6Li, 9Be为弱束缚核. 通过弱束缚弹核6Li, 9Be轰击靶208Pb,208Be的实验熔合激发函数与理论预言的比较, 讨论了弱束缚弹核破裂对熔合过程
的影响. 比较结果显示, 弱束缚弹核与重靶核的完全熔合截面在垒上能区
明显压低. 由部分熔合截面与完全熔合截面之和得到总熔合截面. 研究结果
表明, 破裂对总熔合截面几乎没有影响. 由此可见, 弱束缚核的部分熔合
可能发生在强吸收区域附近. 最后还给出了全熔合截面与部分熔合截面

采用改进的线性组合算符和幺正变换的方法研究了Rashba效应影响下量子点中弱耦合束缚极化子的性质,导出了Rashba效应影响下量子点中弱耦合束缚极化子的振动频率、有效质量、基态分裂能和相互作用能。数值计算结果表明随Rashba自旋-轨道耦合常数的增加,由于声子作用产生的附加能量能对零磁场时自旋分裂能的影响占有绝对优势。库仑势对束缚极化子的基态能量的影响同时也占有绝对优势。所以,研究Rashba自旋轨道相互作时声子的影响不可忽略。 相似文献

简要介绍了目前有关非稳定核^9He的实验和理论研究现状.现代壳模型理论计算表明。He的基态自旋宇称为1/2^+,而不是1/2^-,即存在自旋宇称翻转现象.到目前为止,实验上虽然观测到了^9He的几个共振态,但还不能确认其基态的能量和自旋宇称值.利用新的实验技术——逆运动学弹性共振散射,对^9He核进行研究,给出了共振态的自旋宇称可能的取值范围.在ISOL型次级束装置上的实验有望能给出^9He核能级的精确测量.The status of theoretical and experimental investigations on unbound nucleus()~(9)He is briefly introduced. The results of modern shell model suggest that the ground state of~(9)He should be 1/2~(+) instead of 1/2~(- )as expected by the normal shell ordering. Therefore, it means that the parity inversion which was well known in~(11)Be occurs also in~(9)He ground state. 在294MeV 20Ne轰击159Tb靶的反应中,用△E—E望远镜测量了10°—150°发射的中等质量碎片(290°)这些能谱是钟罩型,峰位接近于出射道的库仑位垒.用运动源模型分析了这些能谱,结果说明这些碎片来自于共同的源—非完全熔合所形成的复合核.用统计模型GEMINI程序拟合了碎片的电荷分布和角分布,计算值和实验值很好的符合证实了中等质量碎片来源于复合核非对称的两体衰变. 相似文献

重点开展了稳态、瞬态X射线辐照引起的金属氧化物半导体(CMOS)器件剂量增强效应relative dose enhancement effect(RDEF)研究.通过实验给出辐照敏感参数随总剂量的变化关系,旨在建立CMOS器件相同累积剂量时Χ射线辐照和γ射线辐照的总剂量效应损伤等效关系.在脉冲X射线源dense plasma focus(DPF)装置上,采用双层膜结构开展瞬态翻转增强效应研究,获得了瞬态翻转剂量增强因子.这些方法为器件抗X射线辐照加固技术研究提供了实验技术手段.

We develop a method for calculation of the total reaction cross sections induced by the halo nuclei and stable nuclei. This approach is based on the Glauber theory, which is valid for nuclear reactions at high energies. It is extended for nuclear reactions at low energies and intermediate energies by including both the quantum correction and Coulomb correction under the assumption of the effective nuclear density distribution. The calculated results of the total reaction cross section induced by stable nuclei agree well with 30 experimental data within 10 percent accuracy.The comparison between the numerical results and 20 experimental data for the total nuclear reaction cross section induced by the neutron halo nuclei and the proton halo nuclei indicates a satisfactory agreement after considering the halo structure of these nuclei, which implies quite digerent mean fields for the nuclear reactions induced by halo nuclei and stable nuclei. The halo nucleon distributions and the root-mean-square radii of these nuclei can be extracted from the above comparison based on the improved Glauber model, which indicates clearly the halo structures of these nuclei. Especially,it is clear to see that the medium correction of the nucleon-nucleon collision has little effect on the total reaction cross sections, induced by the halo nuclei due to the very weak binding and the very extended density distribution. 相似文献

利用量子分子动力学分析中高能质子轰击薄靶的物理过程研究结果表明,当入射质子能量小于1.5GeV时,主要是直接、级联和蒸发3个过程的竞争和转化.3个反应过程相应的时间区间分别小于30fm/c,30—100fm/c和大于100fm/c.量子分子动力学分析(p,xn)反应的双微分截面能较好地再现实验数据. 相似文献
