Insights into chiral induction for an asymmetric sulfoxidation reaction involving a single oxygen atom transfer are gained through analyzing the stereocontrolling transition states. The fitting of the substrate into the chiral cavity of a new class of imidodiphosphoric Brønsted acids, as well as weak C H⋅⋅⋅π and C H⋅⋅⋅O noncovalent interactions, are identified as responsible for the observed chiral induction. 相似文献

Electrochemical sensors are essential for point‐of‐care testing (POCT) and wearable sensing devices. Establishing an efficient electron transfer route between redox enzymes and electrodes is key for converting enzyme‐catalyzed reactions into electrochemical signals, and for the development of robust, sensitive, and selective biosensors. We demonstrate that the site‐specific incorporation of a novel synthetic amino acid (2‐amino‐3‐(4‐mercaptophenyl)propanoic acid) into redox enzymes, followed by an S‐click reaction to wire the enzyme to the electrode, facilitates electron transfer. The fabricated biosensor demonstrated real‐time and selective monitoring of tryptophan (Trp) in blood and sweat samples, with a linear range of 0.02–0.8 mm . Further developments along this route may result in dramatic expansion of portable electrochemical sensors for diverse health‐determination molecules. 相似文献

The palladium‐catalyzed difluoroalkylation of aryl boronic acids with bromodifluoromethylphosphonate, bromodifluoroacetate, and further derivatives has been developed. This method provides a facile and useful access to a series of functionalized difluoromethylated arenes (ArCF2PO(OEt)2, ArCF2CO2Et, and ArCF2CONR1R2) that have important applications in drug discovery and development. Preliminary mechanistic studies reveal that a single electron transfer (SET) pathway may be involved in the catalytic cycle. 相似文献

Reported is a new shell‐based spectroscopic platform, named mechanical trap surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy (MTSERS), for simultaneous capture, profiling, and 3D microscopic mapping of the intrinsic molecular signatures on the membrane of single live cells. By leveraging the functionalization of the inner surfaces of the MTs with plasmonic gold nanostars, and conformal contact of the cell membrane, MTSERS permits excellent signal enhancement, reliably detects molecular signatures, and allows non‐perturbative, multiplex 3D surface imaging of analytes, such as lipids and proteins on the surface of single cells. The demonstrated ability underscores the potential of MTSERS to perform 3D spectroscopic microimaging and to furnish biologically interpretable, quantitative, and dynamic molecular maps in live cell populations. 相似文献
