The application of ion chromatography with the single pump cycling‐column‐switching technique was described for the analysis of trace inorganic anions in weak acid salts within a single run. Due to the hydrogen ions provided by an anion suppressor electrolyzing water, weak acid anions could be transformed into weak acids, existing as molecules, after passing through the suppressor. Therefore, an anion suppressor and ion‐exclusion column were adopted to achieve on‐line matrix elimination of weak acid anions with high concentration for the analysis of trace inorganic anions in weak acid salts. A series of standard solutions consisting of target anions of various concentrations from 0.005 to 10 mg/L were analyzed, with correlation coefficients r ≥ 0.9990. The limits of detection were in the range of 0.67 to 1.51 μg/L, based on the signal‐to‐noise ratio of 3 and a 25 μL injection volume. Relative standard deviations for retention time, peak area, and peak height were all less than 2.01%. A spiking study was performed with satisfactory recoveries between 90.3 and 104.4% for all anions. The chromatographic system was successfully applied to the analysis of trace inorganic anions in five weak acid salts.  相似文献

Ion chromatography along with matrix elimination was used to reliably determine trace levels of anionic contaminants in organic solvents. A 5-ml sample volume was injected directly into the instrument without any sample pretreatment. High-purity deionized water was used to deliver the sample to a preconcentration column, where the anions of interest were retained while the organic matrix was rinsed to waste. A sodium carbonate eluent eluted concentrated anions from the preconcentration column and separated them on a 2-mm pellicular anion-exchange column. The separated anions were detected by suppressed conductivity. This method was used to determine the anionic contaminants of isopropanol, acetone and N-methylpyrrolidone. Method detection limits for chloride, nitrate, sulfate and phosphate were all lower than 1 microg/l.  相似文献

建立了一种同时测定离子液体中六氟磷酸根(PF~6)和痕量杂阴离子氟、氯、溴(F~,Cl~,Br~)的离子色谱方法(IC)。样品经溶解、稀释、过滤后用Dionex IonPac AS22分离柱(250 mm×4 mm)分离,淋洗液为碳酸盐-乙腈体系(体积比为70:30),流速1.0 mL/min,采用Dionex DS6电导检测器检测,外标法定量。F~,Cl~,Br~和PF~6的线性范围分别为0.5~50 μg/L、10~200 μg/L、10~200 μg/L和0.9~45 mg/L,线性相关系数分别为0.9999,0.9998,0.9999和0.9998,加标回收率为94.5%~100.5%,相对标准偏差为0.63%~1.03%,检出限(以信噪比为3计)分别为0.5 μg/L、2.0 μg/L、5.0 μg/L和0.9 mg/L。该方法用于离子液体中六氟磷酸根和痕量杂阴离子的同时测定,结果令人满意。  相似文献

This study is aimed to establish a simple, rapid, and accurate ion chromatography approach for the simultaneous detection of six inorganic anions in urine. Various performance parameters affecting the determination of anions were optimized, including the selection of sample protein precipitation agent, eluent, and flow rate. The final eluent was 3.6 mmol/L sodium carbonate and 12% isopropanol with a flow rate of 0.6 mL/min. Acetonitrile was used for pretreatment to precipitate proteins, and the volume ratio of urine to acetonitrile was 1:4. The correlation coefficient of the target anion calibration curve ranged from 0.9973 to 0.9999. The limit of detection ranged from 1.50 to 12.0 μg/L, and the method detection limit ranged from 15.0 to 120 μg/L. The standard recovery rate for low, medium, and high concentrations ranged from 90 to 110%. The inter-day and intra-day relative standard deviations were <5%. The method has high accuracy and good reproducibility and is suitable for the separation and determination of anions in urine.  相似文献

研究了用硅胶整体柱和直接电导检测的离子相互作用色谱快速分析常见无机阴离子的方法。实验采用氢氧化四丁铵和邻苯二甲酸为淋洗液,讨论了包括淋洗液浓度、流速和pH对分离的影响。当以1.5 mmol/L氢氧化四丁铵和1.1 mmol/L邻苯二甲酸为淋洗液(pH 5.5),流速6 mL/min时,可以在1 min内分离Cl-、NO2-、Br-、NO3-、ClO3-、SO42-和I-7种阴离子。方法的检出限为0.3~1.9 mg/L,峰面积、峰高的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=5)分别为0.4%~2.2%和0.1%~1.5%。将该法用于测定矿泉水和地下水中的阴离子,加标回收率在97.9%~100.3%之间。  相似文献

以自制的6.0μm单分散大孔交联聚氯甲基苯乙烯-二乙烯基苯(Poly(4-vinylbenzylchloride-co-divi-nylbenzene),PCMS/DVB)微球为基质和引发剂,CuCl和自行合成的三[(2-二甲基氨基)乙基]胺(Tris[2-(dimeth-ylamino)ethyl]amine,Me6TREN)组成混合催化体系,使4-乙烯基吡啶(4-Vinyl pyridine,4-VP)在甲苯中进行原子转移自由基聚合,制得4-乙烯基吡啶聚合物,单体4-乙烯基吡啶的接枝率为8.55%。将该聚合物与正溴丁烷反应制得新型亲水色谱固定相。在亲水作用色谱模式下,流速1 mL/min,乙腈-水为流动相可分离5种芳胺化合物和4种酚类化合物。在离子交换色谱模式下,6 mmol/L Na2CO3-5.5 mmol/L NaHCO3为淋洗液可分别分离5种无机阴离子和4种短链有机酸。结果表明,此固定相对极性化合物和无机阴离子具有良好的分离性能,是一种性能优异的亲水作用色谱固定相。  相似文献

建立了头孢克肟、月桂酰吲达帕胺、布地奈德等难溶性药物中氯离子和三氟乙酸根的阀切换-离子色谱检测方法。分离柱为IonPac AS23柱,通过考察阴离子保留情况,选择3.5 mmol/L碳酸钠+1.0 mmol/L碳酸氢钠作淋洗液,对难溶性药物中氯离子和三氟乙酸根进行了分析。在上述条件下,氯离子和三氟乙酸根能很好地分离,并在质量浓度为0.10~10.00 mg/L时与对应色谱峰面积之间的线性关系良好,检出限分别为0.006 mg/L和0.06 mg/L,回收率为90%~94%。该方法简便、快速、准确,可用于实际样品的测定。  相似文献

In the present study an ion chromatographic method based on matrix elimination has been developed for the determination of anionic impurities in high purity cesium iodide crystals. The presence of impurities has a detrimental effect on the characteristics of detectors based on cesium iodide crystals. In particular, oxygen-containing anions inhibit the resolving power of scintillators and decrease the optical absorption. The quantitative determination of anions (fluoride, chloride, bromide, nitrate, phosphate, and sulphate) simultaneously in the high-purity cesium iodide crystals has not been carried out before. The large concentration of iodide poses a challenge in the determination of anions (especially phosphate and sulphate); hence, matrix elimination is accomplished by adopting a sample pretreatment technique. The method is validated for linearity, accuracy, and precision. The limit of detection for different anions is in the range of 0.3-3 μg/g, and the relative standard deviation is in the range of 4-6% for the overall method.  相似文献

Abstract

Meclofenamic acid is extracted to dichloromethane together with the internal standard diclofenac sodium. After evaporation of the organic solvent the residue is dissolved in the chromatographic eluent and analyzed by liquid chromatography. The acids are separated on a column packed with Spherisorb ODS with methanol - phosphate buffer as the eluent and detected at 280 nm. A possible metabolite of meclofenamic acid was also detected in the chromatograms. The detection limit for meclofenamic acid in plasma was 0.361 μmol/L (0.107 μg/ml) for 1.5 ml sample size. The conditions of quantitative extraction of meclofenamic acid and diclofenac to dichloromethane are given.  相似文献

建立了离子色谱-抑制型电导检测同时测定食品级润滑油中Cl-、NO3-、SO42- 3种代表性无机阴离子的方法。样品经50%(v/v)甲醇水溶液超声提取,离心后所得下层水相用0.22 μm混合纤维过滤膜净化,以15 mmol/L KOH溶液为淋洗液,采用抑制型电导检测器进行检测,外标法定量。在上述条件下,Cl-、NO3-、SO42- 3种无机阴离子在0.10~20.00 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系(R2>0.999);检出限(S/N=3)为0.01~0.03 mg/kg;在1.00、5.00、10.00 mg/kg添加水平下,实际样品中3种阴离子的加标回收率为90.0%~103.6%,相对标准偏差为2.8%~5.7%。结果表明,该方法无需燃烧、灰化油相基质等繁琐耗时的前处理过程,可以快速、准确定量测定食品级润滑油中Cl-、NO3-、SO42- 3种无机阴离子的含量,适用于润滑油等油品中痕量无机阴离子的同时分离与测定。  相似文献

A new ion chromatographic (IC) system has been established by using micelles of 3-(N,N-dimethylmyristylammonio)propanesulfonate (Zwittergent 3-14) loaded onto a reversed-phase packed column as the separation column with an electronic rotary switching valve packed-bed suppressor for conductometric detection of inorganic anions. An aqueous H3BO3-Na2B4O7 solution has been demonstrated to be the most desirable eluent for this IC system. The relationship between retention time and the concentration of the borate eluent was determined for a series of model anionic analytes and this relationship was found to be opposite to that exhibited in a conventional anion-exchange IC system. The rapid elution and complete separation of monovalent inorganic anions were obtained by initially using a high-concentration borate solution as the eluent for a short-period, and then switching to a lower-concentration borate eluent to complete the separation. Detection limits for nitrite, bromide, nitrate, and chlorate were 0.85, 0.88, 0.95 and 4.8 microM, respectively, when a 7.0 mM Na2B4O7 eluent was used. Moreover, the ability to directly detect these monovalent anions in samples containing high concentrations of sulfate and/or chloride ions provided a major advantage of this approach.  相似文献

建立了离子转换色谱与紫外检测器联用检测啤酒中无机阴离子与有机酸的新方法。在传统的离子色谱基础上引入两根离子转换柱,无机阴离子与有机酸经过两步转换,定量转换成有相同紫外响应的碘酸盐,然后用紫外检测器代替电导检测器进行定量分析。在Dionex AS11-HC阴离子色谱柱上,采用KOH梯度淋洗方式实现了12种无机阴离子与有机酸的分离。结果表明,12种无机阴离子和有机酸检出限(S/N=3)与定量限(S/N=10)分别为6.168~29.01 μg/L与20.56~66.30 μg/L;线性关系良好(r在0.9994以上),回收率为89.0%~117.0%,RSD均小于1.0%,该方法与传统的电导检测器检测结果相当。该方法简单快捷,只需采用少数标准曲线,就可以实现啤酒中无机离子与有机酸的定量测定。  相似文献

An ion chromatography (IC) method has been proposed for the determination of seven common inorganic anions (F(-), H(2)PO(4)(-), NO(2)(-), Cl(-), Br(-), NO(3)(-), and SO(4)(2-)) and/or five common inorganic cations (Na(+), NH(4)(+), K(+), Mg(2+), and Ca(2+)) using a single pump, a single eluent and a single detector. The present system used cation-exchange and anion-exchange columns connected in series via a single 10-port switching valve. The 10-port valve was switched for the separation of either cations or anions in a single chromatographic run. When 1.0mM trimellitic acid (pH 2.94) was used as the eluent, the seven anions and the five cations could be separated on the anion-exchange column and the cation-exchange column, respectively. An ion chromatography method was developed to determine trace anionic contamination in matrices that have a high concentration of nitrate ion. Contaminant anions of interest were separated on an IonPac AS15 high-capacity anion-exchange column and detected by suppressed conductivity detection. An EG40 eluent generator was used to prepare high-purity and carbonate-free potassium hydroxide. Using the EG40, performance at trace levels was enhanced because background conductivity decreased and retention time reproducibility improved. Trace anionic contamination from the mobile phase was minimized when using the eluent generator compared to using conventionally prepared sodium hydroxide eluents. The signal-to-noise ratio was also improved with the use of a temperature controlled conductivity cell and chromatography hardware in the microbore (2-mm) format. The eluent concentration was optimized to separate the contaminant anions from the excess of the nitrate matrix ions. The procedure was demonstrated for a solution of reagent-grade sodium nitrate and high-purity 0.7% nitric acid. Method detection limits for chloride, sulfate and phosphate of 150 μg/l and lower were achieved.  相似文献

The apparatus consisted of two chromatographic lines combined by a sample injection valve that allows the simultaneous introduction of a sample solution to both systems. With system 1 non-suppressed conductivity detection of sulfite and sulfate after separation in phthalate eluent was performed. For sulfide, thiosulfate and thiocyanate amperometric detection using a carbonate eluent was carried out on system 2. Parallel runs were possible for these species which could not be separated with one system. Optimizing separation and detection, limits of quantification of 0.02–0.3 mg/L could be obtained. The on-line coupling of a reaction vial to the injection valve was used to investigate the bacterial conversions, because the samples could be taken without contamination and air introduction. Thiosulfate was detected as a metabolite in both sulfur reduction and oxidation. Capillary electrophoresis with conductivity detection was applied as a complimentary technique for monitoring the bacterial sulfur oxidation. The results showed good correlation to the concentration values obtained by ion chromatography.  相似文献

SPE combined with dispersive liquid–liquid microextration was used for the extraction of ultra‐trace amounts of benzodiazepines (BZPs) including, diazepam, midazolam, and alprazolam, from ultra‐pure water, tap water, fruit juices, and urine samples. The analytes were adsorbed from large volume samples (60 mL) onto octadecyl silica SPE columns. After the elution of the desired compounds from sorbents with 2.0 mL acetone, 0.5 mL of eluent containing 40.0 μL chloroform was injected rapidly into 4.5 mL pure water. After extraction and centrifugation, 2 μL of the sedimented phase was injected into a GC equipped with a flame ionization detector. Several parameters affecting this process were investigated and optimized. Under the optimal conditions, LODs ranged from 0.02 to 0.05 μg/L, a linear dynamic range of 0.1–100 μg/L and relative SDs in the range of 4.4–10.7% were attained. Very high preconcentration factors ranging from 3895–7222 were achieved. The applicability of the method for the extraction of BZPs from different types of complicated matrices, such as tap water, fruit juices, and urine samples, was studied. The obtained results reveal that the proposed method is a good technique for the extraction and determination of BZPs in complex matrices.  相似文献

建立离子色谱法同时测定大气降水中F^-,Cl^-,NO2^-,Br-,NO3^-,SO4^2-和PO43^-7种阴离子的分析方法。选用IonPac■AS19型色谱柱(4 mm×250 mm),以KOH梯度淋洗,用抑制电导检测器进行测定。7种阴离子在各自的质量浓度范围内与色谱峰面积成良好的线性关系,相关系数均不小于0.997,方法检出限为0.002~0.004 mg/L。测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.80%~3.38%(n=6),样品加标回收率为75.0%~98.7%。该方法简便、快速,灵敏度高,适用于大气降水中F^-,Cl^-,NO2^-,Br^-,NO3^-,SO4^2-和PO43^-7种阴离子的同时测定。  相似文献

为了建立聚乳酸(PLA)降解产物中3种有机小分子酸阴离子[CH3CH(OH)COO-,CH3CH2COO-,CH3COO-]的离子色谱检验方法,将PLA降解第5天的产物过滤后用离子色谱检测,色谱条件:淋洗液为NaHCO3(6.0mmol/L);流速为1.0mL/min;检测器为电导检测器。实验表明对乳酸、甲酸、乙酸标准曲线的线性相关系数在0.991以上,3种离子的相对标准偏差(RSD)在0.9%~3.7%。方法具有方便、准确、成本低的特点。  相似文献
