The mass spectra of cis- and trans-4-acylamino-3-hydroxy(or acyloxy)thiophans were investigated. The general principles of fragmentation under the influence of electron impact were established. A difference in the intensities of the peaks of the fragments formed at an ionizing-electron energy of 14 eV was observed for some of the cis and trans isomers of 3,4-substituted thiophans.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 4, pp. 466–471, April, 1976.  相似文献

Acyloxiranes react with aliphatic ketones in the presence of boron trifluoride etherate to give the corresponding 4-acyl-1,3-dioxolanes. The corresponding 4,5s-dimethyl-4r-acetyl-1,3-dioxolanes are formed in this case from 2,3t-dimethyl-2r-acetyloxirane, whereas a mixture of cis- and trans-1,3-dioxolanes is formed from trans-2-acetyl-3-phenyloxirane and acetone. The reaction of acyloxiranes with unsymmetrical ketones gives a mixture of the cis- and trans-1,3-dioxolanes with respect to the substituents attached to C-2 relative to the acetyl group, whereas the isomer ratio in this case depends on the effective volumes of the substituents attached to C-2.  相似文献

The reaction of (Z)-HDC=CHCH(OCH(3))C(6)H(5) (1) with Cp(2)Zr(D)Cl followed by BF(3).OEt(2) gave phenylcyclopropanes 3a and 3b, both having cis deuterium. This stereochemical outcome requires inversion of configuration at the carbon bound to zirconium and is consistent with a "W-shaped" transition state structure for cyclopropane formation. In a Kulinkovich hydroxycyclopropanation, trans-3-deutero-1-methyl-cis-2-phenyl-1-cyclopropanol (5) was formed stereospecifically from Ti(O-i-Pr)(4), ethyl acetate, EtMgBr, and trans-beta-deuterostyrene. This stereochemistry requires retention of configuration at the carbon bound to titanium and is consistent with frontside attack of the carbon-titanium bond on a carbonyl group coordinated to titanium. In a de Meijere cyclopropylamine synthesis, a 3:1 mixture of N,N-dimethyl-N-(trans-3-deutero-trans-2-phenylcyclopropyl)amine (6a) and N,N-dimethyl-N-(cis-3-deutero-cis-2-phenylcyclopropyl)amine (6b) was formed from Ti(O-i-Pr)(4), DMF, Grignard reagents, and trans-beta-deuterostyrene. This stereochemistry requires inversion of configuration at the carbon bound to titanium and is consistent with a W-shaped transition structure for ring closure.  相似文献

The corresponding trans- and cis-1,2-dimethyl-4-aryl-5-aroyl-2-imidazolines were obtained from complexes of cis- and trans-1-methyl-2-aryl-3-aroylaziridines with BF3 by heating with acetonitrile. The reaction proceeds with inversion of the configuration of the starting 3-aroylaziridines. In the presence of bases the complexes of cis-1,2-dimethyl-4-aryl-5-aroyl-2-imidazolines readily undergo isomerization to the corresponding trans analogs. The structures of the products were established on the basis of the IR, PMR, and mass spectra and the results of elementary analysis. The configurations of the compounds were determined by means of the Overhauser nuclear effect.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 7, pp. 952–957, July, 1981.  相似文献

We have studied the base-promoted heterocyclization of alkyl N-(cis(trans)-3,trans(cis)-4-dibromocyclohex-1-yl)carbamates and N-(cis(trans)-3,trans(cis)-4-dibromocyclohex-1-yl)-2,2,2-trifluoroacetamides, investigating the effect of the nitrogen protecting group and the relative configuration of the leaving group at C3 and C4 on the outcome of this reaction. We have observed that the sodium hydride-promoted heterocyclization of alkyl N-(cis-3,trans-4-dibromocyclohex-1-yl)carbamates (10, 12, 14, 16, 18) is a convenient method for the synthesis of 7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane derivatives. For instance, the reaction of tert-butyl N-(cis-3,trans-4-dibromocyclohex-1-yl)carbamate (10) with sodium hydride in DMF at room temperature provides 2-bromo-7-[(tert-butoxy)carbonyl]-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane (2) (52% yield), whose t-BuOK-promoted hydrogen bromide elimination affords 7-[(tert-butoxy)carbonyl]-7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]hept-2-ene (31) in 78% yield, an intermediate in the total synthesis of epibatidine (1). However, the NaH/DMF-mediated heterocyclization of alkyl N-(trans-3,cis-4-dibromocyclohex-1-yl)carbamates (11, 13) is a more structure dependent reaction, where the nucleophilic attack of the oxygen atom of the protecting group controls the outcome of the reaction, giving rise to benzooxazolone and 2-oxa-4-azabicyclo[3.3.1]non-3-ene derivatives, respectively, from low to moderate yields, in complex reaction mixtures. Conversely, the NaH/DMF heterocyclizations of N-(cis-3,trans-4-dibromocyclohex-1-yl)-2,2,2-trifluoroacetamide (40) or N-(trans-3,cis-4-dibromocyclohex-1-yl)-2,2,2-trifluoroacetamide (42) are very clean reactions giving 7-azabicyclo[2.2.1]heptane or 2-oxa-4-azabicyclo[3.3.1]non-3-ene derivatives, respectively, in good yields. Finally, a mechanistic investigation, based on DFT calculations, has been carried out to rationalize the formation of the different adducts.  相似文献

Two equivalents of Ph(2)PC triple bond CR (R=H, Me, Ph) react with thf solutions of cis-[Ru(acac)(2)(eta(2)-alkene)(2)] (acac=acetylacetonato; alkene=C(2)H(4), 1; C(8)H(14), 2) at room temperature to yield the orange, air-stable compounds trans-[Ru(acac)(2)(Ph(2)PC triple bond CR)(2)] (R=H, trans-3; Me=trans-4; Ph, trans-5) in isolated yields of 60-98%. In refluxing chlorobenzene, trans-4 and trans-5 are converted into the yellow, air-stable compounds cis-[Ru(acac)(2)(Ph(2)PC triple bond CR)(2)] (R=Me, cis-4; Ph, cis-5), isolated in yields of ca. 65%. From the reaction of two equivalents of Ph(2)PC triple bond CPPh(2) with a thf solution of 2 an almost insoluble orange solid is formed, which is believed to be trans-[Ru(acac)(2)(micro-Ph(2)PC triple bond CPPh(2))](n) (trans-6). In refluxing chlorobenzene, the latter forms the air-stable, yellow, binuclear compound cis-[{Ru(acac)(2)(micro-Ph(2)PC triple bond CPPh(2))}(2)] (cis-6). Electrochemical studies indicate that cis-4 and cis-5 are harder to oxidise by ca. 300 mV than the corresponding trans-isomers and harder to oxidise by 80-120 mV than cis-[Ru(acac)(2)L(2)] (L=PPh(3), PPh(2)Me). Electrochemical studies of cis-6 show two reversible Ru(II/III) oxidation processes separated by 300 mV, the estimated comproportionation constant (K(c)) for the equilibrium cis-6(2+) + cis6 <=> 2(cis-6(+)) being ca. 10(5). However, UV-Vis spectra of cis-6(+) and cis-6(2+), generated electrochemically at -50 degrees C, indicate that cis-6(+) is a Robin-Day Class II mixed-valence system. Addition of one equivalent of AgPF(6) to trans-3 and trans-4 forms the green air-stable complexes trans-3 x PF(6) and trans-4 x PF(6), respectively, almost quantitatively. The structures of trans-4, cis-4, trans-4 x PF(6) and cis-6 have been confirmed by X-ray crystallography.  相似文献

The reaction of cis- and trans-4-alkoxycarbonylamino-3-hydroxythiophans with thionyl chloride gives chlorosulfites. trans-4-Alkoxycarbonylamino-3-chlorosulfito-thiophans are converted to cis-3a,4,6,6a-tetrahydrothieno[3,4-d]oxazolidone by heating or by treatment with pyridine. cis-4-Carboalkoxyamino-3-hydroxythiophans form 3-carboalkoxy-3a,4,6,6a-tetrahydrothieno[3,4-d]oxathiazolidones.  相似文献

Abstract

The copolymerization of the cis or trans isomers of 1,3-pentadiene with maleic anhydride in the presence of a peroxide catalyst yields identical equimolar, alternating copolymers in which the pentadiene units have a cis-1, 4 configuration (IR, NMR). The copolymerization of the cis or trans isomers of 1, 3-pentadiene with acrylonitrile in the presence of ethyl aluminum sesquichloride yields identical equimolar, alternating copolymers in which the pentadiene units have a trans-1,4 configuration (IR, NMR). Although the trans isomer forms cyclic adducts with both maleic anhydride and acrylonitrile, the cis isomer does not undergo the Diels-Alder reaction with these dienophlles. The formation of identical copolymers from cis- and trans-1, 3-pentadiene is attributed to isomerization of the diene-dienophile charge transfer complex in the excited state, resulting in the generation of the same homopolymerizable exciplex from both isomers.  相似文献

[structure: see text] An improved synthesis of protected cis- and trans-3-azido-L-proline and cis- and trans-4-azido-L- and -D-proline is reported. These compounds have been synthesized from the corresponding hydroxyproline precursors using diphenylphosphoryl azide under Mitsunobu conditions. Short, highly efficient syntheses of these precursors are described, based on a new lactone-opening reaction and p-nitrobenzoate hydrolysis under very mild conditions.  相似文献

trans-4-Benzamido-3-hydroxy-2-(4-carbomethoxybutylidene)thiophan (I) was prototropically isomerized in the presence of hydrogen chloride. It is shown that the two possible isomers cis- and trans-4-benzamido-3-oxo-2-(4-carbomethoxybutyl)thiophan — are formed in the process.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No, 2, pp. 175–177, February, 1973.  相似文献

Addition of phenoxathiin cation radical (PO*+) to acyclic alkenes in acetonitrile (MeCN) solution occurred stereospecifically to form bis(10-phenoxathiiniumyl)alkane adducts. Stereospecific trans addition is ascribed to the intermediacy of an episulfonium cation radical. The alkenes used were cis- and trans-2-butene, cis- and trans-2-pentene, cis- and trans-4-methyl-2-pentene, cis- and trans-4-octene, trans-3-hexene, trans-3-octene, trans-5-decene, cis-2-hexene, and cis-2-heptene. The erythro bisadducts (compounds 6) were obtained with trans-alkenes, while threo bisadducts (compounds 7) were obtained with cis-alkenes. The assigned structures of 6 and 7 were consistent with their NMR spectra and, in one case, 6c (the adduct of trans-4-methyl-2-pentene) was confirmed with X-ray crystallography. Additions of PO*+ to 1,4-hexa-, 1,5-hexa-, 1,6-hepta-, and 1,7-octadiene gave bis(10-phenoxathiiniumyl)alkenes (compounds 8), the assigned structures of which were consistent with their NMR spectra. Each of these adducts lost a proton and phenoxathiin (PO) when treated with basic alumina in MeCN solution. Compounds 6 (from trans-alkenes) gave mixtures of (Z)- (9) and (E)-(10-phenoxathiiniumyl)alkenes (10) in which the (Z)-isomers (9) were dominant. On the other hand, compounds 7 (from cis-alkenes) gave mixtures of 9 and 10 in which, with one exception (the adduct 7c of cis-4-methyl-2-pentene), compounds 10 were dominant. The path to elimination is discussed. The alkenes 9 and 10 were characterized with NMR spectroscopy and, in one case (9a), with X-ray crystallography. Reactions of 8b-d with basic alumina gave mixtures of (E)- (13) and (Z)-(10-phenoxathiiniumyl)dienes (14), in which compounds 13 were dominant. The configuration of the product from 8a (the adduct of 1,4-hexadiene) could not be settled. Noteworthy features in the coupling patterns and chemical shifts in the NMR spectra of some of the adducts and their products are discussed and related to adduct conformations.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of naturally occurring compounds isolated from Pentas longiflora, cis-3,4-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydromollugin 2, and trans-3,4-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydromollugin 3 is described. The O-protected mollugins were dihydroxylated using OsO4 to achieve the corresponding cis-dihydroxy derivatives in excellent yield. The synthesis of trans-3,4-dihydroxy-3,4-dihydromollugin was achieved using Oxone in good yield. A mechanism for the formation of cis-3,4-dihydroxymollugin acetonide from the reaction of mollugin with Oxone is proposed.  相似文献

5-Hydroxymethyl-1,2-dihydropyrrolizines were catalytically hydrogenated to 3(5)-hydroxymethylpyrrolizidines, and the ratios of the isomers in the products of the reaction, which proceeds stereoselectively, were determined. The configuration of the diastereomers was established on the basis of the results of catalytic isomerization, a study of the chromatographic behavior of the isomers on a polar stationary phase, and a discussion of the isomeric composition of the hydrogenation products in the light of the general principles of the stereochemistry of catalytic hydrogenation. trans- and cis-3,8-H-3-Hydroxymethylpyrrolizidine and trans-3,8-H-3-methyl-trans-5,8-H-5-hydroxymethylpyrrolizidine were isolated from the mixtures of isomers. The existence of an intramolecular hydrogen bond in trans-3,8-H-3-hydroxymethyl- and trans-3,8-H-3-methyl-trans-5,8-H-5-hydroxymethylpyrrolizidine was shown by IR spectroscopy.See [1] for communication XIITranslated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 4, pp. 484–489, April, 1976.  相似文献

In acidic aqueous solution, a cobalt(III) complex containing monodentate N(9)-bound adeninate (ade(-)), cis-[Co(ade-kappaN(9))Cl(en)(2)]Cl (cis-[1]Cl), underwent protonation to the adeninate moiety without geometrical isomerization or decomposition of the Co(III) coordination sphere, and complexes of cis-[CoCl(Hade)(en)(2)]Cl(2) (cis-[2]Cl(2)) and cis-[Co(H(2)ade)Cl(en)(2)]Cl(3) (cis-[3]Cl(3)) could be isolated. The pK(a) values of the Hade and H(2)ade(+) complexes are 6.03(1) and 2.53(12), respectively, at 20 degrees C in 0.1 M aqueous NaCl. The single-crystal X-ray analyses of cis-[2]Cl(2).0.5H(2)O and cis-[3]Cl(2)(BF(4)).H(2)O revealed that protonation took place first at the adeninate N(7) and then at the N(1) atoms to form adenine tautomer (7H-Hade-kappaN(9)) and cationic adeninium (1H,7H-H(2)ade(+)-kappaN(9)) complexes, respectively. On the other hand, addition of NaOH to an aqueous solution of cis-[1]Cl afforded a mixture of geometrical isomers of the hydroxo-adeninato complex, cis- and trans-[Co(ade-kappaN(9))(OH)(en)(2)](+). The trans-isomer of chloro-adeninato complex trans-[Co(ade-kappaN(9))Cl(en)(2)]BF(4) (trans-[1]BF(4)) was synthesized by a reaction of cis-[2](BF(4))(2) and sodium methoxide in methanol. This isomer in acidic aqueous solution was also stable toward isomerization, affording the corresponding adenine tautomer and adeninium complexes (pK(a) = 5.21(1) and 2.48(9), respectively, at 20 degrees C in 0.1 M aqueous NaCl). The protonated product of trans-[Co(7H-Hade-kappaN(9))Cl(en)(2)](BF(4))(2).H(2)O (trans-[2](BF(4))(2).H(2)O) could also be characterized by X-ray analysis. Furthermore, the hydrogen-bonding interactions of the adeninate/adenine tautomer complexes cis-[1]BF(4), cis-[2](BF(4))(2), and trans-[2](BF(4))(2) with 1-cyclohexyluracil in acetonitrile-d(3) were investigated by (1)H NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structure of trans-[Co(ade)(H(2)O)(en)(2)]HPO(4).3H(2)O, which was obtained by a reaction of trans-[Co(ade)(OH)(en)(2)]BF(4) and NaH(2)PO(4), was also determined.  相似文献

Toluene-d(8) solutions of cis- and trans-cyclooctene (cis- and trans-1a) as well as (Z)- and (E)-1-methylcyclooctene (cis- and trans-1b) have been irradiated at temperatures between -95 and +110 degrees C in the presence of benzophenone (BP) to afford mixtures of the cis- and trans-configured oxetanes 2a,b and the regioisomeric 2b'. Correspondingly, benzoquinone (BQ) gave with cis- and trans-1a the cycloadducts cis- and trans-3a. The cis/trans diastereomeric ratios of the [2 + 2]-cycloadducts 2 and 3 display a strong temperature dependence; with cis- and trans-1a or cis-1b as starting materials, the diastereoselectivity of the oxetane formation is high at low temperature, under preservation of the initial cyclooctene configuration. With increasing temperature, the cis diastereoselectivity decreases continuously for the cis-cyclooctenes; in the case of the cis-1a, the diastereoselectivity is even switched to trans (cis/trans ca. 20:80) at very high temperatures. For the strained trans-1a, the trans-oxetanes are strongly preferred over the entire temperature range, with only minor leakage (up to 10%) to the cis-oxetanes at very high temperatures. Oxetane formation is accompanied by nonthermal trans-to-cis isomerization of the cyclooctene. The methyl-substituted trans-1b constitutes an exceptional substrate; it displays cis diastereoselectivity in the [2 + 2] photocycloaddition at low temperatures for both regioisomers 2b and 2b', and the trans selectivity increases at moderate temperature (cis/trans = 4:96), to decrease again at high temperature, especially for the minor regioisomer 2b'. This complex temperature behavior of the cis/trans diastereoselectivity may be rationalized in terms of the triplet-diradical mechanism of the Paternò-Büchi reaction. We propose that the cyclooctene may be competitively attacked by the triplet-excited ketone from the higher (syn) or the less (anti) substituted side; such syn and anti trajectories have hitherto not been considered. To account for the unusual temperature behavior in the diastereoselectivity of the present [2 + 2] photocycloaddition, we suggest that temperature-dependent conformational changes of the resulting triplet preoxetane diradicals compete with their cyclization to the cis/trans-oxetane diastereomers and retro cleavage to the cis-cyclooctene.  相似文献

The corresponding 4-aryl-5-aroyl-2-methylthio-2-imidazolines were obtained by the reaction of complexes of cis- and trans-3-aroylaziridines and boron trifluoride with methyl thiocyanate. It is shown on the basis of spectral data that the aziridine ring is opened regiospecifically at the C(2) atom and stereospecifically with inversion of the configuration.Deceased.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsiklicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 11, pp. 1484–1488, November, 1988.  相似文献

The reactions of Cl atoms with cis- and trans-2-butene have been studied using FTIR and GC analyses. The rate constant of the reaction was measured using the relative rate technique. Rate constants for the cis and trans isomers are indistinguishable over the pressure range 10-900 Torr of N2 or air and agree well with previous measurements at 760 Torr. Product yields for the reaction of cis-2-butene with Cl in N2 at 700 Torr are meso-2,3-dichlorobutane (47%), DL-2,3-dichlorobutane (18%), 3-chloro-1-butene (13%), cis-1-chloro-2-butene (13%), trans-1-chloro-2-butene (2%), and trans-2-butene (8%). The yields of these products depend on the total pressure. For trans-2-butene, the product yields are as follows: meso-2,3-dichlorobutane (48%), dl-2,3-dichlorobutane (17%), 3-chloro-1-butene (12%), cis-1-chloro-2-butene (2%), trans-1-chloro-2-butene (16%), and cis-2-butene (2%). The products are formed via addition, addition-elimination from a chemically activated adduct, and abstraction reactions. These reactions form (1) the stabilized 3-chloro-2-butyl radical, (2) the chemically activated 3-chloro-2-butyl radical, and (3) the methylallyl radical. These radicals subsequently react with Cl2 to form the products via a proposed chemical mechanism, which is discussed herein. This is the first detailed study of stereochemical effects on the products of a gas-phase Cl+olefin reaction. FTIR spectra (0.25 cm(-1) resolution) of meso- and DL-2,3-dichlorobutane are presented. The relative rate technique was used (at 900 Torr and 297 K) to measure: k(Cl + 3-chloro-1-butene) = (2.1 +/- 0.4) x 10(-10), k(Cl + 1-chloro-2-butene) = (2.2 +/- 0.4) x 10(-10), and k(Cl + 2,3-dichlorobutane) = (1.1 +/- 0.2) x 10(-11) cm3 molecule(-1) s(-1).  相似文献

The dichlorocyclodistib(III)azane [ClSb(mu-NtBu)]2 (1) has been shown to exist as the cis isomer in the solid state. A series of bis(1 degree-amino)cyclodistib(III)azanes [R'NHSb(mu-NtBu)]2 (2, R' = tBu; 3, R' = Dipp; 4, R' = Dmp) has been prepared by the reaction of 1 with 2 equiv. of LiNHR'. On the basis of NMR solution spectra, all three derivatives are formed as a mixture of cis and trans isomers. In the case of 3, the structures of both the cis and trans isomers have been determined by X-ray crystallography; cis-3 adopts an endo, endo arrangement for the amido protons of the DippNH groups. Isomerization of trans-3 into cis-3 occurs slowly in solution. Deprotonation of 2 with 2 equiv. of nBuNa or trans-3 with nBuLi produces [Na2Sb2(mu-NtBu)4] (5) and [Li2Sb2(mu-NtBu)2(mu-NDipp)2] (6), whose solvated cubane structures were established by X-ray crystallography. In contrast, the reaction of cis-3 with 2 equiv. of nBuLi produces the tricyclic compound [Li2Sb(mu-NtBu)2(mu-NDipp)(mu-NHDipp)] (7).  相似文献

The reduction of 4-benzoylamino- and 4-carbethoxyamino-3-ketothiophanes proceeds stereospecifically to form only trans-4-benzoylamino- and trans-4-carbethoxyamino-3-hydroxythiophanes, respectively, from which trans-4-amino-3-hydroxythiophane is obtained by alkaline hydrolysis. It was established that acid hydrolysis of trans-4-carbethoxyamino-3-hydroxythiophane leads only to trans-4-amino-3-hydroxythiophane, while acid hydrolysis of trans-4-benzoylamino-3-hydroxythiophane is accompanied by inversion to form cis-4-amino-3-hydroxythiophane. Derivatives of the cis- and trans-isomeric pairs of 4-amino-3-hydroxythiophanes were synthesized.Translated from Khimiya Geterotsilicheskikh Soedinenii, No. 12, pp. 1609–1613, December, 1970.  相似文献
