0 continuity isoparametricfinite-element formulation is presented for the dynamic analysis of arotating or nonrotating beam with or without nonlinear boundaryconditions subject to a moving load. The nonlinear end conditions arisefrom nonlinear rolling bearings (both the nonlinear stiffness andclearance(s) are accounted for) supporting a rotating shaft. The shaftfinite-element model includes shear deformation, rotary inertia, elasticbending, and gyroscopic effect. Lagrange's equations are employed toderive system equations of motion which, in turn, are decoupled usingmodal analysis expressed in the normal coordinate representation. Theanalyses are implemented in the finite-element program DAMRO 1.Dynamic deflections under the moving load of rotating and nonrotatingsimply supported shafts are compared with those obtained using exactsolutions and other published methods and a typical coincidence isobtained. Samples of the results, in both the time and frequencydomains, of a rotating shaft incorporating ball bearings are presentedfor different values of the bearing clearance. And the results show thatsystems incorporating ball bearings with tight (zero) clearance have thesmallest amplitude-smoothest profile dynamic deflections. Moreover, fora system with bearing clearance, the vibration spectra of the shaftresponse under a moving load show modulation of the system naturalfrequencies by a combination of shaft rotational and bearing cagefrequencies. However, for a simply supported rotating shaft, the firstnatural frequency in bending dominates the response spectrum. The paperpresents the first finite-element formulation for the dynamic analysisof a rotating shaft with or without nonlinear boundary conditions underthe action of a moving load. 相似文献

对移动结构作用下梁的响应问题进行了推广,采用柔性梁作为移动结构模型,在考虑结构柔性和悬挂连接的前提下对系统的耦合振动进行了分析.根据一般边界条件梁建立振动方程,通过量纲一参数以及模态叠加法处理系统动力学方程.以简支边界条件为例,得到了梁响应的数值结果,对系统主要参数即移动结构频率、移动速度及连接刚度对简支梁振动的影响进行了讨论.结果表明:考虑移动体的柔性频率对简支梁的振动会产生一定的影响. 相似文献

为了进行大视场角的测量任务,可以将相机安装在运动精确可控的平台上,以平台的姿态运动来扩展相机的视场角。相机相对于平台的位姿关系的精确标定是保证测量结果准确的前提。本文主要利用一维标志物体,根据成像关系,建立了外参标定的约束方程;发展了线性求解外参的方法,以及非线性优化的标定方法。为了克服线性法正交性差,以及非线性优化法不能求解平移向量的缺点,总结出了组合求解法,该方法可以应用于仅能够作旋转运动的平台。数值模拟和实验结果均表明姿态角的标定精度较高,而平移向量则对噪声十分敏感。最后分析了算法偶尔出现奇异的原因。 相似文献

The vibration response of a Timoshenko beam supported by a viscoelastic foundation with randomly distributed parameters along
the beam length and jected to a harmonic moving load, is studied. By means of the first-order two-dimensional regular perturbation
method and employing appropriate Green's functions, the dynamic response of the beam consisting of the mean and variance of
the deflection and of the bending moment are obtained analytically in integral forms. Results of a field measurement for a
test track are utilized to model the uncertainty of the foundation parameters. A frequency analysis is carried out and the
effect of the load speed on the response is studied. It is found that the covariance functions of the stiffness and the loss
factor both have the shape of an exponential function multiplied by a cosine function. Furthermore, it is shown that in each
frequency response there is a peak value for the frequency, which changes inversely with the load speed. It is also found
that the peak value of the mean and also standard deviation of the deflection and bending moment can be a decreasing or increasing
function of the load speed depending on its frequency.

In this work, we investigate the nonlinear dynamics and stability of a machine tool traveling joint. The dynamical system considered includes contacting elements of a lathe joint and the cutting process where the onset of instability is governed by mode coupling. The equilibrium equations of the dynamical system yield a unique fixed point that can change its stability via a Hopf bifurcation. The unstable domain is primarily governed by the cutting tool location, the contact stiffness of the joint and the depth of material to be removed. Self excited vibrations due to a mode coupling instability evolve around the unstable fixed point and one or more limit cycles may coexist in the statically unstable domain. Stability and accuracy of the approximate analytical solutions are analyzed by applying Floquet analysis. Perturbation of the dynamical system with weak periodic excitation results with periodic and aperiodic solutions. 相似文献

大型汽轮发电机组在短路时的轴系扭振动力响应,对于机组的安全可靠运行甚为关键。本文以国产某200MW机组为例,建立了轴系的连续质量计算模型,利用传递矩阵法求得其扭振固有频率及主振型,用振型查加法计算轴系在两相短路情况下的动力响应,计算中考虑了叶片叶轮系统与轴系扭振的耦合作用。本文对计算结果进行了分析,讨论了该机组的轴系扭振安全性,为机组的安全运行提供了理论依据。 相似文献

在螺桨盘转子系统的颤振涡动研究中,系统的安装刚度对转子的颤振涡动失稳有着重要的作用.对于飞机发动机,实际安装情况十分复杂,发动机短舱.安装节、机翼等对螺桨盘转子的运动均有影响.所以,在颤振涡动研究中,必须考虑轴头的动刚度.轴头的动刚度是通过动柔度转换而来的,而在动柔度的实验测量中必须解决几个技术问题,首先是提高信噪比.其次是消除工艺夹具带来的附加质量和附加转动惯量的影响,从而提高动刚度系数的测量精度.本文通过对模型转子以及某实际桨轴发动机转子轴头动刚度系数的测量及处理,阐述轴头动刚度矩阵的测量方法,以及有关技术问题的处理过程. 相似文献

利用数值计算方法研究了旋转矩形截面螺旋管内的粘性流动,分析了在离心力,科氏力共同作用下曲线管道中的二次流动结构、轴向流速分布、截面温度分布、摩擦系数比以及管道Nusselt数比随各参数的变化情况。计算结果表明:当旋转方向和主流方向相同时,旋转的作用与增大Dean数的作用相同,使得管道摩擦系数变大,管道换热效果增强,而当旋转方向和主流方向相反时,管道内流动结构变化十分明显,当F≈-1.2时(F为科氏力与离心力之比),二次流出现类似于直扭管内的鞍状流动结构,轴向速度类似于静止直管内的流动结构,管道内的摩擦系数与静止直管内的摩擦系数大约相等,换热效果减至最弱;挠率对流动结构以及摩擦系数比和Nusselt系数比的影响效果与F有关。 相似文献

从考虑损伤的结构有限元模拟的研究需要出发,对考虑焊连接细节构造的钢桁架结构试样进行了结构动力特性及特定载荷下的静力响应实验研究。文中给出了对试样结构进行动力特性测试和结构整体与局部应力分布状态的测试结果及其分析,并将有限元计算的结果与测试结果进行了对比分析。研究结果表明:结构动力特性的计算结果和测试值比较接近,存在的误差主要来自于边界条件的不确定性和可能的材料不均匀性;边界约束的形式对结构名义应力的分布有明显的影响,但对于焊接细节处的热点应力分布的影响很小。实验中所关注部位的热点应力在均布载荷作用下随载荷级别的提高,应力值由下翼缘的中间向两边增大,在焊缝附近有应力突变。 相似文献
