The first catalyst for the alkoxycarbonylation of gem‐difluoroalkenes is described. This novel catalytic transformation proceeds in the presence of Pd(acac)2/1,2‐bis((di‐tert‐butylphosphan‐yl)methyl)benzene (btbpx) ( L4 ) and allows for an efficient and straightforward access to a range of difluoromethylated esters in high yields and regioselectivities. The synthetic utility of the protocol is showcased in the practical synthesis of a Cyclandelate analogue using this methodology as the key step.  相似文献

An efficient approach for organoselenium‐catalyzed regioselective C−H pyridination of 1,3‐dienes to form pyridinium salts has been developed. This method was also successfully applied to direct C−H pyridination of alkenes. Fluoropyridinium reagents, or initially loaded pyridine derivatives, acted as pyridine sources in the pyridination reactions. The obtained pyridinium salts could be further converted under different conditions. This work is the first example of catalytic C‐2 direct C−H functionalization of 1,3‐dienes and the first case of organoselenium‐catalyzed C−H pyridination.  相似文献

A silver‐catalyzed intermolecular aminosulfonylation of terminal alkynes with sodium sulfinates and TMSN3 is reported. This three‐component reaction proceeds through sequential hydroazidation of the terminal alkyne and addition of a sulfonyl radical to the resultant vinyl azide. The method enables the stereoselective synthesis of a wide range of β‐sulfonyl enamines without electron‐withdrawing groups on the nitrogen atom. These enamines are found to be suitable for a variety of further transformations.  相似文献

A new class of palladium catalysts, based on heterocyclic diphosphines, was rationally designed and synthesized. Application of one of these catalysts allows novel Markovnikov‐selective carbonylation of non‐activated alkynes with heteroarenes to give the corresponding branched α,β‐unsaturated ketones in excellent yields (up to 97 %) and regioselectivities (b/l up to 99:1). In addition to heteroarenes, other common nucloephiles (alcohol, phenol, amine, and amide) furnish the desired carbonylation products smoothly in high yields.  相似文献

The first asymmetric synthesis of important α,α‐disubstituted N‐alkyl allyl amine scaffolds through allylic substitution is reported. This approach is based on palladium catalysis and features ample scope with respect to both the allylic precursor and amine reagent, and high asymmetric induction with enantiomeric ratios (e.r.) up to 98.5:1.5. The use of less‐reactive anilines is also feasible, providing enantioenriched α,α‐disubstituted N‐aryl allylic amines.  相似文献
