Conversion of hindered alkenyl boronate esters into the corresponding iodoalkene, or alkenyl chloride can be carried out stereoselectively using ICl. In the presence of NaOMe, direct reaction of ICl is favoured yielding the E-iodoalkene, however, the reaction with ICl followed by NaOMe can be used to give different major alkenyl iodide and chloride products, depending upon reaction temperature, ICl source and alkenyl boronate stereoelectronics.  相似文献

Different succinic anhydrides were used for modification of hydrophobicities of linear and star-shaped poly (ε-caprolactone) oligomers with different molecular weights. Hydroxyl-terminated poly(ε-caprolactone) oligomers were acid-functionalized either with succinic anhydride (SAH) or with alkenylsuccinic anhydrides (ASAs) containing 8 or 18 carbons in their alkenyl chains. Hydrophobicities of the linear and corresponding star-shaped oligomers were investigated by immersion studies and by water contact angle measurements. In comparison with SAH functionalized oligomers, alkenyl chain containing oligomers showed lower thermal transitions and higher hydrophobicities. In addition, oligomers with 18 carbons alkenyl chain showed considerably higher hydrophobicities than corresponding oligomers with 8 carbon alkenyl chain.  相似文献

The Sonogashira coupling reaction catalyzed by ultrafine nickel(0) powder has been developed; terminal alkynes couple with aryl, alkenyl iodide and aryl bromide in the presence of cuprous iodide, triphenylphosphine, potassium hydroxide and ultrafine particle nickel(0) to provide the corresponding cross-coupling products with high yields.  相似文献

A room-temperature Ni-catalyzed cross-coupling of aryl, heteroaryl, and alkenyl electrophiles with aminoalkylzinc bromides, readily available from the corresponding aminoalkyl chlorides via Grignard reagents, was developed. The reaction allows a convenient one-step preparation of various aminoalkyl products, including piperidine and tropane derivatives. Such functionalized amine moieties are widely present in various biologically active molecules. Aryl, heteroaryl, and alkenyl iodides, bromides, chlorides and triflates are suitable electrophiles. A short total synthesis of two natural products, (±)-galipinine and (±)-cusparine, is also reported.  相似文献

In the last few years, we have demonstrated that the halogen/magnesium-exchange reaction is a unique method for preparing a variety of new functionalized aryl, alkenyl, heteroaryl magnesium compounds which has considerably extended the range of functionalized Grignard reagents available for synthetic purposes. A variety of functional groups such as an ester, nitrile, iodide, imine and even sensitive groups like nitro, hydroxyl and boronic ester can be tolerated in these organomagnesium compounds. We wish to describe the application of this halogen/magnesium-exchange reaction for the preparation of a broad range of five- and six-membered functionalized heteroaryl magnesium compounds and their reactions with various electrophiles providing a new entry to a range of polyfunctional heterocycles such as thiophene, furan, pyrrole, imidazole, thiazole, antipyrine, pyridine, quinoline and uracil derivatives.  相似文献

A convergent biomimetic synthesis of hemibrevetoxin B from d-glucal and d-arabinose utilizes an electrophile-promoted cascade anti-Baldwin cyclization of an epoxy alcohol. The epoxy alcohol arises from a palladium-catalyzed coupling of a highly functionalized organozinc compound and an alkenyl iodide, which serve as two chiral building blocks of similar size and complexity. This first successful implementation of a cascade epoxy alcohol cyclization for the synthesis of marine polycyclic ether toxins proceeds in 39 steps and 4% overall yield.  相似文献

A completely atom economical palladium‐catalyzed addition reaction has been developed to stereoselectively access functionalized tetrasubstituted alkenyl iodides. The palladium catalyst, which bears an electron‐poor bidentate ligand rarely employed in catalysis, is essential to promote the high yielding and chemoselective intermolecular reaction between equimolar amounts of an alkyne and an aryl iodide. This new carbohalogenation reaction is an attractive alternative to traditional synthetic methods, which rely on multistep synthetic sequences and protecting‐group manipulations.  相似文献

(E)- and (Z)-configured alpha-lithioalkenyl sulfoximines, which are available through lithiation of the corresponding alkenyl sulfoximines, undergo a anionic cross-coupling reaction (ACCR) with organocuprates with formation of the corresponding alkenyl cuprates and sulfinamide. The alkenyl cuprates can be trapped by electrophiles. The ACCR presumably proceeds via the formation of a higher-order sulfoximine-substituted alkenyl cuprate, which undergoes a 1,2-metal-ate rearrangement whereby the sulfoximine group acts as the nucleofuge. The parent (E)- and (Z)-configured alkenyl sulfoximines suffer upon treatment with an organocuprate a deprotonation at the alpha-position with formation of the corresponding alpha-cuprioalkenyl sulfoximines. These derivatives also enter into a similar ACCR with organocuprates. The ACCR of sulfoximines substituted homoallylic alcohols allows a stereoselective access to enantio- and diastereopure substituted homoallylic alcohols.  相似文献

A new procedure for the synthesis of 1,3,4-trisubstituted and 1,4-disubstituted pyrrolidin-2-one derivatives in an enantioselective fashion is reported. The 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition of (+/-)-menthol and (-)-8-phenylmenthol derived Fischer alkoxy alkenyl carbene complexes with in situ generated functionalized azomethine ylides gives the corresponding cycloadducts as chelated tetracarbonyl Fischer carbene complexes. Only one regioisomer is detected in all cases, and the diastereoselectivity of the reaction is very high when (-)-8-phenylmenthol derived carbenes are employed. Oxidation and further transformation of the cycloadducts provide an easy access to pyrrolidin-2-ones. The anti-inflammatory and antidepressant drug (+)-Rolipram is readily prepared in four steps in a 20% overall yield by taking advantage of this newly developed methodology.  相似文献

Palladium-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of 1,1-diboryl-1-alkenes with aryl and alkenyl iodides was found to proceed stereoselectively, giving rise to the corresponding mono-coupled product as a single diastereomer with E-configuration. Second coupling of the initial product with another aryl iodide affords diverse triarylalkenes in their stereochemically pure form. This highly stereoselective approach for triarylalkenes allows one to synthesize both diastereomers in one pot from 1,1-diboryl-1-alkenes.  相似文献

2H‐Azirines are easily synthesized from the corresponding ketones and, despite possessing a C?N bond embedded in a strained three‐membered cycle, they are sufficiently stable to be isolated, stored, and manipulated. 2H‐Azirines can be regarded as valuable synthetic equivalents of alkenyl nitrenes, however, reactions capitalizing on the cyclic strain of the heterocyclic motif and involving the cleavage of the C? N single bond remain surprisingly limited. A gold‐catalyzed reaction that allows the formation of polysubstituted functionalized pyridines from easily accessible 2‐propargyl 2H‐azirine derivatives was developed. This transformation, which corresponds to an unprecedented intramolecular transfer of an alkenyl nitrene to an alkyne, proceeds with low catalyst loading, is efficient, and exhibits a high functional‐group tolerance and a wide substrate scope.  相似文献

The copper-catalyzed electrophilic amination of functionalized diarylzinc reagents with O-acyl hydroxylamines allows for the preparation of functionalized tertiary arylamines in high yields, and is noteworthy for the mild reaction conditions employed. The functionalized diarylzinc reagents were prepared via an iodine/magnesium exchange of the corresponding aryl iodide followed by transmetalation of the resultant Grignard species with ZnCl(2).  相似文献

A broad range of functionalized 5-alkylidenecyclopentene derivatives are synthesized by the rhodium(I)-catalyzed [3+2]-cyclization reaction of chromium alkenyl(methoxy)carbene complexes 1 and activated allenes. Thus, amidocyclopentenes 4a-n are readily available from N-allenylamides 2a-c, while phenoxyallene 2e gives access to phenoxycyclopentenes 6. In turn, the cyclization reaction with (alkoxycarbonyl)allenes 3 leads to (alkoxycarbonyl)methylidenecyclopentenes 7-10. In terms of selectivity, most cyclization reactions take place with complete chemo-, regio-, and diastereoselectivity. Representative cycloadducts are efficiently hydrolyzed to the corresponding 2-alkylidenecyclopentanones 11a-e without tautomerization or isomerization. Finally, a tentative reaction pathway is proposed that involves the rhodium(I) carbene complexes as the species responsible for the [3+2]-cyclization.  相似文献

The PPNCo(CO)(4) and BF(3) x Et(2)O catalyzed carbonylation of simple and functionalized epoxides in DME gives the corresponding beta-lactones regioselectively in good to high yields. The carbonylation occurred selectively at the unsubstituted C-O bond of the epoxide ring, and this reaction tolerates various functional groups such as alkenyl, halide, hydroxy, and alkyl ether.  相似文献

A new, mild, one-pot method for the synthesis of cyclobutabenzenes by the zirconium-promoted cross-coupling reaction of aryllithium compounds and alkenyl bromides is reported. Formation of an arynezirconocene complex and its regioselective coupling with an alkenyl bromide are the key steps of the process. This method allows the regio- and diastereoselective synthesis of functionalized cyclobutabenzene derivatives from simple and easily available starting materials.  相似文献

Under palladium catalysis, we found that organozincate reagents, generated in situ, by reaction of Grignard compounds with less than molar amounts of zinc chloride, in the presence of conjugated alkenyl chlorides, give rapidly and cleanly the corresponding coupling product in high yields. In this way, aryl as well as primary and secondary alkyl substituents have been introduced successfully. The selectivity of the reaction allows to prepare various functionalized conjugated enynes and dienes from chloroenyne and chlorodiene derivatives bearing a functional group.  相似文献

[reaction: see text] Alpha-halo-beta,beta-difluorostyrenes [ArCX = CF2; X = Br, I; Ar = aryl, heteroaryl; synthesized by the Pd(0)-catalyzed coupling reaction of the corresponding alpha-halo-beta,beta-difluoroethenylzinc reagents (CF2=CXZnCl, X = Br, I) with aryl iodides] were functionalized at the halogen site with arylboronic acids under Pd(0)-catalyzed Suzuki-Miyaura coupling reaction conditions to obtain 2,2-diaryl-1,1-difluoro-1-alkenes (ArAr'C=CF2, Ar' = aryl, heteroaryl) in 51-91% isolated yield. The corresponding reaction with alkenylboronic acids produced 1,1-difluoro-2-aryl-1,3-dienes in 53-80% isolated yield. Alternatively, 2,2-disubstituted-1,1-difluoro-1-alkenes were synthesized in moderate yield by a zinc-insertion reaction at the halogen site of the alpha-halo-beta,beta-difluorostyrenes, followed by Pd(0)-catalyzed cross-coupling of the zinc reagent with aryl or alkenyl iodides.  相似文献

The ring‐opening reactions of N‐methyliminodiacetyl (MIDA) α‐chloroepoxyboronates with different nucleophiles allow the modular synthesis of a diverse array of organoboronates. These include seven types of α‐functionalized acylboronates and seven types of borylated heteroarenes, some of which are difficult‐to‐access products using alternative methods. The common synthons, α‐chloroepoxyboronates, could be viably synthesized by a two‐step procedure from the corresponding alkenyl MIDA boronates. Mild reaction conditions, good functional‐group tolerance, and generally good efficiency were observed. The utility of the products was also demonstrated.  相似文献

During the last few years alkenyl(phenyl)iodonium salts have risen from mere chemical curiosities to valuable synthetic intermediates. [1] Because of an excellent leaving group ability of a phenyliodonyl moiety, alkenyl(phenyl) iodonium salts undergo nucleophilic vinyl substitutions under mild conditions, thus providing a useful route for the synthesis of various kinds of olefins.
