As an ideal candidate in mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplantation , salvianolic acid B can not only protect MSCs against ?OH‐induced damages, but also promote their proliferation. This extraordinary effect may be attributed to catechol moieties with antioxidant & Fe‐chelating capacities, and to ester, carboxylic, or benzofuran moieties with proliferation‐promoting potential. In this paper , tyrosinase‐immobilized magnetic nanoparticles (TRY‐MNPs) and 96 well homemade magnetic microplate are used for quickly screening tyrosinase inhibitors. True inhibitors are identified, without interference from antioxidants. Whether the inhibitor is a copper ion chelator or a specific enzyme binder can be identified by adding Cu2+ to restore the activity of TRY‐MNPs. In this invited paper , DNA‐Ag nanoclusters shows interesting turn‐on and ‐off fluorescence properties and can be used for the construction of the IMPLICATION gate by controlling the concentrations of ATP and Hg2+ at pH 3.0. In this paper, the Ag/Ag3PO4 composites with various shapes of sphere, polyhedron and microcube were synthesized at room temperature. The growth process of Ag/Ag3PO4 composites were also discussed. Among them, the uniform cube of Ag/Ag3PO4 with high efficient photocatalytic activity and it takes only 7 minutes to degrade the RhB completely. In this paper , a new type of organic‐inorganic hybrid hydrogel was prepared under the condition of low air press using SiO2 nanoparticles as initiator. The products shows a novel microstructure and characteristics that increased salt resistance and proper water absorbency. In this paper , the structural and energetical properties of binary porphyrin complexes are studied employing quantum chemical techniques. The molecular electrostatic potential maps along with the obtained energetical parameters indicate the importance of axial ligands and pyridine H atoms that necessitate for the formation of perfectly stacked binary ionic porphyrin layers. An insight on the underlying quantum processes will present new class of robust biomolecular nanomaterials for various applications. In this paper , a micro/mesoporous carbon‐silica materials of different carbon contents were obtained from hydrothermal treatment in acidic solution, pyrolysis and calcination on agricultural waste rice husk. After milling, the carbon‐silicas can be used as green filler to improve the thermal conductivity and storage modulus in underfill materials for green electronic packaging applications. In this paper, a simple in situ preparation of aluminum iodide (AlI3) from cheap, abundant aluminum metal (Al(s)) and elemental iodine (I2) served as an efficient catalyst for the dehydrative thioglycosylation of 1‐hydroxyl sugars with various alkyl and aryl mercaptans. Due to the anchimeric assistant mechanism, the anomerically pure β‐thioglycosides were obtained in high yields with exclusive diastereoselectivity. In this paper , the self‐assembly of supramolecular network of 5‐hydroxy‐6methyluracil (HMU) was investigated (colored in gray). It is found that the structural block of this system is dimer 1‐1 (a color fragment). The RDG analysis shows that the network structure of HMU is formed by medium‐strength hydrogen bonds (the intermolecular areas colored in blue). This review shows highly fluorescent polymer dots with near‐infrared emission are especially important in biological applications including analytical sensing, photoacoustics, photothermal therapy, deep‐penetration imaging, and material science. These Pdots are surfactantfree, biocompatible, facile surface functionalization and very stable in 100% aqueous solutions. The inside cover picture shows that four effective routes are applied to the anode material to help it keep fit, which is out of shape due to the intake of sodium ions. As a result, the sodium ion batteries (SIBs) with this anode exhibit high electrochemical performances, so that they tend to meet the demand for large‐scale energy storage devices. In this review, four strategies based on structural designs are summarized in order to accommodate volume changes of anode materials in SIBs, including nanoarchitecture configuration, buffer matrix protection, cavity volume reservation, and interlayer spacing regulation. Vinyl acetate is polymerized in the living way under the irradiation of blue light‐emitting diodes (LEDs) or sunlight without photocatalyst at ambient temperature. 2‐(Ethoxycarbonothioyl)sulfanyl propanoate is exclusively added and acts as initiator and chain transfer agent simultaneously in the current system. Poly(vinyl acetate) with well‐regulated molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution (Đ < 1.30) is synthesized. Near quantitative end group fidelity of polymer is demonstrated by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) and matrix‐assisteed laser desorption/ionization time‐of‐flight mass spectrometry (MALDI‐TOF MS).

This invited paper reports a series of isotruxenepolyaniline (PANI) hybrid systems prepared by chemical oxidation of aniline in the presence of isotruxene additives ITP and / or ITA at specific aniline‐to‐additive molar ratios.
