The commercially available analytical reagents 1,5-diphenylcarbazide and 1,5-diphenylcarbazone were found to contain considerable impurities. In 1,5-diphenylcarbazide an appreciable quantity of 1-phenylsemicarbazide was detected whereas 1,5-diphenylcarbazone was found to contain 1,5-diphenylcarbazide. In most of the reports on the stability and composition of the complexes of these reagents given in literature no consideration was made regarding the possibility of interference from these impurities. — Simple syntheses of pure 1,5-diphenylcarbazide and 1,5-diphenylcarbazone are described here.  相似文献

Energy‐minimum structures of 1,5‐dithiacyclooctane (1,5‐DTCO), 1,5‐diselenacyclooctane (1,5‐DSeCO), and 1,5‐ditelluracyclooctane (1,5‐DTeCO) were calculated by the ab initio molecular orbital method. Nine energy‐minimum structures were obtained for each compound. A twist‐boat–chair (TBC) structure is the most stable for 1,5‐DTCO and 1,5‐DSeCO, whereas a boat–boat (BB) structure is the most stable in 1,5‐DTeCO. The TBC conformer of 1,5‐DTCO has received little attention so far. The energy gap between HOMO and NHOMO in the TBC conformer of 1,5‐DTCO is in good agreement with the experimental data (photoelectron spectrum). For 1,5‐DTCO and 1,5‐DSeCO, the boat–chair (BC) conformer in which two chalcogen atoms face each other has the highest HOMO energy among the nine conformers, and the energy barriers between the TBC and BC conformers were calculated to be relatively low for these compounds. Therefore, a conformational change from the TBC to the BC is predicted to occur before these compounds are oxidized in solution. © 1999 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. 2-甲基-1,5-苯并硫氮杂-4(5H)-酮(1a)与不同的氯化试剂-五氯化磷、三氯氧磷和氯化砜在不同的条件下氯化,可分别生成:2-甲基-4-氯-1,5-苯并硫氮杂(2a)、2-氯-4-甲基-1,5-苯并硫氮杂(3a)、2-二氯甲基苯并噻唑(5)、2-三氯甲基苯并噻唑(6)和2-甲基-1,5-苯并硫氮杂-4(5H)-酮盐酸盐(4).2-甲基-4-氯-1,5-苯并硫氮杂与醇钠反应生成相应的2-甲基-4-烷氧基-1,5-苯并硫氮杂外,还可以分离到它的2,4-异构体,2-烷氧基-4-甲基-1,5-苯并硫氮杂.产物的结构均经元素分析、红外光谱、^1H和^1^3C核磁共振谱和质谱鉴定.  相似文献

The molecular modeling of ring-opening cross-metathesis of cis,cis-1,5-dimethyl-cycloocta-1,5-diene (1,5-DM-COD), cis,cis-1,6-dimethyl-cycloocta-1,5-diene (1,6-DM-COD) and cis,cis-cycloocta-1,5-diene (COD) with ethylene (ethenolysis) at T=298.15 K using the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level of theory reveals that ring-chain equilibrium constants are dependent on the nature of cyclic diene. The ring-chain equilibria for the ethenolysis of 1,5-DM-COD is completely shifted to the formation of monomeric 2-methyl-hexa-1,5-diene.  相似文献

A straightforward synthesis of N-alkylated 1-deoxynojirimycin derivatives modified at the 6-O-position has been described. The key intermediate in the synthesis of target compounds was 2,3,4-tri-O-benzyl-1,5-dideoxy-1,5-imino-D-glucitol, which was prepared from 2,3,4,6-tetra-O-benzyl-1,5-dideoxy-1,5-imino-D-glucitol. Optimal conditions have been established for the synthesis of the key intermediate by varying reaction parameters. Reductive amination and subsequent alkylation of the 6-O-position followed by hydrogenolysis were the main reaction steps, which gave target compounds 6-O-ethyl-N-octyl-1,5-dideoxy-1,5-imino-D-glucitol and 6-O-butyl-N-octyl-1,5-dideoxy-1,5-imino-D-glucitol. This synthetic route is flexible and can be useful for the synthesis of other lipophilic iminosugar derivatives.  相似文献

Poly(1,5-diaminonaphthalane) (1,5-PDAN) films have been successfully synthesized on pencil graphite electrode (PGE) from aqueous solution of 0.1 M monomer and 1.0 M perchloric acid (HClO4) by different electrochemical techniques which are cyclic voltammetry (CV) and chronoamperometry (CA). The field emission scanning electron microscopy has been used to analyze the surface morphologies of 1,5-PDAN-coated PGE by CV (PGE/1,5-PDAN(CV)) and CA (PGE/1,5-PDAN(CA)). Electrochemical measurements have been performed to evaluate usability of the electrodes for supercapacitors using CV, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), galvanostatic charge–discharge and repeating chronopotentiometry (RCP) methods in 1.0 M HClO4. When compared the results of electrochemical measurements, it is concluded that PGE/1,5-PDAN(CA) has higher specific capacitance than PGE/1,5-PDAN(CV). Despite having high specific capacitance, long-term charge–discharge cycling stability of PGE/1,5-PDAN(CA) is lower than that of PGE/1,5-PDAN(CV). Additionally, electrodes exhibit high power and energy density, according to galvanostatic charge–discharge measurements. In conclusion, it can be said that PGE/1,5-PDAN(CV) and PGE/1,5-PDAN(CA) are promising materials for supercapacitor applications.  相似文献

An effective nanocomposite sensor for selective electroanalytical dopamine (DA) determination using overoxidized conducting polymer of poly-1,5-diaminonaphthalene (OPoly-1,5-DAN) functionalized graphene nanosheets (GNS) was achieved. The OPoly-1,5-DAN/GNS nanocomposite polymer was prepared via an electropolymerization of 1,5-DAN on GNS/GCE after 7 cycles of potential scan (−0.2 V to +0.9 V), followed by an electrooveroxidation of the nanocomposite Poly-1,5-DAN/GNS by the potential cycle (0.0 V to +1.8 V) for 2 scans. The OPoly-1,5-DAN was effectively designed by GNS as a uniformly distribution of nanocomposite that caused more accumulations of analyte due to large electrocatalytic active positions created on electrode surface. The high specific and sensitive performance of the OPoly-1,5-DAN/GNS nanocomposite polymer was conducted to greater effective electrons transferring behavior for DA with copresent of vitamin C (VC). The stable and suitable formation of OPoly-1,5-DAN/GNS nanocomposite polymer showed rapid charge transport voltammogram and obvious electrocatalytic activity to DA and eliminated VC response. Moreover, the OPoly-1,5-DAN/GNS displays an excellent responses to DA determination with wide linear range (LR) 1.0–150 μM and lower detection limit (DL) 8.82±0.1 nM as comparing with other studies. Additionally, the excellent reproducibility of OPoly-1,5-DAN/GNS as well as long-term stability indicated that it is an excellent and effective electrochemical DA sensor. Finally, the electroanalytical application of the OPoly-1,5-DAN/GNS nanocomposite polymer was employed for the electroanalysis of DA in human urine.  相似文献

Von uns untersuchtes 1,5-Diphenylcarbazid war mit 1-Phenylsemicarbazid verunreinigt. 1,5-Diphenylcarbazon enthielt 1,5-Diphenylcarbazid. Pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridines and 6-iodopyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridines were synthesized by gold-catalyzed and iodine-mediated cyclization of enynylpyrazoles in good to excellent yields, respectively. The iodinated adducts were further converted to 6-arylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridines via Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction and 6-cyanopyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridine by Ullmann condensation reaction. One of the cyclization adducts, 2-(4-fluorophenyl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridine, was converted to a p38 kinase inhibitor, 2-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-(4-pyridinyl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridine, in two steps.  相似文献

Phenyl- and isopropylhydrazines react with 1,5-diphenyl-1,4-pentadien-3-one to give 4,5,6,7-tetrahydroindazole derivatives instead of the expected 4,5-dihydropyrazoles. Condensation in ethanol of ethyl ethoxymethyleneacetoacetate with systems containing an amidine fragment (substituted 3-aminopyrazoles and 3-amino-1,2,4-triazole) gave 6-carbethoxy-7-methylpyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidines. Addition of base to solutions of the obtained bicyclic carbethoxy derivatives in the course of several minutes caused rearrangement to 6-acetyl-7-hydroxypyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine and 6-acetyl-7-hydroxy-1,2,4-triazolo[1,5-a]pyrimidine respectively. Treatment of 3-(hydroxymethyl)pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyridines with trifluoroacetic acid in refluxing dichloro-methane led to the formation of bis(pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrid-3-yl)methanes or bis[(pyrazolo[1,5-a]pyrid-3-yl)]-methyl ethers depending upon the concentration of trifluoroacetic acid. The helium I photoelectron spectra of the mesocyclic polythioethers 1,4-dithiacycloheptane (1,4-DTCH), 1,5-dithiacyclooctane (1,5-DTCO), 1,5-dithiacyclononane (1,5-DTCN), 1,4,7-trithiacyclononane (1,4,7-TTCN), and 1,6-dithiacyclodecane (1,6-DTCD) are reported. The N-oxidation reactions of 2-hydroxy- and 2-amino-1,5-naphthyridines were investigated. 2-Hydroxy-1,5-naphthyridine 5-oxide and 2-hydroxy-, 2-amino-, and 2-acetamido-1,5-naphthyridine 1,5-dioxides were obtained.
