Treatment of the η1-acetylide complex [(η5-C5H5)(CO)(NO)W---CC---C(CH3)3]Li (4) with 1,2-diiodoethane in THF at −78 °C, followed by the addition of Li---CC---R [R=C(CH3)3, C6H5, Si(CH3)3, 6a6c] or n-C4H9Li and protonation with H2O, afforded the corresponding oxametallacyclopentadienyl complexes (η5-C5H5)W(I)(NO)[η2-O=C(CC---R)CH=CC(CH3)3] (7a7c), 8c and (η5-C5H5)W(I)(NO)[η2-O=C(n-C4H9)CH=CC(CH3)3] (9). The formation of these metallafuran derivatives is rationalized by the electrophilic attack of 1,2-diiodoethane onto the metal center of 4 to form first the neutral complex [(η5-C5H5)(I)(CO)(NO)W---CC---C(CH3)3] (5). Subsequent nucleophilic addition of Li---CC---R 6a6c or n-C4H9Li and a reductive elimination step followed by protonation leads to the products 7a7c and 9. One reaction intermediate could be trapped with CF3SO3CH3 and characterized by a crystal structure analysis. The identity of another intermediate was established by infrared spectroscopic data. The oxametallacyclopentadienyl complex 10 forms in the presence of excess 1,2-diiodoethane through an alternative pathway and crystallizes as a clathrate containing iodine.  相似文献

A new bifunctional N-thiophosphorylated thiourea and 2,5-dithiobiurea of the common formula R[C(S)NHP(S)(OiPr)2]2 [R = –N(Ph)CH2CH2N(Ph)– (H2La); –NHNH– (H2Lb)] have been synthesized and characterized by IR, 1H, 31P spectroscopy and the single crystal X-ray diffraction method. The structure of the latter compound in CDCl3 and acetone-d6 solutions has been discussed in comparison with the monofunctional thiosemicarbazide PhNHNHC(S)NHP(S)(OiPr)2 (HLc).  相似文献

The reaction of dimeric rhodium precursor [Rh(CO)2Cl]2 with two molar equivalent of 1,1,1-tris(diphenylphosphinomethyl)ethane trichalcogenide ligands, [CH3C(CH2P(X)Ph2)3](L), where X = O(a), S(b) and Se(c) affords the complexes of the type [Rh(CO)2Cl(L)] (1a–1c). The complexes 1a–1c have been characterized by elemental analyses, mass spectrometry, IR and NMR (1H, 31P and 13C) spectroscopy and the ligands a–c are structurally determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. 1a–1c undergo oxidative addition (OA) reactions with different electrophiles such as CH3I, C2H5I and C6H5CH2Cl to give Rh(III) complexes of the types [Rh(CO)(COR)ClXL] {R = –CH3 (2a–2c), –C2H5 (3a–3c); X = I and R = –CH2C6H5 (4a–4c); X = Cl}. Kinetic data for the reaction of a–c with CH3I indicate a first-order reaction. The catalytic activity of 1a–1c for the carbonylation of methanol to acetic acid and its ester is evaluated and a higher turn over number (TON = 1564–1723) is obtained compared to that of the well-known commercial species [Rh(CO)2I2] (TON = 1000) under the reaction conditions: temperature 130 ± 2 °C, pressure 30 ± 2 bar and time 1 h.  相似文献

Mixed-chelate complexes of ruthenium have been synthesized using tridentate Schiff-base ligands (TDLs) derived from condensation of 2-aminophenol or 2-aminobenzoic acid with aldehydes (salicyldehyde, 2-pyridinecarboxaldehyde), and tmeda (tetramethylethylenediamine). [RuIII(hpsd)(tmeda)(H2O)]+ (1), [RuIII(hppc)(tmeda)(H2O)]2+ (2), [RuIII(cpsd)(tmeda)(H2O)]+ (3) and [RuIII(cppc)(tmeda)(H2O)]2+ (4) complexes (where hpsd2− = N-(hydroxyphenyl)salicylaldiminato); hppc = N-(2-hydroxyphenylpyridine-2-carboxaldiminato); cpsd2− = (N-(2-carboxyphenyl)salicylaldiminato); cppc = N-2-carboxyphenylpyridine-2-carboxaldiminato) were characterized by microanalysis, spectral (IR and UV–vis), conductance, magnetic moment and electrochemical studies. Complexes 14 catalyzed the epoxidation of cyclohexene, styrene, 4-chlorostyrene, 4-methylstyrene, 4-methoxystyrene, 4-nitrostyrene, cis- and trans-stilbenes effectively at ambient temperature using tert-butylhydroperoxide (t-BuOOH) as terminal oxidant. On the basis of Hammett correlation (log krel vs. σ+) and product analysis, a mechanism involving intermediacy of a [Ru–O–OBut] radicaloid species is proposed for the catalytic epoxidation process.  相似文献

Treatment of N-(2-chlorobenzylidene)-N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine (1) and N-(2-bromo-3,4-(MeO)2-benzylidene)-N,N-dimethyl-1,3-propanediamine (20) with tris(dibenzylideneacetone)dipalladium(0) in toluene gave the mononuclear cyclometallated complexes [Pd{C6H4C(H)=NCH2CH2CH2NMe2}(Cl)] (2) and [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)=NCH2CH2CH2NMe2}(Br)] (21), respectively, via oxidative addition reaction with the ligand as a C,N,N terdentate ligand. Reaction of 2 with sodium bromide or iodide in an acetone–water mixture gave the cyclometallated analogues of 2, [Pd{C6H4C(H)=NCH2CH2CH2NMe2}(Br)] (3) and [Pd{C6H4C(H)=NCH2CH2CH2NMe2}(I)] (4), by halogen exchange. The X-ray crystal structures of 2, 3 and 4 were determined and discussed. Treatment of 2, 3, 4 and 21 with tertiary monophosphines in acetone gave the mononuclear cyclometallated complexes [Pd{C6H4C(H)=NCH2CH2CH2NMe2}(L)(X)] (6: L=PPh3, X=Cl; 7: L=PPh3, X=Br; 8: L=PPh3, X=I; 9: L=PMePh2, X=Cl; 10: L=PMe2Ph, X=Cl) and [Pd{3,4-(MeO)2C6H2C(H)=NCH2CH2CH2NMe2}(L)(Br)] (22: L=PPh3; 23: L=PMePh2; 24: L=PMe2Ph). A fluxional behaviour due to an uncoordinated CH2CH2CH2NMe2 could be determined by variable temperature NMR spectroscopy. Treatment of 2, 3 and 4 with silver trifluoromethanesulfonate followed by reaction with triphenylphosphine gave the mononuclear complex [Pd{C6H4C(H)=NCH2CH2CH2NMe2}(PPh3)][F3CSO3] (11) where the Pd–NMe2 bond was retained. Reaction of 2, 3 and 4 with ditertiary diphosphines in a cyclometallated complex–diphosphine 2:1 molar ratio gave the binuclear complexes [{Pd[C6H4C(H)=NCH2CH2CH2NMe2](X)}2(μ-L–L)][L–L=PPh2(CH2)4PPh2(dppb) (13, X=Cl; 14, X=Br; 15, X=I; L–L=PPh2(CH2)5PPh2(dpppe): 16, X=Cl; 17, X=Br; 18, X=I) with palladium–NMe2 bond cleavage. Treatment of 2, 3 and 4 with ditertiary diphosphines, in a cyclometallated complex–diphosphine 2:1, molar ratio and AgSO3CF3 gave the binuclear cyclometallated complexes [{Pd[C6H4C(H)=NCH2CH2CH2NMe2]}2(μ-L–L)][F3CSO3]2 (11: L–L=PPh2(CH2)4PPh2(dppb), X=Cl; 12: L–L=PPh2(CH2)5PPh2 (dpppe), X=Cl). Reaction of 2 with the ditertiary diphosphine cis-dppe in a cyclometallated complex–diphosphine 1:1 molar ratio followed by treatment with sodium perchlorate gave the mononuclear cyclometallated complex [Pd{C6H4C(H)=NCH2CH2CH2NMe2}(cis-PPh2CH=CHPPh2–P,P)][ClO4] (19).  相似文献

A series of substituted benzoyl modified β-cyclodextrins, including mono-6-O-(p-methylbenzoyl)-β-CD (1), mono-6-O-(m-methylbenzoyl)-β-CD (2), mono-6-O-(o-methylbenzoyl)-β-CD (3), mono-6-O-(p-methoxylbenzoyl)-β-CD (4), mono-6-O-(m-methoxylbenzoyl)-β-CD (5), mono-6-O-(o-methoxylbenzoyl)-β-CD (6), mono-6-O-(m, p-dimethoxylbenzoyl)]-β-CD (7), mono-6-O-(o,m-dimethoxylbenzoyl)-β-CD (8), and mono-(6-O-benzoyl)-β-CD (9) were synthesized and their inclusion properties were studied by using fluorescence spectroscopy. The binding constants (Ka) of the modified β-CD derivatives with 2-p-toluidinylnaphthalene-6-sulfonate (TNS) were determined on the basis of the fluorescence spectroscopy. The effect of types and location of substituted groups of the benzene ring of the modified β-cyclodextrins on the binding property was discussed. Results indicated that the substituents had significant influences on the binding abilities of modified β-cyclodextrins.  相似文献

1-O-α- -Glucopyranosyl- -mannitol–ethanol (2/1), (C12H24O11)2–C2H5OH, crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21 with unit cell dimensions a=11.4230(8) Å, b=9.525(4) Å, c=15.854(2) Å, β=102.751(7)° and V=1682.4(7) Å3, Z=2, Dx=1.45 Mg m−3, λ (Mo-Kα)=0.71069 Å, μ=0.128 mm−1, F(000)=788 and T=293(2) K. The structure was solved by direct methods and refined by least-squares calculations on F2 to R1=0.0371[I>2σ(I)], and 0.0930 (all data, 3542 independent reflections, Rint=0.021). There are two molecules of glucopyranosylmannitol (GPM) and one ethanol molecule in the asymmetric unit, and the glucopyranosyl ring adopts a chair conformation in both GPM molecules. Bond lengths and angles accord well with the mean values of related structures. The conformation along the mannitol side chain for one of the GPM molecules was the same as for the known polymorphs of -mannitol, while the conformation of the other molecule was different, indicating different conformational arrangements in the terminal carbon atoms of the mannitol side chains of the two GPM molecules. The structure in 1-O-α- -glucopyranosyl- -mannitol–ethanol (2/1) is held together by a very complex hydrogen bonding system, which consists of an infinte chain propagating along the b-axis and a discontinuous chain, which binds the ethanol molecule to the structure. The FTIR spectra for anhydrous GPM, GPM dihydrate and GPM–ethanol (2/1) were recorded. Both IR and X-ray results indicate the extensive hydrogen bonding in crystalline state.  相似文献

A new class of M(II)–Hg(II) (M=Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II)) mixed-metal coordination polymers, Cu(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2HgCl2 (4), [Co(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2(HgCl2)2] · 0.61H2O (5) and [Ni(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2(HgCl2)2] · 0.77H2O (6), have been prepared by self assembly of metal-containing building blocks, M(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2 · (H2O)2(M=Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II)), with HgCl2. Compounds 46 were characterized fully by IR, elemental analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. Compound 4 crystallized in the monoclinic space group C2/c, with a=17.916(5) Å, b=7.223(2) Å, c=13.335(4) Å, β=128.726(3)°, V=1346.2(6) Å3, Z=4. It contains alternating Hg(II) and Cu(II) metal centers that are cross-linked by 2-pyrazinecarboxylate spacers and chlorine co-ligands to generate a unique three-dimensional Hg(II)–Cu(II) mixed metal framework. Compound 5 crystallized in the triclinic space group P , with a=6.3879(7) Å, b=6.6626(8) Å, c=13.2286(15) Å, α=96.339(2)°, β=91.590(2)°, γ=113.462(2)°, V=511.71(10) Å3, Z=1. Compound 6 also crystallized in the triclinic space group P , with a=6.3543(8) Å, b=6.6194(8) Å, c=13.2801(16) Å, α=96.449(2)°, β=92.263(2)°, γ=113.541(2)°, V=506.67(11) Å3, Z=1. Compounds 5 and 6 are isostructural and in the solid state the Hg(II)M(II)Hg(II) units are connected by Hg2Cl2 linkages to produce a novel M(II)–Hg(II) (M=Co(II), Ni(II)) zigzag mixed-metal chain, in which a new type of M–M′–M′–M array was observed. The metal containing building blocks, M(2-pyrazinecarboxylate)2 · (H2O)2 (M=Cu(II), Co(II), Ni(II)), exhibit different connectivities to HgCl2 depending on the metal cation contained within them.  相似文献

The reaction of [Rh(CO)2Cl]2 with 0.5 mol equivalent of the ligands [P(X)(CH2-CH2P(X)Ph2)3](PP3X4) {where X = O(a), S(b) and Se(c)} affords tetranuclear complexes of the type [Rh4(CO)8Cl4(PP3X4)] (1a-1c). The complexes 1a-1c have been characterized by elemental analyses, mass spectrometry, IR and multinuclear NMR spectroscopy, and the ligands b and c are structurally determined by single crystal X-ray diffraction. 1a-1c undergo oxidative addition (OA) reactions with CH3I to generate Rh(III) oxidised products. Kinetic data for the reaction of 1a and 1b with excess CH3I indicate a pseudo first order reaction. The catalytic activity of 1a-1c for the carbonylation of methanol to acetic acid and its ester show a higher Turn Over Frequency (TOF = 1349-1748 h−1) compared to the well-known species [Rh(CO)2I2] (TOF = 1000 h−1) under the similar experimental conditions. However, 1b and 1c exhibit lower TOF than 1a, which may be due to the desulfurization and deselinization of the ligands in the respective complexes under the reaction conditions.  相似文献

The C/Si/Ge-analogous compounds rac-Ph(c-C5H9)El(CH2OH)CH2CH2NR2 (NR2=piperidino; El=C, rac-3a; El=Si, rac-3b; El=Ge, rac-3c) and (c-C5H9)2El(CH2OH)CH2CH2NR2 (NR2=piperidino; El=C, 5a; El=Si, 5b; El=Ge, 5c) were prepared in multi-step syntheses. The (R)- and (S)-enantiomers of 3ac were obtained by resolution of the respective racemates using the antipodes of O,O′-dibenzoyltartaric acid (resolution of rac-3a), O,O′-di-p-toluoyltartaric acid (resolution of rac-3b), or 1,1′-binaphthyl-2,2′-diyl hydrogen phosphate (resolution of rac-3c). The enantiomeric purities of (R)-3ac and (S)-3ac were ≥98% ee (determined by 1H-NMR spectroscopy using a chiral solvating agent). Reaction of rac-3ac, (R)-3ac, (S)-3ac, and 5ac with methyl iodide gave the corresponding methylammonium iodides rac-4ac, (R)-4ac, (S)-4ac, and 6ac (3ac4ac; 5ac6ac). The absolute configuration of (S)-3a was determined by a single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis of its (R,R)-O,O′-dibenzoyltartrate. The absolute configurations of the silicon analog (R)-4b and germanium analog (R)-4c were also determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The chiroptical properties of the (R)- and (S)-enantiomers of 3ac, 3ac·HCl, and 4ac were studied by ORD measurements. In addition, the C/Si/Ge analogs (R)-3ac, (S)-3ac, (R)-4ac, (S)-4ac, 5ac, and 6ac were studied for their affinities at recombinant human muscarinic M1, M2, M3, M4, and M5 receptors stably expressed in CHO-K1 cells (radioligand binding experiments with [3H]N-methylscopolamine as the radioligand). For reasons of comparison, the known C/Si/Ge analogs Ph2El(CH2OH)CH2CH2NR2 (NR2=piperidino; El=C, 7a; El=Si, 7b; El=Ge, 7c) and the corresponding methylammonium iodides 8ac were included in these studies. According to these experiments, all the C/Si/Ge analogs behaved as simple competitive antagonists at M1–M5 receptors. The receptor subtype affinities of the individual carbon, silicon, and germanium analogs 3a–8a, 3b–8b, and 3c–8c were similar, indicating a strongly pronounced C/Si/Ge bioisosterism. The (R)-enantiomers (eutomers) of 3ac and 4ac exhibited higher affinities (up to 22.4 fold) for M1–M5 receptors than their corresponding (S)-antipodes (distomers), the stereoselectivity ratios being higher at M1, M3, M4, and M5 than at M2 receptors, and higher for the methylammonium compounds (4ac) than for the amines (3ac). With a few exceptions, compounds 5ac, 6ac, 7ac, and 8ac displayed lower affinities for M1–M5 receptors than the related (R)-enantiomers of 3ac and 4ac. The stereoselective interaction of the enantiomers of 3ac and 4ac with M1–M5 receptors is best explained in terms of opposite binding of the phenyl and cyclopentyl ring of the (R)- and (S)-enantiomers. The highest receptor subtype selectivity was observed for the germanium compound (R)-4c at M1/M2 receptors (12.9-fold).  相似文献

Reaction of cis-[Mo(NCMe)2(CO)2(η5-L)][BF4] (L=C5H5 or C5Me5) with 1-acetoxybuta-1,3-diene gives the cationic complexes [Mo{η4-syn-s-cis-CH2CHCHCH(OAc)}(CO)2(η5-L)][BF4], which, on reaction with aqueous NaHCO3/CH2Cl2, afford good yields of the anti-aldehyde substituted complexes [Mo{η3-exo-anti-CH2CHCH(CHO)}(CO)2(η5-L)] 2 (L=C5Me5), 4 (L=C5H5)]. The corresponding η5-indenyl substituted complex 5 was prepared by protonation (HBF4·OEt2) of [Mo(η3-C3H5)(CO)2(η5-C9H7)] followed by addition of CH2=CHCH=CH(OAc) and hydrolysis (aq. NaHCO3/CH2Cl2). An X-ray crystallographic study of complex 2 confirmed the structure and showed that there is a contribution from a zwitterionic form involving donation of electron density from the molybdenum to the aldehyde carbonyl group. Treatment of 2 and 4, in methanol solution, with NaBH4 afforded the alcohols [Mo{η3-exo-anti-CH2CHCHCH2(OH)}(CO)2(η5-L)] [6 (L=C5H5), 8 (L=C5Me5)]; however, prolonged (30 h) reaction with NaBH4/MeOH surprisingly gave good yields of the methoxy-substituted complexes [Mo{η3-exo-anti-CH2CHCHCH2(OMe)}(CO)2(η5-L)] [7 (L=C5H5), 9 (L=C5Me5)], the structure of 7 being confirmed by single crystal X-ray crystallography. This methoxylation reaction can be explained by coordination of the hydroxyl group present in 6 and 8 onto B2H6 to form the potential leaving group HOBH3, which on ionisation affords [Mo(η4-exo-buta-1-3-diene)(CO)2(η5-L)]+ which is captured by reaction with OMe. Complex 8 is also formed in good yield on reaction of 2 with HBF4·OEt2 followed by treatment of the resulting cation [Mo{η4-exo-s-cis-syn-CH2CHCHCH(OH)}(CO)2(η5-C5Me5)][BF4] with Na[BH3CN]. Reaction of 4 with the Grignard reagents MeMgI, EtMgBr or PhMgCl afforded moderate yields of the alcohols [Mo{η3-exo-anti-CH2CHCHCH(OH)R}(CO)2(η5-C5H5)] [11 (R=Me), 12 (R=Et), 13 (R=Ph)]. Similarly, treatment of 2 with MeLi gave the corresponding alcohol 14. An attempt to carry out the Oppenauer oxidation [Al(OPr′)3/Me2CO] of 11 resulted in an elimination reaction and the formation of the η3-s-pentadienyl complex [Mo{η3-exo-anti-CH2CHCH(CHCH2)}(CO)2(η5-C5H5)], which was structurally identified by X-ray crystallography. Interestingly, oxidation of 6 with [Bu4nN][RuO4]/morpholine-N-oxide affords the aldehyde complex, 4 in good yield. Finally, reaction of 11 with [NO][BF4] followed by addition of Na2CO3 affords the fur-3-ene complex [Mo{η2-
(H)Me}(CO)(NO)(η5-C5H5)].  相似文献

Metathesis of LuCl3, NaCp and Li(CH2)3NMe2 in the molar ratio 1:2:1 affords the lutetium alkyl species Cp2 Me2 (1); analogous reaction of LuCl3, NaMeC5H4 and LiCH2CH(Me)-CH2NMe2 generates the corresponding complex (MeC5H4)2 Me2] (2). Treatment of YCl3 with two equivalents of NaCp and one equivalent of Li(CH)3NMe2 yields, in the presence of CO2, the yttrium carboxylate Cp2Y[η2-O2C(CH2)3NMe2 (3). Mass spectrometrical studies of the solvent-free rare earth triflates [Cp2Ln(OSO2CF3)]2 (Ln = Sc (4), Lu (5)) have shown them to be dimeric. The crystal structures of 1 and 3 were determined by X-ray diffraction methods. 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic space group P21 (No. 4) with the unit-cell parameters a 657.0(4), b 1386.7(8), c 803.5(3) pm, β 106.64(5)°, V 704(1) × 10−30 m3 and Z = 2. The structure was solved on the basis of 1094 observed reflections with F0 ≥ 3σ(F0) and refined to a final R value of 0.0483. With the short Lu---N bond length of 237(1) pm the molecular structure of 1 exhibits an intramolecular N → Lu coordination. The crystals of 3 are triclinic, space group P (No. 2), with a 1078.2(6), b 1533.0(9), c 1020.3(8) pm, α 109.47(6), β 82.75(6), γ 88.99(5)°, V 1574(2)×10−30 m3 and Z = 4. Least-squares refinement of the model based on 1659 observed reflections converged to R = 0.093 (F0 ≥ 5σ(F0)). The structural data of 3 feature a monomer with a chelating carboxylate group. The long Y---N distance (499 pm) excludes any intramolecular N---Y interactions.  相似文献

Butane-2,3- (1a), pentane-2,4- (1b) and hexane-2,5-dione (1c) react with Bu2(CH2=CHCH2)SnCl in the presence of water to give monoallylated keto-ols (2a, 2b) and/or diallylated diols (3a, 3b, 3c), this depending upon the employed molar ratio [diketone]/[allyltin chloride]. Bu(CH2=CHCH2)SnCl2 reacts with neat 1c in a one-pot synthesis to give mixtures of heterocyclic compounds: 2,5-diallyl-2,5-dimethyltetrahydrofuran (4), and 3-chloro-1,5-dimethyl-8-oxabicyclo [3,2,1] octane (5). Compound 4 is also obtained in high yield from the corresponding diol 3c by cyclodehydration promoted by RSnCl3 (R = Me and Bu).  相似文献

The synthesis and characterization of a series of cobalt(III) complexes of the general type [Co(N2O2)(L2)]+ are described. The N2O2 Schiff base ligands used are Me-salpn (H2Me-salpn = N,N′-bis(methylsalicylidene)-1,3-propylenediamine) (13) and Me-salbn (H2Me-salbn = N,N′-bis(methylsalicylidene)-1,4-butylenediamine) (45). The two ancillary ligands L include: pyridine (py) 1, 3-metheylpyridine (3-Mepy) 2, 1-methylimidazole (1-MeIm) 3, 4-methylpyridine (4-Mepy) 4 and pyridine (py) 5. These complexes have been characterized by elemental analyses, IR, UV–Vis, and 1H NMR spectroscopy. The crystal structures of trans-[CoIII(Me-salpn)(py)2]PF6, 1, and cis-α-[CoIII(Me-salbn)(4-Mepy)2]BPh4 · 4-Mepy, 4, have been determined by X-ray diffraction. Examination of the solution and crystalline structures revealed that the outer coordination sphere of the complexes exerts a noticeable influence on the inner coordination sphere of the Co(III) ion. The electrochemical reduction of these complexes at a glassy carbon electrode in acetonitrile solution indicates that the first reduction process corresponding to CoIII–CoII is electrochemically irreversible, which is accompanied by the dissociation of the axial (R-py)–cobalt bonds. It has also been observed that the Co(III) state is stabilized with increasing the flexibility of the ligand environment.  相似文献

Lewis-base mediated fragmentation of polymeric nickel(II) fumarate and oxalate are attempted using chelating σ-donor diamines like ethylenediamine (en) and 1,3-diaminopropane (dap) in various conditions which yielded [Ni(en)3](fum)·3H2O (1), [Ni(en)3](ox) (2), [Ni(dap)2(fum)] (3) and [Ni(dap)(ox)]·2H2O (4). While 1 and 2 are molecular products each containing octahedral [Ni(en)3]2+ moieties and the anionic dicarboxylate species, 3 and 4 are dap-incorporated polymeric products. The fumarate derivative 1 containing [Ni(en)3]2+ moieties crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/c with a = 17.899(4) Å, b = 11.747(2) Å, c = 10.748(2) Å, β = 125.59(3)°, V = 1837.7(6) Å3, Z = 4, while the oxalate analogue 2 is seen to be in the trigonal space group P−31c with a = 8.8770(13) Å, b = 8.8770(13) Å, c = 10.482(2) Å, γ = 120°, V = 715.3(2) Å3, Z = 2. The octahedral [Ni(en)3] units in both 1 and 2 are seen to be strongly H-bonded to the dicarboxylate moieties through the coordinated en units leading to a three-dimensional network. However, in 1 the water molecules also take part in the H-bonding and contribute to the overall 3D structure. In both 1 and 2 the crystal packing is done with the [Ni(en)3]2+ units with absolute configuration Λ(δδδ) and its mirror conformer with Δ configuration in exactly equal numbers. Spectral (IR and UV–Visible) and magnetic measurements were carried out and some of the ligand-field parameters like Dq, B and β were evaluated for all the four compounds. These values suggest the presence of octahedrally coordinated nickel(II) in all the four complexes. Spectral data suggest that 3 has the two chelating dap moieties and the fumarate coordinated in η1 form through both its carboxylate moieties while 4 has one chelating dap and the oxalate moiety coordinated in η4-bis-chelating form. Though both 1 and 2 are made of the same type of [Ni(en)3]2+ units their thermograms give entirely different thermal features; 1 showing three clearly successive and step-wise dissociation of each en unit while 2 having a combined loss of two en units in the first thermal step. The relevant thermodynamic and kinetic parameters like Ea and ΔS also could be evaluated for various thermal steps for the compounds 14 using Coats–Redfern equation.  相似文献

The reactions of OsO4 with excess of HSC6F5 and P(C6H4X-4)3 in ethanol afford the five-coordinate compounds [Os(SC6F5)4(P(C6H4X-4)3)] where X = OCH3 1a and 1b, CH3 2a and 2b, F 3a and 3b, Cl 4a and 4b or CF3 5a and 5b. Single crystal X-ray diffraction studies of 1 to 5 exhibit a common pattern with an osmium center in a trigonal-bipyramidal coordination arrangement. The axial positions are occupied by mutually trans thiolate and phosphane ligands, while the remaining three equatorial positions are occupied by three thiolate ligands. The three pentafluorophenyl rings of the equatorial ligands are directed upwards, away from the axial phosphane ligand in the arrangement “3-up” (isomers a). On the other hand, 31P{1H} and 19F NMR studies at room temperature reveal the presence of two isomers in solution: The “3-up” isomer (a) with the three C6F5-rings of the equatorial ligands directed towards the axial thiolate ligand, and the “2-up, 1-down” isomer (b) with two C6F5-rings of the equatorial ligands directed towards the axial thiolate and the C6F5-ring of the third equatorial ligand directed towards the axial phosphane. Bidimensional 19F–19F NMR studies encompass the two sub-spectra for the isomers a (“3-up”) and b (“2-up, 1-down”). Variable temperature 19F NMR experiments showed that these isomers are fluxional. Thus, the 19F NMR sub-spectra for the “2-up, 1-down” isomers (b) at room temperature indicate that the two S-C6F5 ligands in the 2-up equatorial positions have restricted rotation about their C–S bonds, but this rotation becomes free as the temperature increases. Room temperature 19F NMR spectra of 3 and 5 also indicate restricted rotation around the Os–P bonds in the “2-up, 1-down” isomers (b). In addition, as the temperature increases, the 19F NMR spectra tend to be consistent with an increased rate of the isomeric exchange. Variable temperature 31P{1H} NMR studies also confirm that, as the temperature is increased, the a and b isomeric exchange becomes fast on the NMR time scale.  相似文献

The β, β′, γ and α phases of LiFeO2, synthesized as powders, were annealed at different temperatures and characterized by X-ray measurements. The β′ and γ modifications were also studied by time-of-flight neutron diffraction (ISIS Facility, UK). The structure of the β′ phase was refined in the monoclinic C2/c space group (a=8.566(1), b=11.574(2), c=5.1970(5) Å, β=146.064(5)°) to wRp=0.071–0.080 (data from four counter banks). Fe and Li atoms are ordered over two of the four independent sites, and partially disordered over the other two. The ordered Li has a distorted tetrahedral coordination. The γ structure was refined at RT (a=4.047(1), c=8.746(2) Å) and at 570 °C (a=4.082(3), c=8.822(6) Å) in the I41/amd symmetry, showing full order with Li in octahedral coordination at RT, and in a split-atom configuration at high temperature. On annealing, the β′ polymorph was found to transform to γ at 550 °C, thus suggesting that it is a metastable phase. Electrostatics is discussed as the driving force for the αβ′→γ ordering process of LiFeO2.  相似文献

New Horner–Wadsworth–Emmons reagents, (o-t-BuPhO)2P(O)CH2CONMe(OMe) and (o-t-BuPhO)2P(O)CH2CON(CH2CH2) 2O were prepared via the Arbuzov reaction in good yields. The HWE reaction of these reagents with a variety of aldehydes gave cis-α,β-unsaturated amides with high selectivity in almost quantitative yields.  相似文献

The reaction of hexafluoro-cyclo-triphosphazene P3N3F6 with ammonia in acetonitrile has been studied. New compounds, (2-imino-2,4,4,6,6-pentafluoro-2λ5,4λ5,6λ5-cyclo-triphosphaza-1,3,5-trienyl)-2-amino-4,4,6,6-tetrafluoro-2λ5,4λ5,6λ5-cyclo-triphosphaza-1,3,5-triene, P3N3F5–NH–P3N3F4NH2 (2) and cis and trans isomers of non-gem-2,4-diamino-2,4,6,6-tetrafluoro-2λ5,4λ5,6λ5-cyclo-triphosphaza-1,3,5-triene, P3N3F4(NH2)2 (4, 5), were detected by GC/MS, and 31P NMR spectroscopy in reaction mixtures. X-ray diffraction analysis of P3N3F5–NH–P3N3F4NH2 (2) revealed two conformational polymorphs, 2A and 2B, the latter being built up of two different conformers that were further denoted as 2Ba (the same as the single conformer in 2A) and 2Bb. The compound 2 was characterized by spectroscopic methods and its 2D potential energy surface (PES) was described by density functional theory computations depending on two dihedral angles. The calculated PES spans over 30 kJ/mol in energy including 8 local minima and all first and second order saddle points. The occurrence of the two experimentally observed conformers 2Ba and 2Bb seems to be governed by crystal packing effects.  相似文献

The closely related, narrowly non-stoichiometric, metastable as well as thermodynamically stable “phases” in the metal-rich part of the Ni–S phase diagram near the nominal composition NixS6 have been carefully re-investigated via electron diffraction and transmission electron microscope imaging. Two quite distinct polymorphs have been identified, a minority incommensurate interface-modulated polymorph and a (heavily twinned) majority I1a1, a=2ap, b=2bp, c=−ap+cp superstructure (of an underlying Bmmb, ap3.3, bp16.4, cp11.3 Å parent structure) polymorph. The incommensurate polymorph is shown to be very closely related to the only known polymorph of NixSe5 and is rapidly stabilized to room temperature upon doping of the sulfide compounds with selenium.  相似文献
