Air transportation is one of the most important services in the world, contributing greatly to the advancement of modern society. However, it has a local and a global impact on the environment making aircraft take-off noise an important environmental public health concern near airports, and this is a significant subject for monitoring and research. In this work an experimentally validated computational model for aircraft classification is presented. In addition, potentially harmful effects to human health and comfort associated with noise exposure are discussed. The feature extraction of aircraft take-off signals is conducted through a 1/24 octave analysis and Mel frequency cepstral coefficients (MFCC). The aircraft classification is made by using two parallel feed forward neural networks. The aircraft are clustered into classes depending on the installed engine type. This model has 13 aircraft classes and a classification level above 83% with measurements in real time environment.  相似文献

Aircraft noise contours are estimated using model calculations and, due to their impact on land use planning, they need to be highly accurate. During night time, not only the number and dominant types of aircraft may differ from daytime but also the flight paths flown may differ. To determine to which detail these variations in flight paths need to be considered, calculations were performed exemplarily for two airports using all available radar data over 1 year, taking into account their changes over the day. The results of this approach were compared with results of a simpler approach which does not consider such changes. 隐身飞机尾焰的红外辐射是隐身飞机探测的主要辐射源.本文提出了一种新的隐身飞机尾焰红外辐射特性计算模型.该模型以普通飞机尾焰红外辐射特性计算模型为基础,进而考虑红外隐身措施的影响,间接实现隐身飞机尾焰的红外辐射特性的计算.计算模型分别考虑了隐身飞机的二元喷口、引射技术、红外遮蔽云以及遮挡对尾焰辐射的影响.计算结果得出,添加隐身措施后尾焰辐射强度仅为添加前辐射强度的5.8%.针对隐身飞机尾焰红外辐射特性很难获取的问题,将计算结果与喷灯燃烧航空煤油的光谱峰位数据进行了比较,实验结果显示隐身前后辐射能量量级变化与国外文献相同,表明该模型可以用于隐身飞机尾焰红外辐射特性计算.  相似文献

The increasing air traffic in the past has led to the fact that and more and more people were affected by aircraft noise. Since the potential of reducing noise level of current aircraft will be limited in the future after recent developed techniques have been realized in practice.Therefore, additional efforts are necessary to improve the sound quality of aircraft noise and give hints to aircraft manufactures concerning components that have to be acoustically optimized. The present study describes the development of an item list for a semantic differential (SD) that is appropriate for the determination of different perceptive features of aircraft sound quality and focuses on the estimation of the reliability of this new instrument. The selected 10 SD items have relation to the sound components emitted by the different technical devices of airplane engines.The analyses of the measurement characteristics of the different items were based on G-theory. This method presupposes data possessing interval-scale-level characteristics. Therefore, the used rating scales were examined with respect to this attribute. The results verified that the data fulfill this precondition. The results gave evidence that the judgments show large inter-individual differences. The proportion of variance which can be traced back to the factor “aircraft sound” amounted to at most one-fifth of total variance indicating that the differences between the aircraft sounds are rather small. Nevertheless, the findings demonstrate that it is possible to measure not all but several decisive aspects with sufficient reliability and expense.  相似文献

研究用短波语音通话携带的飞机舱室噪声对飞机类型进行识别的方法。分析了飞机舱室内噪声在短波信道和语音通话干扰下的物理特性,定义了估计语音段的飞机噪声信噪比的公式,提出了自适应的抑制语音增强飞机噪声的模型,通过CZT变换分别提取目标信号不同频段的功率谱密度级特征,并设计了用支持向量机进行分类识别的二叉分类树。对8类现场实测数据进行实验:增强后语音段的平均信噪比提高约22 dB,分类树对语音应答间隔噪声、语音段信号和增强后的信号的平均识别率分别为82.79%,15.25%,50.18%。实验表明:应答间隔噪声可用于飞机类型识别;语音抑制算法带来较大的信噪比和识别率增益,证明语音段蕴含有助于飞机类型识别的重要信息,可为后续的研究奠定基础。  相似文献

本文介绍了基于FW-H方程的亚音主旋翼噪声预测方法,并在螺桨噪声预测程序基础上发展了主旋翼噪声预测程序。本文采用商用CFD软件FINE/TURBO模拟直升机旋翼流场,为噪声预测程序提供所需要的桨叶表面载荷,并用算例验证了载荷数据的准确性和噪声预测程序的有效性。本文计算和讨论了亚音悬停条件下的辐射噪声,并重点分析了不同形状桨叶对辐射噪声的影响,结果表明采用合理的薄翼型叶尖、尖削叶尖及线性扭转桨叶都可以降低辐射噪声,为通过改变桨叶形状降低旋翼辐射噪声提供了合理途径。  相似文献

We consider the noise immunity of the compression procedure for a narrow-band signal [1]. The noise immunity is understood as the ratio of the maximum amplitude of the compressed signal to the noise intensity. It is shown that in the case where a narrow-band signal is compressed, this ratio increases if noise is a reverberation interference, remains unchanged if noise is fed to the wide-band input channel of a radar, and decreases if the radar input channel is narrow-band. Results of the calculations and numerical simulations are presented.  相似文献

The “Galileo Galilei” airport is a civil and military airport quite close to central Pisa. Although the airport brings benefits in terms of tourism and different types of income, the air traffic growth exacerbates the exposition to aircraft noise. This could significantly affect public health. To this day, a small number of studies takes into account the standard indicators of Europe by considering noise emission data for military aircrafts. We estimated the noise impact produced by the airport and we evaluated the related exposed population by using the Integrated Noise Model (INM). The noise power levels of both commercial and military flights have been considered as an input to the model. Predicted levels were validated by means of a noise-monitoring network. A new tracking system (AirNav Radar) that captures Automatic Identification System (AIS) signals emitted by each aircraft has been used to emulate takeoff and landing procedures. This improves the accuracy of the input to the model. We simulated noise maps for present and future scenarios, including those following the application of noise reduction measures. For each situation, we also estimated the exposure of the population and the percentages of highly annoyed and highly sleep disturbed people. We show the utility of AIS data and their specific elaboration to draw up noise abatement measures in order to reduce the noise impact on population and allow the airport development.  相似文献

Air traffic, with its adverse influence on environment, is beginning to jeopardize its own development. Air traffic noise in vicinity of airports is seen as one of the important constraints of air traffic development. Committee on Aviation Environmental Protection of International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) recommends procedures for noise decreasing in vicinity of airports, mentioning that measures for noise reduction should not aim at unique solution, but at combination of different solutions. In this paper, ICAO standards and recommended practices, designed for “Balanced approach” to aircraft noise management around airports, are presented. An overview of measures applied by airports worldwide in order to reduce noise in the surroundings is provided showing their frequency and variety. Additionally, directions on development of new measures for the same purpose, originated as a response to ICAO recommendations, are presented.  相似文献

The results of a survey of schools in Hong Kong exposed to road traffic and aircraft noise are reported. The purpose of the survey was not to assess individual schools but to produce noise exposure data on all the schools in the city. The results of the study are presented as a tool with which the existence and severity of the problem can be assessed and with which decision-makers can examine the ramifications of setting different noise level standards. The sampling procedures used to collect data rapidly and of sufficient accuracy for the purposes of the study are reported. Some observations are made on how such results should be interpreted by the acoustician for the non-specialist decision-maker.  相似文献

随着我国民航运输业的飞速发展,机场噪声影响问题日趋严重。通过向航空公司或旅客收取噪声费来进行治理,是民航发达国家的普遍做法,也是我国未来的发展方向。该文在国外机场飞机噪声收费模型的基础上,提出了基于飞机噪声特性、噪声烦恼度、噪声治理投入费用和资金回收周期等因素的机场噪声收费模型。模型将机场噪声治理费用通过合理的回收周期按一定比例分配到各年度,再根据飞机噪声特性、噪声烦恼度将每年噪声收费分配到每架次飞机(或每位旅客)。飞机噪声特性根据ACI的机场噪声分级R1~R8来确定,噪声烦恼度借助Mamdani模型构建。应用表明,该收费模型关键因素考虑全面,计算方法先进简洁,费率合理。对于噪声较高飞机,夜间起飞收费为1219.06元/架次,客均收费10.16元;对于噪声很低的飞机,昼间着陆收费为66.10元/架次,客均收费仅0.15元。费率确定符合国际民航组织倡导的以支定收原则,有助于形成航空公司/旅客减噪激励机制同时又不致抑制机场航空业务增长。  相似文献

Some researchers have suggested that recent studies of aircraft noise annoyance indicate that people react more strongly to a given noise exposure level today than in the past, but is there good statistical evidence to support this hypothesis? This paper reviews the correspondence between aircraft noise exposure and annoyance responses reported in aircraft noise study analyses undertaken over a period of decades. Simple linear regression models and textbook statistical analyses are used to test the data. There are some indications of an upward trend in annoyance versus noise exposure over the last 25 years, but basic tests show that the statistical evidence for an upward trend is weak, and may simply be due to sampling and/or methodological differences between the studies. The survey collection method may play a role. In some cases, study participation rate effects may exaggerate community responses.  相似文献

Annoyance expressed in a railway noise survey is compared with that in two road traffic and three aircraft surveys in order to determine whether responses to various environmental noises are similar or are source-specific. Railway noise is less annoying than other noises at any given high noise level. Railway noise annoyance increases less rapidly with increasing noise level. At high noise levels this gap in reactions averages about 10 dB but ranges from 4 dB to more than 20 dB. Comparisons between the findings in the different surveys can be made only after considering differences in noise index calculation procedures, human response measurement procedures and annoyance moderating conditions. The methodology for comparing surveys is examined. It is found that methodological uncertainties lead to imprecise comparisons and that different annoyance scales give different estimates of intersurvey differences.  相似文献

Overflights in national parks and preserves interfere with communication and sounds of nature. The percentage of time that an aircraft is audible, P, can be used as a noise metric. To calculate P the overflight time for a single aircraft, tau, has to be known. The method of tau calculation is based on the assumption that an aircraft is a point source and the noise propagation is governed by geometrical spreading, air absorption, and refraction. The atmosphere is characterized by the effective sound speed gradient. Analytical formulas for tau are derived for down- and crosswind flights.  相似文献

One of the most difficult tasks involved in the process of noise monitoring near airports is related to the automatic detection and classification of aircraft noise events.These tasks can be solved by applying pattern recognition techniques to the audio signal captured by a microphone. But now the problem is caused by the background noise, which is present in real environments.This paper proposes a real-time method for continuously tracking the similarity of the input sound and the aircraft’s sounds. Using these facilities, the monitoring unit will be able to mark aircraft events, or to make measurements only when aircraft sound is louder than background noise.A one-class approach has been applied to this detection-by-classification method.Using the default setup, 93% of the aircraft’s events which held an SNR of 6-8 dB were detected, for 30 different locations with diverse soundscapes.  相似文献

针对军用机场飞机飞行训练方式复杂多变,飞机噪声影响存在范围大、不均匀及单次事件噪声突出的特点,本文结合某军用机场实地调研测试资料,综合考察了现行评价指标对该机场飞机噪声暴露的模化效果,指出了现行指标在反映军用飞机瞬时噪声和高峰时段噪声对人的冲击影响方面的不足,提出了相应的改进措施建议,给出了高峰时段LWECPN和最大A声级LAmax两个改进指标,并分析确立了各评价指标的标准限值。最后结合调研机场的数据资料对评价指标的有效性进行了验证。论文的研究成果对军用机场飞机噪声暴露的拓展研究和通用评价指标体系的构建具有很好的参考作用。  相似文献

A numerical study of a high efficiency propeller in the aerodynamic noise generation is carried out. Based on RANS, three-dimensional numerical simulation is performed to obtain the aerodynamic performance of the propeller. The result of the aerodynamic analysis is given as input of the acoustic calculation. The sound is calculated using the Farassat 1A, which is derived from Ffowcs Williams–Hawkings equation, and compared with the data of wind tunnel. The propeller is modified for noise reduction by changing its geometrical parameters such as diameter, chord width and pitch angle. The trend of variation between aerodynamic analysis data and acoustic calculation result are compared and discussed for different modification tasks. Meaningful conclusions are drawn on the noise reduction of propeller.  相似文献

An adaptive leaky normalized least-mean-square (NLMS) algorithm has been developed to optimize stability and performance of active noise cancellation systems. The research addresses LMS filter performance issues related to insufficient excitation, nonstationary noise fields, and time-varying signal-to-noise ratio. The adaptive leaky NLMS algorithm is based on a Lyapunov tuning approach in which three candidate algorithms, each of which is a function of the instantaneous measured reference input, measurement noise variance, and filter length, are shown to provide varying degrees of tradeoff between stability and noise reduction performance. Each algorithm is evaluated experimentally for reduction of low frequency noise in communication headsets, and stability and noise reduction performance are compared with that of traditional NLMS and fixed-leakage NLMS algorithms. Acoustic measurements are made in a specially designed acoustic test cell which is based on the original work of Ryan et al. ["Enclosure for low frequency assessment of active noise reducing circumaural headsets and hearing protection," Can. Acoust. 21, 19-20 (1993)] and which provides a highly controlled and uniform acoustic environment. The stability and performance of the active noise reduction system, including a prototype communication headset, are investigated for a variety of noise sources ranging from stationary tonal noise to highly nonstationary measured F-16 aircraft noise over a 20 dB dynamic range. Results demonstrate significant improvements in stability of Lyapunov-tuned LMS algorithms over traditional leaky or nonleaky normalized algorithms, while providing noise reduction performance equivalent to that of the NLMS algorithm for idealized noise fields.  相似文献
