The crystals of compound 1 are triclinic, space group P-1, a = 7.488(2), b = 9.127(3), c = 12.252(3) Å, = 73.58(2), = 78.38(2)°, = 75.39(2), Z = 2, V = 769.5(4) Å3; The compound 2 crystallizes in space group P21/n, with cell parameters a = 13.582(2), b = 8.974(1), c = 16.960(2) Å, = 103.34(1)° and D calc = 1.352 g/cm–3 for Z = 4. X-ray analysis reveals that atoms C(1)—C(5) and O form a pyran ring in compound 1, which adopts half-chair conformation. In compound 2 the atoms C(12)—C(16) and O form a pyran ring which adopts boat conformation, another six-membered ring (C(8)—C(13)) adopts a half-chair conformation. In addition, there are intermolecular hydrogen bonds in the crystal structures 1 and 2.  相似文献

Two complexes Cu(L)2(CH3COO)2 (1) and [Cu2(μ-CH3COO)4(L)2](L)2 (2) (L = N-(4′-methylaniline)-4-pyridinecarboxamide) have been prepared and their crystal structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complexes are obtained by using the same raw materials and reaction conditions except solvents. The presence or absence of water controls the coordination mode to give rise to different structures. The structure of 1 has a triclinic space group P-1 with a = 8.381(3) ?, b = 8.545(4) ?, c = 11.357(5) ?, α = 110.654(6)°, β = 102.388(7)°, γ = 97.889(7)°, V = 722.9(5) ?3, and Z = 1. The structure of 2 has a triclinic space group P-1 with a = 9.121(3) ?, b = 9.454(3) ?, c = 17.233(5) ?, α = 77.374(5)°, β = 89.827(6)°, γ = 74.342(6)°, V = 1393.8(7) ?3, and Z = 1. Supramolecular assemblies have also been found via noncovalent bonds such as hydrogen bonds, π–π stacking interactions.  相似文献

The crystal structure of 2-amino-3-cyano-4,6-dihydro-4-(3-nitrophenyl)-5H-pyrano[3,2-c]quinolin-5-one N,N-dimethylformamide solvate monohydrate is determined by room temperature X-ray diffraction. The title compound 1, C22H21N5O6, is triclinic, space group P-1, a=9.109(2) ?, b=11.340(2) ?, c=12.485(2) ?, α=70.02(1)°, β=69.36(1)°, γ=67.32(1)°, Z=2, V=1081.4(4) ?3. It is interesting that a bridge-like hydrogen bond O–H···O is formed between the title compound and solvent molecules of water with molecular ratio of 2:2 building a bi-layer framework. In addition, there are two other types of classical hydrogen bonds N–H···N and N–H···O in the crystal structure.Supplementary material Crystallographic data for the structure reported in this paper have been deposited with the Cambridge Crystallographic Data Centre as supplementary publication no. The acid-catalyzed condensation of 1-benzylindole with acetone in the presence of N-phenylmaleimide gave a tetrahydrocarbazole, (4,5,10,10b-tetrahydro-5-methyl-2-phenyl-10-(phenylmethyl)pyrrolo[3,4-a]carbazole-1,3[2H, 3aH]-dione (1), as the major product and a novel spiro compound, 1,3,4,4-tetrahydro-1,1,3,3-tetramethyl-4,4-bis(phenylmethyl)-1,3(2H, 2H)-spiro[cyclopent[b]indole] (2), as the minor product. The structure of the spiro compound was determined by an X-ray crystallographic determination. The acid-catalyzed condensation of 1-benzylindole with acetone in the absence of N-phenylmaleimide gave a bisindole, (1,1-bis(phenylmethyl)-3,3-(1-methylethylidene)diindole (3), as the major product and the spiro-compound as the minor product.  相似文献

The crystal and molecular structures of two methoxybenzo[b]thiophenes have been determined by three-dimensional, single-crystal X-ray diffractometry. Both 3-(4-hydroxy-3, 5-dimethoxybenzoyl)-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-6-methoxybenzo[b]thiophene and 3-(2,6-dimethoxybenzoyl)-2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-6-methoxybenzo[b]thiophene (hereafter referred to asI andII, respectively) crystallize in the monoclinic centrosymmetric space groupP21/n (No. 14, C 2h 5 ) with four formula units-per cell witha=6.866(1),b=28.638(2),c=11.830(2) Å, and =105.52(1)° anda=9.328(1),b=7.977(1),c=29.650(4) Å, and =97.87(1)°, respectively. The phase problems were solved by direct methods and the respective final full-matrix least-squares refinements converged toR=0.046 and 0.031. The structures differ in the positioning of the dimethoxy groups of the benzoyl ligands and the addition of a hydroxyl group inI. The molecules in the crystal lattice are held together by van der Waals forces plus the addition of hydrogen bonding in compoundI. Selected bond distances and angles and torsion angles are tabularized.  相似文献

A benzo-phenanthro-fused planar cyclooctatetraene derivative, namely, 5,6,15,16-tetradehydrobenzo[a]phenanthro[9, 10-e]cyclooctene (5) was synthesized in two steps from the known benzo[a]phenanthro[9, 10-e]cyclooctene (6). Compound5 crystallizes in space groupPbam witha=9.828(2),b=19.466(4),c=15.901(3) Å, and Z=8. X-Ray analysis (MoK radiation,R=0.060 for 1233 observed data) has shown that both independent molecules have the same planarC 2v configuration with averaged bond lengths of 1.381(7) and 1.208(7) Å for the phenanthrene C6a–C14b bond and the acetylenic CC bond, respectively.1H and13C NMR spectral results of 5 and 5,6,15,16-tetrabromo-5,6,15,16-tetrahydrobenzo[a]phenanthro[9, 10-e]cyclooctene (7) are also presented.  相似文献

The phenyl rings in 2,3-diphenylquinoxaline form torsion angles of 36.88(5)° and 53.32(4)° with the plane defined by the quinoxaline moiety. Yellow plates of 2,3-diphenylbenzo[g]quinoxaline crystallize in the monoclinic space group C2/c with Z = 8 and a = 25.0621(16) Å, b = 7.7190(5) Å, c = 21.2225(14) Å, and β = 123.674(2)°. The phenyl rings in 2,3-diphenylbenzo[g]quinoxaline form torsion angles of 46.89(3)° and 43.42(3)° with the plane defined by the benzo[g]quinoxaline moiety.
