An efficient and simple protocol for the synthesis of a new class of diverse bis(indolyl)pyridines analogues of the marine alkaloid nortopsentin has been reported. A one-pot four-component condensation of 3-cyanocarbomethylindole, various aldehyde, 3-acetylindole, and ammonium acetate in glacial acetic acid led to the formation of 2,6-bis(1H-indol-3-yl)-4-(substituted-phenyl)pyridine-5-carbonitriles. Additionally, 2,6-bis(1H-indol-3-yl)-4-(benzofuran) pyridine-5-carbonitriles were prepared via a one-pot four-component condensation of 3-cyanocarbomethylindole, various N-substituted-indole-3-aldehydes, 2-acetylbenzofuran, and ammonium acetate. The synthesized compounds were evaluated for their ability to inhibit biofilm formation against the Gram-positive bacterial reference strains Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538 and the Gram-negative strain Escherichia coli ATCC 25922. Some of the new compounds showed a marked selectivity against the Gram-positive and Gram-negative strains. Remarkably, five compounds 4b, 7a, 7c, 7d and 8e demonstrated good antibiofilm formation against S. aureus and E. coli. On the other hand, the release of reducing sugars and proteins from the treated bacterial strains over the untreated strains was considered to explain the disruption effect of the selected compound on the contact cells of S. aureus and E. coli. Out of all studied compounds, the binding energies and binding mode of bis-indole derivatives 7c and 7d were theoretically the best thymidylate kinase, DNA gyrase B and DNA topoisomerase IV subunit B inhibitors. 相似文献

Reaction of 2-pyridylmagnesium chlorides with N,N-dialkyl arylamides afford exclusively 2-(aroyl) pyridines in high yields and purity without the formation of any tertiary alcohol. This method employs easily available raw materials and avoids the use of hazardous lithium reagents and cryogenic conditions. Further, preferential reactivity of this Grignard reagent with N,N-dialkyl arylamides over its carbonitrile counterparts offers a variety of 2-(aroyl) pyridines including the ones containing carbonitrile groups on the aryl ring. 相似文献

为寻找新结构的水溶性抗癌先导化合物, 采用氨基均三唑硫代苯丙酮(1)与氨基均三唑硫醇(2a~2e)缩合得双均三唑单席夫碱化物3a~3e, 接着依次与氨基氯乙烷和水杨醛进行亲核取代和缩合反应, 分别得到含碱性侧链的单席夫碱4a~4e和非对称双席夫碱5a~5e. 所合成新化合物的结构经元素分析和光谱数据表征, 用甲基四噻唑蓝比色法(MTT)对新化合物进行了对于CHO, HL60和L1210 3种癌细胞株的体外活性试验. 在合成的15个新化合物中, 双席夫碱结构的抗癌活性最强, 其IC50值在20.0 μmol•L-1以下, 尤其是均三唑环连有双供电子取代基时(如化合物5c), 表现出潜在的活性, 其抗癌活性与上市药物比生群相当, 具有侯选药物研究的价值. 相似文献

Abstract 5,7-Dimethyl-3H-thiazolo[4,5-b]pyridine-2-one was obtained under the reaction of 4-iminothiazolidin-2-one with acetylacetone. Further structural modifications include the introduction of diversity at the N3 and C6 positions. The antioxidant activity of the synthesized compounds was evaluated in vitro by the method of scavenging effect on 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radicals. 通过二茂铁甲醛与丙二胺反应得到双二茂铁基醛亚胺配体N~1,N~3-双二茂铁亚甲基丙烷-1, 3-二胺(FcMP), FcMP与MoO_2Cl_2(THF)_2的四氢呋喃溶液作用, 合成了双二茂铁基醛亚胺钼(VI)配合物. 以配合物为催化剂, 叔丁基过氧化氢为氧化剂, 分别以苯乙烯和环己烯为底物, 考察了温度、时间、催化剂量及溶剂对于烯烃均相环氧化反应的催化性能的影响. 结果表明, 在最优实验条件下, 反应12 h, 环己烯的转化率为88%, 环氧环己烷的选择性为98%;苯乙烯的转化率为84%, 氧化苯乙烯的选择性为76%. 催化剂经简单分离可回收使用, 且催化活性基本保持不变. 同时对环氧化反应的机理进行了初步探讨. 相似文献

Di(o-fluorbenzyl)tin bis(dithiotetrahydropyrrolcarbamate) (1) and di(p-chlorbenzyl)tin bis(dithiomethylcarbamate) (2) were synthesized. Their structure were characterized by elementary analysis, IR and 1H NMR and the crystal structure were determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal of complex 1 belongs to orthorhombic with space group Pccn, a=2.096 1(12) nm, b=1.018 5(6) nm, c=1.205 9(7) nm, Z=4, V=2.574(2) nm3, Dc=1.624 g·cm-3, μ(MoKα)=1.348 mm-1, F(000)=1 272,R1=0.038 7, wR2=0.088 5. The crystal of complex 2 belongs to monoclinic with space group C2/c, a=1.531 3(16), b=1.868 4(19), c=0.951 8(10) nm, β=112.602(14)°, Z=4, V=2.514(5) nm3, Dc=1.612 g·cm-3, μ(MoKα)=1.572 mm-1, R1=0.025 4, wR2=0.070 4. In the complexes 1 and 2, the structures consist of discrete molecules containing six-coordinate tin atom in a distorted octahedron configuration. A novel series of bis-1,2,4-oxadiazole fused benzothiazole derivatives 9a–9j are synthesized, and their structures are confirmed by 1H and 13C NMR, and mass spectral data. All products are evaluated in vitro for their anticancer potential against a panel of four human cancer cell lines such as lung cancer (A549), breast carcinoma (MCF-7), melanoma (A375), and colon cancer (HT-29). The combretastatin-A4 is used as standard drug. All compounds 9a–9j exhibit significant anticancer activity with IC50 values ranging from 0.11±0.01 to 14.6±3.89 μM. Among these, compounds 9a–9d, 9h, 9i demonstrate more potent activity than the control.

合成了2个新的双(三有机锡)2,3-吡啶二甲酸酯2,3-C5H3N(CO2SnR3)2 (R=c-C6H11,1;C6H5C(CH3)2CH2,2),利用元素分析、IR和1H NMR表征了其结构。通过X-射线单晶衍射测定了配合物2的晶体结构。该化合物晶体属单斜晶系,空间群P21/n,a=0.955 3(1),b=1.811 8(2),c=3.533 9(4) nm,β=94.914(2)°,Z=4,V=6.094 1(13) nm3,R=0.038 4,wR=0.096 6,S=1.015。2,3-吡啶二甲酸的2个羧基键连2个三有机锡,2个锡原子均为畸变的四面体配位构型。生物活性测试结果表明,化合物1和2对3种人癌细胞HeLa、CoLo205和MCF-7具有好的体外抗癌活性。 相似文献

Synthesis of some new bis(isoxazoline) derivatives has been described from terepthaldehyde derived bis(nitrones) using microwave irradiation via 1,3‐dipolar cycloaddition reaction. Bis(isoxazoline) derivatives in turn successfully converted into new bis(aziridine) derivatives via Baldwin rearrangement. The chemistry of bis(pentafluoroethyl)germanes (C2F5)2GeX2 is presented. The synthesis of such species requires Br2GePh2, wherein the phenyl substituents function as suitable protecting groups. After treatment with two equivalents of LiC2F5, (C2F5)2GePh2 is produced. The replacement of the phenyl rings is smoothly effected by gaseous HBr or HCl in the presence of a Lewis acidic catalyst. The trigermoxane [(C2F5)2GeO]3 results from the reaction of (C2F5)2GeBr2 with Ag2CO3. Its crystalline 1,10‐phenanthroline adduct was fully characterised by X‐ray diffraction. The combination of (C2F5)2GeBr2 with Bu3SnH gave rise to the formation of (C2F5)2GeH2. 相似文献
