In search of environmentally benign insecticides with high activity, low toxicity and low residue, a series of novel anthranilic diamides containing allyl ether were designed and synthesized. All the compounds were characterized by 1H NMR spectroscopy, HRMS or elemental analysis. The single crystal structure of 18e was determined by X-ray diffraction. The insecticidal activities of the new compounds were evaluated. The results showed that some compounds exhibited excellent insecticidal activities against Lepidoptera pests. Among this series compounds, 18l showed 100 % larvicidal activity against Mythimna separate Walker and Plutella xylostella Linnaeus at the test concentration.  相似文献

42 novel diacylhydrazine derivatives containing furan were synthesized by the reaction of 5‐substituted phenyl‐2‐furoyl chloride with substituted benzohydrazide in anhydrous dichloromethane under reflux. Their structures were confirmed by IR, 1H NMR, MS and elemental analysis. Insecticidal and antitumor activity of these new compounds was evaluated. The preliminary bioassays showed that the target compounds exhibited larvicidal activity to the Mythimna separate, some of them exhibited good or moderate larvicidal activity. At the concentration of 0.1%, compounds I2 , I4 , I5 , and III1 showed 95.0%, 90.0%, 95.0% and 95.0% larvicidal activity to Mythimna separate respectively. Some compounds such as I2 , I4 , I5 and III1 showed the typical IGRs' activity, which could induce the larvae premature, abnormal, and lethal larval molt. Results of anticancer activity indicated that some compounds exhibited potential activity against some human cancer cell lines, for example, I1 and IV showed good activity to the BGC‐823 and the inhibitory rates were 60.86% and 61.94% respectively at 10 µmol/L.  相似文献

Two series of novel N‐pyridylpyrazole derivatives containing diacylhydrazine/1,3,4‐oxadiazole moieties were designed and synthesized based on the structure of chlorantraniliprole and characterized via 1H‐NMR, 13C‐NMR, IR, MS, and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay indicated that some of the title compounds I and II exhibited larvicidal activities against Mythimna separata with 90–100% death rates at 500 mg/L. The further test showed that these compounds had weak insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata and Plutella xylostella at 200 mg/L and might be not suitable as insecticide lead compound for further optimization.  相似文献

以氯虫酰胺和氟虫腈骨架结构为基础, 依据生物合理设计思想引入酰胺键活性基团, 设计合成了一系列新型不对称草酰二胺类化合物, 通过核磁共振氢谱和高分辨质谱对合成的化合物进行了结构表征. 初步生物活性测试结果表明, 在浓度为200 mg/L时, 目标化合物未表现出良好的杀粘虫活性, 但具有一定的抑菌活性; 在浓度为50 mg/L时, 化合物6e和6f对番茄早疫病菌的抑菌率为45.0%, 高于其它化合物, 表明含有2,4,6-三氯苯环的该系列化合物对番茄早疫病菌具有良好的抑菌活性; 化合物6g对苹果轮纹病菌的抑菌率为51.9%, 高于其它化合物, 表明含有较大空间位阻的该系列化合物对苹果轮纹病菌具有良好的抑菌活性.  相似文献

Anthranilic diamides are one of the most important classes of modern agrochemical insecticides. To discover new structures with higher activity, lower toxicity and lower residue, a series of novel anthranilic diamides containing dihydroisoxazoline and isoxazole was designed and synthesized. Their structures were characterized by means of melting points, proton nuclear magnetic resonance(1H NMR), 13C NMR and high resolution mass spec-trometry(HRMS). According to the bioassay data, it was found that some of the title compounds exhibit moderate insecticidal activity and good antifungal activity. In particularly, compound 15b with a concentration of 50 mg/L shows a lethality rate of 60.0% against Mythimna separata Walker and a lethality rate of 50.0% against Culex pipiens pallens with a concentration of 1mg/L. Moreover, compound 15b showed good antifungal activities(58.8%, 77.1%, 70.7%, 55.3%, 60.7%, 65.4%) when against all the tested fungi(Cercospora arachidicola Hori, Physalospora piricola, Rhizoctonia cerealis, Bipolaris maydis, Watermelon anthracnose, Fusarium moniliforme). The effects of compounds 14h, 14j and 15b on the concentration of intracellular calcium ion([Ca2+]i) in the central neurons of Mythimna separate Walker were well investigated via calcium imaging technique. The results demonstrate that the novel compounds can elevate the calcium concentration in the neurons, denoting that some new structures are potential modulators of the insect ryanodine receptor(RyR).  相似文献

A convenient and practicable method for the synthesis of the novel 2‐(trifluoromethyl)‐6‐arylimidazo[2,1‐b][1,3,4]‐thiadiazole (bis‐)Mannich base derivatives containing various substitutedpiperazine motif has been developed based on the fused‐heterocycle intermediate. The new structures were identified through melting points, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 19F NMR, elemental analysis (or HRMS) and X‐ray single‐crystal diffraction. The pesticidal bioassays showed that some of compounds exhibited good fungicidal activities against Cercospora arachidicola, Physalospora piricola and Rhizoctonia cereali at 50 mg/L; some of them displayed favourable insecticidal activities against oriental armyworm (Mythimna separata Walker) at 200 mg/L, particularly, Vk and Vm with mortality rate of 75% and 80% respectively, could be considered as new insecticidal lead compounds for further structural optimization.  相似文献

The bioassay tests indicated that some of these compounds exhibited moderate insecticidal activity against Mythimna separata Walker and Culex pipiens pallens. Abstract

A series of novel anthranilic diamide derivatives containing pyridylpyrazole and iminodithiocarbamate or thiosemicarbazone motifs were synthesized via multi-step reactions. The structures of seven title compounds (methyl 2-(2-(3-bromo-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamido)-5-chloro-3- methylbenzylidene)hydrazinecarbodithioate 7 and 3-bromo-N-(2-((2-substitutedcarbamothioylhydrazono)methyl)-4-chloro-6-methylphenyl)-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide 8a-8f) were confirmed by melting points, IR, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, and HRMS. The bioassays showed that some of the compounds exhibited modest insecticidal activities against oriental armyworm (Mythimna separata Walker), particularly, compound 8b (3-bromo-N-(4-chloro-2-methyl-6-((2-(methylcarbamothioyl)hydrazono)methyl)phenyl)-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carboxamide) held 100% and 30% larvicidal activity at the concentration of 25?mg/L and 10?mg/L, respectively. In addition, several compounds displayed favorable fungicidal activities against Alternaria solani Sorauer and Physalospora piricola at 50?μg/mL, and were comparable with the controls Chlorothalonil and Triadimefon. The results in this paper will provide important information for further research and development of sulfur-containing heterocyclic agrochemicals.  相似文献

设计,合成了8个新的含N-吡啶基吡唑杂环的邻氨基苯甲酸酯类化合物,结构经FTIR, MS, 1H NMR 和元素分析确证,并且采用X-射线衍射分析方法确证了具有较好生物活性的化合物14d的结构。并且对这些化合物进行了杀虫活性测试,结果表明目标化合物在200 µg·mL-1对粘虫 (Mythimna separata Walker)具有一定的杀虫活性,其中14d,14f,14h在1 µg·mL-1对淡色库蚊(Culex pipiens pallens)具有很好的杀幼虫活性。  相似文献

All compounds were characterized by 1H NMR spectra and HRMS. The preliminary results of biological activity assessment indicated that most of title compounds exhibited certain insecticidal activities against Mythimna separata Walker at 200 mg·L?1 but excellent fungicidal activities against six fungus at 50 mg·L?1, which were better than the control.  相似文献

In order to discover new molecules with good insecticidal activities, a series of anthranilic diamides containing polyfluoroalkyl pyrazole were designed and synthesized, and their structures were characterized by 1H NMR and HRMS. Bioassays demonstrated that some of the title compound exhibited excellent insecticidal activities. The larvicidal activities of compound 8a, 8c, 8g, 8k and 8l against Mythimna separata Walker were 100% at 0.8 mg/L. The insecticidal activities of compound 8a, 8c, 8e, 8g, 8k and 8l against Plutella xylostella Linnaeus were 100% at 0.4 mg/L. Surprisingly compounds 8a and 8c still showed 100% larvicidal activities against Plutella xylostella Linnaeus at 0.08 mg/L comparable to the commercialized Chlorantraniliprole. The LC50 of compound 8a and 8c against M. separata is 0.048 and 0.043 mg/L respectively.  相似文献

A series of novel O,O-Dialkyl-2-[3-bromo-1-(3-chloropyridin-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-5-carbonyloxy](aryl) methy-lphosphonates I-114 were designed and synthesized. The structures of all the title compounds were confirmed by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, 31P-NMR, IR and elemental analysis. Their insecticidal activities against Mythimna separata and Plutella xylostella were evaluated. Referring to the structural information of the “hit” compound A from the reported pharmacophore-based virtual screening, a series of novel thienylpyridyl- and thioether/sulfoxide/sulfone-containing acetamide derivatives have been designed and synthesized. The structures of new compounds were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR and HRMS. The single-crystal structure of A was firstly reported. All the new synthesized compounds were evaluated for insecticidal activities on Mythimna separata Walker and Plutella xylostella L. Through a step-by-step structural optimization, the high insecticidal agents, especially towards Plutella xylostella L., have been found, and thienylpyridyl- and sulfone/thioether-containing acetamides Iq, Io, Ib and A, which are comparable with the control insecticides cartap, triflumuron and chlorantraniliprole in the present study, can be used as novel lead structures for new insecticides innovation research. In addition, some of the compounds, e.g., A, Ih, Id, Io and Iq, also exhibited favourable fungicidal activities against Physalospora piricola, Rhizoctonia cerealis and Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and would provide useful guidance for the design and development of new fungicides.  相似文献

A series of diamide derivatives containing α-amino acids were designed and synthesized. These compounds were evaluated for their insecticidal activities against Plutella xylostella, Mythimna separate, Myzus persicae, and Tetranychus cinnabarinus. Most of the title compounds containing an l -phenylglycine skeleton were endowed with good activities at the concentration of 500 mg·L−1. A series of novel phthalic diamide derivatives containing 1,2,3‐triazole moiety were synthesized using one‐pot click chemistry approach and characterized by 1H NMR and HRMS. The insecticidal activity against armyworm (Mythimna separata), Tetranychu scinnabarinus and cowpea aphid (Aphis craccivora) was evaluated. Compounds 4II‐a and 4II‐i showed 50% insecticidal activity against armyworm (Mythimna separata) at the concentration of 4 mg/L and one‐third of the compounds had moderate activity against Tetranychus cinnabarinus at 500 mg/L.  相似文献

A series of novel 1-(β-coumarinyl)-1-(β-indolyl)-1-(α-thiophenyl)trifluoroethane derivatives 5aaa-5hdb were prepared by one-pot reaction from 3-(trifluoroacetyl)coumarin with indole and α-substituted thiophene. Their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NMR, 19F NMR, HRMS and X-ray single crystal diffraction, and their antifungal activities against F. moniliforme, F. graminearum, F. oxysporum, R. solani and P. nicotianae were evaluated. The title compounds displayed significant to moderate in vitro antifungal activity when compared to the standard drug triadimefon. Among the synthesized compounds, compound 5bfa showed the highest inhibitor rate of 83.5 % at 0.500 mg/mL against R. solani, while compound 5ada displayed the highest inhibitor rate of 73.3 % at 0.500 mg/mL against F. graminearum.  相似文献
