通过几何光学的方法为双锥孔中子半影成像过程建立了解析计算模型,得到了成像过程中中子吸收路径长度的解析表达式,导出了普适的成像传递函数解析表达式。利用模型数值模拟分析了锥孔加工中的椭圆度误差造成的图像畸变;得到了不同椭圆度偏差下系统传递函数的变化,及其对圆形物成像重建的影响。结果表明,小于0.01的椭圆度偏差对成像重建带来的影响可以忽略。与传统的Monte-Carlo方法相比,解析建模方法在速度上有较大的优势,且能够方便地推广到其他编码成像系统中。 相似文献

Hydrophilic Cu3BiS3 nanoparticles (NPs) have been prepared using the thermal decomposition of precursor complexes in oily‐mixed solvent followed by coating the produced Cu3BiS3 NPs with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP). The resulting Cu3BiS3/PVP NPs remain stable in aqueous solutions over a long period of time, and meanwhile, they show low in vitro cytotoxicity and negligible toxicity to mice in vivo. Cu3BiS3/PVP NPs could operate as an efficient dual‐modal contrast agent to simultaneously enhance X‐ray computed tomography imaging and photothermal imaging of tumor model in vivo. Moreover, highly efficient ablation of cancer cells both in vitro and in vivo has been successfully achieved by combining Cu3BiS3/PVP NPs with near‐infrared (NIR) laser irradiation. All of the positive results in this study highlight that Cu3BiS3/PVP NPs could serve as a promising platform for cancer diagnosis and therapy. 相似文献

We propose a computed tomography (CT) for the incoherent optical system based on a generalized analytic reconstruction method from discrete samples (GARDS), by which an object image defined in a continuous space is reconstructed from discrete images acquired through the imaging system. We apply this method to reconstruct depth structures of micro-specimens using conventional fluorescence microscopes. Also, we discuss the optimal sampling distance in the depth direction through a generalized singular value decomposition of a continuous-to-discrete imaging system. We next apply the GARDS-based CT method to a double-axis microscope, in which two microscopes are set up perpendicularly to cover a missing frequency band of each microscopic imaging system. We show simulation results which verify the effectiveness of our proposed method. 相似文献

of physical parameters of various kinds of fluid fields, such as flame, plasma, etc. In most cases, projection data are often
stained by noises due to environmental disturbance, instrumental inaccuracy, and other random interruptions. To improve the
reconstruction performance of traditional iterative computed tomography algorithms, a self-adaptive pre-filtering approach
was used to denoise before iteration. Firstly, a frequency domain statistic method was taken to evaluate levels of noises
approximately. Then the cut-off frequency of a Butterworth lowpass filter was fixed based on the evaluated noise energy. The
results show traditional iterative algorithms are obviously improved with pre-filtering approach in the case of noisy data

通过一内空的圆柱体模型,对在快中子照相时由样品引起的散射中子强度与样品形状和探测距离之间的关系进行模拟,并用^241Am—Be作中子源对散射中子的影响进行实验验证。结果表明,在快中子照相时,由样品引起的散射中子的强度与探测距离以及样品形状有关。对于同一样品,探测距离增加,散射中子的影响则降低。The relationships between intensities of scattered neutrons by specimens and their shapes and detecting distances have been simulated using a hollow cylinder model, and the results were validated by experiments of fast neutron imaging using ^241Am-Be neutron source. The results showed that the intensities of scattered neutrons are closely related to the detecting distances and sample' s shapes. The influences of scattered neutronns in fast neutron imaging will be reduced while detecting distances increased. 相似文献

We recently proposed and developed a novel transillumination laser computed tomography (CT) imaging system using a fiber-optic method based on coherent detection imaging (CDI) for biomedical use. Use of optical fibers enables portability and robustness against environmental changes in a room, such as variable temperature, air-flow shifts, and unexpected vibrations. In addition, motion-artifact-free images can be obtained because measurements can be performed with the object fixed. In the present paper, we experimentally investigate in detail the fundamental imaging properties of the system, which has a spatial resolution of 500 μm, a dynamic range of approximately 120 dB, and a minimum-detectable-optical power of 10−14W as a result of the excellent properties of the heterodyne detection. Based on experimental observations, the proposed system can reconstruct tomographic images of highly scattering objects in the transillumination mode, similar to X-ray CT, at sub-millimeter spatial resolution and with quantitativeness. Finally, we demonstrate with experiments using a physical phantom that the imaging system possesses high resolution and quantitative imaging abilities for highly scattering objects. 相似文献

Alexander D.Klose将联合差分方法用于光学层析图像重建的梯度计算中,但给出的对光学参量的求导算法有局限,他的算法只能实现对边界点光学参量的导数计算,而无法实现对内部点光学参量导数的计算,会导致图像重建失败。在联合差分算法的基础上,研究了针对内部点光学参量的求导方法,给出了一种基于树形结构的对内部点光学参量求导的策略。具体实现时,为了降低计算复杂度,采用近似梯度计算方法。算法的仿真实验结果表明:该方法可以有效地实现对内部点光学参量的导数计算,提出的近似计算方法可降低梯度计算复杂度,提高运算速度,并可得到良好的图像重建质量。 相似文献

微分相位衬度计算机层析成像法(DPC-CT)是一种新的X射线无损检测方法。与传统方法相比,该方法在检测弱吸收物质时优势明显。但DPC-CT技术需要进行多次扫描后才能获取足够的样品信息,这必将导致很长的辐射时间和巨大的辐射剂量。因此,研究在稀疏角度条件下的DPC-PC重建算法就显得尤为重要。分析了DPCCT的特点,在凸集投影(POCS)的理论框架下,将L1范数、曲波系数约束和经典的代数迭代算法(ART)相结合提出了一种适合DPC-CT的重建算法。数值模拟和实验的结果表明,该方法可以根据少量投影数据获得较好的重建结果。 相似文献
