The structure of the title compound features mononuclear octahedral CoII cations, trans-[Co(H2O)2(MeCN)4]2+, and trinuclear anions, trans-[Co(H2O)2(MeCN)2(CoCl4)2]2–; the latter centrosymmetric units contain a central octahedral Co(H2O)2(MeCN)2 moiety with two tetrahedral [CoCl4]2– ligands. These two large ions are held in a network of intra- and inter-molecular hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

<正> INTRODUCTION. More and more models of active center were suggested with wide study on the MoFe-protain and FeMo-cofactor of nitrogenase. Most of them contain MFe_3S_(3+4) (M=Mo,Fe) cubane-type core, so a great interest has been focused on the Studies of MoFe_4, cubane-type compounds. The type species have been reported by holm et al. The reaction of [Et4N]2WOS3 with three equiv.of CuI and dmpzm in MeCN afforded [WOS3Cu3I(dmpzm)2]·2(MeCN)0.5(1·2(MeCN)0.5) while that of [PPh4]2WS4 with four equiv.of CuI in DMF/MeCN followed by the addition of two equiv.of dmpzm in MeOH gave rise to [WS4Cu4I2(dmpzm)2]·DMF(2·DMF).Both compounds were characterized by elemental analysis,IR,and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.1·2(MeCN)0.5 crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1-with a = 11.4552(5),b = 11.6735(3),c = 16.2278(9) ,α = 99.537(9),β = 101.986(2),γ = 118.464(13)o,V = 1775.5(3)3,Z = 2,μ = 6.080 mm-1,Dc = 1.983 Mg/m3,T = 193(2) K,C24H35Cu3IN9OS3W,Mr = 1063.22,F(000) = 1018,S = 1.060,R = 0.0376 and wR = 0.0870.2·DMF belongs to the orthorhombic system,space group Pmn21 with a = 22.145(4),b = 11.464(2),c = 7.7370(15) ,V = 1964.2(6)3,Z = 2,μ = 6.865 mm-1,Dc = 2.189 Mg/m3,T = 193(2) K,C25H39Cu4I2N9OS4W,Mr = 1301.72,F(000) = 1226,R = 0.0632,wR = 0.1706 and S = 1.130.1·2(MeCN)0.5 consists of one CuI and two [Cu(dmpzm)]+ fragments that are linked by [WOS3]2-species via six Cu-S bonds,forming a nido-like [WS3Cu3] core.2·DMF contains a saddle-shaped [WS4Cu4] core with two iodides coordinated at two Cu centers in a cis position and two dmpzm ligands being chelated at another two Cu centers in a cis position.  相似文献

Density functional theory (DFT) is used to investigate the structural properties of Ni(II) cubane [Ni4(ampdH)4Cl4]·MeCN. The structural features and ground state geometry calculations are computed at the B3LYP/6-31G* (LANL2DZ) level of theory. We shed light on the highest occupied molecular orbital and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital. The absorption spectrum is calculated using time-dependent DFT. The absorption wavelengths are calculated using different functionals, i.e., pw91pw91, B3LYP, BHandHLYP, CAM-B3LYP, LC-BLYP, and M06. The LC-BLYP is in good agreement with the experimental data.  相似文献

Two rare-earth metal coordination compounds, (NH4)4[SmIII2(Httha)2]·16H2O (1) (H6ttha?=?triethylenetetramine-N,N,N,N′′,N′′′,N′′′-hexaacetic acid) and (NH4)4[SmIII2(dtpa)2]·10H2O (2) (H5dtpa?=?diethylenetriamine-N,N,N,N′′,N′′-pentaacetic acid), have been synthesized through reflux and characterized by FT-IR spectroscopy, thermal analysis, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction techniques. SmIII of (NH4)4[SmIII2(Httha)2]·16H2O (1) is nine-coordinate, forming tricapped trigonal prismatic coordination with three amine nitrogens and six oxygens, in which four oxygens are from one ttha and two from the other ttha. (NH4)4[SmIII2(Httha)2]·16H2O (1) crystallizes in the monoclinic crystal system with P2(1)/c space group. The crystal data are: a?=?13.9340(13) Å, b?=?22.890(3) Å, c?=?20.708(2) (14) Å, β?=?99.521(2)°, and V?=?6513.7(13) Å3. There are two –NH+– groups in the [SmIII2(Httha)2]4?. The polymeric (NH4)4[SmIII2(dtpa)2]·10H2O (2) also is nine-coordinate with tricapped trigonal prismatic conformation and crystallizes in the triclinic crystal system with P–1 space group. The cell dimensions are: a?=?9.8240(8) Å, b?=?10.0329(9) Å, c?=?13.0941(11) Å, β?=?77.1640(10)°, and V?=?1227.30(18) Å3. In (NH4)4[SmIII2(dtpa)2]·10H2O, there are two types of ammonium cations, which connect [SmIII2(dtpa)2]4? and lattice water through hydrogen bonds, leading to a 2-D ladder-like layer structure.  相似文献

Strain measurement and quasiequilibrium thermogravimetry were used to study the dissociation processes of two clathrates, [Ni(MePy)4(NCS)2]·(MePy) and [Cu(MePy)4(NCS)2]·2/3(MePy), accompanied by the liberation of MePy into the gaseous phase. In the Ni clathrate dissociation process in the temperature range 298–368 K the liberated MePy was redistributed between the solid clathrate and gaseous phases; the MePy vapour pressure over the clathrate is a function of temperature and the guest contenty, which agrees with the presence in the MePy-[Ni(MePy)4(NCS)2] system of a wide range of -clathrate solutions, [Ni(MePy)4(NCS)2y(MePy). The same methods used to study the Cu clathrate dissociation resulted in conclusions different from those obtained for the dissociation process of the above clathrate: the process is described by the equation [Cu(MePy)4(NCS)2]·2/3(MePy)solid =[Cu(MePy)2(NCS)2]solid+22/3(MePy)gas; the temperature dependence of the Mepy vapour pressure over the solid sample does not depend on its composition, which points to the absence from the system of solid solutions based on the clathrate. Standard changes of the enthalpy, entropy, and isobaric-isothermal reaction potential for the temperature range 292–325 K are equal to 178.6±1.7 kJ (mole of clathrate)–1, 463±5.6 J (mole of clathrate)–1 K–1, and 40.4±2.4 kJ (mole of clathrate)–1, respectively.  相似文献

Abstract  The compound [NH4][(CH3)2NH2]2[Ta(C2O4)4]·2H2O has been synthesized and characterized by elemental and TG/DTA analyses, IR spectroscopy and by the single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. The structure comprises the [Ta(C2O4)4]3− anion, NH4 + and [(CH3)2NH2]+ cations and crystallization water molecules. The Ta atom is octacoordinated by oxygen atoms from four bidentate oxalate groups forming a coordination polyhedron close to the triangular dodecahedron. The charge-assisted hydrogen bonds from both cations connect the [Ta(C2O4)4]3− anions into a three-dimensional framework. Graphical Abstract  The synthesis and properties of [NH4][(CH3)2NH2]2[Ta(C2O4)4]·2H2O, the first structurally characterized compound with the tetra(oxalato)tantalate(V) anion, is reported.   相似文献

The preparation, spectroscopic properties and crystal structure of (bis-imidazole)quinoline-copper(II) dichloride [Cu(Im)2(quin)Cl2] (Im = imidazole, quin = quinoline) and tetraimidazole-copper(II)-dichloride [Cu(Im)4Cl2] are reported. Both cocrystallize on the triclinic system, space group P-1, with cell constants a = 8.095(5) Å, b = 12.141(5) Å, c = 13.847(5) Å, α = 108.816(5)°, β = 104.173(5)°, γ = 94.965(5)° and Z = 2. In the [Cu(Im)2(quin)Cl2] complex the copper(II) ion is coordinated to two imidazole molecules, to one quinoline and two chlorine ions, with the copper(II) ion in a distorted trigonal bipyramidal coordination geometry. In the [Cu(Im)4Cl2] complex, the copper(II) ion has a distorted octahedral coordination geometry. The superoxide dismutase mimetic activity of the complexes was investigated using the indirect xanthine-xanthine oxidase-nitroblue tetrazolium method and compared to that of the native enzyme.  相似文献

以4-氨基苯甲酸和1,10-菲啰啉(phen)与高氯酸铁或硝酸镉反应,得到了两个邻菲啰啉的配合物:[Fe(phen)3]·2Cl O4·2CH2OH(1)和[Cd(phen)2(NO3)2](2)。并利用元素分析、红外光谱和X射线单晶衍射分析进行了表征。晶体结构分析表明,配合物(1)和(2)晶体属单斜晶系,C2/c空间群,其晶胞参数分别为:(1)a=35.708(3),b=15.903(2),c=12.204(1),β=102.504(6),V=6766(1)3,Z=8。(2)a=11.6887(6),b=15.2569(8),c=13.4630(10),β=105.9650(10),V=2310.5(2)3,Z=4。配合物(1)中phen上的氢原子与来自高氯酸根和乙二醇的氧原子形成氢键,并且相邻phen的吡啶环之间形成π~π堆积,从而使整个晶体扩展为三维网状超分子结构;配合物(2)中phen上氢原子与硝酸根的氧原子之间通过氢键使整个晶体扩展为三维网状超分子结构。  相似文献

采用水热法合成了新的配合物[Ni(H2O)6].[Ni2(phen)2(BTC)2(H2O)4].4H2O(phen=邻菲啰啉;BTC=均苯三甲酸),采用X射线单晶衍射结构分析及元素分析、红外光谱等表征,并用TGA检测了该配合物的热稳定性.晶体属于三斜晶系,空间群为P-1,晶胞参数a=0.84038(7)nm,b=0.92048(8)nm,c=1.64793(14)nm,α=97.3850(10)°,β=102.7930(10)°,γ=104.9700(10)°,V=1.17736(17)nm3,F(000)=622,Z=1.标题化合物的不对称结构是由NiO6单元和1个二聚物Ni2N4O12单元组成的,该二聚物单元通过2个邻菲啰啉和2个均苯三甲酸分子构筑了1个八元环.氢键将2个独立的结构单元连接成三维结构.  相似文献

硫氰酸根的结构为N三C-S-,其两端的N原子和S原子分别有一对和三对孤对电子,因此,硫氰酸根可采用多种不同的配位模式与金属离子发生配位.硫氰酸根可作为单齿配体与一个金属离子配位,形成M-SCN或M-NCS的单核配合物,也可以作为桥联配体同时与两个、三个甚至四个金属离子配位形成多核配合物[1-3];另一方面,硫氰酸根是一个具有一定共轭性的偶极子,可传递磁相作用.因此,选择硫氰酸根作为桥联配体,将多个顺磁金属离子桥联形成一维、二维或三维结构的多核金属配合物分子,并研究它们的磁性已成为分子磁学的一个研究领域[4-6].本文仅报道标题配合物的合成与晶体结构.  相似文献

Crystal structures of [Co(MH)2(Thio)2][BF4] · H2O (I) and [Co(DH)2(NH3)2][BF4] (II), where MH is H3C–C(NOH)–C(NO)–H and DH is H3C–C(NOH)–C(NO)–CH3, were determined by X-ray diffraction. The crystals are monoclinic, space group C2/c, unit cell parameters (for I and II, respectively): a = 22.018(2) Å, b = 7.943(1) Å, c = 11.681(1) Å, = 92.68(1)° and a = 21.436(2) Å, b = 6.400(2) Å, c = 12.389(2) Å, = 113.13(1)°. In both cases, the Co(III) coordination polyhedron is a centrosymmetrical trans-octahedron, N4S2 for I and N6 for II. In the crystals of I and II, the complex cations and the outer-sphere [BF4] anions (and the crystal water molecules in I) form elaborate hydrogen bonding system.  相似文献

The title compound [Cu_2(μ_2-dppm)_2(MeCN)_2(μ_2-MeCN)](ClO_4)_2·MeCN (dppm = bis(diphenylphosphino)methane) has been prepared and characterized. It crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P2_1/n, with a = 11.904(6), b = 20.755(11), c = 24.744(13) (A),β = 98.226(12)°, C_(58)H_(56)Cl_2Cu_2N_4O_8P_4,M_r= 1258.93, V=6051(5) (A)~3, Z = 4,D_c= 1.382 g/cm~3,μ = 9.52 mm~(-1), F(000) = 2592, R = 0.0533 and wR = 0.1295 for 6175 observed reflections with I > 2σ(I). Each Cu(I) center is tetrahedrally coordinated by two phosphine atoms from two bridging dppm ligands, one nitrogen atom from a terminally coordinated acetonitrile molecule, and another nitrogen atom from a μ_2-acetonitrile molecule. The two Cu(I) centers are bridged by two dppm ligands as well as a unique acetonitrile molecule. The full molecule exhibits a 'chair-like' configuration. This dinuclear complex exhibits intense or middle photoluminescence at room temperature in the solid state or actonitrile solution at 486 nm.  相似文献
