A novel one‐pot three‐component condensation reaction of an aldehyde, 2‐aminopyrimidine and 2‐naphthol to afford the corresponding 2‐aminopyrimidinomethylnaphtols in good yields. The remarkable features of this new procedure are high conversions, short reaction time, clean reaction profiles, and environmentally benign and simple work‐up procedures.  相似文献

A monometallic (Cu2+, 1) and a bimetallic (Cu2+ Nd3+, 2) Salen‐type Schiff‐base complexes with different reactive species, could efficiently catalyze the bulk solvent‐free melt ring‐opening polymerization (ROP) of L ‐lactide. A highly effective method of the cynaosilylation of aldehydes and ketones with TMSCN in the presence of catalytic amount of B(C6F5)3 [tris(pentafluorophenyl)borane] has been developed. Cyano transfer from TMSCN to carbonyl group proceeds at room temperature under solvent‐free conditions. Various alehydes and ketones have been converted into the corresponding trimethylsilylether within short reaction times with excellent yield under mild conditions. An environmentally benign method for O‐tert‐Boc protection of alcohols and phenols catalyzed by MgO–ZrO2 nanoparticles under solvent‐free conditions is described. A variety of phenols, alcohols (aliphatic and aromatic) were converted to corresponding O‐tert‐Boc products in good to excellent yield (50–95%). The present protocol is expedient, simple, and efficient under solvent‐free conditions. A new epoxidation catalyst has been prepared by grafting a molybdenum(VI)–oxodiperoxo complex containing an oxazine ligand, [MoO(O2)2(phox)], on chloro‐functionalized Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The synthesized heterogeneous catalyst (MoO(O2)2(phox)/Fe3O4 was characterized using powder X‐ray diffraction, scanning and transmission electron microscopies, vibrating sample magnetometry, energy‐dispersive X‐ray analysis, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectroscopy. The immobilized complex gave high product yields and high selectivity for epoxide compared to the corresponding homogeneous one in the epoxidation of various olefins in the presence of tert ‐butyl hydroperoxide at 95°C without any co‐solvent. Also, the heterogeneous catalyst can be recycled without a noticeable change in activity and selectivity.  相似文献

Cobalt manganese oxide nanocatalyst was synthesized and it was found that it is a highly efficient green catalyst for the synthesis of 2‐aryl‐1‐arylmethyl‐1H‐1,3‐benzimidazoles under solvent‐free conditions. The marked advantages of this method are the simple experimental procedures, shorter reaction times, high yields of product, reusable and non‐toxic catalyst and solvent‐free conditions. Three new metal coordination complexes, namely [Co(BPY)2(H2O)2](BPY)(BS)2(H2O)4 ( 1 ), [Co(BPY)2(H2O)4](ABS)2(H2O)2 ( 2 ) and [Co(BPY)(H2O)4](MBS)2 ( 3 ) (BPY = 4,4′‐bipyridine, BS = phenylsulfonic acid, ABS = p‐aminobenzenesulfonic acid, MBS = p‐methylbenzenesulfonic acid), were obtained under hydrothermal conditions. Complexes 1 , 2 , 3 were structurally characterized using single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction and infrared spectroscopy. All of them display low‐dimensional motifs: complex 1 displays a two‐dimensional structure; and complexes 2 and 3 exhibit a one‐dimensional tape structure. Through strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions and weak packing interactions, all of them further stack to generate a three‐dimensional supramolecular architecture. Catalysts 1 , 2 , 3 were involved in the green synthesis of a variety of 3,4‐dihydropyrimidin‐2(1H)‐ones under solvent‐free conditions through Biginelli reactions. The corresponding catalytic product was obtained in quantitative yields (99%) under eco‐friendly synthesis conditions for the variety of reactions. Catalysts 1 , 2 , 3 exhibit excellent efficiency for the desired product, and their catalytic performance shows the following order: 2  >  1  ≈  3 , which can be ascribed to the hydrophobic interactions of different phenylsulfonate groups. The catalytic performance for the Biginelli reaction is not only dependent on the selected solvents, but also inversely proportional to the polarities of the solvents. Polystyrene‐supported N ,N ‐dimethylethylenediamine Pd(II) complex C was used as an efficient catalyst for the synthesis of aromatic ketones via ortho ‐acylation of sp2 C─H bonds of 2‐arylpyridines with alcohols as effective coupling partners. The alcohols were oxidized with tert ‐butyl hydroperoxide to their corresponding aldehydes in situ and efficiently coupled with 2‐arylpyridines to form aryl ketones under solvent‐free conditions. Furthermore, catalyst C could be easily recovered by simple filtration and reused for five cycles without any significant decrease in its activity.  相似文献

A heterogeneous Pd‐Cu NWs‐catalyzed expeditious and solvent‐free synthesis of propargylamines via A3‐coupling of aldehydes, alkynes, and amines has been proposed. A wide range of aldehydes, alkynes and amine substrates undergo A3‐coupling to produce propargylamines in good to excellent yields with good functional tolerance, such as that towards alkoxy, hydroxy, C‐X (X = F, Cl, Br) as well as amide and C=C bonds. Furthermore, the catalyst could be recovered easily and reused for at least 5 cycles without showing significant loss of catalytic activity.  相似文献

A functionalized cyclam was synthesized by the attachment of a polymerizable acryloyl group to one of the four nitrogens on the cyclam molecule. The polymerization of the functionalized cyclam was performed with N‐isopropylacrylamide and N,N′‐methylene bisacrylamide, and the gels obtained were studied in the presence of different transition‐metal‐ion solutions. There was a drastic difference in the phase‐transition temperature (Tc) of the poly(N‐isopropylacrylamide) (PNIPAAm)/cyclam gel in comparison with the pure PNIPAAm gel. For the described system, a Tc shift of 15 °C was obtained. The presence of functionalized cyclam increased the hydrophilicity and Tc of the aforementioned polymer gels in deionized water (at pH 6) because of the presence of protonated amino moieties. The PNIPAAm/cyclam gels showed a dependence of the swelling behavior on pH. Tc of the pure PNIPAAm gel was weakly influenced by the presence of any transition‐metal ions, such as Cu2+, Ni2+, Zn2+, and Mn2+. The addition of Cu2+ or Ni2+ to the PNIPAAm/cyclam gel reduced Tc of the polymer gel, and a shift of approximately 12 °C was observed. © 2003 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A facile and efficient one‐pot three‐component synthesis of bis(5‐methyl‐2‐furyl)methanes has been achieved via the reaction of 2‐methylfuran with a series of aliphatic and aromatic aldehydes and aliphatic ketones in presence of copper(II) triflate under solvent free conditions. The bis(5‐methyl‐2‐furyl)methanes were obtained in 34% –72% yields and the catalyst was recycled up to four successive cycles without much loss in catalytic activity.  相似文献

Scale‐up synthesis of hyperbranched poly(amidoamine)‐grafted ultrafine silica was successfully achieved by using dendrimer synthesis methodology in solvent‐free dry‐system. The poly(amidoamine) was allowed to grow from silica surface by repeating two steps: (1) Michael addition of methyl acrylate (MA) to amino group on the surface and (2) amidation of terminal ester group with ethylenediamine (EDA). MA was sprayed onto silica having amino group and the silica agitated at 300 rpm at 50 °C. After the reaction, unreacted MA was removed under vacuum. Then EDA was sprayed and the reaction was conducted at 50 °C with agitation. After the reaction, unreacted EDA was also removed under vacuum at 50 °C and MA was sprayed again. The percentage of poly(amidoamine) grafting onto the surface was determined to be 141% with repeated reaction cycles of eight‐times. However, the value was considerably smaller than that of the theoretical value. This indicates that the propagation of poly(amidoamine) dendron from silica surface was not achieved theoretically and hyperbranched poly(amidoamine) was grafted onto the surface because of steric hindrance of grafted polymer. In addition, the effect of initial amino group content on the growth of poly(amidoamine) from the surface was investigated. Piperazine‐functionalized nickel ferrite (NiFe2O4) nanoparticles were synthesized as recoverable heterogeneous base catalysts using a routine method. The synthesized materials were characterized using various spectroscopic techniques such as infrared, X‐ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy, energy‐dispersive X‐ray, thermogravimetry analysis, and vibrating sample magnetometry. Catalytic efficiency was investigated in the synthesis of 2‐amino‐4H‐chromene derivatives via a one‐pot three component reaction of aldehyde and malononitrile with β or α‐naphthol/5‐methyle resorcinol under solvent‐free conditions with good to high yields. This method is operationally simple and has several advantages such as good to high yield, short reaction times, solvent‐free conditions, and easy synthesis. Moreover, the catalyst was recovered easily using an external magnet and reused three times without distinctive loss in catalytic activity.  相似文献

Phosphotungstic acid (H3PW12O40, PTA) supported on ZIF‐9(NH2) was synthesized for the first time and performed as an effective and environmental friendly catalyst in the one‐pot three component Biginelli condensation of different substituted benzaldehydes with ethyl acetoacetate and urea to afford the corresponding 3,4‐dihydropyrimidin‐2‐(1H)‐ones under solvent‐free conditions. ZIF‐9(NH2) and the prepared nanocatalyst PTA@ZIF‐9(NH2) were characterized by XRD, FESEM, TEM, EDX, BET, AAS, TGA, UV–Vis, and FT‐IR. After reaction, the nanocatalyst can be easily separated from the reaction mixture by centrifuge and the recovered catalyst can be reused for at least five times with a 14% reduction in yield after the fifth run. This study showed that ZIF‐9(NH2) can be utilized as a promising support for PTA and developed a highly active, stable and reusable heterogeneous catalyst under easy reaction condition in the multi‐component organic synthesis.  相似文献

A green and efficient one‐pot two‐step synthesis of ethyl 2‐(alkylimino)‐4‐methyl‐3‐(alkanoyl)‐2,3‐dihydrothiazole‐5‐carboxylates from the reaction between acyl chlorides, ammonium thiocyanate, primary alkylamines, and ethyl 2‐chloroacetoacetae under mild, solvent‐ and catalyst‐free conditions at room temperature is presented. This efficient and straightforward technique gave the expected products in good to high yields in 2–4 hr without the creation of any by‐product in all reactions.  相似文献

Poly(1‐oxodimethylene) was synthesized via oxidation of poly(vinyl alcohol) with a hydrogen peroxide/hydrobromic acid system. The content of the carbonyl groups in poly(1‐oxodimethylene) depended on the amount of water added, and lower amounts of water were suitable for efficient oxidation due to higher acidity of the reaction system. The highest content of carbonyl groups was estimated to be above 88% by the titration with hydrazine that reacted with the carbonyl groups in poly(1‐oxodimethylene). The activation of a metal alkyl‐free Ni‐based catalyst with B(C6F5)3 was investigated in the polymerization of 1,3‐butadiene. A catalyst of bis(1,5‐cyclooctadiene)nickel (Ni(COD)2)/B(C6F5)3 was found to have high catalytic activity and 1,4‐cis stereoregularity. The catalyst was also found to provide polybutadiene having a molecular weight (Mw) of up to 117,000, even in the absence of AlR3 and MAO. Variations in the mol ratio of B(C6F5)3 to Ni affected catalytic activity, 1,4‐cis stereoregularity, and the Mw of polybutadiene, while the molecular weight distribution (MWD) of polybutadiene showed little correlation with the mol ratio of B(C6F5)3 to Ni. The use of other borane compounds such as B(C6H5)3, BEt3, and BF3 etherate in place of B(C6F5)3 clearly showed the two main functions of B(C6F5)3 in the present catalyst. The high Lewis acidity of B(C6F5)3 enabled it to activate catalytic complexes, thus inducing the polymerization. The steric bulkiness of B(C6F5)3 suppressed chain transfer reactions, contributing to the production of polybutadiene with a high Mw. Kinetic studies showed that the catalyst had an induction period, possibly due to the time needed for the formation of catalytic complexes starting from Ni(COD)2. A plot of ?ln (1?X), where X is the fractional conversion, as a function of time resulted in a linear relationship, showing that the present catalyst system followed first‐order kinetics with respect to monomer concentration. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
