The title compound, (E)-2,2,2-trifluoro-N-[2-(2-nitrovinyl)phenyl]acetamide, was synthesized and characterized by 1H and 13C NMR and HRMS spectroscopy. Its molecular configuration was investigated by X-ray crystallography. The crystal structure analysis revealed that the structure exhibits intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the type N–H…O and intermolecular hydrogen bonds of the type N–H…F, and molecules are linked by weak C–H…O contacts. Furthermore, the two oxygen atoms of nitro group are disordered over two positions, respectively, with site occupancy factors of 0.8:0.2 and 0.6:0.4. Three fluorine atoms are also disordered over two positions, respectively, one fluorine atom with site occupancy factors of 0.6:0.4 and the other two fluorine atoms with site occupancy factors of 0.5:0.5. 相似文献

4-(E)-2-[3-(3-[(E)-2-(4-Cyanophenyl)-1-diazenyl]perhydrobenzo[d]imidazol-1-ylmethyl) perhydrobenzo[d]imidazol-1-yl]-1-diazenylbenzonitrile (1) has been synthesized by reac- tion of p-cyanobenzene diazonium chloride with a mixture of formaldehyde and trans-1,2-cyclohexanediamine. The crystal structure has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The bis-triazene (1) does not adopt a folded conformation, unlike previously studied ethylenediamine analogues, and there is no indication of -stacking in the crystal packing. The dominant interaction between molecules is the van der Waal's attraction between cyclohexane rings. This result establishes the structure of the product of this diazonium coupling reaction as the 1-(1-imidazolidinylmethyl)imidazolidine derivative and not the alternate tetraazabicyclo[4.4.1]undecane derivative. Two oxazolines compound 1a and 1b, 2-[4(S)-4,5-dihydro-4-phenyl-2-ozazolinyl-benzenamine, and (C15H14N2O), 2-[4(S)-4,5-dihydro-4-benzyl-2-ozazolinyl-benzenamine (C16H16N2O) were obtained in moderate yield from the reactions of 2-aminobenzonitrile with optically active L-(+)-Phenylglycinol and L-(+)-Phenylalaninol, respectively, in chlorobenzene under dry, anaerobic conditions. ZnCl2 was dried under vacuum and acted as a Lewis acid catalyst in this reaction. The structures of 1a and 1b were determined by
X-ray diffraction and NMR. There exist intra- and intermolecular N-H…N hydrogen bonds in the crystal structure. 相似文献

Some crystals of [Nd(H2O)2]2(C2O4)3 were synthesized hydrothermally by heating at 200°C for 8 days an aqueous suspension of neodymium oxalate decahydrate in presence of terephthallic acid and guanidinium carbonate. They crystallize in the orthorhombic system, space group P212121, with a = 8.6702(7) Å, b = 9.558(2) Å, and c = 17.009(2) Å. The structure of this complex is built up by two independent neodymium atoms, three bischelating oxalate ligands, and four water molecules forming a rectangle building unit of 6-membered ring, [Ln(H2O)2(C2O4)]6. The packing of these units leads to a layer parallel to the plane (001). However, the neodymium atoms of two neighbor layers share an edge of oxalato oxygen atoms thus giving a double-layer. The three dimensionality between these double-layers is insured by hydrogen bonds of water molecules which are bound to the neodymium atoms. There is no zeolitic water molecule. The two neodymium atoms are nine-coordinated. In both cases, the coordination polyhedron can be described as a distorted tricapped trigonal prism. 相似文献

Methyl 4-((E)-2-{3-[(3-{(E)-2-[4-(methoxycarbonyl)phenyl]-1-diazenyl}-5, 5-dimethyl hexahydro-1-pyrimidinyl)methyl]-5, 5- dimethylhexahydro-1- pyrimidinyl}-1- diazenyl) benzoate (1) has been synthesized by reaction of a mixture of formaldehyde and 2,2-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine with p-methoxycarbonylbenzenediazonium chloride. The crystal structure of 1 has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. The crystals of 1 displayed problems of disorder; the asymmetric unit is built up by two independent molecules, which display disorder within a methoxycarbonyl group. The two independent molecules in the asymmetric unit are very similar, differing only slightly about the mutual orientation of the aryltriazenyl groups. With respect to the N–C–N bridge between the hexahydropyrimidinyl rings, the two equivalent fragments containing the triazene moieties are in a cis orientation. The N–N single bonds, in the range 1.319(4)–1.348(4) Å, and the N=N double bonds, in the range 1.255(5)–1.275(4) Å, indicate significant conjugations within the triazene moieties. All the hexahydropyrimidine six-membered rings adopt a chair conformation as shown by their puckering parameters. The crystal packing is determined only by simple van der Waals interactions. The crystal structure of 1 is compared with the previously reported structure of the unbranched hexahydropyrimidine analogue 2. A theoretical phase diagram of [N(CD3)4]2ZnCl4 crystal is constructed in the plane of two thermodynamic-potential coefficients. The orientation of the temperature (T) and pressure (P) axes is chosen in the diagram. The first diagram is used as a basis to construct the second theoretical T-P phase diagram, expanded to the region of weak negative pressures for nondeuterated [N(CH3)4]2ZnCl4 crystal. It is suggested that this region can be observed for deuterated [N(CD3)4]2ZnCl4 crystal. 相似文献

Crystals of the title compound, C21H25N5O, are monoclinic: space groupP21/c,a = 12·680,b = 11·844,c = 13·550 Å, = 104·13 °,Z = 4. The structure was determined with CuK diffractometer data by direct methods and was refined by full-matrix least-squares methods toR = 0·076 for 2340 observed reflexions. All non-methyl hydrogen atom positions were determined. The hydrogen atom which is bonded to the ring nitrogen atom forms an intramolecular hydrogen bond with the carbonyl oxygen atom. Neither the six-membered homocyclic ring nor the six-membered heterocyclic ring is exactly planar. The molecular geometry and the detailed bond distances suggest that electron delocalization into the side chains is stabilized by the intramolecular hydrogen bond. This molecular structure determination has aided in the formulation of a reaction path for the 21 addition of cyano ynamine to phenylisocyanate. We thank Dr. M. E. Kuehne for suggesting the problem and for crystals, the National Research Council of Canada for financial support, and the University of British Columbia Computing Centre for assistance. 相似文献

1-[2-(p-Tolyl)-1-diazenyl]-3-({3-[2-(p-tolyl)-1-diazenyl]perhydrobenzo[d]imidazol-1-yl}methyl)perhydrobenzo[d]imidazole(1) has been synthesized by reactionof a mixture of 1,2-diaminocyclohexane and formaldehyde withp-toluene diazonium chloride inaqueous solution. The product has been characterized by IR and NMRspectroscopy and elemental analysis. A crystal grown from solution ina mixed solvent system of ethyl acetate and hexanes was analyzed byX-ray crystallography. The solution of the crystal structure of(1) is important in establishing theconnectivity of this molecule and other compounds of similarstructure. The crystal structure of (1) is compared with the previously reportedstructure of the p-cyano analogue(2). Compounds (1) and (2)differ principally in the relative orientation of the heterocyclicrings; in (1), the molecule has adistinct V-shape, whereas compound (2) adopts a more extended conformation.Significant conjugation within the triazene moieties is evident inboth (1) and (2), as manifested in the N465=N andN–N bond lengths. The conjugation is greater in (2) due to the extended conjugation through tothe nitrile group. Abstract The crystal structure of the title compound, C64H70N4O4, has been determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction methods. The title compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space
group P2(1)/c with cell dimensions a = 13.8946(3) ?, b = 16.1069(3) ?, c = 12.1974(2) ?, β = 93.4050(10)°, Z = 2. The porphyrin core to be composed of four pyrrole rings linked through methane carbon bridges. Each molecule lies across
a crystallographic inversion center. The porphyrin core is planar, which facilitates π-electron delocalization. The inner
nitrogen H atoms are found localized on opposite pyrrole rings and these rings differ structurally from the other two pyrrole
rings. The imino H atoms form bifurcated intramolecular hydrogen bonds with the adjacent unprotonated N atoms due to the contract
porphyrin core.
