The phase locked loop (PLL) technique applied to demodulate two-dimensional carrier-frequency fringe patterns has been developed recently. Here we present an extension to the basic PLL scheme to demodulate noisy fringe patterns. This modified technique estimates the phase in the fringe pattern iteratively; that is, the first wavefront estimation is done using a flat reference phase and the second iteration takes the demodulated phase found in the first iteration as the new reference. The third demodulating iteration uses the second phase estimation as the reference and so on, until further changes in the detected wavefront fall below a predefined threshold. During the iterative process the bandwidth of the iterative PLL system is gradually decreased to improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the detected phase as well as to resolve noise-generated phase inconsistencies.  相似文献

The dynamics of an optical phase locked loop (OPLL) with first order loop filter having inherent loop time delay is investigated. In the presence of delay, the system is modeled as a third order autonomous system. In the out of lock condition or during the process of locking, the dynamics of the system is highly nonlinear and different nonlinear phenomena, like limit cycle oscillation, period doubling, chaotic oscillations etc., may be observed with the variation of design parameters. Applying the techniques of the nonlinear dynamics, we have calculated the effects of the inherent loop time delay in determining the state of the loop. The analytical results predicting the parameter values for stable and unstable region of operation are obtained using the quasi-linear Routh–Hurwitz method. The parameter range required for the onset of chaotic oscillations is estimated by Melnikov's global perturbation method. The predicted results are in agreement with those obtained by numerical integration of system equations.  相似文献

This work presents constant amplitude Dynamic Force Microscopy (DFM) measurements under ultra-high vacuum conditions performed with home-built digital electronics based on the principle of phase locked loop (PLL) techniques. In DFM so-called topography is often measured in constant frequency shift (Δf) mode. This study describes the influence of phase shifts on constant Δf imaging. Therefore, phase variation experiments were acquired, leading to information about the cantilever resonance behaviour close to the surface. As sample, an evaporated thin film of NaCl on a Cu(111) substrate was chosen in order to obtain a heterogeneous system with clean Cu and NaCl areas. The atomic structure of both materials was resolved, which is the first time true atomic resolution was obtained on a metal. Large apparent topography variations are observed on this heterogeneous sample when changing the phase between the excitation and oscillation of the cantilever end. Such artefacts can be explained by comparison with phase variation experiments.  相似文献

In this paper, a novel fringe demodulation method for the estimation of phase and its first-order derivative from a closed-fringe interferogram is proposed. The proposed method determines the phase derivatives in both x&y directions from fringe orientation and density. The phase derivatives are subsequently used to determine phase values using a novel simplified phase tracker. In the phase tracking model, the complexity of the cost function is reduced using predetermined derivatives so computation time required for phase tracking is reduced considerably. The proposed model is more robust while dealing with saddle points in fringes than the conventional phase tracker model. Hence it does not require any specialized scanning strategy. The proposed method is validated with simulated and experimental fringe patterns (obtained using electronic speckle pattern interferometry and optical holographic interferometry) and a comparison study is carried out with conventional regularized phase tracker. The simulation results show that the proposed method has good accuracy and requires less computation time than existing phase-tracking algorithms. The experimental results demonstrate the robustness of the proposed method against speckle noise and its practical applicability for static and dynamic applications.  相似文献

为实现仅用一幅离轴数字全息图便能直接恢复相位,提出一种利用空间载波相移技术(spatial carrier phase shift, SCPS)和线性回归相结合的离轴数字全息去载波相位恢复算法.首先,利用SCPS将一幅离轴数字全息图分为四幅含有载波相移的全息图,其中载波相移由沿行、列两个方向的正交载波所引入;然后,将四幅载波相移全息图作为输入,将所求物体相位和两个正交的载波作为未知量,结合最小二乘法和线性回归同时求出载波和相位信息.相较于已有的去载波技术,本算法无需背景全息图作为参考,便可准确地去除载波,实现高质量的相位重建.本文结合数值仿真和具体实验结果验证本算法的有效性和优越性.  相似文献

In this paper, we present a new method to digitally add a high-frequency spatial carrier in order to use the wavelet phase extraction algorithm, which leads directly to the phase without the unwrapping process. The method needs a fringe pattern and its π/2 shifted version. The application is performed with two shifted fringe patterns obtained from the phase shifting images of the thermomechanical study of an MOS power transistor. 针对傅里叶变换轮廓术因混频难以准确提取基频的问题,可将小波变换用于三维形貌相位直接解调。对其原理进行了研究,通过编程实现了小波相位解调。取Morlet复小波作为小波母函数,对调制栅线图逐行进行连续小波变换,从各位置的沿尺度方向的小波变换系数幅值的极值中可直接求取对应的相位数据。由于小波函数具有空域_频率两域的局部化特性,因此它对变形栅具有很强的自适应能力。为验证新方法,对其进行了仿真分析,同时还对石膏半球模型和化妆品瓶进行了实际测量,并分别用傅里叶变换和小波变换进行了处理。结果表明,新方法有效地克服了混频的问题,改善了相位解调效果,提高了测量精度,特别适合于复杂物体的形貌测量。  相似文献

基于量子理论获取相位参数的导航机制,理论上可以突破经典物理极限对导航精度的限制.利用量子零拍探测对相干态光场相位进行测量时,通常需要相位与之正交的本振光才能使测量精度达到量子标准极限.由于导航信号相位的高非线性特点,想要利用传统的线性锁相环获取完全满足条件的本振光具有一定的难度.为此,本文设计了一种基于容积准则的非线性锁相环,实现了在非正交本振光的条件下对相干态相位进行精确测量的功能.首先,利用相干态的Wigner函数推导了其相位在量子零拍探测的输出结果,设计了量子相位估计的非线性数字锁相环框架.然后基于正交单纯形容积准则设计了非线性滤波算法实现锁相环功能,该锁相环通过对本振相位进行多次状态更新,最终实现非线性迭代估计.实验结果表明,本文方法突破了本振光相位需与相干态相位正交的局限性,避免了传统量子锁相环方法引入的线性化误差,实现了对相干态相位的准确、稳定估计.  相似文献

The fringe pattern phase analysis method is proposed for the leveling of mask and wafer in proximity lithography. The tilt between mask and wafer in the space is reflected in the tilted fringe pattern. The method combining the 2-D Fourier transform and 2-D Hanning window is proposed for processing the tilted fringe pattern. The offset and angle of tilt are extracted through phase analysis. Computer simulation and experiment are both performed to verify this method. The results indicate that the tilt of the mask and wafer in the space can be extracted with high accuracy through this method.  相似文献

离轴数字全息中使用倾斜的平面参考波以消除成像中的零级衍射和共轭像是一种简捷和常用的方法,然而该方法遇到的一个困扰是,由于倾斜参考波引入了附加的载波频率并很难通过实验测量准确地获得附加的载波频率值或倾角,因此会导致重建的相图出现一定的倾斜畸变而无法完全修正.本文提出了一种数字参考平面算法以解决这一问题.该算法利用重建相图的平坦区域选点构建一个能准确表征相图倾斜的数字参考平面,并建立该平面参量与参考波载波频率的数学关系和作为随后相图畸变修正迭代计算的判据.该算法简单有效,不仅能实现对倾斜相位畸变的准确修正,而且能准确地获得倾斜平面参考波的附加载波频率.由于在相位解包裹重建中结合了抑噪处理,因此该方法在环境和系统噪声的影响下仍然有效,实验结果验证了理论设计的有效性.  相似文献

This paper presents a novel circuit for wideband optical comb generation which will be useful in DWDM applications. The injection-locked feedback loop broadens the bandwidth of the optical comb. The injection-locked laser diodes perform amplification, bandpass filtering as well as laser RIN suppression. Optical fringes with a quadratic phase are often encountered in optical metrology. Parameter estimation of such fringes plays an important role in interferometric measurements. A novel method is proposed for accurate and direct parameter estimation using the fractional Fourier transform (FRFT), even in the presence of noise and obstacles. We take Newton׳s rings fringe patterns and electronic speckle pattern interferometry (ESPI) interferograms as classic examples of optical fringes that have a quadratic phase and present simulation and experimental results demonstrating the performance of the proposed method.  相似文献

为了解决在数字散斑干涉技术测量时,散斑干涉相位条纹图像中大量噪声对相位解包裹结果和精度产生严重影响的问题,介绍了一种条纹正余弦分解和频域低通滤波结合的方法,实现了散斑干涉相位条纹图的高精度滤波。该方法的基本思路是在对相位图像进行滤波处理前,先将相位图通过正余弦函数进行映射转换成两幅图,分别经过频域滤波,然后再合成为相位图。这种分解频域滤波方法可以在滤波的同时,有效保留相位跳变信息。实验结果表明:与传统的图像降噪方法相比,该方法能够在保留图像“尖峰”信息的基础上,较好地滤除图像中的散斑噪声,方法简单有效,有效解决了传统滤波方法应用在相位条纹图中,相图灰度信息丢失10%~40%的问题。  相似文献

In this paper we have investigated the utility of Lau phase interferometer with linear gratings and white light source to measure temperature and temperature profile of an axisymmetric flame. The temperature measured using Lau phase interferometer is in good agreement with the temperature measured with thermocouple and datalogger. 基于一维干涉条纹图像的相关分析法可实现液晶空间光调制器相位调制特性的测试。给出了XGA2L11型电寻址液晶空间光调制器的相位现场测试原理、测试装置和测试步骤。利用范德卢格特型光电混合相关器对测试结果进行了实验验证。结果表明,该方法具有原理简单、适应性强和精度高等优点。  相似文献
