含裂纹转子在变速过程中的瞬态振动   总被引:5,自引:0,他引:5  
本文分别针对理想和非理想能源,研究了含裂纹的转子加速通过主共振区、次共振区和参数共振区的瞬态振动。结果表明,转子过次共振及参数共振区的瞬态特性可能成为诊断裂纹的重要依据。另外,本文采用主谐波变换,将转子系统的运动分方程变换成了用主谐波系数表示的方程,用该方程求转系统远离次共振和参数共振点的稳态响应时,可用求解代数方程来代替求解原微分方程,从而使求解更简便。  相似文献

Nonlinear forced oscillations of a vertical continuous rotor with distributed mass are discussed. The restoring force of the rotor has geometric stiffening nonlinearity due to the extension of the rotor center line. The possibility of the occurrence of nonlinear forced oscillations at various subcritical speeds and the shapes of resonance curves at the major critical speeds and at some subcritical speeds are investigated theoretically. Consequently, the following is clarified: (a) the shape of resonance curves at the major critical speed becomes a hard spring type, and (b) among various kinds of nonlinear forced oscillations, only some special kinds of combination resonances have possibility of occurrence.  相似文献

This paper analyses the nonlinear transverse vibrations of a rotating, clamped-free, flexible disc coupled to a precompressed spring. This is representative of a large class of loadings in rotating disc systems such as air jet and electromagnetic excitation commonly used in experiments. Such a loading induces a simultaneous critical speed resonance and parametric instability. The disc is modelled as a Von Kármán plate, and the equations of motion are discretised by a Galerkin projection onto a pair of 1:1 internally resonant modes. The large amplitude wave motions and their stabilities are studied using the averaging method and via numerical continuation techniques. The analysis is carried out in a co-rotating as well as a ground-fixed frame. Numerical simulations are used to verify the above analyses. The response predicted by these analyses is substantially different from that arising from a critical speed resonance or of a parametric instability alone. As many as five equilibrium solutions can coexist at supercritical speed. Two distinct regimes of large amplitude response appear to exist depending on the relationship between the strength of the parametric excitation and the damping. The existence of these regimes underscores the subtle competition between critical speed resonance and parametric instability that is likely to be observed in experiments near critical speed in such systems.Contributed by Prof. A.K. In this present work, the non-linear behavior of a single-link flexible visco-elastic Cartesian manipulator is studied. The temporal equation of motion with complex coefficients of the system is obtained by using D’Alembert's principle and generalized Galarkin method. The temporal equation of motion contains non-linear geometric and inertia terms with forced and non-linear parametric excitations. It may also be found that linear and non-linear damping terms originated from the geometry of the large deformation of the system exist in this equation of motion. Method of multiple scales is used to determine the approximate solution of the complex temporal equation of motion and to study the stability and bifurcation of the system. The response obtained using method of multiple scales are compared with those obtained by numerically solving the temporal equation of motion and are found to be in good agreement. The response curves obtained using viscoelastic beams are compared with those obtained from a linear Kelvin-Voigt model and also with an equivalent elastic beam. The effect of the material loss factor, amplitude of base excitation, and mass ratio on the steady state responses for both simple and subharmonic resonance conditions are investigated.  相似文献

The influence of the presence of transverse cracks in a rotating shaft is analyzed. The paper addresses the influence of crack opening and closing on dynamic response during operation. The evolution of the orbit of the cracked rotor near half and one-third of the first critical speed is investigated. The dynamic response of the rotor with a breathing crack is evaluated by expanding the changing stiffness of the crack as a truncated Fourier series and then using the Harmonic Balance Method. This method is applied to compute various parametric studies including the effects of the crack depth and location on the dynamic of a crack rotor. The evolution of the first critical speed, associated amplitudes at the critical speed and half of the critical speed, and the resulting orbits during transient operation are presented and some distinguishing features of a cracked rotor are examined.  相似文献

大型汽轮发电机组在短路时的轴系扭振动力响应,对于机组的安全可靠运行甚为关键。本文以国产某200MW机组为例,建立了轴系的连续质量计算模型,利用传递矩阵法求得其扭振固有频率及主振型,用振型查加法计算轴系在两相短路情况下的动力响应,计算中考虑了叶片叶轮系统与轴系扭振的耦合作用。本文对计算结果进行了分析,讨论了该机组的轴系扭振安全性,为机组的安全运行提供了理论依据。  相似文献

A double pendulum system is studied for analyzing the dynamic behaviour near a critical point characterized by nonsemisimple 1:1 resonance. Based on normal form theory, it is shown that two phase-locked periodic solutions may bifurcate from an initial equilibrium, one of them is unstable and the other may be stable for certain values of parameters. A secondary bifurcation from the stable periodic solution yields a family of quasi-periodic solutions lying on a two-dimensional torus. Further cascading bifurcations from the quasi-periodic motions lead to two chaoses via a period-doubling route. It is shown that all the solutions and chaotic motions are obtained under positive damping.  相似文献

We re-examine the large amplitude transverse oscillations of axisymmetric disks spinning near a critical speed resonance as considered by Raman and Mote (Int. J. Non-linear Mech. 34 (1) (1999) 139). Averaged equations in traveling wave based coordinates are shown to provide a transparent explanation for certain bifurcations presented in Raman and Mote (Int. J. Non-linear Mech. 34 (1) (1999) 139). The theoretical results in Raman and Mote (Int. J. Non-linear Mech. 34 (1) (1999) 139) are proved analytically, and an enhanced interpretation of their results is presented.  相似文献

On the basis of Hamilton's principle and dynamic version of vonKàrmàn's equations,the nonlinear vibration and thermal-buckling of a uniformly heated isotropic annular plate with a completely clamped outer edge and a fixed rigid mass along the inner edge are studied. By parametric perturbation and numerical differentiation, the nonlinear response of the plate-mass system and the critical temperature in the mid-plane at which the plate is in buckled state are obtained. The stability domain of an internally damped flexible spinning shaft, which is driven by a non-ideal source, is studied in this paper. It is found that the higher transverse modes may become unstable before the lower ones under certain conditions. In particular, we find the entrainment of the shaft spinning speed at specific values corresponding to the lowest stability threshold among all transverse modes. Moreover, the steady state amplitude of the transverse vibrations when the shaft spinning speed is stuck at the stability threshold is determined analytically. The analytical results thus obtained are validated with numerical simulations.  相似文献

Stability and bifurcation behaviors for a model of a flexible beam undergoing a large linear motion with a combination parametric resonance are studied by means of a combination of analytical and numerical methods. Three types of critical points for the bifurcation equations near the combination resonance in the presence of internal resonance are considered, which are characterized by a double zero and two negative eigenvalues, a double zero and a pair of purely imaginary eigenvalues, and two pairs of purely imaginary eigenvalues in nonresonant case, respectively. The stability regions of the initial equilibrium solution and the critical bifurcation curves are obtained in terms of the system parameters. Especially, for the third case, the explicit expressions of the critical bifurcation curves leading to incipient and secondary bifurcations are obtained with the aid of normal form theory. Bifurcations leading to Hopf bifurcations and 2-D tori and their stability conditions are also investigated. Some new dynamical behaviors are presented for this system. A time integration scheme is used to find the numerical solutions for these bifurcation cases, and numerical results agree with the analytic ones.  相似文献

An investigation into the response of a resonant microbeam to anelectric actuation is presented. A nonlinear model is used to accountfor the mid-plane stretching, a DC electrostatic force, and an ACharmonic force. Design parameters are included in the model by lumpingthem into nondimensional parameters. A perturbation method, the methodof multiple scales, is used to obtain two first-order nonlinearordinary-differential equations that describe the modulation of theamplitude and phase of the response and its stability. The model and theresults obtained by the perturbation analysis are validated by comparingthem with published experimental results. The case of three-to-oneinternal resonance is treated.The effect of the design parameters on the dynamic responses isdiscussed. The results show that increasing the axial force improves thelinear characteristics of the resonance frequency and decreases theundesirable frequency shift produced by the nonlinearities. In contrast,increasing the mid-plane stretching has the reverse effect. Moreover,the DC electrostatic load is found to affect the qualitative andquantitative nature of the frequency-response curves, resulting ineither a softening or a hardening behavior. The results also show thatan inaccurate representation of the system nonlinearities may lead to anerroneous prediction of the frequency response.  相似文献

Stability and dynamic characteristics of a ball bearing-rotor system are investigated under the effect of the clearance in the ball bearing. Different clearance values are assumed to calculate the nonlinear stability of periodic solution with the aid of the Floquet theory. Bifurcation and chaos behavior are analyzed with variation of the clearance and rotational speed. It is found that there are three routes to unstable periodic solution. The period-doubling bifurcation and the secondary Hopf bifurcation are two usual routes to instability. The third route is the boundary crisis, a chaotic attractor occurs suddenly as the speed passes through its critical value. At last, the instable ranges for different internal clearance values are described. It is useful to investigate the stability property of ball bearing rotor system.  相似文献

以液体粘滞阻尼器为振动控制外部装置,主桥采用欧拉伯努利梁,通过中国和谐号动车组CRH380AL、日本新干线Shinkansen700和欧洲高速列车HSLMA8三种不同类型的高速列车对比,模拟分析了高速列车作用下桥梁结构共振响应的影响因素,以及粘滞阻尼器的阻尼系数与安装位置对桥梁结构振动响应的减振效果。研究结果表明,(1)合理有效地布置列车荷载轴距,可使桥梁结构发生基频共振的列车时速在运营时速之外,避免了桥梁结构发生较大振动峰值响应,即桥梁结构的基频共振;(2)随着粘滞阻尼器阻尼系数的增大,桥梁的加速度峰值在列车不同时速下均在减少,对桥梁振动有着不同程度的减振效果;(3)通过合理安置液体粘滞阻尼器,可有效降低高速列车作用下桥梁结构的共振响应;(4)随着粘滞阻尼器与主梁的连接点位置逐渐远离支座,粘滞阻尼器的减振效果逐渐明显;(5)随着粘滞阻尼器与桥台的连接点位置逐渐靠近支座,粘滞阻尼器的减振效果略有提升,但不明显。  相似文献

The influence of inertia on the stress and deformation fields near the tip of a crack growing in an elastic-plastic material is studied. The material is characterized by the von Mises yield criterion and J2 flow theory of plasticity. The crack grows steadily under plane strain conditions in the tensile opening mode. Features of the stress and deformation state at points near the moving crack tip are described for elastic-perfectly plastic response and for several crack propagation speeds. It is found that inertia has a significant effect on the elastic-plastic response of material particles near the crack tip, and that elastic unloading may occur behind the crack tip for higher speeds. The relationship between the applied crack driving force, represented by a remote stress intensity factor, and the crack tip speed is examined on the basis of a critical crack tip opening angle growth criterion. The calculated result is compared with dynamic fracture toughness versus crack speed data for a 4340 steel.  相似文献
