The alkaloid composition of young shoots ofBerberis heteropoda has been studied. Together with known alkaloids, we have isolated the new dimeric base berpodine and have established its structure by a study of spectral characteristics and by chemical transformations. The known alkaloid isotetrandrine has also been isolated from this plant, for the first time.Institute of Chemistry of Plant Substances Uzbekistan Republic Academy of Sciences, Tashkent. Andizhan State Medical Institute. Translated from Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, No. 2, pp. 264–267, March–April, 1993.  相似文献

Berberine, magnoflorine, palmatine, columbamine, jatrorhizine, epiberberine, berbamine, O-methylisothalicberine, armepavine, corypalline, glaucine, and corydine and the new alkaloid turcberine have been isolated fromBerberis turcomanica Kar., and the structure of turcberine has been established. Apart from berberine, this is the first time that any of these alkaloids have been isolated from this species of barberry, while this is the first time that corydine and armepavine have been isolated from the genusBerberis.Institute of Chemistry of Plant Substances, Uzbekistan Republic Academy of Sciences. The alkaloid composition of young shoots and leaves ofBerberis heteropoda Schrenk has been studied. In addition to known alkaloids, two new ones have been isolated — N-methyldihydroberberine and 8-oxoberberrubine, the structures of which were established by chemical transformations and a study of spectral properties. Of known alkaloids, berbamunine, aromoline, glaucine, thalicmidine, isocorydine, and reticuline have been found in this plant for the first time. Pseudopalmitine and laudanosine have been found for the first time in plants of the genusBerberis.Andizhan State Medical Institute. The alkaloid composition of the leaves ofBerberis densiflora has been studied. Berberine, -allocryptopine. oxyacanthine, glaucine, thalicmidine, isocorydine, O-methylcorypalline and the new bases densinine and densiberine have been isolated. The structures of the new alkaloids have been established by a study of spectral characteristics and chemical transformations. This is the first time that any of the known alkaloids, apart from berberine, have been isolated from a plant of this pecies and it is the first time that -allocryptopine and O-methylcorypalline have been isolated from theBerberis genus.  相似文献

The alkaloid compositions of the roots, young shoots, and leaves of Berberis sibirica have been studied, and berberine, palmatine, columbamine, berberrubine, oxyacanthine, berbamine, 8-oxoberberine, 8-oxoberrberubine, pakistanine, and pronunciferine, and also the new base N-acetylhomoveratrylamine have been isolated. This is the first time that any of these alkaloids, except berberine, have been isolated from this plant. Andizhan State Medical Institute. Summary 1. The alkaloid compositions of young shoots ofBerberis integerrima andB. oblonga have been studied. Berbamunine, hydroxyacanthine, magnoflorine, berberine, and palmatine have been isolated.2. The new monoquaternary bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloid oblongamine has been isolated from the roots ofB. oblonga.3. The most probable structure of oblongamine has been suggested on the basis of chemical reactions and spectral characteristics.Institute of the Chemistry of Plant Substances, Academy of Sciences of the Uzbek SSR, Tashkent. The new N-benzyltetrahydroisoquinoline alkaloid nummularine has been isolated from the leaves ofBerberis nummularia. On the basis of a study of its spectral characteristics (PMR, IR, and mass spectra), the structure of nummularine has been established as 6-hydroxy-N-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzyl)-7-methoxy-1-methyltetrahydroisoquinoline.Translated from Khimiya Prirodnykh Soedinenii, Vol. 33, No. 1, pp. 91–93, January–February, 1997.  相似文献
