Enantioselective recognition of amino acids has been studied with C2-symmetric chiral pyridine bis(oxazoline)-copper(II) complexes at physiological pH condition. UV-visible titration revealed strong binding of submillimolar dissociation constant between pyridine bis(oxazoline)-copper(II) complex and amino acids in aqueous solution. Moderate selectivity of up to 2:1 between d- and l-amino acids was achieved. The enantiomers were baseline resolved by capillary electrophoresis, using the bis(l-lysine)-copper(II) complex as a chiral selector.  相似文献

A stereoselective reaction of Sn(NMe 2 ) 4 with the silyl-bridged bis(cyclopentadienyl) derivative 1 generates the novel spiro compound 2 , in which two C2-symmetric six-membered rings of opposite configuration are joined at a tin center: One ring is R,R-, and the other S,S-configured. Subsequent reaction with two equivalents of ZrCl4 affords, by stereoselective Sn/Zr exchange, exclusively the C2-symmetric isomer of the ansa-zirconocene rac- 3 .  相似文献

When the trimethyl derivatives of aluminium, gallium and indium react with glyoximato metallates, (R2C2N2(O)OH)2MetII (R = H, CH3; MetII = Ni, Pd, Pt, Cu), in a 21 molar ratio, 2 mol of methane are evolved and monomeric bis(dimethylmetal(III)glyoximato)metallates(II) (metal(III) = Al, Ga, In) are formed in high yields. The vibrational and NMR spectra of the new complexes were measured and were partly resolved. The X-ray structure determinations of two of these compounds show non-planar structures of approximate C2h and C2 symmetry, respectively, with weak metal(III)?metal(II) π-interactions.  相似文献

A new chiral N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligand was designed. Thus, an efficient synthetic route to C2-symmetric bis(hydroxyamide)-functionalized benzimidazolium salts from chiral β-amino alcohols was developed. The combination of Cu(OTf)2 and the chiral azolium compound efficiently promoted the conjugate addition reaction of cyclic enone with dialkylzinc to give the corresponding adduct in good yield. Among a series of chiral NHC proligands, the functionalized benzimidazolium chloride possessing a tert-butyl group as a stereodirecting group was found to be the best choice of ligand. Under optimized reaction conditions, an excellent enantioselectivity (96% ee) was realized by allowing 2-cyclohepten-1-one to react with Bu2Zn at room temperature.  相似文献

The oxidative addition reactions of a bulky hexathioether containing a disulfide bond, TbtS(o-phen)S(o-phen)SS(o-phen)S(o-phen)STbt (1) (Tbt = 2,4,6-tris[bis(trimethylsilyl)methyl]phenyl, o-phen = o-phenylene), to a palladium(0) complex were studied. In the reaction of 1 with 3 molar amounts of [Pd(PPh3)4], a trinuclear palladium(II) complex, [Pd3{S(o-phen)S}2{(o-phen)STbt}2(PPh3)2] (2), was formed via three-step palladium insertion reaction including unusual C(aryl)-S bond cleavages. On the other hand, the reaction of 1 with an equimolar amount of [Pd(PPh3)4] afforded mononuclear palladium(II) complex having a pseudo-octahedral structure, [Pd{S(o-phen)S(o-phen)STbt}2] (3). The hexa-coordinated geometry for the palladium center in 3 was confirmed by the atoms in molecule (AIM) analysis, which revealed the presence of the bond critical points between the central Pd atom and the S atoms at the axial positions. In contrast to the bulky system, the reaction of Ph-substituted hexathioether, PhS(o-phen)S(o-phen)SS(o-phen)S(o-phen)SPh (4), with an equimolar amount of [Pd(PPh3)4] gave a palladium(II) complex having square-planar structure, [Pd{S(o-phen)S(o-phen)SPh}2] (5). Theoretical calculations revealed that there is no remarkable difference among the energies of isomers of [Pd{S(o-phen)SPh}2], 6a-syn, 6a-anti, 6b-syn, and 6b-anti. This result suggests that a reason for the preference of the trans-anti-conformation in 3 is the steric repulsion between the bulky Tbt groups, and that of the cis-syn-conformations in 5 and 6 is the intermolecular interactions.  相似文献

New thiazoline-containing ligands including non-symmetric bis(thiazolines) and oxazoline-thiazolines were synthesized and then compared to C2-symmetric bis(thiazolines) in the palladium-catalyzed allylic substitution. The experimental results obtained in this study support the hypothesis of a competition between the (N,N) and the (N,S) palladium chelation, when sterically hindered bis(thiazolines) are used as ligands. A quantum chemical study performed on the Pd-complexes derived from three selected ligands, two C2-symmetric bis(thiazolines) and one oxazoline-thiazoline, also supports this hypothesis.  相似文献

We synthesized three coumarin‐substituted benzimidazolium chlorides and their silver(I), ruthenium(II) and palladium(II) N‐heterocyclic carbene (NHC) complexes. All compounds were characterized using appropriate spectroscopic techniques and elemental analyses. Single‐crystal X‐ray structure of a Pd(II)–NHC complex ( 6b ) was also determined. The inhibitory properties of all compounds were tested on the activity of human paraoxonase 1 (PON1). All complexes exhibited weaker inhibitory properties than their corresponding benzimidazolium salts except for complex 6b which is the most active inhibitor with an IC50 value of 3.01 μM among the compounds reported in this study. A kinetic evaluation showed that this complex inhibits PON1 activity in a non‐competitive manner. Molecular docking studies were also performed for 6b in order to obtain more insight into the binding mode.  相似文献

Silver(I) and copper(I) complexes of C2-symmetric bis(oxazoline) ligands were studied by UV, NMR, IR, EPR and ES-MS spectroscopies. The stability constants of the Ag-1a and Ag-1b complexes with 1:1 and 1:2 stoichiometries in acetonitrile were determined by NMR spectrometric titrations. The evidence of tetrahedral coordination for complex (Ag(1a)2(+ was obtained from the complexation induced shifts (CIS) and NOEs. Mass spectra revealed the Cu(II) mediated oxidation of methylene bridge in copper complexes of 1a and 1b, which was in accordance with the UV, NMR, IR and EPR findings. The efficiency of Cu(I) complexes of methylene-bridged 1,5-bis(oxazoline)s 1 as chiral catalysts in stereoselective cyclopropanation of styrene with ethyl diazoacetate, was compared to that of the dialkylmethylene-bridged 1,5-bis(oxazoline)s 2.  相似文献

A new type of phosphino-phosphonium ylide ligand bearing a chiral sulfinyl center affords a P,C-chelated palladium(II) complex with a resolved asymmetric ylidic carbon atom. According to 31P NMR analysis of the crude material, the diastereoselectivity of the complexation at room temperature is ca. 7:1. In the crystal state, an X-ray diffraction analysis of one epimer reveals a quasi C2-symmetric chloro-bridged dinuclear structure, where the (S) configuration of the sulfur atom induces a (S) configuration of the ylidic carbon atom. A in situ Pd(0) catalyst generated from the phosphino-ylide and Pd(PPh3)4 promotes allylic substitution of 3-acetoxy-1,3-diphenylpropene by sodium malonate in 70% yield and 5% e.e.  相似文献

The reaction of 1‐alkylbenzimidazole derivatives with o‐/p‐di(chloromethyl)benzene results in the formation of the new o‐/p‐xylyl‐linked bis(benzimidazolium) salts, 1 and 2, respectively. The salts were characterized by NMR spectroscopy and elemental analysis. The in situ prepared complexes derived from Pd(OAc)2–1 and 2 exhibit catalytic activity (61–98%), to give the Heck coupling products of aryl bromides and styrene. The reaction of tris(2-bromoethyl)amine hydrobromide with sugar thiols or thioacetates leads to the formation of novel carbohydrate substituted tripodal NS3 ligands. Complexation with silver(I) ions gives stable complexes. NMR, X-ray, MS and EXAFS studies indicate their mononuclear C3-symmetric structure. The highly water soluble complexes formed from the unprotected ligands show a wide spectrum of effective antimicrobial activities and their use lowers the cytotoxic and antiproliferative activities compared to the free silver salts.  相似文献

The redox reaction of bis(2-benzamidophenyl) disulfide (H2L-LH2) with [Pd(PPh3)4] in a 1:1 ratio gave mononuclear and dinuclear palladium(II) complexes with 2-benzamidobenzenethiolate (H2L), [Pd(H2L-S)2(PPh3)2] (1) and [Pd2(H2L-S)2 (μ-H2L-S)2(PPh3)2] (2). A similar reaction with [Pt(PPh3)4] produced only the corresponding mononuclear platinum(II) complex, [Pt(H2L-S)2(PPh3)2] (3). Treatment of these complexes with KOH led to the formation of cyclometallated palladium(II) and platinum(II) complexes, [Pd(L-C,N,S)(PPh3)] ([4]) and [Pt(L-C,N,S) (PPh3)] ([5]). The molecular structures of 2, 3 and [4] were determined by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

Syntheses of N,N′-dibutylbenzimidazolylidene silver complexes having chloride, nitrate or cyanide as an anion part through an iodide/anion exchange from N,N′-dibutylbenzimidazolium iodide are described, representing a practical route to benzimidazolylidene silver complexes from readily accessible benzimidazolium iodide. The crystal structures of N,N′-dibutylbenzimidazolylidene silver chloride, bromide, cyanide and nitrate have been determined, showing a close ligand-unsupported Ag-Ag interaction in [(NHC)2]Ag+[AgX2] and a “T” shape geometry about the silver(I) cation in complexes of chloride, bromide and cyanide, but a nearly linear shape in the bis(N,N′-dibutylbenzimidazolylidene) silver complex [ with non-coordinating nitrate anion.  相似文献

Tetrakis(dimethyl sulfide)palladium(II) bis(tetrafluoroborate), [Pd(C2H6S)4](BF4)2, (I), and tetrakis(1,4‐oxa­thiane‐κS)palladium(II) bis­(tetra­fluoro­borate), [Pd(C4H8OS)4](BF4)2, (II), both crystallize as mononuclear square‐planar complexes with tetra­fluoro­borate as the counter‐ions. The Pd atom accepts four S‐donor atoms and is positioned at an inversion centre in both compounds. The two unique S atoms in the di­methyl sulfide complex, (I), are disordered. The Pd—S distances are in the range 2.3338 (12)–2.3375 (12) Å in (I), and the corresponding distances in the thio­xane complex, (II), are 2.3293 (17) and 2.3406 (17) Å. A series of novel chiral C2-symmetric multidentate aminophosphine ligands have been successfully synthesized by Schiff-base condensation of bis(o-formylphenyl)phenylphosphane and easily available monoprotected(1R,2R)-diaminocyclohexane.The catalytic properties of these ligands were investigated in Ir-catalyzed asymmetric transfer hydrogenation of various aromatic ketones,giving the corresponding optical active alcohols with up to 98%conversion and good ee under mild reaction conditions.  相似文献

Mononuclear silver and mercury complexes bearing bis-N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) ligands with linear coordination modes have been prepared and structurally characterised. The complexes form metallocyclic structures that display rigid solution behaviour. A larger metallocycle of the form [L2Ag2]2+ [where L = para-bis(N-methylimidazolylidene)xylylene] has been isolated from the reaction of para-xylylene-bis(N-methylimidazolium) chloride and Ag2O. Reaction of silver- and mercury-NHC complexes with Pd(NCCH3)2Cl2 affords palladium-NHC complexes via NHC-transfer reactions, the mercury case being only the second example of a NHC-transfer reaction using a mercury-NHC complex.  相似文献

Tetracloro-o-benzoquinone reacts with (diphenylacetylene)bis(tirphenylphosphine)platinum(0) to give the novel platinum(II) diphenylacetylene complex, Pt(C6Cl4O2)PhCCPh)(PPh3), (I), which reacts with hydrogen halides to give the compelexes cis-PtX2(PhCCPh((PPh3), (X = Cl or Br). Hydrogen chloride also readily removes the tetrachloro-o-benzoquinoneligand from the adducts Ni(C6Cl4O2)(Ph2PCH2CH2PPh2) and M(C6Cl4O2)(PPh3)2, (M = Pd or Pt) but it has no reaction upon Ir(Cl)(C6Cl4O2)(CO)(PPh3)2 at room temperature. The acetylene in (1) is susceptible to nucleophilic attact and reaction with diethylamine gives the vinyl adduct Pt(C6Cl4O2)(CPhCPh)NHEt2)(PPh3). Other reactions of (I) have also been studied. Attemps to prepare other olefin or acetylene complexes of platinum(II) by the action of tetrachlor-o-benzoquinone on the complexes Pt(L)(PPh3)2, (L = PhCCH,(Et)(Me)(HO)CCCC(OH)(Me)(Et), HOCH2OH, CF3CCCF3, CF2CF2, CF2CH2 or trans-PhCHCHPh) are also described.  相似文献

New complexes of type [M(tbg)2]Cl2 [tbg = 1-(o-tolyl)biguanide; M = Ni(II), Pd(II), and Pt(II)] were synthesized and characterized to develop new biologically active compounds. The features of the complexes were assigned from microanalytical and thermal data. The NMR, FT-IR, and UV-Vis spectra were established by comparison with HtbgCl. All complexes exhibit a square-planar geometry resulting from the chelating behavior of tbg. The HtbgCl and [Ni(tbg)2]Cl2 complexes were fully characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The HtbgCl species crystallize in the monoclinic C2/c spatial group, while the Ni(II) complex adopts an orthorhombic Pna21 spatial group. The structure is stabilized by a complex hydrogen bonds network. The in vitro antimicrobial assays revealed improved antimicrobial activity for complexes in comparison with the ligand against both planktonic and biofilm embedded microbial cells. The most efficient compound, showing the largest spectrum of antimicrobial activity, including Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, as well as fungal strains, in both planktonic and biofilm growth states was the Pd(II) complex, followed by the Pt(II) complex. The Pt(II) compound exhibited the most significant antiproliferative activity on the human cervical cancer SiHa cell line, inducing a cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase.  相似文献
