The effect of ausforming temperature and strain on the bainitic transformation kinetics was investigated in a low carbon boron steel. A new mechanism, which is based on the competition between the increase in nucleation rate and the decrease in average volume of bainite sheaf after deformation, is proposed. The increase in nucleation rate is due to the decrease in boron concentration at the grain boundaries after small deformation and the formation of sub-grain boundaries at the grain interior after large deformation. The decrease in average volume of bainite sheaf is ascribed to the frequent impingement of bainite sub-units after deformation. The increase in nucleation rate after deformation results in the decrease in incubation time, which is confirmed from the experiment. The increase in nucleation rate overcomes the decrease in average volume of bainite sheaf, resulting in the increase in transformation velocity and volume fraction after small deformation. On the contrary, the decrease in the average volume of bainite sheaf overcomes the increase in nucleation rate after large deformation, leading to the decrease in transformation velocity and volume fraction of bainite.  相似文献

Since the demonstration of optical gain in silicon nanocrystals, in the last few years several papers appeared in the literature reporting gain measurements in silicon nanocrystals embedded in a silica matrix produced by different techniques. However, it is still unclear which are the structural, physical and chemical factors that contribute to enhance photoluminescence and gain in this type of samples. In particular, the presence and the role of nitrogen in the SiO2 matrix are in fact supposed to be essential factors in understanding the gain mechanism.In fact it is possible to obtain similar samples with very different nitrogen content in the silica matrix changing one of the precursor gases used in the deposition process, thus evidencing the structural and chemical differences introduced by the presence of nitrogen. In this paper SIMS and XPS analysis of two series of similar samples, but with a very different nitrogen content, will be presented and compared. The data collected at different annealing temperatures, together with ellipsometric measurements, give important information on the role played by the nitrogen present in the matrix in the process of silicon nanocrystal formation. Moreover, we demonstrate that the annealing process causes always some oxidation of the sample surface and that nitrogen is incorporated in the material from the annealing atmosphere in nitrogen free samples.  相似文献

探讨微量元素与糖尿病间的关联性及临床意义。采用ICP-AES等离子体发射光谱仪测定了楚雄地区糖尿病患者人发中11种元素,采用2,3-二氨基萘荧光法测定发样中的硒元素。选取糖尿病患者120例,对照组35例。糖尿病组发样中常量元素Ca、Mg低于对照组,P高于对照组;除Cd、Cr、Fe外,微量元素Zn、Se、Ni、Mn、Cu等5种元素低于对照组,并有显著差异(P0.01)。糖尿病组间性别比较数据显示男性除发Ni、Mn、P外,其余元素含量均低于女性,其中发锌远低于女性。3个不同年龄段糖尿病人群的微量元素含量变化显示Fe、P2种元素随年龄增加含量增高;Mg、Cd2种元素随年龄增加含量减少;其余各元素变化情况为Fe、P元素在老年组中较高,Cu、Cd、Mg较低;Mn、Cr、Cu元素含量在中年组中较高,而Zn、Se略低;Zn、Se在青年组较高,而Mn、Cr低。城市人群发中Zn、Cd、Cu、Mg、Ca含量比农村人群高;Se元素含量二者间差别也不大,其余元素含量均低于农村人群。楚雄地区糖尿病患者发中Zn、Se、Mg、Mn4种元素水平低,楚雄地区糖尿病患者致病原因可能与地区属低Se水平和患者体内硒水平低有关。  相似文献

Analysis of dynamic features of pedestrian flows is one of the most exciting topics in pedestrian dynamics. This paper focuses on the effect of homogeneity and heterogeneity in three parameters of the social force model, namely desired velocity, reaction time, and body size, on the moving dynamics of bidirectional pedestrian flows in the corridors. The speed and its deviation in free flows are investigated. Simulation results show that the homogeneous higher desired speed which is less than a critical threshold, shorter reaction time or smaller body size results in higher speed of flows. The free dynamics is more sensitive to the heterogeneity in desired speed than that in reaction time or in body size. In particular, an inner lane formation is observed in normal lanes. Furthermore, the breakdown probability and the start time of breakdown are focused on. This study reveals that the sizes of homogeneous desired speed, reaction time or body size play more important roles in affecting the breakdown than the heterogeneities in these three parameters do.  相似文献

The absorption, fluorescence, fluorescence quantum yield, and photostability of five BODIPY dyes are characterized and compared as single dyes in two environments, in 40-nm polystyrene spheres and in solution. The absorption and fluorescence spectra of the dyes in spheres are similar in profile but shifted to lower energies compared to those in solution. All the dyes are highly fluorescent, with three having fluorescence quantum yields of 1.0. For three of the five dyes, the yields were the same in spheres as in solution (1.00, 1.00, and 0.73). The high concentration of these dyes in spheres does not quench their fluorescence. For two other dyes the yields dropped, from 1.00 to 0.55 in one case and 0.83 to 0.50 in another, comparing the dyes in solution versus in spheres. The photodegradation of the dyes decreases in spheres compared to in solution in all but one case. For one dye, it decreases as much as 800-fold. Dyes overlooked because of low fluorescence or stability in solution could become useful fluorescent materials in the microsphere environment.  相似文献

A new methodology is proposed in order to perform direct Raman measurements in sediments with high content in clay and organic matter with a reduced pre‐treatment. Following this method, different compounds were found within the samples, some of them were assigned as natural compounds (clay, iron oxide, pyrite, aragonite, calcite, silicates and quartz) and the others were included in the group that comes from the human activity (titanium oxide, phthalocyanine blue, phthalocyanine green, gypsum, calcium arsenate, lead oxide, zinc oxide, sodium sulfide and iron hydroxioxide). The study of the presence of these polluting agents and their differentiation from the compounds that belong to the sediments as natural compounds is fundamental in order to understand the mobility/retention processes of the pollutants, and thus, their bioavailability. Also the speciation studies of solid phase downstream a wastewater treatment plant can be the basis to diagnose the adequate functioning of the facility. This work shows the applicability of Raman spectroscopy to perform speciation studies in the solid phases of natural and anthropogenic compounds present in river and estuarine sediments with appreciable content in clay and organic matter. The differentiation between natural and anthropogenic compounds is of fundamental interest because the potential toxicity of a metal (i.e. arsenic) in a natural compound (i.e. arsenopyrite) is not the same as in a newly formed synthetic compound in the river system due to an anthropogenic input (i.e. calcium arsenate). This illustrates the importance of the analysis of solid phases present in sediments because most of the polluting agents can be found in a different molecular configuration than the natural one. 近年来,随着世界经济的快速发展,大量有害物质排放到环境中,全球环境问题日益严重。光谱检测分析技术由于其快速、便捷、可实现实时现场原位分析检测的特点,已经广泛的应用于水质、大气和土壤环境的检测分析。环境系统是一个开放复杂的体系,容易受到很多因素的影响,常规一维光谱技术难以从复杂的环境体系中提取感兴趣组分的特征信息。二维相关谱技术表征的是随特定外扰变化的信息,不仅能提取复杂环境中微弱的、被覆盖的特征光谱信息,而且还可以提供这些特征信息之间的关系。在综述二维相关谱技术近些年新发展的基础上,详细介绍了该技术在水、土壤和空气环境分析中的应用,其中包括水中农药残留、水中有机污染物定性定量分析、海洋黏液物质和海洋泡沫的形成机理;土壤中有机污染物定量分析、土壤污染物修复吸附机理;大气中气溶胶形成机理,污染气体定性定量分析。最后,详细介绍了二维相关谱在环境中有机质分子特性及与其他金属离子相互作用机理研究中的应用,指出二维相关谱在环境科学领域研究中具有广阔的应用前景。  相似文献

应用显微红外光谱技术,对江西乐平晚二叠世煤矿B3煤层煤样在不同热模拟温度下的结构组成变化特征及规律进行了研究,结合镜下显微组分的观察和统计结果,剖析了乐平晚二叠B3煤层煤的生烃机理,对该区煤成烃资源进行了初步评价。研究表明:煤化学结构主要由杂原子基团、脂族结构和芳香结构三部分组成,其活化能依次增加;煤成烃过程,是一种随着热演化程度的加深, 脂族侧链不断脱落,芳香结构不断缩聚,含氧基团逐渐断裂的过程;该煤层中含有的B型基质镜质体和树皮体都是很好的生烃显微组分,是该树皮煤生烃潜力巨大的主要原因。此特点对在华南地区寻找与富含“树皮体”煤系地层有关的油气资源并使“煤变油”产业化具有重要的意义。  相似文献

Summary The purpose of this study was to investigate the sex particularities in human cardiovascular responses to different external influences using the traditional physiological approach and non-traditional methods of dynamical systems theory. Measurements were taken in 21 healthy women and 15 men exposed to noise stress, passive coping, and in 35 women and 25 men exposed to double mental arithmetic stress, active coping. Results showed that, firstly, cardiovascular reactivity in men and women was determined by the type of stress. Thus, in a majority of humans heart rate did not change during noise but increased during mental stress, blood pressure decreased during noise but increased during mental stress. Secondly, results demonstrated the significant sex differences in the basal and stress cardiovascular activity. So, the women showing the greater basal and stress heart rate displayed the hypotensive responses to passive coping more often and the hypertensive responses to active coping less often than men. Thirdly, the changes in normalized entropy of the electrocardiogram signal, reflecting the changes in heart physiological variability, also depended on the sex of subjects and the nature of stress. During noise normalized entropy increased in a majority of women but decreased in a majority of men. Mental stress caused both decreases and increases in normalized entropy in men and women. But the increases in normalized entropy during stress and especially during recovery were greater in women than in men. Normalized entropy was demonstrated to be a more sensitive marker of sex and individual differences in cardiovascular responses to stress than heart rate and blood pressure. Results suggest that the lower blood pressure reactions and the greater increases in normalized entropy,i.e. in physiological heart variability, may partly result in higher cardiovascular stress resistance in women relative to men. 微波消解-ICP-AES测定鄱阳湖流域沉积物中微量元素   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
为了研究鄱阳湖沉积物中微量元素近几年来随季节、年度及沿程的变化情况,对2003年和2005年不同季节采集的鄱阳湖流域各采样点底泥进行了ICP-AES测定.结果表明,鄱阳湖沉积物中各元素的含量随着季节和年度变化而发生一定改变,枯水期普遍大于丰水期;南矶山2005年Cu和Pb含量较2003年有所降低;蔡家湾则与南矶山相反;姚公渡2005年Cu含量也较2003年低,Pb含量则高于2003年;与鄱阳湖流域底泥背景值相比,所测几个样点的Cu,Pb,Cr和Zn含量均在一定程度上超标;除大坞河外,其余各样点As含量均在背景值范围内;从饶河到鄱阳湖入湖口处,各元素含量呈逐渐降低趋势.文章提出的研究方法操作简便,效率高,劳动强度低.  相似文献

By combining Gibbs Ensemble Monte Carlo simulations and density functional theory, we investigate the influence of confinement in a slit-shaped carbon pore on the solubility of a supercritical solute gas in a liquid solvent. In the cases studied here, competing adsorption of the solvent and solute determines whether the solubility is enhanced or suppressed for larger pores. We find that the solubility in the confined system is strongly dependent on pore width, and that molecular packing effects are important for small pore widths. In addition, the solubility decreases on increase in the temperature, as for the bulk mixture, but the rate of decrease is greater in the pore due to a decrease in the partial molar enthalpy of the solute in the pore; this effect becomes greater as pore width is decreased. The solubility is increased on increasing the bulk pressure of the gas in equilibrium with the pore, and obeys Henry's law at lower pressures. However, the Henry constant differs significantly from that for the bulk mixture, and the range of pressure over which Henry's law applies is reduced relative to that for the bulk mixture. The latter observation indicates that solute–solute interactions become more important in the pore than for the bulk at a given bulk pressure. Finally, we note that different authors use different definitions of the solubility in pores, leading to some confusion over the reported phenomenon of ‘oversolubility’. We recommend that solubility be defined as the overall mole fraction of solute in the pores, since it takes into account the increase in density of the solvent in the pores, and avoids ambiguity in the definition of the pore volume.  相似文献

In this work, we present the investigation of the formation features and internal structure of dust clouds created in plasma of glow discharge in the external magnetic field corresponding to a range of moderate and strong fields, at which the ion component is magnetized. The analysis of the plasma magnetization in the presence of dust components is carried out. We defined the values of magnetic induction at which the changes in dynamics of plasma particles in magnetic field in light inert gases are expected. The experimental setup was built in two versions. For the purpose of generating of magnetic field, the first setup was equipped with ordinary magnetic coils, and the second one included a superconducting solenoid. The discharge tubes, the main chambers where plasma was ignited and maintained in a glow discharge in lowered pressure, also have certain peculiarities, which we describe below. While using helium as a bulk gas, our study focused only on the dust trap in the region of narrowing discharge current. For neon, we used two traps: the striation trap and one just mentioned above placed in the narrowing of the discharge tube. As a result, the steady dust structures in a glow discharge under the magnetization of ions and electrons were obtained for the first time. Dust structures were rotated and tended to form a dust cluster and shell structure. A number of parameters of magnetization achieved in experiments were calculated.  相似文献

The paper reviews the radiation damage phenomena in metals after light element irradiation, in particular helium. The irradiation-induced defects, the microstructural damages associated, and the changes in mechanical properties induced are discussed in terms of the homologous temperature and the CTR-parameter combining the amount of atoms injected and the amount of damage created. Particular attention is paid to the atomistic approach to describing small-size effects. Large-size effects, currently treated in a phenomenological manner, are discussed in the last section and the phenomena of gas re-emission, gas bubbles in the bulk and surface bubbles are considered in some detail.  相似文献

应用原子吸收光谱法测定了两份耐盐性不同的野生披碱草种质材料在不同盐浓度胁迫条件下根组织和叶组织中的大量元素(Na,K,Ca,Mg)和微量元素(Cu,Fe,Mn,Zn)含量,并对野生披碱草种质材料矿质元素吸收和积累的选择性与耐盐性的关系进行了分析,结果表明:随着盐胁迫浓度的升高,野生披碱草种质材料叶和根组织中Na含量不断增加,耐盐材料HS叶组织中的Na含量显著低于敏盐材料LS(P<0.05);而K和Ca含量呈下降的趋势,在高浓度盐胁迫下,耐盐材料HS中两种元素的含量显著高于敏盐材料LS(P<0.05);微量元素Fe和Zn在野生披碱草材料根、叶组织中的含量升高,Cu在根组织中的含量没有变化,但是在叶组织中升高,而Mn在根、叶组织中的含量都呈下降的趋势,耐盐材料HS叶组织和根组织中Zn和Fe含量低于敏盐材料LS,Mn含量显著高于敏盐材料LS(P<0.05)。  相似文献

The microstructural and ultrastructural changes of germ cells during spermatogenesis of zebrafish (Danio rerio) were examined using light microscopy (LM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). Generally the process of spermatogenesis in zebrafish is similar to that of other teleosts, however, here we describe some peculiar features of zebrafish spermatogenic cells which have a limited report in this species. (1) The basic events of spermiogenesis are asynchronous, location of flagellum finished in initial stage, while chromatin condensation sharply occurred in intermediate stage and elimination of excess cytoplasm mainly taken place in final stages. (2) Surprisingly, the cilia or initial flagellae are created in spermatocytes, approach toward the nucleus of early stage spermatids, and then the centrioles depress into nuclear fossa and change their orientation to each other from right angle to obtuse angle about 125°. (3) During spermatogenesis, the chromatin compaction performs in a distinctive pattern, condensed heterogeneously from granular into chromatin clumps with central electron-lucent areas, round or long, which diminished to small nuclear vacuoles in spermatozoa. This finding demonstrates the origin of nuclear vacuoles in zebrafish spermatozoa for the first time. (4) Nuages are observed in both spermatogonia and spermatocytes. They are connected with the mitochondria and nuclear membrane, and are even located in the perinuclear spaces of spermatogonia nuclei. (5) Mitochondrial morphology and distribution shows diversity in different germ cells. The condensed mitochondria appear in pachytene spermatocytes, and mitochondria including membrane conglomerate exist in both spermatocytes and spermatids. This study was undertaken in order to disclose specific spermatogenic cells features in zebrafish that could be helpful for understanding the correlative function in this model species.  相似文献

收集了21种中国茶叶和五种日本茶叶,经过微波或湿法消解后,采用原子荧光光谱法(AFS)测定了As, Se, Hg和Bi四种元素的含量,并用植物标准参考物质评价了分析方法的准确度。另外,还探讨了As, Se, Hg和Bi在幼龄茶树不同部 位的含量分布特征。研究结果表明:微波消解对于获得较为准确的茶叶中Hg含量分析结果必不可少;与日本茶叶相比,中国茶叶中As, Se, Hg和Bi元素含量显著偏高,但君山银针中Bi含量最低;As, Se和Hg主要积累于幼龄茶树的树皮、根 系、老叶等部位,而Bi在幼龄茶树根系、去皮树干中含量则低于AFS检测限。从本次研究结果可以初步断定,茶树并非是一种Se积累植物,中国茶叶中人体必需微量元素Se主要来源于大气气溶胶的干、湿沉降。  相似文献

南秦岭造山带旬阳盆地吕河地区发育有泥盆系硅质岩剖面,该剖面中的硅质岩以谱学特征为基础的微区特征清晰的记录了硅质岩的形成及后期演变信息。以南秦岭造山带旬阳盆地吕河硅质岩样品为对象,借助XRF、拉曼光谱、红外光谱和X射线粉晶衍射分析结果表明:该硅质岩内矿物主要为低温石英并包含极少量的碳酸盐矿物。XRD分析结果进一步证实该碳酸盐矿物为白云石。在吕河硅质岩内,SiO2结构463 cm-1附近拉曼特征峰经高斯拟合后的峰面积和FWHM值证实发生了低温石英的重结晶作用,该过程中伴随了流体作用引发的有序度变化和石英颗粒的自身有序度变化。在重结晶过程中,石英颗粒的自身重结晶伴随了有序度随时间推移而逐渐增高。流体作用对硅质岩的改造表现为硅质岩内碳酸盐脉体的穿插,该过程还导致低温石英有序度提升,其中越靠近矿物边缘处的SiO2结构有序度越高。造山带演化过程对硅质岩进行的改造主要体现在两个方面:一方面,构造应力破坏了岩石的连续性并为后期热液流体的运移穿插提供了空间;另一方面,后期流体作用的参与促进了石英颗粒重结晶的进程。红外光谱可以系统的识别硅质岩内矿物的结构类型,拉曼光谱分析可以揭示原位(in situ)微组构特征,XRD在硅质岩内微量杂质矿物的识别优势明显,这些谱学手段为研究硅质岩的成岩演化提供了重要示范。  相似文献

林地余火阴燃特性具有隐蔽性强、持续时间长、目测难度大、且具有死灰复燃等特点,从而一直困扰森林火灾的彻底扑灭。为了及时、高效地发现林地余火阴燃点,探索林地余火死灰复燃的特征及规律,在南京森林警察学院点烧基地里进行测试实验,以无人机搭载热红外成像系统、气象采集系统等为工具,把火源点设置在杨树林内,人为干预进行点烧、熄灭、复燃等重复实验,实验包括白天和夜晚两个时间段,用安装于无人机上的红外热成像仪对火源进行观测。实验表明:林地余火死灰复燃的温度在500~600℃,离散程度较大;林地余火死灰复燃在白天的时间普遍短于夜晚时间,表明外界温度越高,越会促进林地余火死灰复燃的速率;在森林中,不同地点、不同时间段的森林背景温度标准差比较稳定,主要处于1~9 之间;林地余火红外图像的温度数据的标准差值分布在30~85之间;红外图像的温度数据的标准差值分布在55~85 之间,则可定为死灰复燃可疑阶段。该方法量化了死灰复燃的火环境及温度参数阈值,明确林地余火阴燃点引燃特征值。该研究成果将推动森林防火技术的发展,为安全扑火提供重要的方法和资料。  相似文献

Based on Partition Function and Multifractal Spectrum Analysis, we investigated the nonlinear dynamical mechanisms in China’s agricultural futures markets, namely, Dalian Commodity Exchange (DCE for short) and Zhengzhou Commodity Exchange (ZCE for short), where nearly all agricultural futures contracts are traded in the two markets. Firstly, we found nontrivial multifractal spectra, which are the empirical evidence of the existence of multifractal features, in 4 representative futures markets in China, that is, Hard Winter wheat (HW for short) and Strong Gluten wheat (SG for short) futures markets from ZCE and Soy Meal (SM for short) futures and Soy Bean No.1 (SB for short) futures markets from DCE. Secondly, by shuffling the original time series, we destroyed the underlying nonlinear temporal correlation; thus, we identified that long-range correlation mechanism constitutes major contributions in the formation in the multifractals of the markets. Thirdly, by tracking the evolution of left- and right-half spectra, we found that there exist critical points, between which there are different behaviors, in the left-half spectra for large price fluctuations; but for the right-hand spectra for small price fluctuations, the width of those increases slowly as the delay t increases in the long run. Finally, the dynamics of large fluctuations is significantly different from that of the small ones, which implies that there exist different underlying mechanisms in the formation of multifractality in the markets. Our main contributions focus on that we not only provided empirical evidence of the existence of multifractal features in China agricultural commodity futures markets; but also we pioneered in investigating the sources of the multifractality in China’s agricultural futures markets in current literature; furthermore, we investigated the nonlinear dynamical mechanisms based on spectrum analysis, which offers us insights into the underlying dynamical mechanisms in China’s agricultural futures markets.  相似文献

通过计算机编程建立钢奥氏体相中Σ5〈001〉/(210)大角晶界模型,用实空间的递推方法计 算碳、氮及微合金元素在完整晶体及晶界区引起的环境敏感镶嵌能,进而讨论碳、氮及微合 金元素在晶界区的偏聚及交互作用.计算结果表明,轻杂质C,N易偏聚于晶界区,且形成气 团;微合金元素在完整的奥氏体中趋于均匀分布,Ti,V,Nb易占位于晶界三角棱柱的顶部( 压缩区),且其加入量足够大时,它们能够在晶界区形成气团;微合金元素能够偏聚于C,N 掺杂的大角晶界区,当温度下降使得C,N及微合金元素的浓度超过其最大固溶度时,在钢的 奥氏体晶界区将有C,N化合物脱溶,这些化合物既可成为奥氏体再结晶的异质晶核,又可以 阻碍奥氏体晶粒长大,故可起到细化晶粒作用.在微合金元素中Nb的细化效果最好. 关键词: 电子结构 晶界偏聚 超细化  相似文献
