Thermodynamic properties of binary systems of C60 with 1,2- and 1,3-dibromobenzenes have been studied by means of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). Solid solvates with the compositions C603(1,2-C6H4Br2); C602(1,3-C6H4Br2) and C600.6(1,3-C6H4Br2) have been found. The solvates have been characterised by their enthalpies and temperatures of incongruent melting transition and in part by X-ray powder data. It has been shown that positional isomers 1,2- and 1,3- of the substituted benzenes formed two series of “typical” phase diagrams. Solubility behaviour of C60 in positional isomers has been discussed.  相似文献

天然产物作为一种绿色低毒、来源广泛、功能位点丰富的单体,已被广泛应用于色谱固定相的研制与开发。该文以天然可再生资源腰果酚为配体,通过一步法开环反应将其接枝到由γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)修饰的硅胶上,制备得到腰果酚键合硅胶固定相。利用傅里叶红外光谱、元素分析、热失重分析和N_(2)吸附脱附实验对固定相进行表征,结果表明成功制备了腰果酚键合硅胶色谱固定相。采用Tanaka实验试剂、烷基苯、多环芳香烃、苯酚类化合物和芳香族位置异构体为探针评价其分离性能和保留机制,并与C_(18)柱进行对比。研究发现,腰果酚键合固定相除疏水作用外,还具有π-π和氢键作用。基于上述保留作用,腰果酚键合硅胶固定相对测试探针表现出良好的分离性能。重复进样10次,各探针保留时间的RSD为0.052%~0.079%,峰面积的RSD为0.104%~0.847%,峰高的RSD为0.081%~0.272%,表明该色谱柱具有良好的重复性和稳定性。此外,腰果酚键合硅胶色谱柱对中药喜树果和吴茱萸果的粗提物具有良好的分离性能,验证了其在实际样品分析中的巨大潜力。将天然产物腰果酚用于色谱固定相的制备,为分离纯化喜树碱和吴茱萸提供了新的方法,同时拓展了腰果酚在色谱分离材料方面的应用。  相似文献

The chromatographic behavior of 8 lanostanoid triterpenes including 4 pairs of C-3 epimers and 2 pairs of C-3/C-15 positional isomers was studied by reversed phase HPLC. A consistent elution sequence of these paired isomers in all combination of three distinct solvent systems was observed. The mobile phase selectivity to separate specific, paired isomers was mainly dependent on the polarity difference contributed by C-3/C-15 hydroxyl and acetoxyl groups. The stereochemistry at C-3 played more profound role in guiding the hydrophobic interaction with C18 stationary phase in the separation of C-3/C-15 positional isomers.  相似文献

通过十八烷基胺的氨基与二醛微晶纤维素的醛基共价键合,制备了基于二醛微晶纤维素(DMCC)官能化C18的新型反相/亲水色谱固定相(C18-DMCC/SiO2),该色谱固定相被用于反相色谱(RPLC)和亲水相互作用色谱(HILIC)模式。C18-DMCC/SiO2色谱柱展现了良好的疏水选择性和芳香选择性,在反相色谱模式下可分离烷基苯和多环芳烃(PAHs)。苯胺类、酚类和糖苷类等极性化合物被用于评估该色谱柱在反相色谱模式下的极性选择性,商品C18柱作对照柱,色谱评价结果令人满意。核酸碱基被用于评估C18-DMCC/SiO2色谱柱的亲水色谱性能。通过考察有机溶剂含量对分析物保留的影响,发现该新型色谱固定相具有反相/亲水色谱的典型特征。  相似文献

基于二茂铁独特的分子结构及其作为新型液相色谱分离基质的潜质,制备了新型(4-环戊二烯基苯甲酸-铁-甲苯)六氟磷酸盐键合硅胶固定相,利用红外光谱、元素分析、热重分析等手段对其进行了表征。分别选取多环芳烃、萘胺位置异构体、硝基苯胺位置异构体、硝基咪唑类化合物和有机磷化合物溶质作为探针,对其色谱性能进行了评价。结果表明,该色谱固定相能提供 π-电子转移、 π-π 作用、偶极-偶极作用及与底物的静电相互作用等多种作用力,并探讨了可能的分离机理。  相似文献

C60 is the most important fullerene cage and glycine is the simplest representative of a backbone unit of a protein. In this paper, the structures and the energies of glycine–C60 complexes were calculated at the B3LYP/6-31G(d) level DFT. It was found that the binding of glycine to C60 generated a slightly unstable complex via its amino nitrogen, a moderately unstable complex via its hydroxyl oxygen, and a very unstable complex via its carbonyl oxygen. This indicates that fullerene cages might be unable to form stable bindings to proteins via their amino nitrogen, hydroxyl oxygen and carbonyl oxygen active sites.  相似文献

A high-performance liquid chromatographic method without prederivatization was investigated for the direct determination of 4-nitrobenzoyl chloride and 4-nitrobenzoic acid. The separation was carried out on C3, C8 and C18 alkyl-bonded silica columns with cyclohexane-tetrahydrofuran as the eluent. The retention behaviour observed was obviously caused by the silanophilic interaction between the solute and stationary phase. Optimum separation of 4-nitrobenzoyl chloride and 4-nitrobenzoic acid was obtained on the C3 column and the calibration graph showed a significant linear relationship. The method was found to be quantitative, reproducible and rapid.  相似文献

Small carbon clusters C, C2 and C3 metallized with beryllium were studied by first principles within the hybrid density functional approach with generalized gradient correction. Cluster isomer structures for the ground state and several excited states where systematically calculated for CxBey with x = 1–3 and y = 1–4 including the vibrational analysis of all states. Ionization potentials and electron affinities are calculated for the ground state cluster isomers. The thermal stability of the ground state isomers was verified within the harmonic approximation of the Helmholtz free energy up to temperatures of about 1000 K. Within the family of clusters studied, C2Be3 undergoes a solid-like structural transition at about 260 K changing from a planar structure at low temperatures to a linear isomer at high temperatures.  相似文献

The equilibrium structures and relative stabilities of BN-doped fullerenes C70−2x(BN)x (x=1–3) have been studied at the AM1 and MNDO level. The most stable isomers of C70−2x(BN)x have been found out and their electronic properties have been predicted. The calculation results show that the BN substituted fullerenes C70−2x(BN)x have considerable stabilities, though they are less stable than their all carbon analog. For C68BN, the isomers whose BN is located in the most chemically active bonds of C70 (namely B and A) are among the most stable species, of which B is predicted to be the ground state. The stabilities of C68BN decrease and the dipole moments increase with increasing the distance between the heteroatoms. For C66(BN)2, the lowest energy species is the isomer in which the B–N–B–N bond is formed; For C64(BN)3, the most stable species should have three BN units located in the same hexagon to form B–N–B–N–B–N ring. The ionization potentials and the affinity energies of the most stable species of BN-doped C70 are almost the same as those of C70 because of the isoelectronic relationship. The ionization potentials and affinity energies depend on the relative position of the heteroatoms in C68BN, the chemical reactivities of the isomers whose heteroatoms are well separated should differ significantly from their all carbon analog.  相似文献

Methyl tert-butyl ether (MTBE) is recently widely used in the chemical and petrochemical industry as a non-polluting octane booster for gasoline and as an organic solvent. The isobaric or isothermal vapor–liquid equilibria (VLE) were determined directly for MTBE+C1–C4 alcohols. The excess enthalpy (HE) for butane+MTBE or isobutene+MTBE and excess volume (VE) for MTBE+C3–C4 alcohols were also determined. Besides, the infinite dilute activity coefficient, partial molar excess enthalpies and volumes at infinite dilution (γ, HE,∞, VE,∞) were calculated from measured data. Each experimental data were correlated with various gE models or empirical polynomial.  相似文献

Among the 3352 isolated pentagon rule(IPR) isomers and 129073 non-IPR isomers satisfying adjacent pentagon pairs(APPs) ≤ 2 of fullerene C112, the lowest-energy IPR and non-IPR isomers of C112 and C1126- have been fully screened by the density functional tight-binding(DFTB) and density functional theory(DFT) methods for stu-dying the electronic and spectroscopic properties of La2@C112. The structural features and infrared and absorption spectra of those isomers were analyzed in detail, and the characteristic fingerprint absorption peaks were assigned. To clarify the relative stabilities of La2@C112 isomers at high temperature, entropy contributions were determined at the B3LYP level. IPR isomer La2@C112(C2:860136) is not the lowest-energy isomer but is one of the most important isomers. This is the first work that considers non-IPR C112 isomers when exploring the structure and properties of La2@C112.  相似文献

The spectral analysis indicates that all isomers of C60O, C70O and C60O2 have an epoxide-like structure (an oxygen atom bridging across a C–C bond). According to the geometrical structure analysis, there are two isomers of fullerene monoxide C60O (the 5,6 bond and the 6,6 bond), eight isomers of fullerene monoxide C70O and eight isomers of fullerene dioxide C60O2. In order to simulate the real reaction conditions at 300 K, the calculation of the different isomers of C60O, C60O2 and C70O fullerene oxides was carried out using the semiempirical molecular dynamics method with two different approaches: (a) consideration of the geometries and thermodynamic stabilities, and (b) consideration of the ozonolysis mechanism. According to the semiempirical molecular dynamic calculation analysis, the probable product of this ozonolysis reaction is C60O with oxygen bridging over the 6–6 bond (C2v). The most probable product in this reaction contains oxygen bridging across in the upper part of C70 (6–6 bond in C70O-2 or C70O-4) an epoxide-like structure. C60O2-1, C60O2-3 and C60O2-5 are the most probable products for the fullerene dioxides. All of these reaction products are consistent with the experimental results. It is confirmed that the calculation results with the semiempirical molecular dynamics method are close to the experimental work. The semiempirical molecular dynamics method can offer both the reaction temperature effect by molecular dynamics and electronic structure, dipole moment by quantum chemistry calculation.  相似文献

The details of weak C–Hπ interactions that control several inter and intramolecular structures have been studied experimentally and theoretically for the 1:1 C2H2–CHCl3 adduct. The adduct was generated by depositing acetylene and chloroform in an argon matrix and a 1:1 complex of these species was identified using infrared spectroscopy. Formation of the adduct was evidenced by shifts in the vibrational frequencies compared to C2H2 and CHCl3 species. The molecular structure, vibrational frequencies and stabilization energies of the complex were predicted at the MP2/6-311+G(d,p) and B3LYP/6-311+G(d,p) levels. Both the computational and experimental data indicate that the C2H2–CHCl3 complex has a weak hydrogen bond involving a C–Hπ interaction, where the C2H2 acts as a proton acceptor and the CHCl3 as the proton donor. In addition, there also appears to be a secondary interaction between one of the chlorine atoms of CHCl3 and a hydrogen in C2H2. The combination of the C–Hπ interaction and the secondary ClH interaction determines the structure and the energetics of the C2H2–CHCl3 complex. In addition to the vibrational assignments for the C2H2–CHCl3 complex we have also observed and assigned features owing to the proton accepting C2H2 submolecule in the acetylene dimer.  相似文献

Methanolic extracts of paint samples of different composition and age were qualitatively investigated by GC–MS using an on-column injector after off-line methylation or trimethylsilyl derivatisation, and on-line thermally assisted (trans)methylation with tetramethylammonium hydroxide using Curie-point pyrolysis–GC–MS. The combination of these three analytical strategies led to the identification of typical oxidation products of unsaturated fatty acids by interpretation of their mass spectrum. Some of the identified compounds have not been reported before. Both the off-line and on-line GC–MS strategy show series of short-chain fatty (di)acids and C16 and (oxidised) C18 fatty acids. The major advantage of the on-line pyrolysis–GC–MS approach is that chemical work-up is minimal and very quick. With this technique both the carboxylic acid functionalities, and hydroxyl groups are methylated. Young paint films are shown to contain relatively more oxidised C18 fatty acids and less diacids compared to older paints, which is indicative for the on-going oxidation processes within the paint. After trimethylsilylation, monoacylglycerols are detected indicative for hydrolytic processes, which reflect the relative distribution of the most prominent silylated fatty acids present. Relatively more C16 and C18 monoacylglycerols are found in young paints, whereas older paints contain higher amounts of monoacylglycerols of diacids.  相似文献

The C9–C21 portion of the aplysiatoxin/oscillatoxin bluegreen algal metabolites was synthesized as the 9-aldehyde bearing a tert-butyldimethylsilyl ether group on the C11 hydroxyl and a trimethylsilylethoxymethyl ether group on the C20 hydroxyl. Featuring an asymmetric aldol and an asymmetric oxazaborolldine reduction, the synthesis proceeded with high (>90%) stereoselectivity in 13 steps and 5–7% overall yield from commercial starting material.  相似文献

Carbon–hydrogen bond dissociation enthalpies (BDEs) were computed for all haloethenes, C2H4−nXn (n=0–3, X=F, Cl, Br, I), at the B3LYP/6-311+G(3df,2p) level using isodesmic reactions. It was found that C–H bond strengths in the monohaloethenes varied substantially, by as much as 18 kJ mol−1, dependent upon the bond's stereochemical position relative to the halogen. BDEs in the dihaloethanes varied in the order CX2CH–H>(E)-CHXCX–H>(Z)-CHXCX–H. Trends in the computed bond enthalpies were discussed and explained on the basis of relative steric repulsions and hyperconjugative delocalization interactions, as determined from Natural Bond Orbital analysis.  相似文献

A method was developed for solid-phase extraction of two chlorotriazine herbicide metabolites, deethylatrazine (DEA) and deisopropylatrazine (DIA), from aqueous samples. Two C18 phases in cartridge format were compared and recoveries were found to be highly sensitive to sorbent amount, sample volume and presence of parent compounds. Recoveries were significantly improved using a partially non-endcapped C18 phase compared to the normal C18 phase, particularly for DIA, apparently due to polar interactions. Combinations of sample volume and sorbent amount were tested using deionized water to determine an optimal combination of 200 ml and 1.0 g, respectively. Recoveries from a variety of river, stream, runoff and ground waters averaged 105–116% and 109–117% at concentrations of 0.5–1.0 ng/ml for DIA and DEA, respectively, with minimum detection limits of 0.05 ng/ml. Other pesticides tested also have acceptable recoveries using this method.  相似文献

Effect of solvent polarity on the aggregation behaviour of C70 has been investigated in several mixed solvents using optical absorption, fluorescence, dynamic light scattering and scanning electron microscopic measurements and compared with those observed for the other fullerene analogue, C60. It is seen that similar to C60, aggregation of C70 also requires the solvent polarity to exceed some critical value. In terms of solvent dielectric constant the critical solvent polarity, required for C70 aggregation is found to be in the range of 27–31, which is much higher than that required for C60 aggregation (12–14). The large difference in the critical solvent polarity required for C60 and C70 aggregation has been rationalized on the basis of the molecular shapes and the polarizabilities of two fullerene molecules.  相似文献

采用固液相表面连续反应法,先将偶联剂γ-[(2,3)-环氧丙氧]丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)键合到球形硅胶表面,然后再将植物有效成分丁香酚与硅胶上的KH-560活性基团反应,合成了丁香酚键合硅胶液相色谱固定相(EGSP)。采用元素分析、热重分析和红外光谱对该固定相的结构进行了表征。以萘作为溶质探针,乙腈-水(35:65, v/v)为流动相,流速为0.8 mL/min,测得EGSP柱的柱效。以一系列的中性、碱性和酸性化合物为溶质探针,C18柱和苯基柱作参比,对该固定相的色谱性能及保留机理进行了研究。结果表明,硅胶表面成功键合上了丁香酚配体,键合量为0.28 mmol/g, EGSP柱理论塔板数约为24707 N/m。该固定相不仅具有良好的反相色谱性能,同时由于配体结构中含有芳环、烯基和甲氧基,还能与溶质发生π-π电荷转移、偶极-偶极和氢键作用。与传统的反相C18柱和苯基柱相比,EGSP在极性芳香族化合物的快速、简便分离中占优势。  相似文献

C60S+ was synthesized through the gas-phase ion-molecule reaction of C60 with the plasmas of carbon disulfide under self-chemical-ionization (self-CI) conditions in the ion source of a mass spectrometer. Semi-empirical PM3-UHF and density functional B3LYP levels of theory with 6-31G(d) basis set calculations were performed on all the possible structures and electronic properties of the product. The results showed that the most stable structure among the possible isomers was the 6/6 closed derivative. The reaction energies of C60+S+→C60S+ and C60+S→C60S were also calculated to suggest the possibility of C60S synthesis in condensed phase.  相似文献
