Properties of the lowest 0+ states of 12C are calculated to study the role of three-body interactions in the α-cluster model. An additional short-range part of the
local three-body potential is introduced to incorporate the effects beyond the α-cluster model. There is enough freedom in
this potential to reproduce the experimental values of the ground-state and excited-state energies and the ground-state root-mean-square
radius. The calculations reveal two principal choices of the two-body and three-body potentials. Firstly, one can adjust the
potentials to obtain the width of the excited 02+ state and the monopole 02+↦01+ transition matrix element in good agreement with the experimental data. In this case, the three-body potential has strong
short-range attraction supporting a narrow resonance above the 02+ state, the excited-state wave function contains a significant short-range component, and the excited-state root-mean-square
radius is comparable to that of the ground state. Next, rejecting the solutions with an additional narrow resonance, one finds
that the excited-state width and the monopole transition matrix element are insensitive to the choice of the potentials and
both values exceed the experimental ones. 相似文献

Isotopically pure 12С and 13С diamonds are synthesized by chemical vapor deposition and impulsive stimulated Raman scattering in these crystals is investigated. The thermal conductivity of 12С isotopically pure damond and natC diamond with natural isotopic composition is measured. Phonon-nondegenerate Stokes lasing based on the χ(3) nonlinearity in the 12С, 13С, and natC diamond “triad” is attained, which opens a new stage in the development of diamond photonics. 相似文献

The contributions of various mechanisms to the production of the final nucleus 12C in the reaction 13C(3He, α)12C are estimated. These are neutron stripping and the transfer of the heavy cluster 9Be in the pole approximation or via a sequential transfer of virtual 8Be and a neutron. It is shown that the sequential mechanism of heavy-cluster transfer must be taken into account in order to describe correctly experimental data over the whole angular range. 相似文献

The Λ 7 He hypernucleus is considered within the Λ 5 He + n + n cluster model. The hyperon—nucleon interaction is described by a one-boson-exchange potential that is constructed on the basis of the NSC97f model. Phenomenological potentials are used to describe the αΛ and αN interactions. For the Λ 5 Hen interaction, use is made of the folding-model potential. The calculations of the hyperon binding energy in the ground state of the Λ 7 He hypernucleus on the basis of Faddeev equations in configuration space yield a result (5.35 MeV) that agrees well with preliminary experimental data (5.4 MeV). The problem of calculating the hyperon binding energy within the three-body approach is discussed. In calculating the energy spectrum of Λ 7 He, use is made of a version of the method of analytic continuation in the coupling constant. Low-lying excited states of this nucleus can be classified as an analog of the corresponding states of the 6He nucleus with allowance for the clustering of the Λ 5 He+n+n system in the 6He(J π)+Λ(s) form. 相似文献

A new method of analysis of resonant parameters in the framework of the J-matrix inverse scattering formalism is proposed. The method is applied to analysis of Nα scattering in various partial waves. The obtained 1/2? and 3/2? resonance energies and widths in 5He and 5Li nuclei are in good agreement with the results of other approaches. The eigenenergies entering the J-matrix phase shift parameterization are shown to correlate well with the respective results of no-core shell model calculations, in particular, in the case of non-resonant s-wave scattering. 相似文献

Based on experiments on elastic 4Не12С scattering at energies of 1.5–6.5 MeV, a phase analysis is performed and results obtained are compared with the available data. The parameters of 4Не12С interactions are refined to reproduce more correctly the energy of bound energy levels of the 16О nucleus required for calculations of the astrophysical S-factors. 相似文献

Differential cross sections of inelastic proton scattering on 13,15С isotopes are calculated using the Glauber multiple scattering theory at energies of 0.6, 0.8, and 1.0 GeV for levels (Jπ = 1/2+, 5/2+ ), using oscillatory wave functions of the shell model. The angular distributions of α + 12C elastic and inelastic (to the 4.44 MeV, 2+; 7.65MeV, 0+; and 9.64MeV, 3− states) scattering at 110 MeV are characterized by pronounced enhancement and strong oscillations at large angles. We performed
calculations of the differential cross sections of these reactions assuming a potential scattering in the forward hemisphere
and the direct transfer of 8Be cluster θ
c.m. > 90°. We showed that the α + 8Be cluster configuration with relative angular momentum L = 0 dominates in the Hoyle state being 4.4 times larger than that in the ground state. This result also contributes to the
verification of αBEC hypothesis and is consistent with the conjecture of a dilute 3α structure of the Hoyle state. In the 9.64 MeV, 3− state, a positive interference of all allowed α + 8Be configurations with a dominance of the p-orbital (49%) α-8Be relative motion is found. This finding manifests the exotic 3α, but hardly condensed structure of the 9.64-MeV 3− state in 12C. 相似文献

For the 156Gd and 170Yb nuclei, where the inversion of levels in the Kπ=1? bands is observed, the energies of rotational levels are calculated on the basis of the Coriolis interaction model for the states of two bands whose quantum numbers are Kπ=1?. New 0? levels are introduced in 170Yb, and the structure of 170Er is refined. The experimental procedure and the results of determination of the effective resonance neutron absorption integrals of 238U and 158Gd for isolated UO2–Gd2O3 rods are presented. The phase-shift-analysis data for the 3He4He scattering are analyzed using the effective-range theory, with the Coulomb interaction taken into account. We find both
the renormalized nuclear vertex constants for the vertex 7Be → 3He + 4He in the ground (3/2−) and in the first excited (1/2−) bound states of 7Be, and the corresponding asymptotic normalization constants of the radial wave functions in these states. The results obtained

Combining the Okubo-Zweig-Iizuka rule in the decay φ→ρπ→π+π?π0 with the ρ→4π decay amplitudes, we calculate the φ→2π+2π?π0 and φ→π+π?3π0 ones. The partial widths of the above φ decays are evaluated, and the excitation curves in e+e? annihilation are obtained, assuming reasonable particular relations among the parameters characterizing the anomalous terms of the HLS Lagrangian. The evaluated branching ratios Bφ→π+π?3π0 ≈ 2 × 10?7 and Bφ→2π+2π?π0 ≈ 7 × 10?7 are such that, with the luminosity L=500 pb?1 attained at DAΦNE φ factory, one may already possess about 1685 events of the decays φ→5π. 相似文献

The decay of the 17 μs isomer of 133Sb was re-investigated experimentally. It was produced by thermal neutron induced fission of 241Pu. Its detection is based on time correlation between fission fragments selected by the LOHENGRIN spectrometer at ILL (Grenoble),
and the γ-rays, and conversion electrons from the isomer. The interpretation of the level scheme is based on shell model calculations,
where empirical two-body matrix elements were employed. The good agreement between theory and experiment suggests that the
isomer is the 21/2+ member of the 2p-1h πg
7/2ν(f
7/2

−1) configuration.

The relative method was used to measure the photofission cross sections for 243Cm and 249Cf isotopes in the energy range from 6 to 12 MeV, for 245Cm in the energy range from 5 to 10 MeV, and for 249Bk in the energy range from 5.5 to 10 MeV. The measurements were performed with an energy step of 50 to 200 keV by using the microtron installed at the Institute of Physics and Power Engineering (Obninsk). The cross section for 238U photofission was used as a reference in these measurements. Data on the cross sections for 243Cm, 245Cm, and 249Bk photofission were obtained for the first time, while data on the cross section for 249Cf photofission were obtained for the first time only in the energyregion E<10 MeV. The data on the 245Cm nucleus suggest that, in the energy region around 6 MeV, the cross section for its photofission has a maximum, which is likely to be due to the low-energy resonance structure of the dipole-photoabsorption cross section. For 249Cf, an anomalously large value of the photo fission cross section is observed in the region of the first maximum of the giant dipole resonance (E≈11 MeV). By comparing the energy dependences obtained for the fissilities of the 243Cm and 249Bk isotopes from photofission data with the fissilities from direct-reaction data, it is found that the observed fission thresholds agree and that there is a plateau-like dependence at energies above 7.5 MeV. For the 245Cm and 249Cf nuclei, there are no similar data for performing such a comparison. Data on the fissilities as obtained from the present series of relative measurements that employ the microtron bremsstrahlung spectrum are analyzed. 相似文献

We present a first detailed experimental study of the C(3)1Σ+ state of the NaRb molecule converging
to the Na(3p) + Rb(5s) states of separated atoms. Two different high resolution spectroscopic methods
have been applied: the Fourier transform spectroscopy of laser induced fluorescence and the V-type
optical-optical double resonance polarization labeling spectroscopy. The entire data field for the
C1Σ+ state of Na85Rb and Na87Rb consists of rovibrational levels with v'=0–64
and J'=4–123. The data were incorporated into a direct fit of a single potential energy curve to the level
energies using the Inverted Perturbation Approach method. As the experimental data extend to the
“shelf" region of the potential at large internuclear separations of 8.5 ?, the C state's suitability
for photoassociation yielding cold heteronuclear NaRb is discussed.

The difference in the 332-and 326-keV transition energies from 178Ta decay is measured with a magnetic β spectrometer and a γ spectrometer. The β--decay of 151Pr produced by the thermal neutron-induced fission of 235U has been studied using an on-line isotope separator. From an internal-conversion electron measurement with a Si(Li) detector,
K-conversion coefficients were obtained for 20 γ-transitions. Spins and parities of 6 excited levels in 151Nd were newly determined from the deduced multipolarities: even parities for the 543 and 627 keV levels, odd parities for
250 and 599 keV, (3/2, 5/2)+ for 685 keV, and (1/2, 3/2)+ for 880 keV. The level structure was compared with the rotation-vibration coupling Nilsson model.
