合成并表征了两种Brønsted酸性离子液体N-甲基-2吡咯烷酮硫酸氢盐([Hnmp]HSO4)和N-甲基-2吡咯烷酮对甲苯磺酸盐([Hnmp]PTSA),对两种离子液体在由甲缩醛和多聚甲醛缩合制备聚甲醛二甲醚(DMMn,n > 1)反应中的催化性能进行了研究.结果显示,离子液体的催化活性与其酸性相关,离子液体[Hnmp]HSO4具有较高的催化活性;当离子液体[Hnmp]HSO4 的用量为2.0%(质量分数)、m(甲缩醛)/m(多聚甲醛)= 2.00、反应温度110℃、反应时间6 h时,甲缩醛的转化率和DMM3~8 的选择性分别为52.28%和49.18%.反应结束后,离子液体[Hnmp]HSO4与产物自动分成两相,且该离子液体的稳定性好,重复使用五次后仍有较高的催化活性.  相似文献

Because of good thermal stability, nonflammability and rich structural designability, ionic liquids (ILs) have been used as flame retardants for poly(lactic acid) (PLA). However, as a small molecule, IL has the disadvantages of poor thermal stability and water resistance, and so on. In this paper, an imidazole‐type poly(ionic liquid) (PIL) containing a phosphate anion was synthesized using 1‐vinylimidazole, triethyl phosphate, and 1,2‐divinylbenzene and marked as PDVE[DEP]. The PDVE[DEP] was used to improve the flame retardancy of PLA. The flame retardancy and thermal degradation behaviors of PLA/PDVE[DEP] composites were investigated by the limited oxygen index (LOI), UL‐94 vertical burning, cone calorimetry, and thermal gravity analysis, and so on. The results showed that only 1.0 wt% PDVE[DEP] allows PLA to achieve the UL‐94 V0 rating and obtain LOI value 25.6 vol%. The PDVE[DEP] improve the flame retardancy of PLA by melting‐away mode. In addition, it catalyzes the transesterification of PLA and changes the degradation products.  相似文献

对以酸功能化离子液体[Hnmp]HSO4、[Hnmp]H2PO4、[Hnmp]PTSA和[PyN(CH2)3SO3H]HSO4催化三聚甲醛和甲醇缩合制备聚缩醛二甲醚(PODEn,n1)的反应进行了研究,考察了催化剂用量、物料配比、温度和时间等对反应活性的影响。结果表明,离子液体的催化活性与其酸性相关。[PyN(CH2)3SO3H]HSO4具有较高的催化活性;当[PyN(CH2)3SO3H]HSO4的用量为2.0%、甲醇和三聚甲醛的物质的量比为2.0、反应温度110℃、反应压力2.0 MPa、反应时间6 h时,三聚甲醛的转化率和PODE3~8的选择性分别为97.69%和32.54%。反应结束后,[PyN(CH2)3SO3H]HSO4与产物可自动分成两相。  相似文献

Using ionic liquids (ILs) as the reaction solvent for the synthesis of prepolymer polyamide of poly(p‐phenylene benzoxazole) (PBO) was investigated. The optimum condition of prepolymer preparation was determined in ILs. A series of 1,3‐dialkylimidazolium ILs were used to be the reaction media of the polycondensation. The relationship between the molecular weight of prepolymer and the structure of ILs was analysed by changing the structure of the cation and species of anion of ILs. In order to prove the feasibility of the transformation, the prepolymer was used to prepare PBO in polyphosphoric acid media, and the conversion process was analyzed. The spinnability of the PBO solution was explored by the preparation of PBO fibers. The basic mechanical properties of PBO single fiber were tested. In a word, using 1,3‐dialkylimidazolium ILs as the reaction solvents was feasible for the synthesis of high‐molecular‐weight PBO prepolymer, which could be a promising PBO preparation method.  相似文献

Poly(glycolic acid) (PGA) and a series of novel random copolymers of PGA containing 2‐hydroxyisobutyrric acid (PGAPHIB) (HIB unit content from 1.5 to 7.4 mol %) were synthesized and characterized in terms of chemical structure and molecular weight. Afterward, the polyesters were examined by thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, and X‐ray diffraction techniques. The copolymers, which displayed a better thermal stability than PGA, at room temperature appeared as semicrystalline materials: the main effect of copolymerization was a lowering in the amount of crystallinity and a decrease of the melting temperature with respect to homopolymer PGA. Baur's equation described well the Tm‐composition data. X‐ray diffraction measurements allowed the identification of the PGA crystalline structure in all cases. After melt quenching, semicrystalline samples were obtained with the exception of PGAPHIB7.4 copolymer. Two types of three‐arm and four‐arm, star‐shaped poly(D,L ‐lactic acid‐alt‐glycolic acid)‐b‐poly(L ‐lactic acid) (D,L ‐PLGA50‐b‐PLLA) were successfully synthesized via the sequential ring‐opening polymerization of D,L ‐3‐methylglycolide (MG) and L ‐lactide (L ‐LA) with a multifunctional initiator, such as trimethylolpropane and pentaerythritol, and stannous octoate (SnOct2) as a catalyst. Star‐shaped, hydroxy‐terminated poly(D,L ‐lactic acid‐alt‐glycolic acid) (D,L ‐PLGA50) obtained from the polymerization of MG was used as a macroinitiator to initiate the block polymerization of L ‐LA with the SnOct2 catalyst in bulk at 130 °C. For the polymerization of L ‐LA with the three‐arm, star‐shaped D,L ‐PLGA50 macroinitiator (number‐average molecular weight = 6800) and the SnOct2 catalyst, the molecular weight of the resulting D,L ‐PLGA50‐b‐PLLA polymer linearly increased from 12,600 to 27,400 with the increasing molar ratio (1:1 to 3:1) of L ‐LA to MG, and the molecular weight distribution was rather narrow (weight‐average molecular weight/number‐average molecular weight = 1.09–1.15). The 1H NMR spectrum of the D,L ‐PLGA50‐b‐PLLA block copolymer showed that the molecular weight and unit composition of the block copolymer were controlled by the molar ratio of L ‐LA to the macroinitiator. The 13C NMR spectrum of the block copolymer clearly showed its diblock structures, that is, D,L ‐PLGA50 as the first block and poly(L ‐lactic acid) as the second block. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. A new regular poly(ester amide) consisting of glycolic acid and 12‐aminododecanoic acid was synthesized by a thermal polycondensation method involving the formation of a metal halide salt. Polymerization could start in liquefied or solid phases, depending on the reaction temperature. The polymerization kinetics were investigated by isothermal and nonisothermal isoconversional methods. The reaction model was selected with both Coats–Redfern and isokinetic relationships. The activation energy was higher when the reaction took place mainly in the solid state. A compensation effect was found between the frequency factor and the activation energy. The thermal properties of the new polymer were studied as well as the isothermal crystallization from the melt state. The in vitro degradation behaviour of non-porous ultra-fine poly(glycolic acid)/poly(l-lactic acid) (PGA/PLA) fibres and porous ultra-fine PGA fibres was investigated. The non-porous ultra-fine PGA/PLA fibres were prepared by electrospinning of a PGA/PLA solution in 1,1,1,3,3,3-hexafluoro-2-propanol and the porous ultra-fine PGA fibres were obtained from them via selective removal of PLA with chloroform. Since PLA has a lower degradation rate than PGA, the degradation rates of the ultra-fine PGA/PLA fibres decreased with increasing content of PLA. The porous ultra-fine PGA fibres were degraded in vitro in the order of non-porous PGA > P-PGA/PLA(90/10) > P-PGA/PLA(70/30) > P-PGA/PLA(50/50) > P-PGA/PLA(30/70) due to autocatalytic hydrolysis.  相似文献

该文合成了咪唑侧基功能化的离子液体单体1-(4-乙烯基苄基)-3-氰甲基溴化咪唑盐,通过表面引发原子转移自由基聚合将该单体接枝到硅胶表面,制备了一种新型混合模式色谱固定相。采用红外光谱、元素分析及热重分析对其结构进行表征。该色谱固定相具有良好的分离能力。通过研究流动相pH对物质保留的影响,验证了物质在该固定相上存在反相-离子交换保留机理。通过与十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶固定相比较,证实了该聚离子液体固定相对物质保留提供了π-π作用。结果表明,对咪唑侧基功能化是制备新型离子液体固定相的可行方法。  相似文献

以烯丙基三乙氧基硅烷与1-乙烯基-3-辛基咪唑溴盐离子液体为单体通过自由基聚合及溶胶-凝胶制备了有机-无机杂化聚离子液体材料。通过红外光谱和扫描电镜对所制备的杂化聚离子液体材料进行了表征,并考察了其对柠檬黄、日落黄、苋菜红以及诱惑红等常见染料的吸附性能。研究结果表明:所制备的聚离子液体材料对日落黄和诱惑红具有优异的吸附性能,其吸附容量分别为29.20和86.17 mg/g;当吸附时间为5 min时,该材料对诱惑红和日落黄的吸附分别达到平衡时吸附量的87.5%和72.8%,显示了较快的吸附速率。  相似文献

Polymeric forms of ionic liquids have many potential applications because of their high thermal stability and ionic nature. Two ionic liquid monomers, 1‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)‐3‐butyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate (VBIT) and 1‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)‐3‐ butyl imidazolium hexafluorophosphate (VBIH), were synthesized through the quaternization of N‐butylimidazole with 4‐vinylbenzylchloride and a subsequent anion‐ exchange reaction with sodium tetrafluoroborate or potassium hexafluorophosphate. Copper‐mediated atom transfer radical polymerization was used to polymerize VBIT and VBIH. The effects of various initiator/catalyst systems, monomer concentrations, solvent polarities, and reaction temperatures on the polymerization were examined. The polymerization was well controlled and exhibited living characteristics when CuBr/1,1,4,7,10,10‐hexamethyltriethylenetetramine or CuBr/2,2′‐bipyridine was used as the catalyst and ethyl 2‐bromoisobutyrate was used as the initiator. Characterizations by thermogravimetric analysis, differential scanning calorimetry, and X‐ray diffraction showed that the resulting VBIT polymer, poly[1‐(4‐vinylbenzyl)‐3‐butyl imidazolium tetrafluoroborate] (PVBIT), was amorphous and had excellent thermal stability, with a glass‐transition temperature of 84 °C. The polymerized ionic liquids could absorb CO2 as ionic liquids: PVBIT absorbed 0.30% (w/w) CO2 at room temperature and 0.78 atm. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 通过一步合成法制备了两种可聚合季铵盐离子液体功能单体,并通过沉淀聚合法合成了相应的聚离子液体聚合物。对产物进行了核磁共振、扫描电镜、热重分析等表征。结果表明:所制备的两种材料粒径均匀,约为600 nm的椭球形颗粒,颗粒之间有相互粘连。通过对牛血清白蛋白(BSA)、卵清蛋白(OVA)、牛血红蛋白(BHb)、溶菌酶(Lys)、胰蛋白酶(Try)5种蛋白质的吸附性能实验,考察了聚季铵盐离子液体材料对蛋白质的吸附性能。考察结果表明:两种聚离子液体材料均对蛋白质具有一定的吸附性能。其中以4-乙烯基苄氯季铵盐离子液体为功能单体制备的聚离子液体材料对胰蛋白酶的吸附性能最好,是一种具有良好应用前景的材料。  相似文献

The hydrolytic degradability and erythromycin release from stoichiometric ionic complexes of biotechnological poly(beta,L-malic acid)s and poly(gamma,D-glutamic acid)s with alkyltrimethylammonium surfactants were investigated. The influence of pH, temperature and antibiotic load on hydrolysis rate was examined. It was found that poly(malic acid) complexes degraded by a surface erosion mechanism at a higher rate than poly(glutamic acid) complexes, which eroded in bulk. Erythromycin was lodged in the paraffinic subphase of the complexes and upon aging it was delivered according to a sigmoidal profile that appeared to be independent on the antibiotic load.  相似文献

In this work, the compatibilization effects of hybrid maleated POE/attapulgite hybrid compatibilizer (M-POE/ATP) on the immiscible polypropylene/poly(glycolic acid) (PP/PGA) blends was investigated. The hybrid compatibilizer integrating strengthening, toughening and compatibilization functions was prepared via one-step reactive extrusion using peroxidated ATP as the initiator. Then, the effects of compatibilizer dosage on the mechanical, thermal, rheological and morphological characteristics of blends were evaluated in detail. It was found that the hybrid compatibilizer resulted in the significantly enhanced compatibility and mechanical performance. Increased amount of compatibilizer content fractionated and almost wholly suppressed the crystallization process of PGA. The compatibilized blends showed higher thermal stability than pure PGA, and lower storage modulus and complex viscosity at higher shearing frequency. PGA in the blends presented a much lower degradation rate, which lead to the higher strength retention of 81% for the blend with 4 wt% of compatibilizer in buffer solution after 35 days.  相似文献

The development of novel materials for carbon dioxide (CO2) capture is of great importance in resource utilization and environmental preservation. In this study, imidazolium‐based ionic liquids (ILs) with symmetrical ester and hydroxyl groups were prepared, and their corresponding polymer were synthesized by melt condensation polymerization. The structure and properties of the poly(ionic liquid)s (PILs) were characterized by proton nuclear magnetic resonance, gel permeation chromatograph, differential scanning calorimetry, X‐ray diffraction, and scanning electron microscopy. In addition, the CO2 sorption behavior of the IL monomers and PILs were studied at a low pressure (648.4 mmHg CO2) and under a temperature of 25°C using a thermogravimetric analyzer. The CO2 sorption capacity of 1,3‐bis(2‐hydroxyl ethyl)‐imidazolium hexafluorophosphate ([HHIm]PF6, 10 mol%) was the highest among all the IL monomers and PILs studied. This capacity is also much higher than those reflected of previously reported ILs. Moreover, the sorption equilibrium of [HHIm]PF6 was achieved within a short time. A novel hyperbranched poly(glycidol) (HPG) was prepared and characterized. The synthesized HPG was used as a substrate of a polymer electrolyte. The ionic conductivity of a blend of HPG, polyurethane (PU), and salt was studied. The ionic conductivity of HPG/PU/LiClO4 was about 6.6 × 10?6 S · cm?1 at 20 °C and 6.3 × 10?4 S · cm?1 at 60 °C. The results indicated that HPG showed higher solubility for salt than linear polyether when both had the same [O]/[Li+] molar ratio. The main reason was that more cavities and a lower degree of chain entanglement in HPG resulted in a lower glass‐transition temperature and were beneficial for decreasing the aggregation of salt or enhancing the ionic conductivity. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc. The unit cell parameters of two alternating poly(ester amide)s constituted by glycolic acid and ω‐amino acid units have been determined by interpretation of X‐ray and electron diffraction patterns. Orthorhombic unit cells containing two chain segments with a nonplanar conformation have been derived. The electron diffraction patterns were rather different from those characteristic of aliphatic polyamides and polyesters with a zig–zag conformation. Chain‐folded lamellar crystals have been obtained by isothermal crystallization of dilute diol or glycerine solutions and the crystalline habit has been studied by means of real space electron microscopy. Polyethylene decoration techniques have been applied to evaluate the regularity of the folding surfaces. Diffraction and morphologic data suggest that hydrogen bonds between amide groups were established along a single direction, which coincides with the preferential crystal growth direction. Spherulites prepared from both evaporation of formic acid solutions and melt crystallization have been also studied. Considering that the determination of pyrethroid residues is of value for the safety of food, a new poly(ionic liquid)‐functionalized magnetic mesoporous nanoparticle was designed and used as an adsorbent in magnetic solid‐phase extraction for the enrichment of eight pyrethroids. The porous structure and large surface area of the mesoporous silica shell endow the adsorbent with abundant binding sites. In contrast to the reported poly(ionic liquids) with only one kind of functional group in the cationic part, the new poly(ionic liquids) with mixed cyano and phenyl groups in cationic part matched the chemical structure of the analytes to improve extraction efficiency. Under the optimum conditions, an effective method was established for the determination of eight pyrethroids in apples. Adsorption equilibrium can be quickly reached in 1 min, greatly decreasing the extraction time. The linearity range was found to be 10–200 ng/g, and the detection limits ranged from 0.24 to 1.99 ng/g. Recoveries of analytes in apple samples ranged from 87.3 to 119.0%, with relative standard deviations varying in the range of 3–21.2% (intraday) and 0.3–15.2% (interday). The results indicate that the proposed method is a good candidate for pyrethroid residues in apple samples.  相似文献
