We study the structure of length four polynomial automorphisms of R[X, Y] when R is a unique factorization domain. The results from this study are used to prove that, if SL m (R[X 1, X 2,…, X n ]) = E m (R[X 1, X 2,…, X n ]) for all n, m ≥ 0, then all length four polynomial automorphisms of R[X, Y] that are commutators are stably tame.  相似文献

In this work, I study the automorphisms of skew PBW extensions and skew quantum polynomials. I use Artamonov's works as reference for getting the principal results about automorphisms for generic skew PBW extensions and generic skew quantum polynomials. In general, if I have an endomorphism on a generic skew PBW extension and there are some x i , x j , x u such that the endomorphism is not zero on these elements and the principal coefficients are invertible, then endomorphisms act over x i as a i x i for some a i in the ring of coefficients. Of course, this is valid for quantum polynomial rings, with r = 0, as such Artamonov shows in his work. We use this result for giving some more general results for skew PBW extensions, using filtred-graded techniques. Finally, I use localization to characterize some class the endomorphisms and automorphisms for skew PBW extensions and skew quantum polynomials over Ore domains.  相似文献

In this note we study radicals of skew polynomial ring R[x; α] and skew Laurent polynomial ring R[x, x ?1; α], for a skew-Armendariz ring R. In particular, among the other results, we show that for an skew-Armendariz ring R, J(R[x; α]) = N 0(R[x; α]) = Ni?*(R)[x; α] and J(R[x, x ?1; α]) = N 0(R[x, x ?1; α]) = Ni?*(R)[x, x ?1; α].  相似文献

Let R be a PID. We construct and classify all coordinates of R[x, y] of the form p 2 y + Q 2(p 1 x + Q 1(y)) with p 1, p 2 ∈ qt(R) and Q 1, Q 2 ∈ qt(R)[y]. From this construction (with R = K[z]) we obtain nontame automorphisms σ of K[x, y, z] (where K is a field of characteristic 0) such that the subgroup generated by σ and the affine automorphisms contains all tame automorphisms.  相似文献

Abstract

A radical γ has the Amitsur property, if γ(A[x]) = (γ(A[x]) ∩ A)[x] for every ring A. To any radical γ with Amitsur property we construct the smallest radical γ x which coincides with γ on polynomial rings. Distinct special radicals with Amitsur property are given which coincide on simple rings and on polynomial rings, answering thus a stronger version of M. Ferrero's problem. Radicals γ with Amitsur property are characterized which satisfy A[x, y] ∈ γ whenever A[x] ∈ γ.  相似文献

Let R be a ring with an endomorphism α and an α-derivation δ. In this article, for a skew-Armendariz ring R we study some properties of skew polynomial ring R[x; α, δ]. In particular, among other results, we show that for an (α, δ)-compatible skew-Armendariz ring R, γ(R[x; α, δ]) = γ(R)[x; α, δ] = Ni?*(R)[x; α, δ], where γ is a radical in the class of radicals which includes the Wedderburn, lower nil, Levitzky, and upper nil radicals. We also show that several properties, including the symmetric, reversible, ZCn, zip, and 2-primal property, transfer between R and the skew polynomial ring R[x; α, δ], in case R is (α, δ)-compatible skew-Armendariz. Given an integral domain D with quotient field K, the ring of integer-valued polynomials on D is the subring {f(X) ∈ K[X]: f(D) ? D} of the polynomial ring K[X]. Hirano studied the quasi-Armendariz property of rings, and then this concept was generalized by some authors, defining quasi-Armendariz property for skew polynomial rings and monoid rings. In this article, we consider unified approach to the quasi-Armendariz property of skew power series rings and skew polynomial rings by considering the quasi-Armendariz condition in mixed extension ring [R; I][x; σ], introducing the concept of so-called (σ, I)-quasi Armendariz ring, where R is an associative ring equipped with an endomorphism σ and I is an σ-stable ideal of R. We study the ring-theoretical properties of (σ, I)-quasi Armendariz rings, and we obtain various necessary or sufficient conditions for a ring to be (σ, I)-quasi Armendariz. Constructing various examples, we classify how the (σ, I)-quasi Armendariz property behaves under various ring extensions. Furthermore, we show that a number of interesting properties of an (σ, I)-quasi Armendariz ring R such as reflexive and quasi-Baer property transfer to its mixed extension ring and vice versa. In this way, we extend the well-known results about quasi-Armendariz property in ordinary polynomial rings and skew polynomial rings for this class of mixed extensions. We pay also a particular attention to quasi-Gaussian rings.  相似文献

For a ring endomorphism α, we introduce and investigate SPA-rings which are a generalization of α-rigid rings and determine the radicals of the skew polynomial rings R[x; α], R[x, x ?1; α] and the skew power series rings R[[x; α]], R[[x, x ?1; α]], in terms of those of R. We prove that several properties transfer between R and the extensions, in case R is an SPA-ring. We will construct various types of nonreduced SPA-rings and show SPA is a strictly stronger condition than α-rigid.  相似文献

In this article, we define a new associative dialgebra over a polynomial algebra F[x, y] with two indeterminates x and y. Left derivations, right derivations, derivations, and automorphisms of F[x, y] as associative dialgebra are determined. Meanwhile, we also determine all homogeneous derivations of F[x, y] as ?-graded Leibniz algebra, and automorphisms of Leibniz algebra F[x, y] preserving the standard filtration.  相似文献

Let R be a right Ore domain and φ a derivation or an automorphism of R. We determine the right Martindale quotient ring of the Ore extension R[t; φ] (Theorem 1.1). As an attempt to generalize both the Weyl algebra and the quantum plane, we apply this to rings R such that k[x] ? R ? k(x), where k is a field and x is a commuting variable. The Martindale Quotient quotient ring of R[t; φ] and its automorphisms are computed. In this way, we obtain a family of non-isomorphic infinite dimensional simple domains with all their automorphisms explicitly described.  相似文献

We study z-automorphisms of the polynomial algebra K[x, y, z] and the free associative algebra Kx, y, z〉 over a field K, i.e., automorphisms that fix the variable z. We survey some recent results on such automorphisms and on the corresponding coordinates. In this paper we make an attempt to study right loops (S, o) in which, for each y ∈ S, the map σ y from the inner mapping group G S of (S, o) to itself given by σ y (h)(x)o h(y) = h(xoy), x ∈ S, h ∈ G S is a homomorphism. The concept of twisted automorphisms of a right loop and also the concept of twisted right gyrogroup appears naturally and it turns out that the study is almost equivalent to the study of twisted automorphisms and a twisted right gyrogroup. We study injective hulls of simple modules over differential operator rings R[θ; d], providing necessary conditions under which these modules are locally Artinian. As a consequence, we characterize Ore extensions of S = K[x][θ; σ, d] for σ a K-linear automorphism and d a K-linear σ-derivation of K[x] such that injective hulls of simple S-modules are locally Artinian.  相似文献
