Four imidazo[2,1‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazoles containing a simply‐substituted 6‐aryl group have been synthesized by reaction of 2‐amino‐1,3,4‐thiadiazoles with bromoacetylarenes using microwave irradiation and brief reaction times. 6‐(2‐Chlorophenyl)imidazo[2,1‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazole, C10H6ClN3S, (I), 6‐(2‐chlorophenyl)‐2‐methylimidazo[2,1‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazole, C11H8ClN3S, (II), 6‐(3,4‐dichlorophenyl)imidazo[2,1‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazole, C10H5Cl2N3S, (III), and 6‐(4‐fluoro‐3‐methoxyphenyl)‐2‐methylimidazo[2,1‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazole, C12H10FN3OS, (IV), crystallize with Z′ values of 2, 1, 1 and 2 respectively. The molecular skeletons are all nearly planar and the dihedral angles between the imidazole and aryl rings are 1.51 (8) and 7.28 (8)° in (I), 9.65 (7)° in (II), 10.44 (8)° in (III), and 1.05 (8) and 7.21 (8)° in (IV). The molecules in (I) are linked by three independent C—H...N hydrogen bonds to form ribbons containing alternating R22(8) and R44(18) rings, and these ribbons are linked into a three‐dimensional array by three independent π‐stacking interactions. Both (II) and (III) contain centrosymmetric dimers formed by π‐stacking interactions but hydrogen bonds are absent, and the molecules of (IV) are linked into centrosymmetric R22(8) dimers by C—H...N hydrogen bonds. Comparisons are made with a number of related compounds.  相似文献

合成了18个新型含苯并噁/噻唑啉酮结构的2,6-二取代咪唑[2,1-b][1,3,4]噻二唑衍生物5a~5i', 即2-[(2-苯并噁/噻唑啉酮-3-基)甲基]-6-芳基-咪唑[2,1-b][1,3,4]噻二唑. 利用红外光谱、 核磁共振和元素分析对化合物的结构进行了表征. β2-肾上腺素受体(β2-AR)拮抗剂钙流筛选结果表明, 部分目标化合物对β2-AR具有明显的拮抗作用, 其中化合物5c'的拮抗效果最高, 为70%. 这些化合物可作为潜在的β2-AR拮抗剂.  相似文献

The cyclization of 1‐amino‐2‐mercapto‐5‐[1‐(4‐ethoxyphenyl)‐5‐methyl‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl]‐1,3,4‐triazole which was synthesized from p‐ethoxyaniline with various triazole acid in absolute phosphorus oxychloride yields 3,6‐bis(1,2,3‐triazolyl)‐s‐triazolo[3,4‐b]‐1,3,4‐thiadiazole derivatives 9a?j , and their structures are established by MS, IR, CHN and 1H NMR spectral data.  相似文献

The back cover picture shows a convenient and practicable synthesis of novel 2‐(trifluoromethyl)‐6‐arylimidazo[2,1‐b][1,3,4]‐thiadiazole (bis‐)Mannich base derivatives containing various substitutedpiperazine motif. Based on the C‐Mannich reaction of unusual intermediate – 2‐(trifluoromethyl)‐6‐arylimidazothiadiazole, with (4‐substituted) piperazine and formaldehyde in ethanol and acetic acid, the target compounds have been achieved conveniently with satisfying yields. Meanwhile, the cover picture shows that some of the target compounds possess favourable pesticidal activities (e.g. fungicidal and insecticidal). This research will provide important information for relevant synthetic studies of imidazole‐fused‐heterocycle derivatives and their applications in agrochemical area. More details are discussed in the article by Wang et al. on page 635–638.

Uracil derivatives, such as commercial herbicides butafenacil and benzfendizone, have been identified as inhibitors of protoporphyrinogen oxidase (Protox, EC 1.3.3.4), one of the most important action targets of herbicides. In order to search for novel Protox inhibitors with high efficacy, broad‐spectrum activity, and safety to crops, commercially herbicide butafenacil was used as lead compound for further optimization; a series of title compounds 8a , 8b , 8c , 8d , 8e , 8f , 8g , 8h , 8i , 8j , 8k , 8l , 8m , 8n were designed and synthesized by introducing 1,3,4‐thiadiazole moiety into the uracil skeleton. The preliminary bioassays (in vitro) indicated that most of the target compounds displayed better inhibition against Echinochloa crus‐galli than Brassica campestris. The greenhouse bioassay results indicated that most of the compounds tested exhibited good‐to‐excellent herbicidal activities against B. campestris, A. retroflexus, E. crusgalli, and D. sanguinalis in pre‐emergence treatment at a dose of 1500 g/ha, for example, compound 8d showed 100% inhibition against the four plants tested in pre‐emergence treatment at a dose of 1500 g/ha. So, these types of skeletons can be used as valuable lead compounds for the development of a pre‐emergent herbicide.  相似文献

Two series of 7‐arylazo‐7H‐3‐(2‐methyl‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl)pyrazolo[5,1‐c][1,2,4]triazol‐6(5H)‐ones 4 and 7‐arylhydrazono‐7H‐3‐(2‐methyl‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazines 7 were prepared via reactions of 4‐amino‐3‐mercapto‐5‐(2‐methyl‐1H‐indol‐3‐yl)‐1,2,4‐triazole 1 with ethyl arylhydrazono‐chloroacetate 2 and N‐aryl‐2‐oxoalkanehydrazonoyl halides 5 , respectively. A possible mechanism is proposed to account for the formation of the products. The biological activity of some of these products was also evaluated.  相似文献

Some inimitable and therapeutic coumarin‐substituted fused[1,2,4]triazolo‐[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadizole derivatives were synthesized by the cyclocondensation reaction of 2‐oxo‐2H‐chromene‐3‐carboxylic acid ( 1 ) and 4‐amino‐5‐hydrazinyl‐4H‐[1,2,4]‐triazole‐3‐thiol ( 2 ) by using phosphorous oxychloride as a cyclizing agent. This cyclized intermediate 3‐(3‐hydrazino‐[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazol‐6‐yl)‐chromen‐2‐one ( 3 ) later condensation with various ethyl 2‐(2‐arylhydrazono)‐3‐oxobutanoates ( 4 ) in NaOAc/MeOH under reflux conditions afforded the corresponding new series of aryl‐substituted hydrazono‐pyrazolyl‐[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4‐b][1,3,4][thiadiazol]‐coumarin derivatives ( 5 ) in good to excellent yields. The structures of newly synthesized compounds were established on the basis of elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR and mass spectroscopic studies.  相似文献

通过5-氨基-4-氰基-1-苯基吡唑与甲酸发生环合、再经氯化和芳香族亲核取代反应,合成了12种新的含1,3,4-噻二唑环吡唑并[3,4-d]嘧啶类化合物.目标化合物的结构经红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、质谱和元素分析方法予以确认.初步的生物活性测定试验表明,在50 mg/L浓度下,大部分目标化合物对小麦纹枯病菌(Rhizoctonia cerealis)表现出较好的杀菌活性,其中化合物5b,5d和5j的抑菌率超过90%.  相似文献

Novel heterocyclic systems 2-alkyl/aryl-9-(2-hydroxybenzylidene)-7,9-dihydro-8H-[1,3,4]thiadiazolo[2′,3′:2,3]imidazo[4,5-d][1,2]diazepin-8-one and 9-(2-hydroxy-benzylidene)-3,3-dimethyl-3,4,7,9-tetrahydro-2H-11-thia-4b,6,7,10-tetraazaindeno[1,2-a]azulene-1,8-dione are synthesized via an intramolecular amidation reaction. An interesting ring opening and cyclization of 2-alkyl/aryl-6-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)imidazo[2,1-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole-5-carbaldehyde and 6,6-dimethyl-8-oxo-2-(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-yl)-5,6,7,8-tetrahydroimidazo[2,1-b][1,3]benzothiazole-3-carbaldehyde are discussed.  相似文献

Synthesis of bis‐1,3‐{6′‐arylimidazo[2,1‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazol‐2‐yl}‐1,2,2‐trimethylcyclopentane ( 3 ), bis‐1,3‐{thiadiazolo[2′,3′:2,1]imidazo[4,5‐b]quinoxalinyl}‐1,2,2‐trimethylcyclopentane ( 5 ) has been achieved by the reaction of bis‐(5′‐amino‐1′,3′,4′‐thiadiazolyl)‐1,2,2‐trimethylcyclopentane with α‐haloketones, 2,3‐dichloroquinoxaline respectively. Bromination of compound 3 furnished bis‐1,3‐{5′‐bromo‐6′‐arylimidazo[2,1‐b][1,3,4]thiadiazol‐2‐yl}‐1,2,2‐trimethylcyclopentane ( 4 ). The structural assignment of these compounds was supported by IR, 1H NMR and elemental analysis data. The antimicrobial, anti‐inflammatory and antifungal activities of some of the compounds have also been evaluated.  相似文献

The isothiocyanates 2, obtained from aza-Wittig reactions of vinyliminophosphoranes 1 with CS 2 , reacted with hydrazine to give 3-amino-2-thioxo-4-imidazolidinones 4. One-pot reactions of 4, aromatic isocyanates, Ph 3 P, C 2 Cl 6 , and Et 3 N generated imidazo[2,1-b]-1,3,4-thiadiazol-5(6H)-ones 7. Compound 7 exhibited good fungicidal activities, especially against Sclerotinia sclerotiorum de Bary and Botrytis Cinerea Pers.  相似文献

An operationally simple, green and efficient procedure for one‐pot synthesis of novel polycyclic heteroaromatic compounds such as benzamidonaphtho[2,1‐b]furans and benzamidobenzo[b]furans has been developed from the reaction of arylglyoxals, benzamide, and phenols. A synthesis of isoindolo[2,1‐a]quinazolinedione derivatives, coupled with a 1,2,3‐triazole ring system, via the reaction of isatoic anhydride, HC?CCH2NH2, and 2‐formylbenzoic acid is described, which led to the formation of the isoindolo[2,1‐a]quinazoline‐5,11‐dione scaffold having a C?C bond that participated in a click reaction with various organic azides.  相似文献

A straightforward method has been developed for the synthesis of 1-phenyl-imidazo [2,1-c][1,2,4]triazole derivatives 5a–j and 1-phenyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidinones derivatives 6a–g starting from 5-amino-1-phenyl[1,2,4]triazole and p-toluenesulfonic acid (PTSA). This methodology affords a number of 1-phenyl-imidazo [2,1-c][1,2,4]triazoles 5a–j and 1-phenyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]pyrimidinones 6a–g in reasonable yields and short reaction times. The structures of all new compounds were elucidated using infrared, 1H and 13C NMR, and high-resolution mass spectrometry. Some of the newly synthesized compounds were screened for their antimicrobial activity.

The title compound 3-benzyl-6-trichloromethyl-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazole I (C11HTC13N4S, Mr = 333.62) has been synthesized, and its structure was determined by elemental analyses, IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR, and X-ray diffractions. The crystal is of triclinic, space group P1^-, with a = 5.898(3), b = 10.510(4), c = 11.580(5) A, α = 74.936(7), β= 75.476(7), γ = 79.647(7)°, V= 665.9(5)/A^3, F(000) = 336, Z= 2, Dc = 1.664 g/cm^3, 2 = 0.71073A, p = 0.834 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0605 and wR = 0.0900. The secondary bonding interactions (SBIs) S…N and π-π stacking interactions are found in the crystal structure and they link the molecules into a three-dimensional network.  相似文献

Series of novel furan/thiophene and piperazine‐containing 1,2,4‐triazole Mannich bases and bis(1,2,4‐triazole) Mannich bases have been conveniently synthesized via Mannich reaction with triazole Schiff bases, various piperazine derivatives, and formaldehyde as intermediates in good yields. Their structures were characterized by melting points, 1H NMR, 13C NMR, IR and elemental analysis. The preliminary bioassay showed that most compounds exhibited significant in vitro and in vivo fungicidal activity against several test plant fungi. Among 32 new compounds, the trifluoromethyl‐containing compounds showed superior activity than the methyl‐containing ones. Several compounds, such as F8 , F9 , F10 , G5 , H7 , H8 , I3 and I4 , were comparable with some commercial fungicides against different fungi during the present study and could be further structurally optimized. Meanwhile, several compounds showed good herbicidal activity against Brassica campestris at 100 µg/mL and KARI inhibitory activity at 200 µg/mL. However, compounds exhibited poor insecticidal activity against oriental armyworm at 200 µg/mL in the preliminary studies. The research results will provide useful information for the design and discovery of new agrochemicals with novel heterocyclic structures.  相似文献

以3,4,5-三甲氧基苯甲酸为原料,通过4步反应得到4-氨基-5-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-3-巯基-1,2,4-三唑,再与取代芳酸反应,得到11个6-取代-3-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)-1,2,4-三唑[3,4-b][1,3,4]噻二唑衍生物5a~5k。其结构经IR,1H NMR,MS和元素分析确证。初步生物活性测试结果表明部分化合物有一定的杀菌活性。  相似文献
