动场之间的相对位相对无反转激光(LWI)增益和 强度随传播距离的变化即空间演化具有重要的影响; 而原子的注入速率比(S)和退出速率(r0)的改变将对位相相关的LWI增益和强度的空间演化产生明显的调制作用. 在S(r0)的一定取值范围内, S(r0)的值越大, LWI增益和强度越大且强度达到极大值需要的传播距离越长; 相应封闭系统中LWI增益和强度的最大值及能产生增益的传播距离都小于开放系统. Doppler效应对LWI增益和强度的空间演化也具有明显的影响, 存在Doppler效应时得到的LWI增益和强度明显小于无Doppler效应时的值.  相似文献

We investigate entanglement dynamics with the reciprocal of mean quantum Fisher information per particle (RMQFI) in multi-qubit system governed by generalized two-axis twisting Hamiltonian; which generalizes the two-axis twisting model including a linear interaction controlled by an external field. In particular, we are interested in the dependence of RMQFI on the external field. By adopting frozen-spin approximation, we derive the theoretical and numerical results for RMQFI. Except certain special conditions, the system is always entangled and the smaller external field induces to better entanglement.  相似文献

通过对从开放的V型双泵浦系统的定态解析解得到的数值计算结果的分析表明:1)驱动场相位将涨落导致一个有限线宽;一般说来,被探测场耦合的上下两能级间的粒子数差随线宽的增加而减小,当线宽增加到一定值时,系统将发生从传统的反转激光到无反转激光的转化;线宽的增加将使无反转激光增益降低;当线宽不为零时,仍可产生无吸收高色散(折射率)2)线宽变化对增益、色散和粒子数差影响的性质和大小与系统其它参量的取值密切相关,只有适当选择线宽和系统其它参量的值才能获得最大的无反转激光增益和无吸收高色散(折射率).  相似文献

In this study, the probe response of a cavity optomechanical system with periodic modulation of the optomechanical coupling is investigated. The modulation arises from the beat effect between two external coherent driving lights, with the beat frequency matching the modulation frequency. The transmission coefficient is derived for the probe field and significant amplification, rather than absorption in the conventional optomechanically induced transparency schemes, is observed near the transparent point when the modulation is introduced. In addition, the coupling modulation can also enhance the slow light effect.  相似文献

We shall proceed with the construction of normalizable Dirac wave packets for fermionic particles (neutrinos) with dynamics governed by a “modified” Dirac equation with a non-minimal coupling with an external magnetic field. We are not only interested on the analytic solutions of the “modified” Dirac wave equation but also on the construction of Dirac wave packets which can be used for describing the dynamics of some observable physical quantities which are relevant in the context of the quantum oscillation phenomena. To conclude, we discuss qualitatively the applicability of this formal construction in the treatment of chiral (and flavor) oscillations in the theoretical context of neutrino physics. Driven by one upper level coupling field, a three-level V-type atomic system with a pair of upper levels is studied. With one strong coupling field and one weak probe field, it is found that, due to the effects of the upper level coupling field, the quantum coherence between the two upper levels can be induced, and the absorption of the probing field is very sensitive to the relative phase of the probe, the pumping and the upper level coupling fields. With proper parameters, lasing without inversion (LWI) can be realized.  相似文献
