3-Methyl-1,8-dihydrocycloheptapyrazol-8-ones (2a-c), prepared from 3-acetyltropolones (1a-c), were treated with diazomethane, methyl iodide, dimethyl sulfate, and diethyl sulfate to give 1- and 2-alkylated compounds. The 1,8-dihydrocycloheptapyrazol-8-one (2a) also reacted with 2-(dimethylamino)ethyl, 2-(diethylamino)ethyl, 3-(dimethylamino)propyl, and 2,3-dihydroxypropyl chloride to afford the corresponding 1-substituted products. A preliminary study was made of the biological activities of some of the obtained compounds.  相似文献

为了研制航空燃料油的稳定剂,以脂肪酸1为原料,在三氯化磷存在下与溴反应,制得2-溴代脂肪酸2.化合物2在60~90℃石油醚中与氨基乙醇钠进行Williamson反应,盐酸中和,制得2-(2-氨基乙氧基)脂肪酸盐酸盐(3).以95%的乙醇为溶剂,在氢氧化钾存在下,化合物3与环氧氯丙烷反应后,冰醋酸酸化,合成了2-[2-(2,3-环氧-1-丙氨基)乙氧基]脂肪酸(4).化合物3和4均属新化合物.  相似文献

The isomeric structures of(E)-1-[4-(2-hydroxy-5-methoxybenzylideneamino)-phenyl] ethanone(I) and(E)-1-[4-(2-hydroxy-4-methoxybenzylideneamino) phenyl]ethanone(Ⅱ) ,both C16H15NO3,have been determined using X-ray diffraction techniques and characterized by IR,and their molecular structures have also been optimized at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level using density functional theory(DFT) . The energetic behaviors of the title compounds in solvent media have been examined using B3LYP method with the 6-31G(d,p) basis set by applying the polarizable continuum model(PCM) . The total energies of the title compounds decrease with the increasing polarity of the solvent. In addition,DFT calculations of the title compounds' molecular electrostatic potentials(MEP) were performed at the B3LYP/6-31G(d,p) level of theory. X-ray study shows that the title compounds both have strong intramolecular O-H…N hydrogen bonds. The molecules of Ⅰ are linked into a one-dimensional framework structure by C-H…π interactions,while in Ⅱ,intermolecular π···π interactions result in the formation of infinite chains running along the [010].  相似文献

Bis( 1,1,1,5,5,5-hexafluoropentane-2,4-dionato)palladium(II) and 1 furnish the diphenylphosphido group bridged palladium(II) complex 3 crystallizing from chloroform triclinic in the space group P1 with a = 12.600(3), b = 13.298(3), c = 13.975(3) Å, α = 93.27(2), β = 111.67(2), γ = 106.71(2)° The elementary cell contains Z = 2 formular units and two molecules CHCl3 with two independent molecules 3 each showing an inversion centre. 通过Sonogashira偶联等反应,合成了三嵌段化合物9,10-双-(对-(甲氧基二缩三乙二醇基)苯基乙炔基)蒽,通过1H NMR和基质辅助激光解吸电离时间飞行质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)对其结构进行了表征。利用差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、偏光显微镜(POM)及小角X射线散射仪(SAXS)等技术手段对其本体自组装行为进行了研究,结果表明,化合物在固态相自组装成近晶A相(SmA相)。光谱分析表明,该化合物继承了二取代蒽类发光材料具有高荧光量子产率(Φf)的特点,是一种性能良好的光致发光材料。  相似文献

New liquid crystal compounds, (+)-4-[5-(2-methylbutyl)-1,3-dioxan-2-yl] phenyl 4-alkoxybenzoates (5), were synthesized. The mesomorphic behaviour of these compounds is compared with that of (+)-4-(5-alkyl-1,3-dioxan-2-yl)-phenyl 4-(2-methylbutoxy)benzoates (6). While compounds 6 exhibited a chiral smectic C phase, the corresponding compounds 5 did not. This might mean that for the appearance of a chiral smectic C phase in these types of compounds, it is necessary that the carbonyl and the chiral groups exist at nearby positions. Transition temperatures to those isotropic state for compounds 5 were lower than those for compounds 6. This result is common in both cases of (+)-4-alkoxycarbonylphenyl-4-[5-(2-methylbutyl)-1,3-dioxan-2-yl]benzoates (7), and (+)-4-(2-methylbutoxy-carbonyl)phenyl 4-(5-alkyl-1,3-dioxan-2-yl)-benzoates (8).  相似文献
