A series of polyester‐amides that contain phosphorus were synthesized by low temperature solution condensation of 1,4‐bis(3‐aminobenzoyloxy)‐2‐(6‐oxido‐6H‐dibenz〈c,e〉〈1,2〉oxaphosphorin‐6‐yl) phenylene (III) with various aromatic acid chlorides in N‐methyl pyrrolidone (NMP). All polyester‐amides are amorphous and readily soluble in many organic solvents such as dimethylacetamide (DMAc), NMP, dimethylsulfoxide, and dimethylformamide at room temperature or on heating. Light yellow and flexible films of these polyester‐amides could be cast from the DMAc solutions. The polymers with an inherent viscosity of 0.26–0.72 dL/g were obtained in quantitative yields. These polyester‐amides have good mechanical properties (G′ of ∼ 109 Pa up to 200°C) and good thermal and flame retardant properties. The glass transition temperatures of these polyester‐amides ranged from 250 to 273°C. The degradation temperatures (Td 5%) in nitrogen ranged from 466 to 478°C and the char yields at 800°C were 59.6–65.2%. A new efficient synthesis of 2‐styryl‐6,7‐dichlorothiazolo[4,5‐b]quinoxaline based fluorescent dyes was achieved by the condensation of 2‐methyl‐6,7‐dichlorothiazolo[4,5‐b]quinoxaline with selected 4‐N,N‐dialkylaminoarylaldehydes and heteroarylaldehydes in the presence of piperidine. The coloristic, fluo‐rophoric, and dyeing properties of these dyes were studied.  相似文献

New N‐aryl substituted 2‐(α‐naphthyl)‐4‐thiazolidinones were prepared by the cyclocondensation of α‐mercaptoacetic acid and corresponding N‐(α‐naphthyliden)anilines. The same starting materials were utilized to obtain a new series of N‐aryl‐N‐[1‐(α‐naphthyl)but‐3‐enyl]amines, which was synthesized through an addition of the Grignard reagent (allylmagnesium bromide) to the double bond C?N of the aldimines. The antichagasic and trichomonacidal in vitro activity, as well as, the antifungal and cytotoxic properties of some of these compounds were evaluated.  相似文献

4,6‐Dinitro‐N,N′‐di‐n‐octylbenzene‐1,3‐diamine, C22H38N4O4, (I), 4,6‐dinitro‐N,N′‐di‐n‐undecylbenzene‐1,3‐diamine, C28H50N4O4, (II), and N,N′‐bis(2,4‐dinitrophenyl)octane‐1,8‐diamine, C20H24N6O8, (III), are the first synthetic meta‐dinitroarenes functionalized with long‐chain aliphatic amine groups to be structurally characterized. The intra‐ and intermolecular interactions in these model compounds provide information that can be used to help understand the physical properties of corresponding polymers with similar functionalities. Compounds (I) and (II) possess near‐mirror symmetry, with the octyl and undecyl chains adopting fully extended anti conformations in the same direction with respect to the ring. Compound (III) rests on a center of inversion that occupies the mid‐point of the central C—C bond of the octyl chain. The middle six C atoms of the chain form an anti arrangement, while the remaining two C atoms take hard turns almost perpendicular to the rest of the chain. All three molecules display intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the amine and nitro groups, with the same NH group forming a bifurcated intermolecular hydrogen bond to the nitro O atom of an adjacent molecule. In each case, these interactions link the molecules into one‐dimensional molecular chains. In (I) and (II), these chains pack so that the pendant alkyl groups are interleaved parallel to one another, maximizing nonbonded C—H contacts. In (III), the alkyl groups are more isolated within the molecular chains and the primary nonbonded contacts between the chains appear to involve the nitro groups not involved in the hydrogen bonding.  相似文献

1,3‐Bis(ethylamino)‐2‐nitrobenzene, C10H15N3O2, (I), and 1,3‐bis(n‐octylamino)‐2‐nitrobenzene, C22H39N3O2, (II), are the first structurally characterized 1,3‐bis(n‐alkylamino)‐2‐nitrobenzenes. Both molecules are bisected though the nitro N atom and the 2‐C and 5‐C atoms of the ring by twofold rotation axes. Both display intramolecular N—H...O hydrogen bonds between the amine and nitro groups, but no intermolecular hydrogen bonding. The nearly planar molecules pack into flat layers ca 3.4 Å apart that interact by hydrophobic interactions involving the n‐alkyl groups rather than by π–π interactions between the rings. The intra‐ and intermolecular interactions in these molecules are of interest in understanding the physical properties of polymers made from them. Upon heating in the presence of anhydrous potassium carbonate in dimethylacetamide, (I) and (II) cyclize with formal loss of hydrogen peroxide to form substituted benzimidazoles. Thus, 4‐ethylamino‐2‐methyl‐1H‐benzimidazole, C10H13N3, (III), was obtained from (I) under these reaction conditions. Compound (III) contains two independent molecules with no imposed internal symmetry. The molecules are linked into chains via N—H...N hydrogen bonds involving the imidazole rings, while the ethylamino groups do not participate in any hydrogen bonding. This is the first reported structure of a benzimidazole derivative with 4‐amino and 2‐alkyl substituents.  相似文献

The synthesis of a variety of 2‐(1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐pyridines by click chemistry is demonstrated to provide straightforward access to mono‐functionalized ligands. The ring‐opening polymerization of ε‐caprolactone initiated by such a mono‐functionalized ligand highlights the synthetic potential of this class of bidentate ligands with respect to polymer chemistry or the attachment onto surfaces and nanoparticles. The coordination to RuII ions results in homoleptic and heteroleptic complexes with the resultant photophysical and electrochemical properties strongly dependent on the number of these ligands attached to the RuII core.  相似文献

Ethyl 7‐amino‐3‐(3‐methyl‐5‐oxo‐1‐phenyl‐2‐pyrazolin‐4‐yl)‐5‐aryl‐5H‐thiazolo[3,2‐a]pyrimidine‐6‐carboxylate was hydrolyzed with an ethanolic sodium hydroxide and the sodium salt thus formed underwent cyclization with acetic anhydride to afford 2‐methyl‐7‐(3‐methyl‐5‐oxo‐1‐phenyl‐2‐pyrazolin‐4‐yl)‐5‐arylthiazolo[3,2‐a]pyrimido[4,5‐d]oxazin‐4(5H)‐one. This compound was transformed to related heterocyclic systems via its reaction with various reagents. The biological activity of the prepared compounds was tested against Gram positive and Gram negative bacteria as well as yeast‐like and filamentous fungi. They revealed in some cases excellent biocidal properties.  相似文献

(1R,5S,6S,8R)‐6,8,9‐Trihydroxy‐3‐oxo‐2,4‐diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan‐7‐ammonium chloride hydrate ( 3 Cl⋅H2O) and (1R,5S,6S,8R)‐7‐amino‐6,8,9‐trihydroxy‐2,4‐diazabicyclo[3.3.1]nonan‐3‐one ( 4 ) have been prepared, and their crystal structures have been determined from single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction data. Both compounds consist of a bicyclic skeleton with the three N‐atoms in an all‐cis‐1,3,5‐triaxial arrangement. Considerable repulsion between these axial N‐atoms is indicated by a significant distortion of the two cyclohexane chairs and by increased N⋅⋅⋅N distances. The lone pair of the free amino group of 4 is involved in intermolecular H‐bonding and is turned away from the adjacent carbonyl C‐atom of the urea moiety. The structural properties together with the observed reactivity do not provide any evidence for an intramolecular donor‐acceptor interaction between the carbonyl C‐ and the amine N‐atom.  相似文献

A class of the 9,9‐dioctylfluorene‐alt‐5,7‐bis(thiophen‐2‐yl)‐2,3‐biphenylthieno [3,4‐b]pyrazine copolymeric derivatives (PFO‐3ThPz‐D) attaching additional donor (D) units in the pendant phenyl ring with a D‐A D structure was synthesized and investigated, where the additional D unit is a substituent group of fluorene, carbazole, and triphenylamine (Tpa). Their photovoltaic properties were significantly tuned by these pending donor units. Among these copolymers, the PFO‐3ThPz‐Tpa exhibited the best photovoltaic properties in the bulk heterojunction polymeric solar cells (BHJ‐PSC). The maximum power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 2.09% and the highest circuit current density (Jsc) of 7.91 mA/cm2 were obtained in the cell using a blend of PFO‐3ThPz‐Tpa and PC60BM (1:3, w/w) as active layer, which are 2.5 and 1.8 times higher than those corresponding levels in the other cell using the parent PFO‐3ThPz‐Ph copolymer instead of PFO‐3ThPz‐Tpa as donor, respectively. While PC60BM was replaced by PC70BM, the PFO‐3ThPz‐Tpa‐based BHJ‐PSC exhibited better photovoltaic properties with PCE of 3.08% and Jsc of 10.3 mA/cm2. This work demonstrated that attaching donor units into the D‐A‐based copolymeric side‐chain is a simple and effective method to improve the photovoltaic properties for the resulting copolymers. © 2012 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A series of chromeno[4,3‐d]isoxazolo[5,4‐b]pyridin‐6‐one derivatives were easily and efficiently synthesized by the reaction of 3‐acyl‐2H‐chromen‐2‐ones with isoxazol‐5‐amine in acetic acid. Some synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antiproliferative properties in vitro against cancer cells, and these compounds were found to have some activities.  相似文献

6-(3,5-Dimethylpyrazol-1-yl)-3-(2,4,6-trinitroanilino)-1,2,4,5-tetrazin (1) has been synthesized and characterized by ^1H NMR, MS, elemental analysis, infrared spectra and thermal analyses. The crystal structure was determined by X-ray diffraction method. 1 is crystallized in P21/c space group of monoclinic crystal system, and exhibits good physical properties, such as high densities (〉 1.55 g·cm^-3) and good thermal stabilities (Td〉220 ℃). The intrermolecular hydrogen bonds construct the P- and M-helices from organic molecules and may contribute to the high melting points.  相似文献

The title compound ( 1 ), 4‐(1‐benzyl‐5‐methyl‐1H‐1,2,3‐triazol‐4‐yl)‐6‐(2,4‐dichlorophenyl)pyrimidin‐2‐amine (C20H16Cl2N6), was synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analysis, 1H NMR and 13C NMR and single crystal X‐ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes as a colourless needle shaped in the triclinic system, space group P‐1 with cell constants: a = 10.7557(11) Å, b = 12.7078(17) Å, c = 15.511(2) Å, α = 68.029(4)0, β = 86.637(5)0, γ = 87.869(4)0; V = 1962.4 (4) Å3, Z = 4. There are two structurally similar but crystallographically independent molecules (A and B) in the asymmetric unit of the title compound, which is linked via N‐H…Cl hydrogen bond. An intramolecular C‐H…N hydrogen also occurs in each molecule. In the crystal, each of independent molecules forms a centrosymmetric dimer with an R22(8) ring motifs through a pair of N‐H…N hydrogen bonds. These dimers are further connected by intermolecular N‐H…Cl and C‐H…Cl hydrogen bonds, forming an infinite two dimensional supramolecular network lying parallel to the [010] plane. The molecular geometry was also optimized using density functional theory (DFT/B3LYP) method with the 6‐311G (d, p) basis set and compared with the experimental data. Mulliken population analyses on atomic charges, HOMO‐LUMO energy levels, Molecular electrostatic potential and chemical reactivity of the title compound were investigated by theoretical calculations. The thermo dynamical properties of the title compound at different temperature have been calculated and corresponding relations between the properties and temperature have also been obtained. The in vitro antibacterial activity has been screened against Gram‐positive (Bacillus cerus and Staphylococcus epidermidis) and Gram‐Negative (Escherichia coli, Acinetobacter baumannii and Proteus vulgaris). The results revealed that the compound exhibited good to moderate antibacterial activity.  相似文献

To determine whether the remarkable chemical properties of the pyranosyl isomer of RNA as an informational Watson‐Crick base‐pairing system are unique to the pentopyranosyl‐(4′→2′)‐oligonucleotide isomer derived from the RNA‐building block D ‐ribose, studies on the entire family of diastereoisomeric pyranosyl‐(4′→2′)‐oligonucleotide systems deriving from D ‐ribose, L ‐lyxose, D ‐xylose, and L ‐arabinose were carried out. The result of these extended studies is unambiguous: not only pyranosyl‐RNA, but all members of the pentopyranosyl‐(4′→2′)‐oligonucleotide family are highly efficient Watson‐Crick base‐pairing systems. Their synthesis and pairing properties will be described in a series of publications in this journal. The present paper describes the α‐L ‐lyxopyranosyl‐(4′→2′)‐system.  相似文献

Three α‐phenylmalonamides have been prepared by the selective nucleophilic cleavage of 5,7‐dimethyl‐2‐phenyl‐1‐oxo‐1H‐pyrazolo[1,2‐a]pyrazol‐4‐ylium‐3‐olate in solventless microwave syntheses. The three weak nucleophiles employed were aniline, p‐chloroaniline and m‐toluidine. The α‐phenylmalonamides of these three aniline derivatives could not be prepared using the previously reported solvent syntheses via 3‐oxopyrazolo[1,2‐a]pyrazol‐8‐ylium‐1‐olates. All products were characterised using, infrared spectroscopy, 1H nmr and electrospray mass spectrometry. The single crystal X‐ray structures of the starting pyrazolo‐[1,2‐a]pyrazole and α‐phenylmalon‐m‐toluidide are also reported.  相似文献

A series of twelve new 2‐[(o‐ and p‐substituted)aminophenyl]‐3H‐5‐[(o‐ and p‐substituted)phenyl]‐7‐chloro‐1,4‐benzodiazepines, which have possible pharmacological properties has been obtained. The synthesis was carried out following six steps. The structure of all products was corroborated by ir, 1H nmr, 13C nmr and ms. In addition for the compound 2‐(o‐chloroaminophenyl)‐3H‐5‐(o‐fluorophenyl)‐7‐chloro‐1,4‐benzodiazepine 7, its structure was confirmed by X‐ray diffraction.  相似文献

A successful aza‐Michael addition of arylamines to a conjugated enone, acryloylferrocene, has been achieved by ultrasonic irradiation of the mixture of these reactants and the catalyst, i.e., montmorillonite K‐10. This solvent‐free reaction, yielding ferrocene containing Mannich bases, 3‐(arylamino)‐1‐ferrocenylpropan‐1‐ones, considered as valuable precursors in organic synthesis, has been performed by using a simple ultrasonic cleaner. Among 17 synthesized β‐amino ketones, three were new ones, and these were fully characterized by spectroscopic means. X‐Ray crystallographic analysis of three of these crystalline products enabled the insight into the conformational details of these compounds. All compounds were evaluated for their antibacterial activities against six Gram‐positive and five Gram‐negative strains in a microdilution assay. The observed promising antibacterial activity (with a MIC value of 25 μg/ml (ca. 0.07 μmol/ml) as the best result for almost all tested compounds against Micrococcus flavus) seems not only to be compound but also bacterial species‐specific.  相似文献
