[reaction: see text] Reaction of 2,2'-dihalobiphenyl with butyllithium followed by the addition of chromium(III) chloride and alkynes afforded the corresponding phenanthrene derivatives via formal [4 + 2] cycloaddition. A variety of alkynes could be used for this reaction, such as alkyl, aryl, silyl, and alkoxycarbonyl alkynes. Repetitive process of the reaction gave more extended polycyclic compounds such as benzo[g]chrysene and azacyclopentaphenalene derivatives.  相似文献

Reactions of (Z)-2-halo-1-vinylboron dihalides (generated in situ via reaction of alkynes with boron trihalides) with lithium propargyloxides in CH(2)Cl(2) at room temperature produce the corresponding (Z)-1-halo-1,4-enynes in modest to good yields.  相似文献

The reaction of internal alkynes 1 with CO and pyridin-2-ylmethanol (2) in the presence of Rh(4)(CO)(12) results in a double-hydroesterification leading to 1,4-dicarboxylate esters 3. The reaction does not proceed via two consecutive hydroesterifications of alkynes, but the intermediacy of ketene intermediates is proposed. [reaction: see text] 2,3-Disubstituted benzo[b]furans are readily prepared under very mild reaction conditions by the palladium/copper-catalyzed cross-coupling of various o-iodoanisoles and terminal alkynes, followed by electrophilic cyclization with I2, PhSeCl, or p-O2NC6H4SCl. Aryl- and vinylic-substituted alkynes undergo electrophilic cyclization in excellent yields. Biologically important furopyridines can be prepared by this approach in high yields.  相似文献

A new [3 + 2] annulation reaction was developed in which 2-cyanophenylboronic acid reacted as a three-carbon component with alkynes or alkenes to afford substituted indenones or indanones. The use of an alkynoate even produced benzotropone, a formal [3 + 2 + 2] adduct. [reaction: see text] The Pauson-Khand reaction of cyclopropene with a variety of terminal alkynes has been studied. The best reaction conditions involve NMO activation in CH(2)Cl(2) at -35 degrees C. In this way, 3-substituted-bicyclo[3.1.0]hex-3-en-2-ones have been obtained in good to excellent yields. As a synthetic application, several types of substituted cyclopentenones have been prepared from these cycloadducts by protocols involving conjugate addition and reductive ring opening.  相似文献

Intermolecular hydrophosphination of alkynes with diphenylphosphine is catalyzed by a Yb[bond]imine complex, [Yb(eta(2)-Ph(2)CNPh)(hmpa)(3)], to give alkenylphosphines and phosphine oxides after oxidative workup in good yields under mild conditions. This reaction is also applicable to various carbon[bond]carbon multiple bonds such as conjugated diynes and dienes, allenes, and styrene derivatives. Regio- and stereoselectivity and the scope and limitation of the present reaction clearly differ from those of the corresponding radical reaction. Instead, the reaction takes place through insertion of alkynes to a Yb[bond]PPh(2) species, followed by protonation. In fact, the Yb[bond]phosphido complex, [Yb(PPh(2))(2)(hmpa)(3)], is obtained from the imine complex and phosphine, which exhibits similar catalyst activity for the hydrophosphination. The empirical rate law is nu = k[catalyst](2) [alkyne](1)[phosphine](0) at least under the standard conditions.  相似文献

Terminal alkynes with conjugating substituents afford 3-substituted N-methoxyindoles exclusively. 2-Halophenyl ketones 1a-e (1a, o-IC(6)H(4)COCH(3)) undergo carbocyclization with alkyl propiolates (2a, CH(3)(CH(2))(4)C[triple bond]CCO(2)CH(3); 2b, TMSC[triple bond]CCO(2)Et 2c, CH(3)C[triple bond]CCO(2)CH(3); 2d, CH(3)OCH(2)C[triple bond]CCO(2)CH(3); 2e, CH(3)(CH(2))(3)C[triple bond]CCO(2)CH(3); 2f, PhC[triple bond]CCO(2)CH(3); and 2g, (CH(3))(3)C[triple bond]CCO(2)CH(3)) in the presence of Ni(dppe)Br(2) and zinc powder in acetonitrile at 80 degrees C to afford the corresponding indenol derivatives 3a-m with remarkable regioselectivity in good to excellent yields. The nickel-catalyzed carbocyclization reaction was successfully extended to other simple disubstituted alkynes. Thus, the reaction of 2-halophenyl ketones 1a-e with disubstituted alkynes (2h, PhC[triple bond]CPh; 2i, CH(3)C(6)H(4)C[triple bond]CC(6)H(4)CH(3); 2j, CH(3)CH(2)C[triple bond]CCH(2)CH(3); 2k, PhC[triple bond]CCH(3); 2l, TMSC[triple bond]CCH(3); and 2m, PhC[triple bond]C(CH(2))(3)CH(3)) proceeded smoothly to afford the corresponding indenols 4a-t in good to excellent yields. For unsymmetrical alkynes 2k-m, the carbocyclization gave two regioisomers with regioselectivities ranging from 1:2 to 1:12 depending on the substituents on the alkyne and on the aromatic ring of halophenyl ketone. A possible mechanism for this nickel-catalyzed carbocyclization reaction is also proposed.  相似文献

Pyridines can be efficiently synthesized by Ru(II)-catalyzed [2 + 2 + 2] cycloaddition of 1,6-diynes to alpha,omega-dinitriles or electron-deficient nitriles or by Ru(II)-catalyzed [2 + 2 + 2] cocyclization of electron-deficient alkynes and electron-deficient nitriles. The reactions with dinitriles seem likely to proceed via ruthenacyclopentadiene intermediates and the reactions with electron-poor nitriles via azaruthenacyclopentadienes. The reaction with asymmetric electron-deficient alkynes affords 2,3,6-trisubstituted pyridines in good yield.  相似文献

A broad range of substituted 2-cyclopentenone derivatives 3-6 are synthesized by the nickel(0)-mediated [3 + 2] cyclization reaction of chromium alkenyl(methoxy)carbene complexes 1 and internal alkynes 2. The reaction takes place with complete regioselectivity with both unactivated alkynes and activated alkynes (electron-withdrawing and electron-donating substituted alkynes). Representative cycloadducts containing boron and tin substituents are further demonstrated to be active partners in classical Pd-catalyzed C-C coupling processes to allow the production of 2-aryl- and 2-alkynyl-substituted cyclopentenones 9-13.  相似文献

Recently, it was reported that both dienylfurans and dienylisobenzofurans could react with dimethyl acetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) to give [8+2] cycloadducts. Understanding these [8+2] reactions will aid the design of additional [8+2] reactions, which have the potential for the synthesis of 10-membered and larger carbocycles. The present Article is aimed to understand the detailed mechanisms of the originally reported [8+2] cycloaddition reaction between dienylisobenzofurans and alkynes at the molecular level through the joint forces of computation and experiment. Density functional theory calculations at the (U)B3LYP/6-31+G(d) level suggest that the concerted [8+2] pathway between dienylisobenzofurans and alkynes is not favored. A stepwise reaction pathway involving formation of a zwitterionic intermediate for the [8+2] reactions between dienylisobenzofurans that contain electron-donating methoxy groups present in their diene moieties and DMAD has been predicted computationally. This pathway is in competition with a Diels-Alder [4+2] reaction between the furan moieties of dienylisobenzofurans and DMAD. When there is no electron-donating group present in the diene moieties of dienylisobenzofurans, the [8+2] reaction occurs through an alternative mechanism involving a [4+2] reaction between the furan moiety of the tetraene and DMAD, followed by a [1,5]-vinyl shift. This computationally predicted novel mechanism was supported experimentally.  相似文献

The first [4+2+2] cycloadditions involving terminal alkynes and diene-enes, including a fully intramolecular example, are reported resulting in the formation of cyclooctadienes using [RhCl(CO)2]2 (5 mol %) treated with AgSbF6 (10 mol %) as a precatalyst. [reaction: see text] The first examples of totally chemo- and regioselective formal intermolecular cobalt(I)-catalyzed [2 + 2 + 2] cyclizations of three different alkynes are reported.
