Electrogenerated chemiluminescence of bis[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]squaraine

For the first time, we reported the strong electrogenerated chemiluminescence of organic dye, bis[4-(dimethylamino)phenyl]squaraine (BDPSQ), a high quantum yield and light-stable species, which might find applications in ECL analysis and imaging.     

Synthesis and biological activities of 1-[2-(dimethylamino)ethyl]- and 1-[3-(dimethylamino)propyl]-substituted 3-methyl-1,8-dihydrocycloheptapyrazol-8-ones and related compounds.

3-Methyl-1,8-dihydrocycloheptapyrazol-8-ones (2a-c), prepared from 3-acetyltropolones (1a-c), were treated with diazomethane, methyl iodide, dimethyl sulfate, and diethyl sulfate to give 1- and 2-alkylated compounds. The 1,8-dihydrocycloheptapyrazol-8-one (2a) also reacted with 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl, 2-(diethylamino)ethyl, 3-(dimethylamino)propyl, and 2,3-dihydroxypropyl chloride to afford the corresponding 1-substituted products. A preliminary study was made of the biological activities of some of the obtained compounds.

紫外光固化反应分为自由基固化机理、阳离子固化机理,以及自由基-阳离子混杂固化机理。自由基-阳离子混杂固化是指在同一体系里同时发生自由基光聚合反应和阳离子光聚合反应[1],结合了前两类聚合反应的优点,表现出很好的协同效应[2]。[4-(4-苯甲酰基苯氧基)苯]苯基碘鎓六氟磷酸     

2-[2-(2,3-环氧-1-丙氨基)乙氧基]脂肪酸的合成

为了研制航空燃料油的稳定剂,以脂肪酸1为原料,在三氯化磷存在下与溴反应,制得2-溴代脂肪酸2.化合物2在60～90℃石油醚中与氨基乙醇钠进行Williamson反应,盐酸中和,制得2-(2-氨基乙氧基)脂肪酸盐酸盐(3).以95％的乙醇为溶剂,在氢氧化钾存在下,化合物3与环氧氯丙烷反应后,冰醋酸酸化,合成了2-[2-(2,3-环氧-1-丙氨基)乙氧基]脂肪酸(4).化合物3和4均属新化合物.     

Synthesis of （S）-2-（3-Arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）ethoxy]phenyl}propanoic Acids

The synthesis of （S）-2-（3-arylacrylamido）-3-{4-[2-（5-methyl-2-phenyloxazol-4-yl）etho- xy]phenyl}propanoic acids is described. Their structures were confirmed by ^1H-NMR.     

（E）-1-[4-（2-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzylideneamino）-phenyl]ethanone and （E）-1-[4-（2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzylideneamino） phenyl]ethanone：X-ray and DFT-calculated structures

The isomeric structures of(E)-1-[4-(2-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzylideneamino)-phenyl] ethanone(I) and(E)-1-[4-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzylideneamino) phenyl]ethanone(Ⅱ) ,both C16H15NO3,have been determined using X-ray diffraction techniques and characterized by IR,and their molecular structures have also been optimized at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level using density functional theory(DFT) . The energetic behaviors of the title compounds in solvent media have been examined using B3LYP method with the 6-31G(d,p) basis set by applying the polarizable continuum model(PCM) . The total energies of the title compounds decrease with the increasing polarity of the solvent. In addition,DFT calculations of the title compounds' molecular electrostatic potentials(MEP) were performed at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level of theory. X-ray study shows that the title compounds both have strong intramolecular O-H…N hydrogen bonds. The molecules of Ⅰ are linked into a one-dimensional framework structure by C-H…π interactions,while in Ⅱ,intermolecular π···π interactions result in the formation of infinite chains running along the [010].     

(E)-2-[2-(6-氯嘧啶-4-基氧基)苯基]-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯的合成工艺改进

以3-(α-甲氧基)亚甲基苯并呋喃-2-(3H)-酮为原料,经3步反应合成了杀菌剂嘧菌酯的重要中间体——(E)-2-[2-(6-氯嘧啶-4-基氧基)苯基]-3-甲氧基丙烯酸甲酯(4),总收率61%。4的结构经NMR表征。

Indole Derivatives. 142. Some Properties of [4-(2-Indolyl)phenyl]phenylmethane and 1-[4-(2-Indolyl)phenyl]-2-phenylethane

The reactions of 2-arylindoles with strong electrophiles take place with significant resin formation. It was shown that electrophilic substitution is directed into the indole ring and into the side chain. 1,7-Migration of the substituent is observed in the investigated systems.     

(E)-[4,4,4-Trifluor-1-(trifluormethyl)-1,3-bis(trimethylsiloxy)-2-butenyl]diphenylphosphin als Ligand

The Ligand (E)-[4,4,4-Trifluoro-1-(trifluoromethyl)-1,3-bis(trimethylsiloxy)-2-butenyl]di-phenylphosphine The tertiary phosphine (E)-Ph₂PC(OSiMe₃)(CF₃)CH = C(OSiMe₃)CF₃ (L), 1 and the carbonyl Fe₂(CO)₉ react to give (OC)₄FeL, 2. Bis( 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoropentane-2,4-dionato)palladium(II) and 1 furnish the diphenylphosphido group bridged palladium(II) complex 3 crystallizing from chloroform triclinic in the space group P1 with a = 12.600(3), b = 13.298(3), c = 13.975(3) Å, α = 93.27(2), β = 111.67(2), γ = 106.71(2)° The elementary cell contains Z = 2 formular units and two molecules CHCl₃ with two independent molecules 3 each showing an inversion centre. The planar [PdP], four membered ring system and the planar chelate units, exhibit a torsional angle of 6.75°     

9,10-双-(对-(甲氧基二缩三乙二醇基)苯基乙炔基)蒽的合成、自组装及其光谱分析

通过Sonogashira偶联等反应,合成了三嵌段化合物9,10-双-(对-(甲氧基二缩三乙二醇基)苯基乙炔基)蒽,通过¹H NMR和基质辅助激光解吸电离时间飞行质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)对其结构进行了表征。利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)及小角X射线散射仪(SAXS)等技术手段对其本体自组装行为进行了研究,结果表明,化合物在固态相自组装成近晶A相(SmA相)。光谱分析表明,该化合物继承了二取代蒽类发光材料具有高荧光量子产率(Φ_f)的特点,是一种性能良好的光致发光材料。     

New liquid crystal compounds ( )-4-[5-(2-Methylbutyl)-1,3-dioxan-2-yl]phenyl 4-alkoxybenzoate

New liquid crystal compounds, (+)-4-[5-(2-methylbutyl)-1,3-dioxan-2-yl] phenyl 4-alkoxybenzoates (5), were synthesized. The mesomorphic behaviour of these compounds is compared with that of (+)-4-(5-alkyl-1,3-dioxan-2-yl)-phenyl 4-(2-methylbutoxy)benzoates (6). While compounds 6 exhibited a chiral smectic C phase, the corresponding compounds 5 did not. This might mean that for the appearance of a chiral smectic C phase in these types of compounds, it is necessary that the carbonyl and the chiral groups exist at nearby positions. Transition temperatures to those isotropic state for compounds 5 were lower than those for compounds 6. This result is common in both cases of (+)-4-alkoxycarbonylphenyl-4-[5-(2-methylbutyl)-1,3-dioxan-2-yl]benzoates (7), and (+)-4-(2-methylbutoxy-carbonyl)phenyl 4-(5-alkyl-1,3-dioxan-2-yl)-benzoates (8).
