Wavelet-modified fringe-adjusted joint transform correlator   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
In this paper, we implement a wavelet-modified fringe-adjusted joint transform correlator (JTC) for real-time target recognition applications. In real-time situation the input scene is captured using a charge-coupled device (CCD) camera. The obtained joint power spectrum is multiplied by a pre-synthesized fringe-adjusted filter and the resultant function is processed with an appropriately scaled wavelet filter. Three performance measure parameters: correlation peak intensity, peak-to-sidelobe ratio, and signal-to-clutter ratio have been calculated for fringe-adjusted joint transform correlator (FJTC) and wavelet-modified fringe-adjusted joint transform correlator (WFJTC). The WFJTC has been found to yield better results in comparison to conventional FJTC. To suppress the undesired strong dc, the resultant function is differentiated. Differential processing wavelet-modified fringe-adjusted joint power spectrum removes the zero-order spectra and hence improves the detection efficiency. To focus the correlation terms in different planes in order to capture one of the desired autocorrelation peaks and discard the strong dc and another autocorrelation peak, chirp-encoding technique has also been applied. Targets with Gaussian and speckle noise have also been used to check the correlation outputs. Computer simulation and experimental results are presented.  相似文献

An extended fractional wavelet joint transform correlator is implemented for real-time target recognition applications. The real-time input scene captured using a charge-coupled device camera along with the reference image is fractional Fourier transformed. The obtained joint power spectrum is multiplied by an appropriately scaled wavelet filter and the resultant function is differentiated. The application of wavelet filter enhances the correlation outputs and differential processing of wavelet-filtered joint power spectrum improves the detection efficiency by reducing the zero-order spectra. Targets with Gaussian and speckle noise have also been used to check the correlation output. The performance metrics: correlation peak intensity, peak-to-correlation energy, peak-to-sidelobe ratio and signal to clutter ratio have been calculated. 本文将小波变换方法用于灰度图象的联合变换相关识别中,采用不同的尺度因子对输入图象进行边缘提取预处理,使相关识别结果得到不同程度的改善.通过计算机模拟对比了一阶、二阶微商的边缘提取方法和小波变换边缘提取方法的预处理结果和对识别的影响,在同时衡量相关识别能力及其对噪音的敏感性前提下,小波变换边缘提取预处理明显优于各种微商边缘提取方法.调节小波变换尺度因子还能使识别能力与噪音敏感性这两方面得到更好地均衡,使小波变换边缘提取预处理能够适应不同的图象输入条件和相关输出要求.结果表明,在联合变换相关识别中采用小波变换对输入图象进行预处理是一种更理想的方法。  相似文献

Edge extraction based on wavelet for optical correlation detection is presented. Optical experiments with joint transform correlator (JTC) show that there is a bright application prospect in the field of optical correlation detection by extracting the edge features of input image with the method of wavelet transform. In the course of processing, the multi-scale character of wavelet is used sufficiently. The energy of correlation peaks and the detection ratio of various targets are greatly enhanced by the approach. To demonstrate the feasibility of edges extraction based on WT, small targets and targets in clutter scene are successfully detected.  相似文献

为了提高图像信息处理速度,利用光电混合实现的方法,将光学小波变换应用于视觉系统设计.依据4f相关器光学信息处理的原理,在频域内通过计算机编码,在电寻址空间光调制器上,构建不同类型的小波函数滤波器库,对目标的图像特征进行提取与辨识.研究结果表明,基于光学小波变换视觉系统正确可行.在图像特征提取中,以光波传递信息可以提高视觉信息处理的速度.  相似文献

提出了一种利用离散斜弦变换对联合功率谱进行处理的二值化联合变换相关算法,利用这种二值联合变换相关器,进行了一个待识别指纹同四个参考指纹的比较,这种相关器同采用局部中值阈值技术的二值化联合变换相关器相比,能提高输出峰边比,提高相关峰的强度。光电混合处理实验的结果表明,这种方法能大大提高多指纹识别系统的识别性能。  相似文献

光子多普勒速度测量(Photonic Doppler Velocimetry,PDV)系统是一种新型的激光测速系统,可广泛用于冲击波、爆轰波以及其他短时高速运动的测量。数据处理是PDV测速技术重要的组成部分,旨在从含有大量噪声的测量数据中获得靶面等运动体的速度信息。在分析PDV系统测速原理的基础上,讨论了激光冲击强化实验PDV数据中噪声的来源和特点,解释了条纹法的去噪原理,并针对小波变换的去噪问题,提出了一些新的处理方法。分别采用条纹法,短时傅里叶变换和小波变换法对激光冲击强化实验中的PDV数据进行了处理,从误差、处理的实时性和通用性等角度对三种方法进行了比较,并说明了小波变换法特别适合激光冲击强化实验PDV测速数据的处理。  相似文献

遥感图像相关性弱,纹理细节丰富,故对其采用基于小波变换的图像编码方法进行编码压缩,而在对图像进行小波变换时,小波基的选取是至关重要的,它直接影响到变换速度和编码效率。在详细分析小波基的基本性质及其与图像编码的关系的基础上,选出数种典型小波基进行实验比较。实验结果表明D5/3双正交小波基最适合于遥感图像实时压缩,最后经实验验证其选取是合理的。  相似文献

为了实现超分辨率视频图像的实时复原,设计了以ZedBoard可编程片上系统为基础的超分辨率视频复原系统。系统包括基于V4L2(Video for Linux 2)的USB摄像头视频采集、基于小波变换的超分辨率复原算法处理和基于Qt的图形用户界面制作以及视频输出。采用双线性、双立方和小波变换算法分别对Lena图像进行复原处理,峰值信噪比PSNR值分别为29.516、29.843、31.368。实验结果表明,提出的基于小波的超分辨率复原算法优于传统的插值算法,基于ZedBoard的超分辨视频复原系统复原效果良好。  相似文献

The modified signed-digit (MSD) number system has been a topic of interest as it allows for parallel carry-free addition of two numbers for digital optical computing. In this paper, harmonic wavelet joint transform (HWJT)-based correlation technique is introduced for optical implementation of MSD trinary adder implementation. The realization of the carry-propagation-free addition of MSD trinary numerals is demonstrated using synthetic HWJT correlator model. It is also shown that the proposed synthetic wavelet filter-based correlator shows high performance in logic processing. 采用激光加热小基座法生长出掺Cr3+的蓝宝石光纤荧光温度传感头,它具有结构紧凑,耐高温等特点,测温范围从室温到450℃。使用基于小波变换的数据处理方法,有效去除信号中的噪声,提高了信噪比。在对荧光测温机理和有关光纤技术进行分析的基础上,采用与调制荧光信号相关的双参考源相位锁定测量方案,可在无激励光干扰的情况下对荧光寿命进行实时测量。根据噪音和信号在小波变换下表现出的不同性质,提出以小波变换为基础的温度信号特征提取及消噪方法。与其它处理方法相比,小波变换方法可以克服傅里叶变换对突变信号不起作用的缺点,同时又比Gabor变换具有可变窗口的优点。该方法可以缩短测量时间,提高测量分辨率。  相似文献

A synthetic joint Fourier transform (SJFT) correlator is proposed for the realization of generalized logic problems. As a case study, a multi-channel SJFT correlator is employed to realize a multi-output logic unit. For a given correlator set-up, this particular scheme ensures the maximal utilization of space bandwidth product. A new method for noisy face recognition by incorporating wavelet filter into compression-based joint transform correlator (JTC) is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed method has advantages over the conventional compression-based JTC in that regardless of the contrast and the noise level of the target, the wavelet filter can optimize the recognition performance to be higher than the classical JTC, provided compressed references have high contrast.  相似文献

把相移技术和迭代算法应用到综合鉴别联合变换相关中,计算机模拟结果表明,运用了相移技术和迭代算法后这种相关器的光能效率和鉴别率得到了很大提高,实现了高鉴别率和高光能效率的综合鉴别光学模式识别.进一步研究了输入噪声对相关器性能的影响,相关的抗噪声能力有待提高.  相似文献
