The reactions of 4H-1,2,4-triazole(Htrz) with ZnCl_2, 1H-tetrazole(Htez) and Cu(NO_3)2·6H_2O afford two novel coordination polymers respectively, {[Zn_2(trz)_2(ox)](H_2O)_3}n(1) and {[Cu_3(tez)_3(OH)_2(H_2O)_2](NO_3)(DMF)_4}_n(2)(H_2ox =(COOH_)2, DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide). 1 shows 1D channels along the a axis filled with water molecules and 2 features a 2D bi-layered framework based on trinuclear Cu(II) units bridged by two μ3-OH groups. In addition, in vitro antitumor activities of compounds 1 and 2 on four human lung cancer cells(16HBE, NCI-H1299, NCI-H460 and NCI-H292) were further determined.  相似文献

A series of 1D nickel(II)/zinc(II)-lanthanide(III) coordination polymers, [M(μ-L)2Ln(NO3)3]n·solvents (HL = bis(2-pyridylcarbonyl)amine; M = Ni, Ln = Gd (1·NiGd), Tb (2·NiTb), Dy (3·NiDy), Ho (4·NiHo), Y (5·NiY); M = Zn, Ln = Gd (6·ZnGd), Tb (7·ZnTb), Dy (8·ZnDy), Ho (9·ZnHo); solvents = H2O or H2O-ethanol), was synthesized and characterized. All of the complexes are isostructural at 293 K and crystallize in the orthorhombic space group Fddd. Magnetic measurements were performed on 1―9, where weak ferromagnetic interaction is found in 1·NiGd, ferromagnetic interaction in 2·NiTb and 3·NiDy, and antiferromagnetic interaction in 4·NiHo. A remarkable dc magnetic field dependence of ac susceptibilities was found in this series of complexes.  相似文献

The electronic structures and optical properties of II-III2-VI4 (II = Zn, Cd; III = In; VI = Se, Te) compounds are studied by the density functional theory (DFT) using the Vienna ab initio simulation package (VASP). Geometrical optimization of the unit cell is in good agreement with the experimental data. Our calculations show that the valence band maximum (VBM) and conduction band minimum (CBM) are located at G resulting in a direct energy gap. The optical properties are analyzed, and the independent second harmonic generation (SHG) coefficients are determined. By an analysis of the band structure, we can get that SHG response of the system can be attributed to the transitions from the bands near the top of valence band that are derived from the Se/Te p states to the unoccupied bands contributed by the p states of In atoms.  相似文献

Two fascinating Zn(II)entangled coordination polymers,[Zn(eoba)(bbi)]_n·nH_2O(1)and[Zn(boba)(bbi)_(1/2)]_n(2),(bbi=1,1?-(1,4-butanediyl)-bis(imidazole),H_2eoba=4,4?-(ethane-1,2-diyldioxy)-dibenzoic acid,H_2boba=4,4?-(butane-1,4-diyldioxy)-dibenzoic acid),were obtained by hydrothermal technology and characterized by elemental analysis,infrared spectrum,thermogravimetric analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction.1 is a rare 2D→3D example with a 3-fold parallel interpenetration and polycatenaned architecture.2 features a scarce2D→2D example with a 3-fold parallel interpenetrating network which possesses polyrotaxane and polycatenane characters.Moreover,the luminescent properties of 1 and 2 have been discussed.  相似文献

Zn(Ⅱ), Ni(Ⅱ) and Co(Ⅱ) compounds(1~3) based on 2-(2-pyridyl)benzothiazole(bpt) and terephthalic acid(PTA) were synthesized. The crystal structures of [Zn(bpt)(PTA)2](1), [Ni(bpt)(PTA)2](2), and [Co(bpt)(PTA)2](3) have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, which shows that all the three complexes belong to monoclinic system with space group P21/c. Time-dependent density functional theory(TD-DFT) calculation is performed on a reference structure of compound 3. The excited electrons mainly localized at the π* of ligand 2-(2-pyridyl)benzothiazole, which will be convenient for them to bind with the DNA reacting sites. Fluorescence spectroscopy, ultraviolet(UV) spectroscopy and viscosity were used to characterize the interaction of the compounds with Calf thymus DNA(CT-DNA). The results indicate that compounds 1~3 bind to CT-DNA and have a strong interaction with DNA. The compounds can probably bind to CT-DNA via a non-intercalative mode as concluded by studying the viscosity of a DNA solution in the presence of the compounds. This combination can effectively break DNA, which speculates that these three compounds may interact with the cancer cell DNA in this binding mode, thereby damaging the cancer cells.  相似文献

Zn C6H8N2O5.H2O(NCGZn) has been synthesized, and its functional groups present in the title compound were confirmed by elemental analysis, TG and IR spectral studies. Meanwhile, the crystal of NCGZn was obtained by slow evaporation of a saturated aqueous solution at room temperature and confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P21 with a = 5.03220(1), b = 13.3747(4), c = 12.9944(4) , β = 92.987(2)o, V = 873.39(4) 3, Z = 2, C12H20N4O12Zn2, Mr = 543.10, Dc = 2.065 g/cm3, F(000) = 552, μ(Mo Ka) = 2.826 mm-1, R = 0.0422 and w R = 0.1142. In NCGZn, Zn(1) and the symmetry formed Zn(1) ions are connected by five atoms from four NCG-2H anions and a water molecule. A NCG ligand has two carboxylate groups, one connecting a Zn ion, and the other bridgiong two Zn ions. The NCG ligand bridges four Zn ions through the amino group and two carboxylate groups with a water molecule to yield a 3D coordination polymer structure with hydrogen bonds.  相似文献

Three new transition metal complexes have been synthesized with a Schiff base,3-(2-hydroxy-5-chlorophenylimino)-l,3- diphenylpropen-1-one.In all complexes Schiff base is completely deprotonated and coordinated to metal as tridentate ligand via phenolic and enolic oxygens and imine nitrogen.Thermal decomposition of the complexes has been studied by thermogravimetry. The in vitro antibacterial activity of Schiff bases and their complexes has been evaluated and compared with the standard drugs.  相似文献

Cd(Ⅱ), Co(Ⅱ), Cu(Ⅱ) and Zn(Ⅱ) complexes(1~4) based on 2-(2-pyridyl)benzimidazole(pbm) and 4,4'-oxybisbenzoic acid(H2odc) were synthesized. The formulas of these complexes are [Cd(pbm)(odc)2](1), [Co(pbm)(odc)2](2), [Cu(pbm)(odc)2](3) and [Zn(pbm)(odc)2](4) confirmed by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis, which shows that complexes 1, 2 and 4 belong to monoclinic system with space group P21/n, while complex 3 belongs to monoclinic system with space group P21/c. The binding properties of complexes 1~4 with CT-DNA are evaluated by ultraviolet spectrum, fluorescence spectra and viscosity measurements. The results indicate that complexes 1~4 have strong interaction with CT-DNA binding. These complexes exhibit an electrostatic or groove mode in respect of binding with DNA, which can effectively destroy DNA. And this binding mode may be applied to the interaction between the complexes and cancer cell DNA. Therefore, we hope to provide a theoretical and scientific basis for the research of anti-cancer drugs.  相似文献

A new Zn(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, namely [Zn(Htci)(bib)0.5(H2O)]n·nH2O(1, H3 tci = tri(2-carboxyethyl)isocyanurate, bib = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)-butane) has been synthesized by combining H3 tci and bib ligands with Zn(Ⅱ) salts under solvothermal conditions. The title compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21/c with a = 13.3424(7), b = 7.9051(5), c = 20.4650(12) , β = 101.935(5)o, V = 2111.8(2) 3, C17H24N5O11 Zn, Mr = 539.8, Z = 4, Dc = 1.698 g/cm3, F(000) = 1116, μ = 1.236 mm-1, the final R = 0.0398 and wR = 0.00879 for 3722 observed reflections(I 2■(I)). X-ray structural analysis reveals that compound 1 exhibits a three-dimensional(3D) pillar-layered framework, and can be simplified into a 5-connected bnn topological network. Moreover, the luminescent properties for compound 1 were also studied at room temperature.  相似文献

The employment of N-hydroxy-pyridine-2-carboxamidine in the coordination chemistry of zinc(Ⅱ), nickel(Ⅱ) and manganese(Ⅱ) under solvothermal conditions is reported. Four complexes of compositions, [Zn2(O2CMe)3{(py)C(NH2)NOH}4](OH)(1), [Zn4(OH)2{(py)C(NH2)-NO}4Cl2]·3MeCN(2), [Ni(SO4)(H2O){(py)C(NH2)NOH}2]·H2O(3) and [Mn(SO4){(py)C(NH2)-NOH}2]n(4), have been synthesized by rationally choosing different metal salts and dexterously employing acetate and sulfate ions as the bridging groups. Luminescent properties for 2 suggested strong emission in the solid state at room temperature. Variable temperature(2.0~300 K) magnetic studies for the linear chain complex 4 indicate weak antiferromagnetic Mn(Ⅱ)···Mn(Ⅱ) exchange interactions.  相似文献

Two novel coordination polymers with helical chains, {[Zn(L)(H2O)]?H2O}n(1) and {[Zn(L)(p-bix)]?3.5H2O}n(2), where H2 L = 5-(4-hydroxypyridinium-1-ylmethyl) isophthalic acid and p-bix = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-ylmethyl)benzene, have been hydrothermally synthesized, and charac-terized by elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), IR, thermal gravimetric analyses(TGA) and also by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. Both complexes 1 and 2 crystallize inmonoclinic, space group P21/c. Compound 1 displays a two-dimensional(2D) structure with two distinct types of helical chains; 2 shows a layered coordination polymer with two types of helical chains and features an interesting 2D→3D interdigitated architecture. Two new zinc(Ⅱ) compounds with dibenzoylmethane and N-donor ancillary ligands,[Zn(μ-pyz)(dbm)_2]_n(1) and [Zn(dbm)_2(μ-bpe)Zn(dbm)_2](2)(Hdbm = dibenzoylmethane,pyz = pyrazine and bpe = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethane),have been prepared and characterized using elemental analysis,IR,~1H NMR and 13 C NMR spectroscopy,and studied by thermal gravimetric analysis as well as single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal and molecular structures of 1 and 2 have been solved by X-ray diffraction and they turned out to be a one-dimensional coordination polymer with linear dispositions of metal atoms and binuclear compound,respectively. These one-dimensional polymers are further connected to form a 3D supramolecular network by C–H···O(only in 2) and π-π interactions.  相似文献

The structures of [Cu (S2CN (CH2)4)2] (1) and [Zn2(S2CN‐(CH2)4)4] (2) have been determined by X‐ray crystallography analysis. They are all isomorphous and triclinic, space group of P1?, with Z = 1. The lattice parameters of compound 1 is: a = 0.63483(2) nm, b = 0.74972(3) nm, c=0.78390(1) mn, α = 75.912(2)°, β = 78.634(2)° and γ = 86.845(2)°; compound 2: a = 0.78707(6) nm, b=0.79823(6) nm, c = 1.23246(9) nm, α = 74.813(2)°, β = 73.048(2)° and γ = 88.036(2)°. The copper atom is located on a crystallographic inversion center and zinc atom lies across centers of symmetry. The Cu(II) ion has a square‐planar geometry while Zn(II) has a distorted tetrahedral geometry. The thermal gravity (TG) data indicate that no structural transitions in the two compounds were abserved and the decomposition products can adsorb gas. Also they all have a high thermal stability.  相似文献

A new coordination polymer [Zn(isop)(bps)]n 1(H2isop=benzene-1,3-dicer-boxylic acid,bps=4,4'-dipyridyl sulfide) has been prepared and structurally characterized by X-ray diffraction method.It crystallizes in monoclinic,space group P21/n with a=12.1936(11),b=10.7720(9),c=13.0685(11),V=1709.0(3)3,C18H12N2O4SZn,Mr=417.76,Z=4,Dc=1.624g/cm3,S=1.046,F(000)=848,the final R=0.0305 and wR=0.0858 for 3085 independent reflections with Rint=0.0147.Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses reveal that 1 is a 4-fold interpenetrating diamondoid network.The zinc(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of two bps and two carboxylate oxygen atoms of isop ligands,resulting in a tetrahedral geometry.  相似文献
