Fixed Point Theorems and a New System of Multivalued Generalized Order Complementarity Problems*

Some new fixed point and coupled fixed point theorems for multivalued increasing type mappings are obtained and a new system of multivalued generalized order complementarity problems is introduced in this paper. In terms of new fixed point and coupled fixed point theorems, we give some existance results of solutions for this new system of multivalued generalized order complementarity problems. The results presented in this paper extend and improve the corresponding results announced by Isac and Kostreva.     

On Fixed Point and Almost Fixed Point Problems of Lower Semicontinuous Type Multivalued Mappings

In the present paper, some new almost fixed point theorems and fixed point theorems for lower semicontinuous type multivalued mappings are obtained in metrizable H-spaces.     

多值(S)型映象度理论以及不动点定理

本文的主要目的是推广Browder[1,2]的结果. 本文分四部分,首先我们介绍多值(S)及其(S)₊型映象以及多值(S),(S)₊型极限映象.它们包含许多单调型映象为特例,如极大单调映象.有界伪单调以及有界广义伪单调映象.在第二部分我们定义(S)型映象的伪度以及(S)₊映象的度,它们是Browder[1,2]中度的推广.作为应用,我们利用第二部分中的度理论来研究多值算子方程解的存在性(见第三节),获得一些新的不动点定理.     

Best proximity points: global minimization of multivalued non-self mappings

In this article, we give a best proximity point theorem for generalized contractions in metric spaces with appropriate geometric property. We also, give an example which ensures that our result cannot be obtained from a similar result due to Amini-Harandi (Best proximity points for proximal generalized contractions in metric spaces. Optim Lett, 2012). Moreover, we prove a best proximity point theorem for multivalued non-self mappings which generalizes the Mizoguchi and Takahashi’s fixed point theorem for multivalued mappings.     

Krasnoselski-Mann type iterative method for hierarchical fixed point problem and split mixed equilibrium problem

In this paper, we suggest and analyze a Krasnoselski-Mann type iterative method to approximate a common element of solution sets of a hierarchical fixed point problem for nonexpansive mappings and a split mixed equilibrium problem. We prove that sequences generated by the proposed iterative method converge weakly to a common element of solution sets of these problems. Further, we derive some consequences from our main result. Furthermore, we extend the considered iterative method to a split monotone variational inclusion problem and deduce some consequences. Finally, we give a numerical example to justify the main result. The method and results presented in this paper generalize and unify the corresponding known results in this area.

System of Generalized Vector Quasi-Equilibrium Problems with Applications to Fixed Point Theorems for a Family of Nonexpansive Multivalued Mappings

In this paper, we establish the existence theorems of the generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems. From some existence theorem, we establish fixed point theorems for a family of lower semicontinuous or nonexpansive multivalued mappings. We also obtain the existence theorems of system of mixed generalized vector variational-like inequalities and existence theorems of the Debreu vector equilibrium problems and the Nash vector equilibrium problems.     

Strong Convergence of a Split Common Fixed Point Problem

In this article, we present a new general algorithm for solving the split common fixed point problem in an infinite dimensional Hilbert space, which is to find a point which belongs to the common fixed point of a family of quasi-nonexpansive mappings such that its image under a linear transformation belongs to the common fixed point of another family of quasi-nonexpansive mappings in the image space. We establish the strong convergence for the algorithm to find a unique solution of the variational inequality, which is the optimality condition for the minimization problem. The algorithm and its convergence results improve and develop previous results in this field.

本文旨在将B.Fisher关于完备度量空间中映射对的公共不动点推广到Hausdotff度量下集值上半连续映射对的情形,得到了定理3,推论5.8.引理7是关于Hausdorff度量的新结果。     

Iterative solutions of the split common fixed point problem for strictly pseudo-contractive mappings

In this paper, we study the the split common fixed point problem in Hilbert spaces. We establish a weak convergence theorem for the method recently introduced by Wang, which extends a existing result from firmly nonexpansive mappings to strictly pseudo-contractive mappings. Moreover, our condition that guarantees the weak convergence is much weaker than that of Wang’s. A strong convergence theorem is also obtained under some additional conditions. As an application, we obtain several new methods for solving various split inverse problems and split equality problems. Numerical examples are included to illustrate the applications in signal processing of the proposed algorithm.     

Approximating a Zero of Sum of Two Monotone Operators Which Solves a Fixed Point Problem in Reflexive Banach Spaces

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to introduce an iterative method for approximating a point in the set of zeros of the sum of two monotone mappings, which is also a solution of a fixed point problem for a Bregman strongly nonexpansive mapping in a real reflexive Banach space. With our iterative technique, we state and prove a strong convergence theorem for approximating an element in the intersection of the set of solutions of a variational inclusion problem for sum of two monotone mappings and the set of solutions of a fixed point problem for Bregman strongly nonexpansive mapping. We give applications of our result to convex minimization problem, convex feasibility problem, variational inequality problem, and equilibrium problem. Our result complements and extends some recent results in literature.     

A viscosity iterative technique for split variational inclusion and fixed point problems between a Hilbert space and a Banach space

The main purpose of this paper is to introduce a viscosity-type iterative algorithm for approximating a common solution of a split variational inclusion problem and a fixed point problem. Using our algorithm, we state and prove a strong convergence theorem for approximating a common solution of a split variational inclusion problem and a fixed point problem for a multivalued quasi-nonexpansive mapping between a Hilbert space and a Banach space. Furthermore, we applied our results to study a split convex minimization problem. Also, a numerical example of our result is given. Our results extend and improve the results of Byrne et al. (J. Nonlinear Convex Anal. 13, 759–775, 2012), Moudafi (J. Optim. Theory Appl. 150, 275–283, 2011), Takahashi and Yao (Fixed Point Theory Appl. 2015, 87, 2015), and a host of other important results in this direction.     

Split Common Fixed Point Problem of Nonexpansive Semigroup

In this paper, we first introduce a new algorithm with a viscosity iteration method for solving the split common fixed point problem (SCFP) for a finite family of nonexpansive semigroups. We also present a new algorithm for solving the SCFP for an infinite family of quasi-nonexpansive mappings. We establish strong convergence of these algorithms in an infinite-dimensional Hilbert spaces. As application, we obtain strong convergence theorems for split variational inequality problems and split common null point problems. Our results improve and extend the related results in the literature.     

Weak and Strong Convergence Theorems for New Demimetric Mappings and the Split Common Fixed Point Problem in Banach Spaces

In this paper, we consider the split common fixed point problem for new demimetric mappings in Banach spaces. Using the idea of Mann’s iteration, we prove a weak convergence theorem for finding a solution of the split common fixed point problem in Banach spaces. Furthermore, using the idea of Halpern’s iteration, we obtain a strong convergence theorem for finding a solution of the problem in Banach spaces. Using these results, we obtain well-known and new weak and strong convergence theorems in Hilbert spaces and Banach spaces.     

广义平衡与不动点问题的黏性逼近

本文的目的是在Hilbert空间中引入和研究了一种新的迭代序列,用以寻求具逆一强单调映象的广义平衡问题的解集与无限簇非扩张映象的不动点集的公共元.在适当的条件下,用黏性逼近法证明了逼近于这一公共元的强收敛定理.应用该结论,我们证明了逼近于平衡问题和变分不等式问题的强收敛定理.所得结果改进和推广了文献的相应结果.     

Common fixed points of a nonexpansive semigroup and a convergence theorem for Mann iterations in geodesic metric spaces

First, we consider a strongly continuous semigroup of nonexpansive mappings defined on a closed convex subset of a complete CAT(0) space and prove a convergence of a Mann iteration to a common fixed point of the mappings. This result is motivated by a result of Kirk (2002) and of Suzuki (2002). Second, we obtain a result on limits of subsequences of Mann iterations of multivalued nonexpansive mappings on metric spaces of hyperbolic type, which leads to a convergence theorem for nonexpansive mappings on these spaces.     

On a Hybrid Extragradient-Viscosity Method for Monotone Operators and Fixed Point Problems

The purpose of this article is to give a more general scheme for approximating a common element of the fixed-point set of a certain mapping and the set of solutions of a variational inequality problem. This scheme is inspired by the recent work of Maingé [A hybrid extragradient-viscosity method for monotone operators and fixed point problems, SIAM J. Control Optim. 47, 1499–1515 (2008)]. We also show that some assumption imposed in his result can be relaxed. Moreover, our scheme is a genuine generalization of Maingé's result because there is a class of mappings to which our scheme is applicable, but which is beyond the scope of his result.     

Further investigation into split common fixed point problem for demicontractive operators

Our contribution in this paper is to propose an iterative algorithm which does not require prior knowledge of operator norm and prove strong convergence theorem for approximating a solution of split common fixed point problem of demicontractive mappings in a real Hilbert space. So many authors have used algorithms involving the operator norm for solving split common fixed point problem, but as widely known the computation of these algorithms may be difficult and for this reason, authors have recently started constructing iterative algorithms with a way of selecting the step-sizes such that the implementation of the algorithm does not require the calculation or estimation of the operator norm. We introduce a new algorithm for solving the split common fixed point problem for demicontractive mappings with a way of selecting the step-sizes such that the implementation of the algorithm does not require the calculation or estimation of the operator norm and then prove strong convergence of the sequence in real Hilbert spaces. Finally, we give some applications of our result and numerical example at the end of the paper.

Fixed points and coincidences of mappings of partially ordered sets

Possibility of the reduction of a coincidence problem to a fixed point problem is investigated for one-valued and multivalued mappings of partially ordered sets. New fixed point theorems are proved. Connections of the obtained results with well-known fixed point theorems and some recent results on coincidences of two mappings are considered.
