Tr?ger's base, a chiral molecule with a rigid 90 degrees backbone, has been incorporated into a novel hemilabile phosphinoalkyl thioether ligand. Using the Weak Link Approach, this ligand has been reacted with Cu(CH3CN)4PF6 and [Rh(COE)2Cl]x (COE = cyclooctene) to form metallomacrocycles. Upon reaction of the ligand with Cu(I), which prefers a tetrahedral coordination geometry, a bimetallic macrocycle was formed. Alternatively, owing to the steric restrictions imposed by the 90 degrees backbone of the ligand and the square-planar geometry of Rh(I), when the ligand was reacted with [Rh(COE)2Cl]x, the formation of bimetallic closed macrocycles was not observed, and instead a mixture of tri- and tetrametallic closed macrocycles is formed. Introducing pyridine to the Cu(I) complex causes the weak thioether-Cu bonds to break, generating a large bimetallic open macrocycle. Upon reaction of the mixture of Rh(I) metallomacrocycles with CO and Cl-, the cyclic structure of these complexes becomes flexible enough that the dimeric bimetallic macrocycle forms, along with tri- and tetrameric open complexes. The mixture of differently sized Rh(I) macrocyclic complexes has been analyzed using gel permeation chromatography, and the tetramer has been characterized by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction study. These are the first examples of metallomacrocycles containing a Tr?ger's base derivative.  相似文献

The copper coordination chemistry of two phthalazine-based ligands of differing steric bulk was investigated. A family of dinuclear complexes were prepared from reactions of [Cu(2)(bdptz)(MeCN)(2)](OTf)(2), 1(OTf)(2), where bdptz = 1,4-bis(2,2'-dipyridylmethyl)phthalazine. Treatment of 1(OTf)(2) with NaO(2)CCH(3) afforded the class I mixed-valent compound [Cu(2)(bdptz)(2)](OTf)(3), 2(OTf)(3), by disproportionation of Cu(I). Compound 2(OTf)(3) displays an electron paramagnetic resonance spectrum, with g( parallel ) = 2.25 (A( parallel ) = 169 G) and g( perpendicular ) = 2.06, and exhibits a reversible redox wave at -452 mV versus Cp(2)Fe(+)/Cp(2)Fe. The complex [Cu(2)(bdptz)(micro-OH)(MeCN)(2)](OTf)(3), 3(OTf)(3), was prepared by chemical oxidation of 1 with AgOTf, and exposure of 1 to dioxygen afforded [Cu(2)(bdptz)(micro-OH)(2)](2)(OTs)(4), 4(OTs)(4), which can also be obtained directly from [Cu(H(2)O)(6)](OTs)(2). In compound [Cu(2)(bdptz)(micro-vpy)](OTf)(2), 5(OTf)(2), where vpy = 2-vinylpyridine, the vpy ligand bridges the two Cu(I) centers by using both its pyridine nitrogen and the olefin as donor functionalities. The sterically hindered compounds [Cu(2)(Ph(4)bdptz)(MeCN)(2)](OTf)(2), 6(OTf)(2), and [Cu(2)(Ph(4)bdptz)(micro-O(2)CCH(3))](OTf), 7(OTf), were also synthesized, where Ph(4)bdptz = 1,4-bis[bis(6-phenyl-2-pyridyl)methyl]phthalazine. Complexes 1-7 were characterized structurally by X-ray crystallography. In 6 and 7, the four phenyl rings form a hydrophobic pocket that houses the acetonitrile and acetate ligands. Complex 6 displays two reversible redox waves with E(1/2) values of +41 and +516 mV versus Cp(2)Fe(+)/Cp(2)Fe. Analysis of oxygenated solutions of 6 by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry reveals probable aromatic hydroxylation of the Ph(4)bdptz ligand. The different chemical and electrochemical behavior of 1 versus 6 highlights the influence of a hydrophobic binding pocket on the stability and reactivity of the dicopper(I) centers.  相似文献

X- and Q-band EPR and ENDOR spectroscopy was used to study the structure of a series of heteroleptic and homoleptic copper bis(oxazoline) complexes, based on the (-)-2,2'-isopropylidenebis[(4S)-4-phenyl-2-oxazoline] ligand and bearing different counterions (chloride versus triflate); labelled [Cu(II)()]. The geometry of the two heteroleptic complexes, [Cu(II)()] and [Cu(II)()], depended on the choice of counterion. Formation of the homoleptic complex was only evident when the Cu(II)(OTf)(2) salt was used (Cu(II)(Cl)(2) inhibited the transformation from heteroleptic to homoleptic complexes). The hyperfine and quadrupole parameters for the surrounding ligand nuclei were determined by ENDOR. Well resolved (19)F and (1)H couplings confirmed the presence of both coordinated water and TfO(-) counterions in [Cu()].  相似文献

The copper(II) and copper(I) complexes of the chelating ligands 2,6-bis(benzimidazol-2'-ylthiomethyl)pyridine (bbtmp) and N,N-bis(benzimidazol-2'-ylthioethyl)methylamine (bbtma) have been isolated and characterized by electronic and EPR spectra. The molecular structures of a redox pair of Cu(II/I) complexes, viz., [Cu(bbtmp)(NO(3))]NO(3), 1, and [Cu(bbtmp)]NO(3), 2, and of [Cu(bbtmp)Cl], 3, have been determined by single-crystal X-ray crystallography. The cation of the green complex [Cu(bbtmp)(NO(3))]NO(3) possesses an almost perfectly square planar coordination geometry in which the corners are occupied by the pyridine and two benzimidazole nitrogen atoms of the bbtmp ligand and an oxygen atom of the nitrate ion. The light-yellow complex [Cu(bbtmp)]NO(3) contains copper(I) with trigonal planar coordination geometry constituted by the pyridine and two benzimidazole nitrogen atoms of the bbtmp ligand. In the yellow chloride complex [Cu(bbtmp)Cl] the asymmetric unit consists of two complex molecules that are crystallographically independent. The coordination geometry of copper(I) in these molecules, in contrast to the nitrate, is tetrahedral, with pyridine and two benzimidazole nitrogen atoms of bbtmp ligand and the chloride ion occupying the apexes. The above coordination structures are unusual in that the thioether sulfurs are not engaged in coordination and the presence of two seven-membered chelate rings facilitates strong coordination of the benzimidazole nitrogens and discourage any distortion in Cu(II) coordination geometry. The solid-state coordination geometries are retained even in solution, as revealed by electronic, EPR, and (1)H NMR spectra. The electrochemical behavior of the present and other similar CuN(3) complexes has been examined, and the thermodynamic aspects of the electrode process are correlated to the stereochemical reorganizations accompanying the redox changes. The influence of coordinated pyridine and amine nitrogen atoms on the spectral and electrochemical properties has been discussed.  相似文献

The bis(PNP)-donor pincer ligand 1,4-C(6)H(4){N(CH(2)CH(2)PPh(2))(2)}(2), 1, contains weakly basic nitrogen donor atoms because the lone pairs of electrons are conjugated to the bridging phenylene group, and this feature is used in the synthesis of oligomers and polymers. The complexes [Pd(2)X(2)(mu-1)](OTf)(2), X=Cl, Br or OTf, contain the ligand 1 in bis(pincer) binding mode (mu-kappa(6)-P(4)N(2)), but [Pd(4)Cl(6)(mu(3-)1)(2)]Cl(2) contains the ligand in an unusual unsymmetrical mu(3)-kappa(5)-P(4)N binding mode. The bromide complex is suggested to exist as a polymer [{Pd(2)Br(4)(mu(4)-1)}(n)] with the ligands 1 in mu(4)-kappa(4)-P(4) binding mode. The methylplatinum(II) complexes [Pt(2)Me(4)(mu-1)] and [Pt(2)Me(2)(mu-1)](O(2)CCF(3))(2) contain the ligand in mu-kappa(4)-P(4) and mu-kappa(6)-P(4)N(2) bonding modes, while the silver(I) complex [Ag(2)(O(2)CCF(3))(2) (mu-1)] contains the ligand 1 in an intermediate bonding mode in which the nitrogen donors are very weakly coordinated. The complexes [Pd(2)(OTf)(2)(mu-1)](OTf)(2) and [Ag(2)(O(2)CCF(3))(2)(mu-1)] react with 4,4'-bipyridine to give polymers [Pd(2)(micro-bipy)(mu-1)](OTf)(4) and [Ag(2)(mu-bipy)(mu-1)](O(2)CCF(3))(2).  相似文献

Binding and structural aspects of anions with tetraamido/diquaternized diamino macrocyclic receptors containing m-xylyl, pyridine, and thiophene spacers are reported. (1)H NMR studies indicate that the quaternized receptors display higher affinities for anions compared to corresponding neutral macrocycles. The macrocycles containing pyridine spacers consistently display higher affinity for a given anion compared to those with either m-xylyl or thiophene spacers. The m-xylyl- and pyridine-containing receptors exhibit high selectivity for H(2)PO(4)(-) in DMSO-d(6) with association constants, K(a) = 1.09 × 10(4) and >10(5) M(-1), respectively, and moderate selectivity for Cl(-) with K(a) = 1.70 × 10(3) and 5.62 × 10(4) M(-1), respectively. Crystallographic studies for the Cl(-) and HSO(4)(-) complexes indicate that the m-xylyl-containing ligand is relatively elliptical in shape, with the two charges at ends of the major axis of the ellipse. The anions are hydrogen bonded with the macrocycle but are outside the ligand cavity. In the solid state, an unusual low-barrier hydrogen bond (LBHB) was discovered between two of the macrocycle's carbonyl oxygen atoms in the HSO(4)(-) complex. The pyridine-containing macrocycle folds so that the two pyridine units are face-to-face. The two I(-) ions are chelated to the two amides adjacent to a given pyridine. In the structure of the thiophene containing macrocycle with two BPh(4)(-) counterions, virtually no interaction was observed crystallographically between the macrocycle and the bulky anions.  相似文献

Dissolution of [UO2(OTf)2](1) in anhydrous thf, dme or py led to the formation of the complexes [UO2(OTf)2(thf)3](2), [UO2(OTf)2(dme)](3) and [UO2(OTf)2(py)3](4), respectively. Compounds 2 and 4 are neutral monomers in the solid state as well as the chloride [UO2Cl2(py)3](5) which was prepared in a similar way as for from the dimer [[UO2Cl2(thf)2]2]. Addition of 4 equivalents of triphenylphosphine oxide (tppo) to 1 afforded, in pyridine, the dicationic species [UO2(tppo)4][OTf]2 (6). The bi- or terdentate nitrogen molecules 2,2'-bipy, phen or terpy reacted with 1 in acetonitrile or pyridine to give [UO2(OTf)2(bipy)2](7), [UO2(phen)3][OTf]2(8), [UO2(OTf)2(terpy)](9) and [UO2(terpy)2][OTf]2(10), respectively. The hydroxide compound [[UO2(OH)(terpy)]2][OTf]2(11) was obtained by hydrolysis in air of 1 in a mixture of acetonitrile and ethanol in the presence of terpyridine. The X-ray crystal structures of , and reveal a novel coordination geometry for the uranyl ion, the uranium atom being in a rhombohedral environment; the six coordinating ligands atoms of the [UO2]2+ ion are separated into two parallel and staggered equilateral triangles and the UO2 axis is perpendicular to these triangles, passing through their centre. The structures of the mono(terpy) complexes 9 and 11 show the uranium atoms in a distorted pentagonal bipyramidal configuration with the nitrogen atom of the central pyridine ring of the terpy ligand significantly displaced from the equatorial plane.  相似文献

The coordination ability of the electroactive TTF-based chelating ligand 5,5'-bis(4,5-bis(thiomethyl)-4'-carbamoyltetrathiafulvalene)-2,2'-bipyridine (L) has been tested with Cu(I) and Cu(II) centres. [(L)2Cu(I)](PF6), [(L)2Cu(II)](OTf)2 and [(L)Cu(II)(DMF)3](OTf)2 have been synthesized. A single-crystal X-ray analysis was performed on [(L)Cu(II)(DMF)3](OTf)2, showing a distorted octahedral geometry around the Cu(II) centre, and the formation of dimeric units in the solid state through weak coordination in apical position of an amide oxygen atom from a neighbouring complex. Magnetic data show that the paramagnetic metallic centres are isolated, in agreement with the solid-state structure. Electrochemical measurements were performed on the three complexes and in all cases the Cu(I)/Cu(II) and TTF/TTF+*/TTF2+ redox processes were observed.  相似文献

Exchange of deuterium in d6-benzene with all C-H sites in (PNP)Ru(OTf), where PNP is N(SiMe2CH2PtBu2)2 and OTf is OSO2CF3, is rapid at 22 degrees C. Although intact planar triplet (PNP)Ru(OTf) binds N2 only very weakly, these reagents are observed to react rapidly to give a diamagnetic 1:1 adduct whose structure has one tBu C-H bond cleaved: the carbon binds to Ru but the hydrogen is on the PNP nitrogen, creating a secondary amine ligand bound to RuII. It is suggested that the benzene C-D cleavage and the N2 product of tBu C-H bond heterolysis both derive from a common intermediate, [HN(SiMe2CH2PtBu2)(SiMe2CH2PtBuCMe2CH2)] Ru(OTf); the formation energy and structure of this species are discussed on the basis of DFT results.  相似文献

Acyclic pyrazine-2-carboxamide and thioether containing hexadentate ligand 1,4-bis[o-(pyrazine-2-carboxamidophenyl)]-1,4-dithiobutane (H(2)bpzctb), in its deprotonated form, has afforded light brown [Ni(II)(bpzctb)](1)(S=1) and green [Cu(II)(bpzctb)](2)(S=1/2) complexes. The crystal structures of 1.CH(3)OH and 2.CH(2)Cl(2) revealed that in these complexes the ligand coordinates in a hexadentate mode, affording examples of distorted octahedral M(II)N(2)(pyrazine)N'(2)(amide)S(2)(thioether) coordination. Each complex exhibits in CH(2)Cl(2) a reversible to quasireversible cyclic voltammetric response, corresponding to the Ni(III)/Ni(II)(1) and Cu(II)/Cu(I)(2) redox process. The E(1/2) values reveal that the complexes of bpzctb(2-) are uniformly more anodic by approximately 0.2 V than those of the corresponding complexes with the analogous pyridine ligand, 1,4-bis[o-(pyridine-2-carboxamidophenyl)]-1,4-dithiobutane (H(2)bpctb), attesting that compared to pyridine, pyrazine is a better stabilizer of the Ni(ii) or Cu(i) state. Coulometric oxidation of the previously reported complex [Ni(II)(bpctb)] and 1 generates [Ni(III)(bpctb)](+) and [Ni(III)(bpzctb)](+) species, which exhibit a LMCT transition in the 470--480 nm region and axial EPR spectra corresponding to a tetragonally elongated octahedral geometry. Complex 2 exhibits EPR spectra characteristic of the d(z(2)) ground state.  相似文献

Hydrogen iodide is lost upon reaction of PNP with IrI(3), where PNP = 2,6-bis-(di-t-butylphosphinomethyl)pyridine to give crystallographically characterized Ir(PNP)*(I)(2), which reacts with H(2) to give Ir(PNP)(H)(I)(2). Ir(PNP)(Cl)(3) is relatively inert towards the intramolecular C-H activation of the tert-butyl's of the PNP ligand.  相似文献

The synthesis of dicopper(I) complexes [Cu2(BBAN)(MeCN)2](OTf)2 (1), [Cu2(BBAN)(py)2](OTf)2 (2), [Cu2(BBAN)(1-Me-BzIm)2](OTf)2 (3), [Cu2(BBAN)(1-Me-Im)2](OTf)2 (4), and [Cu2(BBAN)(mu-O2CCPh3)](OTf) (5), where BBAN = 2,7-bis((dibenzylamino)methyl)-1,8-naphthyridine, py = pyridine, 1-Me-Im = 1-methylimidazole, and 1-Me-BzIm = 1-methylbenzimidazole, are described. Short copper-copper distances ranging from 2.6151(6) to 2.7325(5) A were observed in the solid-state structures of these complexes depending on the terminal ligands used. The cyclic voltammogram of compound 5 dissolved in THF exhibited a reversible redox wave at E1/2 = -25 mV vs Cp2Fe+/Cp2Fe. When complex 5 was treated with 1 equiv of silver(I) triflate, a mixed-valence dicopper(I,II) complex [Cu2(BBAN)(mu-O2CCPh3)(OTf)](OTf) (6) was prepared. A short copper-copper distance of 2.4493(14) A observed from the solid-state structure indicates the presence of a copper-copper interaction. Variable-temperature EPR studies showed that complex 6 has a fully delocalized electronic structure in frozen 2-methyltetrahydrofuran solution down to liquid helium temperature. The presence of anionic ligands seems to be an important factor to stabilize the mixed-valence dicopper(I,II) state. Compounds 1-4 with neutral nitrogen-donor terminal ligands cannot be oxidized to the mixed-valence analogues either chemically or electrochemically.  相似文献

The complexes [Pd(bcope)(OTf)2] (1a), where bcope is (C8H14)PCH2-CH2P(C8H14), and [Pd(tbucope)(OTf)2] (1b), where tbucope is (C8H14)PC6H4CH2P(tBu)2, catalyze the conversion of diphenylacetylene to cis- and trans-stilbene and 1,2-diphenylethane. When this reaction was studied with para-hydrogen, the characterization of [Pd(bcope)(CHPhCH2Ph)](OTf) (2a) and [Pd(tbucope)(CHPhCH2Ph)](OTf) (2b) was achieved. Magnetization transfer from the alpha-H of the CHPhCH2Ph ligands in these species proceeds into trans-stilbene. This process has a rate constant of 0.53 s-1 at 300 K in methanol-d4 for 2a, where DeltaH = 42 +/- 9 kJ mol-1 and DeltaS = -107 +/- 31 J mol-1 K-1, but in CD2Cl2 the corresponding rate constant is 0.18 s-1, with DeltaH = 79 +/- 7 kJ mol-1 and DeltaS = 5 +/- 24 J mol-1 K-1. The analogous process for 2b was too fast to monitor in methanol, but in CD2Cl2 the rate constant for trans-stilbene formation is 1.04 s-1 at 300 K, with DeltaH = 94 +/- 6 kJ mol-1 and DeltaS = 69 +/- 22 J mol-1 K-1. Magnetization transfer from one of the two inequivalent beta-H sites of the CHPhCH2Ph moiety proceeds into trans-stilbene, while the other site shows transfer into H2 or, to a lesser extent, cis-stilbene in CD2Cl2, but in methanol it proceeds into the vinyl cations [Pd(bcope)(CPh=CHPh)(MeOD)](OTf) (3a) and [Pd(tbucope)(CPh=CHPh)(MeOD)](OTf) (3b). When the same magnetization transfer processes are monitored for 1a in methanol-d4 containing 5 microL of pyridine, transfer into trans-stilbene is observed for two sites of the alkyl, but the third proton now becomes a hydride ligand in [Pd(bcope)(H)(pyridine)](OTf) (5a) or a vinyl proton in [Pd(bcope)(CPh=CHPh)(pyridine)](OTf) (4a). For 1b, under the same conditions, two isomers of [Pd(tbucope)(H)(pyridine)](OTf) (5b and 5b') and the neutral dihydride [Pd(tbucope)(H)2] (7) are detected. The single vinylic CH proton in 3 and the hydride ligands in 4 and 5 appear as strong emission signals in the corresponding 1H NMR spectra.  相似文献

The bis-pyridine tridentate ligands (6-R-2-pyridylmethyl)-(2-pyridylmethyl) benzylamine (RDPMA, where R = CH(3), CF(3)), (6-R-2-pyridylmethyl)-(2-pyridylethyl) benzylamine (RPMPEA, where R = CH(3), CF(3)), and the bidentate ligand di-benzyl-(6-methyl-2-pyridylmethyl)amine (BiBzMePMA) have been synthesized and their copper(I) complexes oxidized in a methanol solution to afford self-assembled bis-micro-methoxo-binuclear copper(II) complexes (1, 2, 4, 6) or hydroxo- binuclear copper(II) complexes (3). Oxidation of the nonsubstituted DPMA (R = H) in dichloromethane gives a chloride-bridged complex (5). The crystal structures for [Cu(MeDPMA)(MeO)](2)(ClO(4))(2) (1), [Cu(RPMPEA)(MeO)](2)(ClO(4))(2) (for 2, R= Me, and for 4, R = CF(3)), [Cu(BiBzMePMA)(MeO)](2)(ClO(4))(2) (6), [Cu(FDPMA)(OH)](2)(ClO(4))(2) (3), and [Cu(DPMA)(Cl)](2)(ClO(4))(2) (5) have been determined, and their variable-temperature magnetic susceptibility has been measured in the temperature range of 10-300 K. The copper coordination geometries are best described as square pyramidal, except for 6, which is square planar, because of the lack of one pyridine ring in the bidentate ligand. In 1-4 and 6, the basal plane is formed by two pyridine N atoms and two O atoms from the bridging methoxo or hydroxo groups, whereas in 5, the bridging Cl atoms occupy axial-equatorial sites. Magnetic susceptibility measurements show that the Cu atoms are strongly coupled antiferromagnetically in the bis-methoxo complexes 1, 2, 4, and 6, with -2J > 600 cm(-)(1), whereas for the hydroxo complex 3, -2J = 195 cm(-)(1) and the chloride-bridged complex 5 shows a weak ferromagnetic coupling, with 2J = 21 cm(-)(1) (2J is an indicator of the magnetic interaction between the Cu centers).  相似文献

Transition metal-mediated templating and self-assembly have shown powerful potentials for the synthesis of interlocked molecules. These two strategies were combined in designing and preparing a new type of coordination catenanes incorporating Cu(I) and Pd(II) metal centers. The ligand designed here contains a phenanthroline core and pyridine sidearms (compound 1). Using this phenanthroline-pyridine conjugated ligand, two approaches were examined, which were shown to be surprisingly efficient for the catenane synthesis: the entwining route (entwining of two ligands around Cu(I) followed by Pd(II) clipping) and the threading approach (Cu(I)-templated threading of a cyclic ligand on an acyclic ligand followed by the Pd(II) clipping of the second ring). In the former method, stepwise treatment of 1 with Cu(CH(3)CN)(4)PF(6) (templating center) and enPd(NO(3))(2) (assembling center) gives rise to the quantitative formation of CuPd(2) catenane 18. In the latter method, Cu(I) templates the threading of phenanthroline-containing macrocycle 2 on ligand 1, which is followed by Pd(II) clipping to give hetero catenane 20. In both approaches, the formation of catenanes is convincing thanks to the strong templating effect of Cu(I), while the ring closure steps are efficiently furnished by Pd(II)-directed self-assembly.  相似文献

Treatment of TiCl(NMe(2))(3) with H(3)N·B(C(6)F(5))(3) results in N-H activation and ligand exchange to yield the structurally characterised salt [TiCl(NMe(2))(2)(NMe(2)H)(2)](+)[Ti[triple bond]NB(C(6)F(5))(3)(Cl)(2)(NMe(2)H)(2)](-). Cation exchange with [Me(4)N]Cl, [Ph(4)P]Cl and [(PhCH(2))Ph(3)P]Cl yields the respective ammonium and phosphonium salts of the [Ti[triple bond]NB(C(6)F(5))(3)(Cl)(2)(NMe(2)H)(2)](-) anion. X-ray crystallography reveals that the essential trigonal bipyramidal geometry and composition of the anion is retained in each of these salts despite some minor variations in the Ti-N-B angle and the nature of the interionic interactions. Electronic investigation by DFT calculations confirmed the Ti-N triple bond character implied by the experimentally determined bond length, with the HOMO and HOMO-1 having Ti-N π-bonding character. The dimethylamine ligands of the anion resist substitution by moderate bases but can be displaced by pyridine to give a pentacoordinate anion. In contrast, addition of 2,2'-bipyridyl gives a neutral octahedral complex. Treatment of the pyridine complex with TlCp results in the formation of a four coordinate anionic cyclopentadienyl complex.  相似文献

Studies of the reaction of 5-oxaporphyrin iron complexes (verdohemes) with methoxide ion or hydroxide ion have been undertaken to understand the initial step of ring opening of verdohemes. High-spin [ClFe(III)(OEOP)] undergoes a complex series of reactions upon treatment with hydroxide ion in chloroform, and similar species are also detected in dichloromethane, acetonitrile, and dimethyl sulfoxide. Three distinct paramagnetic intermediates have been identified by (1)H NMR spectroscopy. These reactive species are formed by addition of hydroxide to the macrocycle and to the iron as an axial ligand. Treatment of low-spin [(py)(2)Fe(II)(OEOP)]Cl (OEOP is the monoanion of octaethyl-5-oxaporphyrin) with excess methoxide ion in pyridine solution produces [(py)(n)()Fe(II)(OEBOMe)] (n = 1 or 2) ((OEBOMe), dianion of octaethylmethoxybiliverdin), whose (1)H NMR spectrum undergoes marked alteration upon addition of further amounts of methoxide ion. An identical (1)H NMR spectrum, which is characterized by methylene resonances with both upfield and downfield paramagnetic shifts, is formed upon treatment of [Fe(II)(OEBOMe)](2) with methoxide in pyridine solution and results from the formation of [(MeO)Fe(II)(OEBOMe)](-).  相似文献

The bridging fluoroolefin ligands in the complexes [Ir(2)(CH(3))(CO)(2)(μ-olefin)(dppm)(2)][OTf] (olefin = tetrafluoroethylene, 1,1-difluoroethylene; dppm = μ-Ph(2)PCH(2)PPh(2); OTf(-) = CF(3)SO(3)(-)) are susceptible to facile fluoride ion abstraction. Both fluoroolefin complexes react with trimethylsilyltriflate (Me(3)SiOTf) to give the corresponding fluorovinyl products by abstraction of a single fluoride ion. Although the trifluorovinyl ligand is bound to one metal, the monofluorovinyl group is bridging, bound to one metal through carbon and to the other metal through a dative bond from fluorine. Addition of two equivalents of Me(3)SiOTf to the tetrafluoroethylene-bridged species gives the difluorovinylidene-bridged product [Ir(2)(CH(3))(OTf)(CO)(2)(μ-OTf)(μ-C=CF(2))(dppm)(2)][OTf]. The 1,1-difluoroethylene species is exceedingly reactive, reacting with water to give 2-fluoropropene and [Ir(2)(CO)(2)(μ-OH)(dppm)(2)][OTf] and with carbon monoxide to give [Ir(2)(CO)(3)(μ-κ(1):η(2)-C≡CCH(3))(dppm)(2)][OTf] together with two equivalents of HF. The trifluorovinyl product [Ir(2)(κ(1)-C(2)F(3))(OTf)(CO)(2)(μ-H)(μ-CH(2))(dppm)(2)][OTf], obtained through single C-F bond activation of the tetrafluoroethylene-bridged complex, reacts with H(2) to form trifluoroethylene, allowing the facile replacement of one fluorine in C(2)F(4) with hydrogen.  相似文献
